- Chapter 1: In another time and space -
Nagisa woke up in an unfamiliar place. His head was pounding, his chest felt tight and his throat was dry. He moved a hand over his head to massage his temples. His eyes squinted open, burning to a bright light. Or was it just the colour of the ceiling? It was clean white.
He was in...a room? Was he in a bed? Why was he here?
'What happened?'
Soon after the thought ran through his head, he rolled to his side and slipped both hand beneath his head. He closed his eyes again, trying to calm down and clear his mind. Once he opened his eyes again, he saw two silhouettes not too far away from him.
They were having a conversation, but what are they saying? And more to the point who are they?
"Do I really have to be here?"
"Yes, don't you want to be here when she wakes up?"
"N-n-not, um, really..."
"Huh, why not?"
"I...I...I just don't, okay! Please don't make me!"
"A hero needs to be confident, Midoriya-kun."
"Can't you just tell her that it was me, Recovery Girl?"
"No! It has to be you! Now stop whining."
"Oh c'mon, I am...very terrible when it comes to talking to girls."
"Hmm...that explains why you don't have a girlfriend,"
"Don't be mean!"
'What the hell are they talking about?'
"Hush Midoriya-kun! You'll wake her up!"
'Wait a minute, is this "her" that they're talking about me?'
The blunet was finally able to open his eyes fully but struggled to sit up on the bed. He noticed the two people had stopped their bickering and directed their full attention to him. Nagisa met two pairs of surprised eyes with his azure pair. He managed to sit up properly and returned a confused and surprised expression.
He opens his mouth but closed it soon after, not knowing what to say...
An awkward silence set in, he needed to say something, fast.
"Um..." the blue-haired 14-year-old began, his eyes darting around, finally realising he's in an infirmary, "...hello?"
That was more of a question, but oh well...
One of the two people, a short old lady with purple visors and a cane in her hand, smiled and walked over to Nagisa, "Hello there, I'm Recovery Girl. How are you feeling?"
'Recovery Girl? Is that her name' Nagisa thought curiously. He shook it off, understanding that she was a nurse of some sort. "Oh, just a little light-headed but I've seen worse, thank you."
"No trouble at all," the lady said, "but you really should thank Midoriya-" she paused as she noticed the other person wasn't there anymore. In his place instead was a blinking outline of his form.
They both turned to the door as they heard it creaked open. Trying to sneak out was a 15-year-old boy with messy green hair, big and round green eyes and freckles.
Nagisa sweatdropped and got dumbfounded, asking in his mind, 'Does he not want to be here or what?'
"Where do you think you are going Midoriya?!" Recovery girl yelled after him, causing him to flinch and began to shake without moving away from the door.
The greenet spoke in a nervous tone, "Oh...uh, I'm g-gonna be late for, uh, Eri's quirk control practice and morning training if I stay here so..."
Nagisa wasn't really sure what they were saying but he couldn't help but turn his head towards the window as the half moon shines in the pitch-black sky.
"That's three hours ago and it's only 7 pm," Recovery Girl deadpanned, causing the teenage boy to sweat bullets.
Recovery Girl sighed, "You're a terrible liar, you know, so cut the excuses and get back here already." After what felt like several minutes, the green-haired boy sighed and moved away from the door. He kept staring at the floor as he slowly walked towards the bed Nagisa was sitting with a confused and surprised expression.
The boy stopped at the left side of the bed, his eyes directed to the sheets instead of the blunet. He fiddled with his white shirt, as his lips pressed against each other tightly.
Nagisa could tell the other teen was very nervous, shy and a bit flustered.
He wondered...
"Did you..." Nagisa began slowly, "... bring me here?"
The greenet grew surprised at the question, his eyes met Nagisa's own for a split second before shifting to the side. "Um, yes," he muttered a response.
"Really?" Nagisa lit up, "thank you, uh..."
