Information
The United Terran Government (UTG) acts as the civilian government and is responsible for legislation, diplomacy, economic management, and oversight of non-military industries. The UTG works through a four-part system of government, which includes: the Lower House which proposes laws and votes on them. If approved it's sent to the Upper House where it can be changed to a degree and then voted on if not it's to be reworked while keeping the original idea. Once approved by the Upper House it is reviewed by the President who sends it back if it is not approved, but if it's approved it is sent to the current Monarch
The United Terran Space Command (UTSC) acts as the military branch under the monarchy. Under Grisha, the UTG had near full control of the UTSC, but now under Eren's rule, the UTSC only answers to him, giving him full control. The UTSC's main duties are: Enforcing the law, Planetary security, protecting trade routes, defending the Empire's borders, and overseeing military operations and industry. After the Human-Covenant War, the UTSC also took over the job of law enforcement.
The United Terran Strategic Intelligence Service (UTSIS) acts as the empire's Intelligence. The UTSIS's main duties are: Safeguarding the Empire through collecting and analysing intel, neutralizing potential threats, and employing any necessary means to protect humanity. After the Human-Covenant war the UTSIS gained more independence for greater flexibility, but still being held to account to the monarchy.
The Monarchy or the crown acts as the head of the Empire. Their responsibilities as to oversee the UTG, UTSC, UTSIS, and other government bodies. As time went on the monarch began losing its influence through the UTG, till they were disbanded during the Human-Covenant war, where they gained a considerable amount of influence back through the UTSC now during any conflict they have the biggest say.
The Council consists of nine members from the Yeager clan, namely Thaddeus Yeager, Isabella Yeager, Amelia Yeager, Maximus Yeager, Octavia Yeager, Lucius Yeager, Cassandra Yeager, Valeria Yeager, and Atticus Yeager. They act as advisers to the current Emperor, their role is to also keep the peace through the three clans.
The current Royal family are Johanna and Karl Yeager who are the parents of Grisha Yeager, who married Carla Yeager. Grisha and Carla had four children: Eren Yeager, Lila Yeager, Cole Yeager, and Chloe Yeager. Eren Yeager the current Emperor married Mikasa Ackerman, and they have a daughter named Faye Yeager.
The Yeager clan are known for the ability to regenerate body parts, and enhanced strength and speed. They can harden body parts and create highly durable weapons the largest Eren has been able to make is a Dagger. A Yeager also has heightened senses and superior intelligence compared to the average person.
The Ackerman clan are known for humility and inhuman abilities. The Ackerman clan possesses strength, speed, and intellect unnatural to a normal person, but they only come second to the Yeagers. While it is uncommon for members of the Ackerman clan to marry into the Yeager Like Mikasa and Eren, they often stay in their clan, but under extreme circumstances, some members might marry a member of the Kirstein clan.
The Kirstein clan are known for their speed, with few rare members able to outrun a Yeager, but they don't have the stamina to continue outrunning a Yeager. The Kirstein clan has a long-running hatred for the Yeager clan. One characteristic that sets the Kirsteins apart is their arrogance as a Clan, which often leads to a strained relationship between the clans.
The Library Domain was founded during the height of the Forerunner Empire. When someone is lucid dreaming, it is believed they have entered The Library. It is not a physical place, it is a state of mind. The Library can generate anything/anyone from across the Galaxy. The head of the clans have full control of this and can access it freely. However, they are given the power to control by The Librarian. The Librarian embodies the person who loves, hates or cares. Emotions are measured to choose who The Librarian embodies at that visit. For Eren Yeager, there is nothing but a voice. There are no restrictions on who can enter the Library. Any species can enter, even AI can enter it. However, only the current head of the clans or The Librarian chooses who can enter, with The Librarian sometimes allowing some to enter in their sleep. Upon entry into The Library, the person would enter a coma in the physical world. The main drawback of the Head of clans using the Library is that it is physically and mentally taxing.
The Order of the Terra Knights was created by the UTSIS after the UTG voted to leave the Republic. Seeing the value the Jedi offered the Republic, the UTSIS wanted to create something similar. Unlike the Jedi Order, the Terra Knights use both the light and dark side of the Force in their training. Once the UTG left the Republic, the UTSIS requested the return of all children taken under a certain age. At first, they were hesitant, but the Jedi Order returned the children allowing them to become Terra Knights after much pressure from the Republic. After his rescue, Darth Vader assumed command of the Order.
The TITAN guns stand for Trans-Atmospheric Intercept Technology and Neutralization guns. Utilised on all UTG worlds the weapons were first designed to tackle the Covenant threat on planets, now there used against pirates and insurrectionists. To protect the guns from smaller crafts and vehicles they are equipped with multiple Defence measures such as machine guns, missile pods, and energy shields
