At Hammer Industries Headquarters

The Hammer Industries facility that was located in Queens, New York City was the main headquarters for the company and it were currently having a hard times because of their recent failings first at the Stark Expo with them first breaking Ivan Vanko out of prison to get him to work for them which he did by upgrading the Hammer Drones but then he use them to cause destruction and now with their new state of the art telescope having a malfunction during it launch where it had almost crashed into New York, it has caused their storks to go down crashing as people were losing faith in their company. Currently Justin Hammer was down at the lower levels of the facility at the labs of Hammer Industries where he was to met one of his companies top scientists Doctor Monica Rappaccini who was known to be brilliant at her work however many would say that she's heartless as she doesn't had any problem at creating things which could be use as weapons as in her eyes it was all worth it in the pursuit of furthering science.

"Mr Hammer, I believe I have something that could help with the current problem that the company is facing," said Monica.

"This better be good Doctor Rappaccini, we can't afford any more screw ups" said Justin.

"What i have to offer Mr Hammer is a game changer" Monica said as she revealed a container that had purple goop inside to Justin Hammer who didn't impress at what he was seeing.

"It's purple goop, you brought me all the way down here just to show me purple goop" Justin said annoyed at having his time wasted.

"This isn't just any ordinary purple goop Mr Hammer, this here is what we called 'Parasite', it was originally found by Doctor Rudolph Jones after he had discovered a meteorite in Norway where after examining it he had found out that there were organic tissue within it and he then learn that it has the ability to absorb any form of bio-energy but after some modifications i believe it could potentially be able to absorb any other form of energy like radiation, where it could clear out entire places that have been exploded to nuclear radiation" Monica explained.

"Okay this thing could make us at least look good in front of those environmentalists" Justin said thinking on ways to improve Hammer Industries image because of their recent failures and because Tony Stark was building a Arc Reactor power plant just outside New York to power his new tower and any other buildings that are own by Stark Industries and Justin has even heard that they also plan on powering any hospitals, police stations, fire station and homeless shelters as well which would only make Stark Industries look even more better than them.

"Exactly however I also believe that this could be used as a perfect weapon against certain things" Monica said as her eyes looked over at one of her computer screens that was showing a certain flying man who was helping to put out a large fire.

"Superman? We have been receiving some calls to try and come with weapons to deal with the mystery flying man and if this stuff could work against someone like him it would definitely improve our image and i know a certain general who would love to have it to deal with a certain green monster" Justin thought figuring out on ways to use to get back all of the defense contracts that they had lost as well as gain new ones if they manage to show the world that they were capable of creating a weapon that was capable of taking down these powerful beings.

"I want you to begin experimenting on this thing immediately and tell me the second we are able to use it" Justin ordered as he walked out of the lab.

"At once Mr Hammer, I'm looking forward to seeing the results" Monica said with a devious smile as she looked at the purple goop.

With Tony at the Arctic

As Tony flew towards the large fortress that was made entirely out of crystals he couldn't help being amazed at the sight as even though it was strange it was still incredibly beautiful.

"There's no way in hell this place was formed naturally, it had to be built but why?" Tony thought as he reached the fortress and stood in front of it.

"Jarvis sent out the drones and scanned this place and see if you can find me a way to get inside" Tony said as four drones shot out of the Quinjet and flew toward the fortress, where after they reached it they began to fly around scanning it for a bit.

"Sir, I have found a way inside the fortress," Jarvis informed his creator.

"Perfect, where is it buddy?" Tony asks curiosity.

"There is an entrance at the top of the fortress at the center which leads straight down and inside," said Jarvis.

"That's probably where he flies in and out of this place" Tony said as he flew to the top of the fortress and once he found it he flouted down into the fortress where he marveled at the sight of the place as it truly was a work of art and Tony saw two large statues of a man and a woman that were standing next to each other and both of whom had the same symbol on their chests as Superman and they holding up a large ball which Tony assumed was a planet however he could tell that it wasn't Earth from the shapes of lands on it.

"Without a doubt this is the most fancy's igloo i have ever seen in my entire life" Tony joked before he remained himself the reason why he was there, it was to find out more about Superman however before Tony could began his search a man wearing blue and white robe with the same symbol as Superman appeared right in front of Tony surprising him however Tony could see that he wasn't actually standing there as he could see though him.

"What the hell? A hologram of a man with the same letter S as Superman?" Tony thought it was curious.

"You should not be in here Mr Stark" said Jor-El.

"A hologram that speaks? Is it A.I? Jarvis scan this guy and find out where he's being projected from?" Tony said as he held up his right arm and a blue light appeared scanning the hologram.

"Sir from what my scans are telling me about this hologram, it is being projected from the crystals around you" Jarvis said, shocking Tony.

"Wait, does that mean that these crystals are actually technology?! But that's impossible!" Tony said realizing why these crystals were built and why they were absorbing solar energy, it was to power this place.

"You do know that it's incredibly rude to just scan someone and their home without asking for their permission first," Jor-El said, annoyed.

"Sir i'm picking a high frequency ultrasonic signal being emitted from the fortress" Jarvis informed Tony.

"What are you doing? What is that signal you're emitting?!" Tony demanded Jor-El.

"I believe that you would call it a burglar alarm" Jor-El said with a smile before disappearing leaving Tony who realized exactly what he meant.

"Jarvis, tell me you still have eyes on Superman?" Tony asked

"I'm afraid to inform you sir but i'm having difficulty tracking him as he's currently on the move and he's heading here" Jarvis informed Tony.