He didn't know his name. (Bruh)
Recovery Girl spoke up, "Don't be rude and introduce yourself already, chicken." The teen flinched again and moved his hands to his sides. He took a deep breath before speaking.
"My name is...my name is... my name... my name...is..." he calmed down, "my name is...Midoriya Izuku."
Nagisa blinked twice before smiling.
"Nice to meet you," the blunet replied, "I'm Shiota Nagisa," he then quickly added, "but please just call me Nagisa."
"O-okay," Midoriya said before returning the smile, "It... it doesn't hurt anywhere...I hope?"
"Just a small headache," Nagisa admitted with a weak smile, " My throat is a little dry too but...that's about it."
"Oh, I'll get you some water," Midoriya rushed to the other side and grabbed a glass while Recovery Girl took Nagisa's temperature.
"Looks like your fever's gone down, that's good." the old lady said before walking over to get some aspirins. Nagisa turned to the two, "I had a fever?" Midoriya came back with a glass of cold water, "Yeah, you did. You were seriously burning up."
'Oh,' Nagisa thought.
"But don't worry," Recovery Girl said coming back with a box of aspirins, "Midoriya-kun here helped me nurse you back to health."
"Really?"
"A-ah. it was nothing really...all in a d-day's work as a hero," Midoriya gave the blunet a nervous smile as he held out the glass of water with a shaky hand.
Nagisa sweatdropped again, and what did he mean by...hero?
"Careful, you'll spill it!"
"Ah, s-sorry!"
The blunet take the glass of water and the aspirins. He popped a couple in his mouth before drinking some water. It was enough to ease his nerves, but he can't really say the same for Midoriya, he was practically vibrating in one spot.
"I think you should drink some water too, Midoriya-san," Nagisa chuckled. Midoriya's face blushed bright red with embarrassment.
"I'm...I'm...I'm good, thanks."
"You sure?" Nagisa asked before taking another sip of water. Midoriya nodded his head speedily.
Recovery Girl chuckled, "Don't mind him, Nagisa-chan, he's just very shy around girls."
'Wait, WHAT!'
Nagisa had a spit take, as in all the water sprayed out of his mouth.
"D-Don't tell her that!" Midoriya protested, flailing his arms, but both he and Recovery Girl turned to see Nagisa choking on water.
Midoriya quickly rushed to his side and began to pat him on the back. "Are you alright?"
"You shouldn't drink so quickly, Nagisa-chan!" Recovery Girl said.
Nagisa took a few deep breaths, "Alright,*cough* I think we should *cough* get one thing straight first..." When he settled down, he turned to both of them with a serious face, "actually I am not a girl."
"WHAT!?" Midoriya spoke with shock.
"You're not?" Recovery Girl raised an eyebrow.
"Yes!" Nagisa said as the other male jumped back a bit.
Midoriya blinked, "Oh..."
Recovery Girl mused for a bit, rubbing a finger on her chin, "So you're a trap?"
"Please don't call me that!"
"Alright, calm down," Midoriya spoke nervously, "If that's the case, sorry for assuming."
The blunet sighed, "It's alright. It's not the first time, really," he said wearily, "After all it took 14 years before my own mother accepted I'm actually a boy."
"Wow, really?" Midoriya asked in surprise.
"Yeah..."
A long silence settled in.
Eventually, Midoriya smiled and walked closer to Nagisa. "Well, I hope that we didn't overwhelm you too much, Nagisa-san."
Nagisa smiled back, "I should be asking you that, you were shaking pretty hard back there!"
Midoriya chuckled, "Oh well, that was because I thought you were a girl! I get pretty nervous around girls!" He scratched the back of his head, "uh, sorry about that."
"I said it's alright didn't I," Nagisa also chuckled, "Thank you for taking care of me though."
"That's nothing really Nagisa-san! It's what a hero's supposed to do," Midoriya said more relaxed this time.
'He said it again, Hero?'
"Just call me Nagisa," the blunet said calmly with an unreadable expression on his face.
