THIS IS A OWL HOUSE CHRISTMAS FIC!
IT IS A CHRISTMAS CAROL ONE AND I HOPE YOU ALL LIKE IT!
HERE IS CH1:
It was Christmas time in both the human world and the demon realm and people and demons are coming together for this joyful Holiday.
In the human World Luz was spending time with her mom, adopted sister and girlfriend.
She was singing a Christmas song in Spanish.
Camila smiled as she decorated the tree and Vee was decorating the hallway while Amity was hanging up stockings.
King who was visiting was helping his adapted aunt Lilith back Christmas Cookies.
Willow & Hunter were decorating the front yard and Skara & her GF Viney were singing Christmas Carols to the neighbors who were passing by.
Gus was currently hanging up Missletoe before stepping to the ground.
"Why is it that human's see this strange plant as part of a tradition?" said Gus.
He the. Felt a tap and turned and saw his GF Bria
The construction magic using witch then wrapped her arms around Gus and kissed him before pulling away, leaving him blushing.
"Merry Christmas." said Bria.
Gus smiled and fainted
"Whoa, crikey." Gus said before fainting again.
Luz heard this and chuckled.
However one guest wasn't in the Christmas spirit at all and that is Eda and she's madder then a Titan.
"Bah humbug." said Eda.
Luz looked at her mother figure/mentor/student/friend.
"Seriously Eda?" asked Luz. "How is Christmas a Humbug?"
Gwendolyn nodded. "Luz is right Eda, you use to love Christmas, what changed?" spoke Eda's Mom
"The curse for starters." said Eda.
Camila looked at Eda. "Come on Eda, you gotta have something you like about Christmas." spoke Camila.
"Yeah, even though my mom was horrible even she loves this time of year, it's the one of year where she isn't her usual self but all cheerful and not about business." revealed Amity.
"Your kidding right?" asked Luz with her experiance with her Girlfriends mom.
"Nope." replied Amity.
"How's she enjoying it this year?" said Luz.
"Probably going crazy because her family isn't around to share it with her after the divorce and being stuck in prison for her part in the Day of Unity." said Amity.
However in prison Odalia is speeding the Christmas Cheer much to everyone's shock in the prison.
But then she was hit by lots of magic and passed out.
"You're not to enjoy yourself, by order of the President." said a guard.
"The President never said that." spoke Another Guard.
The First Guard groaned. "Now you tell me!" He said and looked around. "Well when she comes through tell her she can still do this, it's actually pretty."
"Doesn't help that her ex husband is the president and he gave an executive order to make her stay in prison miserable for the most part." Said the second guard.
"She knew about the Day of Unity and still went around to supporting it thinking that she and her family would be spared." Said the first guard.
"Yeah but can't we make an exception for Christmas?" asked the second Guard
The first guard groaned.
"I guess!" He said
He pulled out a candy cane before putting it on the table in the cell.
Back at the Luz's house everyone shrugged and Eda huffed.
"It's just another reason to be miserable." said Eda.
She then stormed off.
Everyone looked at each other.
"Wah?" said King.
Everyone sighed
"Poor poor Eda." said Lillith.
With Eda she was outside walking around being all grumpy and grinch like as she used her hook hand to destroy the snow person some kids made.
The human and demon kids cried and the parents glared at Eda
"You're a horrible woman." said a mother.
"AW SHUT UP!" yelled Eda.
Eda shook her head.
Unknown to her the Collector was watching her and the being can tell that Eda is being a grouch.
"Boy what a grouch." said Collector.
He then flew to Luz's house and everyone saw Collector and King went to his best friend.
"King." said Collector.
"Hey Collector, you seemed bummed out!" spoke King.
"Yeah I just saw Eda and she's really acting all mean, it's Christmas time!" She said.
"Yeah Eda actually hates Christmas, but she use to love this time of year." spoke Lilith. "It's just that ever since the curse I placed on her when we were little the curse sorta ruined it for her."
King nodded. "Even when me and Hooty celebrated it Eda reluctantly joined but I could tell she didn't enjoy it." spoke King
Hooty appeared next to the two.
"DID SOMEONE SAY MY NAME!?" Hooty yelled happily.
Everyone groaned.
Bur Luz was serious. "Guys, we need to do something, Eda should regain the Christmas spirit, she has helped us so why not help her?" asked Luz.
Amity looked at her girlfriend. "Luz what are you saying?" asked Amity.
Luz grinned and went off confusing everyone.
"What's with her?" asked Willow.
Camila shrugged.
Luz came back and with a book. "We do this!" announced Luz.
Bria looked at the book. "A Christmas Carol by Charles Dickens?" asked Bria
"Only the greatest and most well known bits of Christmas literature ever." said Luz.
Soon she read it to everyone and Everyone is shocked by that.
"Wait so this miser named Scrooge was visited by 3 Ghosts?" asked Gus.
Luz nodded
"And a fourth one who was an old business partner of his and warned him about what would happen if he didn't change his ways and that he'd be visited by the three ghosts." said Luz.
Everyone except for Camila nodded.
"So what's your plan Sis?" asked Vee.
Luz grinned. "We give Eda a Christmas Carol Treatment!" She said.
Camila is shocked.
"Trick her with four ghosts?" said Camila.
"Exactly." said Luz.
Everyone smirked at that.
"And we will need Odalia's help!" revealed Luz.
Now everyone became flabagasted at that.
"No offence Luz, I love ya in all." started Amity but became mad. "BUT HAVE YA LOST YOUR MIND!" She shouted.
"YEAH!" yelled Willow
"WHY WOULD YOU WANT ODALIA TO HELP!" yelled Gus.
"Because she's the only person we know with access to the dead." said Luz.
Everyone realized that point and nodded.
"Hate to admit it but she has a point!" spoke Hunter.
"Desperate times does call for desperate measures!" added Vee.
"I'll go and talk to the Father and tell him everything!" spoke Amity and left for the portal house.
Luz smiled. "And I'll come, this needs to work, because everyone deserves a Christmas spirit, even Eda!" She said.
With that Lumity left.
