After a minute of walking, Farmer John stopped and looked at something. Sheep and X Agent were curious and looked to see what, or who, was the farmer looking at. There, in the distance, was a small sheep. It had blue-ish wool, long hair, and a bright pink bow that stood out. It was sitting on a tree stump and looking away, on its own. "Is that Colin?" Sheep pointed. Farmer John nodded, "It is... Let me introduce him to you two." The farmer then walked up to the sheep, with Sheep and X Agent resuming following. Once close enough, Farmer John cleared his throat and began to talk to the sheep. "Colin... I would like you to meet Sheep and X Agent, some friends of mine!" He introduced. "Hi..." Colin welcomed, looking away. "So pleased to meet you, Colin!" X Agent smiled. Colin said nothing as he was facing away from the two sheep. "Colin? We just want to talk to you..." Sheep added. Colin still said nothing as he continued to look away. "Colin, we don't mean any harm..." X Agent soothed. "Are you sure?" Colin questioned, "Are you two going to make fun of me?" "No, Colin." Sheep comforted, "We just want to see and talk to you!" Colin sighed, still looking away. "I know that you're anxious meeting new people... But we are good friends with Farmer John and we want to spend some time with you!" X Agent comforted. Colin was unsure, "Do you promise not to make fun of me?" "We promise!" Sheep agreed. Colin sighed again, before slowly looking at the two sheep. Colin looked like any young sheep, with its greenish-yellow eyes and round nose, with the exception of his hair and bow. "Wow... You two are taller than I thought..." He told, "Hope I wasn't being rude or anything..." "Not at all, Colin!" Sheep said. Colin gave a sigh of relief, before he went quiet, not knowing what to say. Sheep and X Agent also went quiet as they too didn't know what to say. They didn't want to upset Colin in a way and take his growing trust. Sheep then saw the bow on Colin's head and smiled, "What a beautiful bow you have..." Colin noticed and smile a little, "Thank you... You know, I don't get too many compliments about my feminine style... In short, I'm not like other boys..." "So, are you a femboy?" X Agent asked. "You could say that..." Colin confirmed before looking away again. Sheep noticed it, "Colin, if it's about some of the animals making fun of you, just ignore them... We fully support your way of expressing yourself!" "Don't listen to them bullies!" X Agent added, "Let you be you, no matter what." Colin looked back at the two sheep, "Wow... I never met anyone who is this... Caring of me... Thank you, again..." "Don't thank us, Colin!" X Agent told, "We're just trying to help you." Farmer John saw how Colin was getting more comfortable with the two sheep and was very pleased, "Glad you're getting along with Sheep and X Agent!" Colin nodded. Farmer John continued, "I'm just going to prepare your dinner with Swanky in my house if you need me." "Okay, Uncle John!" Colin waved before Farmer John walked off. Sheep and X Agent heard this and was confused. "'Uncle John'? You call Farmer John an uncle?" Sheep asked. "I see him as an uncle..." Colin answered, "After all, he did allow me to stay after I..." He then began to frown and look away again, "Well... It's best if you don't know..." "Why, Colin?" X Agent asked, "Don't you want to tell us?" "No..." Colin refused, "I told Uncle John about how I got here, and I asked him not to tell anyone else about it... Why do you want to know?" "If you tell us, it will make you feel better." Sheep comforted. "I said no..." Colin refused again, "How do you know that's going to make me feel better?" "Well, me and Sheep always talk to each other about our troubles, and it makes us feel comfortable, even just a little..." X Agent told, "Did you feel better when you told Farmer John?" Colin began to think, "Well... I did feel a little better knowing that someone understands me..." "If you tell us, we'll understand you as well..." Sheep added. Colin sighed, "Perhaps... But I really don't know if I should tell you..." "You can always talk to us!" X Agent reassured. "Are you going to tell anyone else?" Colin questioned. "Nothing you say is going outside this farm!" Sheep told. Colin began to think again, before taking some deep breaths and looked back at the two sheep, feeling some confidence. "Okay... I'll tell you... It's tricky to say, though..." "Take your time..." X Agent said. Colin took another deep breath before telling everything, "A long time ago, I used to live in a different farm with my parents... They were... Not supportive of me for wanting to be a femboy... I didn't want to do masculine things or be masculine myself, I just wanted to be me and I think being feminine was the right path for me... But my parents didn't believe the same... In order to try and 'fix up' me, they began to... Not treat me kindly. They wouldn't give me some dinner, refused to let me go out and play, and even let me get bullied for just being myself... I wanted this to end, but my parents refused to listen and kept trying to 'fix up' me... When I turned 13, things got bad... Really bad... My parents began to act harsh towards me and told me to 'grow out of it' when I needed help with anything... I still remember when they locked me up in a closet in our old barn and I was stuck there for hours with no help... I... I couldn't take it any more, I want to end this the hard way... One quiet night, I sneaked out of my old farm and ran as far as I could... I ran... I ran... and I ran... I wanted to get out of here... Eventually, I grew tired and had found a barn to rest in... I tried sneaking in, but made a lot of noise... I honestly thought I was doomed and done for... Before I found out that the owner of it was Uncle John... He was so understanding and allowed me to stay at his farm... He took care of me... He helped me... He even gave the bow that I wear everyday... Although I'm very thankful for what he has done... I don't think I'll ever have a family..." Once Colin finished, he looked down and tried not to cry. Sheep and X Agent listened closely and felt sorry for Colin, and that only made them want to adopt him even more. "Colin... I'm so sorry you had to deal with that..." Sheep comforted. "Colin, is there anything we can do?" X Agent asked, "Like a hug?" "No..." Colin denied, "I don't want a hug... Though, can we talk about something else? If it's okay with you..." "If it makes you feel better, then go ahead." Sheep agreed, "But like X Agent said, you can always talk to us." "I know, I know..." Colin understood, before thinking of something else to talk about.