"Oh okay, Nagisa," Midoriya smiled but it disappeared as soon as he noticed the blunet's expression. "It's something wrong?"
Nagisa looked up at him. "You keep saying 'hero'? Why is that?" he asked. Midoriya blinked, "You don't know...about heroes?"
"Am I supposed to?" Nagisa cocked an eyebrow, "Also...Where did you find me? And where am I?"
Midoriya stared back at him for a few moments before sitting on a chair by the bed, "I suppose I can explain what happened."
Something told him that things are not the way they were supposed to be, and that this Midoriya Izuku whom he had met just a short while ago played an important role in solving the mystery of what had happened, was happening, or what was still to come.
"Okay...so could you explain what happened?" Nagisa asked and Midoriya turned to him, "How did you find me?"
"Yeah sure," the greenet nodded. "It happened about 2 hours ago..."
=| 2 hours earlier |=
Midoriya and All Might had just finished their evening jog on the main road between the Heights Alliance dorms and the main campus after Eri's quirk control practice with Togata, Aizawa and Monoma. Midoriya was wearing his green sports jacket with a white shirt, black trousers and red sneakers, while All Might wears his All Might series sports jacket and trousers with white sneakers. After they finished their jog, Midoriya decided to keep jogging for a bit longer, so All Might headed back to the faculty dorm after saying goodbye. Running always cleared his mind, especially with his promise with All Might and the events during the Shie Hassaikai raid.
He smiled, as he was glad to gain the chance to become a hero; being born quirkless was definitely his worst nightmare, knowing that his dream would've ended before it even began. But the chance encounter with All Might and inheriting One for All, he felt revitalised, like he could really make a difference.
Yet after all that had happened in the USJ, summer camp, Kamino and the Shie Hassaikai raid, he realised he wasn't able to save everyone, and he still need to get better control of his quirk and make it his own, otherwise, he wouldn't be able to become an amazing hero if he didn't overcome his weakness or protect everyone.
But at this moment, he can truly relax and be himself, other than the sound of wind and bird songs, the road is practically empty and silent, with the beautiful orange in the sky as the sun was setting, he decided to stop for a moment and drank some water from his bottle, while thinking to himself at ease, 'what a beautiful site.' But just as he was about to continue, the direction of the wind suddenly changed, as a small dim yellow light appeared in the sky, along with a powerful energy he'd never felt before.
Not many people noticed this sudden change in the atmosphere, in fact, it was so subtle as the light blended with the orange colour of the sky. However, after intense training until now, Midoriya was able to pick it up. He gazed up at the sky, spotting for the smallest change. Everything looked the same for the most part, or was it just his imagination?
"I could've sworn...I felt something just now," he continued to gaze up at the sky for about three minutes. He furrowed his eyebrows, 'How strange?'
Just then, a light appeared in the sky, above the trees on the road verge to his left. His head snapped towards the weird yellow light as he instinctively jumped behind a tree on the other road verge. Then he saw something falling down from the light onto the grass beneath the tree. He then went towards the fallen object, and once he got close enough, he found what wass lying on the grass was a person - a young teen to be precise.
They had a petite body, milky pale skin and blue hair that was tied into two pigtails. They were wearing a beige sweater over a white dress shirt and a black tie. They had baggy grey pants that were rolled up at the bottom and black shoes. Their eyes were clasped shut and their cheeks were heating up
"...A girl?!" Midoriya gasped, his face began to go bright red. She looked to be thirteen or fourteen but the greenet couldn't tell for sure. "Wait...why did she fall out of the sky?" he wondered aloud as he looked up above, and saw the light has vanished.
He turned back though when a pained groan came from the young teen. Midoriya's expression become serious as he bent down beside her. Trying to be cautious, he took her hand and checked her pulse.
It didn't seem like she was in any fatal danger, still, when he touched her forehead, he could tell she had a serious fever.