"How long do I have before he gets here?" Tony asks not wanting to be there before the super power being shown and finds him in his arctic fortress.

"I'm sorry sir but he's already here" Jarvis informed Tony who looked up back at the entrance and saw Superman floating down and looking at Tony.

"I don't believe I remember inviting you to my home Mr Stark," Clark said, hovering in the air with his arms crossed.

"Hey there Superman, I'm Tony Stark but you probably already knew that, I thought that since we're going to meet sooner or later so i decided to come and visit you, say hi and get to know my fellow hero by asking a couple questions like what's your actual name since it's only fair as you know my, how did you get your powers, how does your powers work and what is this place?" Tony asked.

"I'm sorry to disappoint you Mr Stark as I am a fan of your work and how you have been helping people but I can't answer your questions" said Clark.

"Oh come on Supers you're not going to answer any of my questions? Not even how is it that your spandex doesn't rip apart as I've seen you being shot at, rushing into a burning building and considering how fast you fly?" Tony asks as he has been wondering about that.

"Sir what he's wearing isn't spandex, as from my scans of him it is an advance weaved with multiple layers, including thin mesh, chain mail and foam latex however my scans are also telling his body is emitting solar energy similar to solar panels but at a far greater amount" Jarvis explained.

"His body is emitting solar energy? Is that what's giving him his powers?" Tony thought it was curious.

"You can return to whoever sent you here and tell them that I ain't a threat to anyone I just want to help whoever is needed" said Clark.

"Nobody sent me here and I ain't leaving until I get some answers as sooner or later people are going to ask me to get them from so why don't you make it easy for both of us!" Tony said as he pointed at Clark however instead of saying anything Clark changed straight at Tony and grab him by his wrist and right shoulder and then immediately he rocket both of them upwards and outside and away from the fortress but then Tony quickly place his left hand in front of Clark's face and fire a repulsor blast which managed to push Clark off him.

After shaking his head as Tony's repulsor blast had stung his eyes, Clark rushed at Tony grabbing his left wrist and swung him around before throwing him down to the ground.

"Okay that actually hurt" Tony said to himself as he picked himself up just as Clark landed back on the ground.

"I'm sorry I don't want to hurt you Mr Stark and I understand why people want to know everything about me but there are those who will try to use it to control me and I won't allow that to happen" Clark said firmly.

"Okay we're doing this" Tony said to himself before he began firing repulsor blasts at Clark who raised his arms to block them before he clapped his hands together sending a shock wave that destroyed everything in its path causing Tony to fly up into the air to not get hit by it. However Clark then flew at Tony punching him and sending flying in the air and Clark began flying at Tony punching him and continuously sending him flying but just as Clark was about to deliver another hit that would have sent Tony crashing back down in the ground Tony quickly fire two repulsor blasts at Clark stopping him and deliver a punch of his own to Clark's face and much to Clark's surprise unlike every other time he has ever been hit he actually felt it.

"I actually felt that!" Clark said in shock as he rubbed his face.

"Well you can thank all of the upgrades I'v done to my new suit" Tony said as he swung at Clark again with his increasing power in his rocket boots to make himself go even faster and he punch Clark again and began punching Clark all over but when he try to throw a right hook into Clark's face this time Clark caught it and Tony tried to punch Clark with his other fist but Clark caught that as well however the armor around his shoulders opened up revealing mini rockets which Tony then fired directly in Clark's face causing him to let Tony and was pushed back.

Tony then raised his right gauntlet and was about to fire a rocket at Superman but before he could a red beam of energy came out of Clark's eyes and hit the rocket causing it to explode near Tony which pushed him and damaged his suit.

"He can fire FREAKING laser beams out of his eyes!?" Tony said in shock.

"So it would seem sir," said Jarvis.

"Stand down if I wanted it, you'd be dead already!" Clark ordered.

"Fancy laser beams, you got Supers but how about you try my Unibeam!" Tony said as he fired a yellow laser beam straight from his Arc Reactor which was far stronger than his repulsor blasts especially after Tony had upgraded the Arc Reactor however Tony saw Clark was pushing through and was walking towards him.

"Jarvis HIT HIM WITH WE GOT!" Tony ordered that he fired his Unibeam at max power at Superman which pushed Clark back however when the smoke cleared much to Tony's shock he saw that Superman was still standing there unharmed.

"My turn" Clark said as he hovered off the ground before he changed at Tony and tackled him and then rocketed them across the arctic before he slammed Tony into the ground which damaged Tony's armor greatly enough making it stop working.

"Are we done here Mr Stark?" Clark asked as he stood over Tony.

"Yeah we're done" Tony muttered under breath.

"Do you need me to help fly you back to your aircraft?" Clark asks as he could see how badly Tony's armor was and when he flew to the fortress after hearing the alarm he saw Tony's Quinjet along the way.

"Yeah that would be great" Tony said before Clark picked him and after a quick but awkward flight Clark flew them to Quinjet.

"Look before I go I just want to tell you that, if i was able to track you down eventually others are going to be able as well, sure it will take them a while to do it but they will eventually managed and some of them wouldn't be as nice house guests as i was despite everything just happen between us, so my advice is that your going have to tell the world your story sure don't tell them everything but you have say something to put people at ease" Tony said before he enter the Quinjet.

"Maybe he does have a point? Maybe I should let them know a little about" Superman thought as he watched the Quinjet take off into the sky and fly away.