As Colin continued to talk with Sheep and X Agent for the past minutes, he began to trust them more and was fascinated by what he learned from them, from how they lived in the Big City, to how they met each other, and their misadventures together. Colin never felt so comfortable talking to someone, other than Farmer John, as they never made fun of him for being a femboy or just being himself.
"Your dinner is ready, Colin!" Farmer John called. "Just a minute, Uncle John! I'm still talking with Sheep and X Agent!" Colin requested. Farmer John was surprised to see Colin talk with someone for this long and was pleased to see that the young sheep was getting along very well with Sheep and X Agent. "I see that you're having a good time with them!" He cheered. "Indeed!" Colin agreed, "I never met anyone who is this supportive of me, and I think that they might be great friends of mine!" "That's great to hear!" Farmer John smiled, before it quickly faded away when he saw Sheep and X Agent looking at him worried. "What's wrong?" Farmer John questioned. "... Colin told us about why he fled here, and we want to help him so badly... Should we ask him about it?" Colin heard this and was confused, "Ask about what?" Sheep and X Agent gulped after hearing Colin's curiosity, in fear of upsetting him. "Well... If you think it might help him... Then there's no harm in asking..." Farmer John told. The two sheep looked at each other for advice on what they should do. "Might as well get it over with..." X Agent told. "Get over what?" Colin demanded, losing his patience. Sheep and X Agent slowly looked at Colin, as the former broke the silence. "...Colin, we would like to ask you something very important." "Go on!" Colin confirmed. Sheep took a deep breath, "Would you like to be our son?" Colin gasped in response, "Y-your s-son?! You want me to be your son?!" "If you want to." X Agent reassured, "You mentioned that you don't think you'll never have a family, so we wonder if we could be yours?" Colin frowned, "I... I don't know... I'm very thankful for your offer... You two are great sheep... But I don't know if I should accept..." "If it's okay if you don't want to accept..." Sheep comforted, "It's your life and it's your decision." Colin looked away, "I... I need some time to think... Are you two going to come back?" "We're are going to come back, but when do you want us to?" X Agent asked. Colin thought for a moment, "Well... How about two weeks? If that isn't too long or short..." "That's sounds like enough time to think..." Sheep agreed before he and X Agent saw the sun setting. "Colin, it's getting late and we're going home." X Agent told, "It was so nice seeing you!" "It was nice seeing you and Sheep too..." Colin agreed, "I guess this is goodbye for now..." "Bye, Colin!" Sheep replied before walking away with X Agent, leaving Colin on his own with Farmer John. The farmer saw how Colin was stressed and sat down next to him, "I know how you feel, Colin... It's not easy making a decision like this..." "I know, Uncle John..." Colin sighed, "I don't know if Sheep and X Agent are going to be, well, good fathers of mine... They're good friends... But family? I need to think this through..." "Agreed, Colin." Farmer John nodded, "But they given you two weeks to decide, hopefully that should give you enough time to make a decision." "I hope..." Colin agreed, before he turned around and began to think.
Sheep and X Agent are walking their way home in the Big City. Even with the small sheep out of sight, they couldn't stop thinking about him and if had they had upset him in anyway. "X Agent?" Sheep called, "Did we make Colin stressed by asking... That?" "Colin's going to be a little pressured either way. It wasn't your fault." X Agent reassured. "Maybe, but I wish I had worded it much differently..." Sheep frowned. X Agent gave a small hug, "You worded it in the best way you can, Sheep..." Sheep wasn't convinced, "And do you think two weeks is enough?" "I think it's more than enough..." X Agent agreed, "If you're worried about Colin, you're not alone. I feel the same too, but just remember that you did your best to help. Do you understand?" Sheep nodded, "I guess so... But what if Colin's rejects our adoption? where will he stay and who's going to look after him..." "Farmer John is looking after him at the farm, remember?" X Agent reminded, "Even if he doesn't want to be our son, he'll still be safe at the farm with Farmer John... No strict parents are going to catch up to him..." "Oh, right... I forgot..." Sheep replied, still feeling upset. X Agent saw that and began to hug him tighter, as well as giving a little kiss on the cheek. "Sheep... I know you care for Colin, but I promise that he's going to be okay. Colin's already in the safe hands of Farmer John and you don't need to feel guilty for him not wanting to be our son. At the end of the day, it's his choice and we comforted him as much as we could... Colin would feel the same, even if he was under pressure by our question." "You're right, X Agent..." Sheep listened, "I guess I should let that go... Thank you, I really needed it..." "Don't thank me, Sheep." X Agent smiled, "Like we said to Colin, you can always talk to me whenever you want..." Sheep smiled back as he hugged X Agent, "I already say this a lot, but I love you so much..." "I feel the same for you too..." X Agent soothed, "Anyway, we should get back home before night time!" "Alright then." Sheep agreed. Soon, the two sheep continue their way back to the Big City. They're still curious about Colin, but reassure themselves that they have nothing to worry about...
