TBBT in the future, Professor Sheldon Cooper meets someone from the past….

##############

Next day in Amy's laboratory.

"Thank you for coming Professor Cooper. May I introduce my colleagues, Dr. Luke Cornwall be attaching the headset and monitoring the results as we do a brain scan, we want to know what makes your brain so special. Hannah Walsh is a graduate student, she will be helping me take notes.

Today I will just have a talk with you and ask you some questions, this conversation will be recorded. I propose to repeat these sessions every week for the next six weeks so I can compare your responses, I want to see how good your memory really is. You can stop these sessions at any time if you feel uncomfortable. If this is OK with you Professor could you please sign this consent form."

Sheldon signed the form.

"There you are Professor Fowler, let us do some Science."

"Thank you, is everything ready Luke? OK. Can we talk about how we briefly met 20 years ago, you mentioned a dirty sock?"

"I like to keep things neat and tidy. My old friends Howard Wolowitz and Raj Koothrappali blackmailed me by hiding a dirty sock in my apartment. This forced me to go on the blind date with you."

"Fascinating, this was the last time I was forced to go on a blind date by my mother. She says that I ran away from home after this….."

1 hour later

"Well thank you Professor, that is the end of the session. Could you please remove the headset Dr. Cornwall. Thank you for coming, I look forward to seeing you and your brain next week."

"Thank you everybody, back to Physics."

Five weeks later Sheldon was eating alone in the canteen when Amy walked past.

"Good afternoon Professor Cooper, no Professor Hofstadter I see, may I join you?"

"Please do, there is a Senator or Congressman visiting today, Leonard is on the welcome committee. How do the results look on the brain study?"

"Very interesting, we need to see the results from tomorrow and then do a full data analysis."

"I am looking forward to tomorrow, when will you have the results."

"I reckon that Hannah will take two weeks to do the full data analysis. You will be welcome to see the results."

"I will do that, don't forget to put my name on the author list when you publish."