"I should get her to Recovery Girl!" he said. "Hope that she's still there!" Without wasting time, he took off his jacket and wrapped it around her before standing up and moving back to the main road. As quickly yet steadily as he could, he went back to U.A main campus and straight to see Recovery Girl.
=| Back to the present |=
"...And that's how I found you."
When Midoriya was done explaining, Nagisa tried to understand everything he was told. Disregarding the fact that the greenet mistook him for a girl (he already apologized so it's fine), he was glad that he was taken somewhere he could recover and be taken care of. Still, that didn't explain how he got here.
"Are you okay, Nagisa?" He snapped out of his thoughts at Midoriya's question. Nagisa nodded his head.
"Yeah I'm fine," he said, "I'm just trying to wrap my head around this," he held his chin in a pondering manner before looking at the greenet. "You said I fell out of the sky?"
Midoriya sweatdropped, "I know it sounds weird but that's exactly what happened..." he chuckled nervously.
"I see," Nagisa turned away thoughtfully.
"Although..." Nagisa quickly turned back to the greenet as he began to speak again, "Before I saw you, there was a strange disturbance in the atmosphere, in the sky to be exact and well, it felt like a powerful force of or energy was being emitted at the time." It was Midoriya's turn to place a hand on his chin, "I don't know exactly what it was but... it felt strange...like it didn't belong here."
Like it didn't belong here. The words echoed in Nagisa's mind and everything around him turned dark for a moment. Suddenly a pain struck the blunet's head. He placed his hands on either side to try and steady it.
It was then that his memories slowly began to return to him. The moment he was pulled through a portal of some kind...just after he...he...
"N...gisa?"
"Na..gisa?"
"Nagisa, are you alright?" Midoriya's voice finally reached the blue-haired teen and his eyes grew wide, "You seemed dizzy, maybe you should rest a bit more."
"Midoriya-san! Earlier you said something about becoming a hero!" Nagisa yelled suddenly, gripping the ends of his blanket tightly. Midoriya blinked in surprise, "Yes...I did. You said you didn't know about them though..."
"That's because where I come from there isn't anything like them!"
Midoriya raised an eyebrow, "What do you mean 'where you come from'?"
Nagisa shifted his eyes to the blanket, a voice echoing in his head.
- '...This will be the end of all heroes...'
He closed his eyes and slowly turned back to Midoriya, "Try and follow me on this. I.." Nagisa tried to say, "I...think I may have traveled here from another world."
"What...?" The greenet's eyes widened.
"I know it sounds crazy but that's what happened," Nagisa kept his eyes on his hands, "Something - No! Someone brought me here and that's probably why you felt a strange disruption in the atmosphere..."
Midoriya pieced it all together, "...Because there was a distortion in space and time. Of course!" he hit his palm with a fist, "Which means that whoever brought you here can manipulate space-time to create interdimensional portals that can reach as far as another universe, which is kind of cool if you think about it-"
Nagisa gave him a deadpanned look.
"-I mean you were forcibly taken from your home so it's not cool at all..." Midoriya avoided his gaze, scratching the back of his head.
The young hero cleared his throat, "Anyways, if that's the case, then you not knowing about heroes makes sense."
"Well, it's not like I don't know what a hero is, after all where I come from there are still comic books and multimedia, what I meant was, you were speaking about heroes like they were the norm. I hope I'm making sense," Nagisa said.
Midoriya chuckled, "Don't worry I understand," he said, "Well, in this world about eighty percent of the population are born with an ability called a quirk. From there people choose to either become a hero or a villain."
"Wait! Seriously!?" Nagisa's eyes dilated, "Eighty percent!?"
"That's right. And because of that, schools are created for the purpose of molding young people and assisting them in bettering themselves and their abilities." Midoriya explained, "And right now, you just so happen to be in one of those very institutions, U.A High School, one of the best hero academies in the world."
"It takes a lot of hard work and recommendation to get into a place like this. On top of that, it gives you great recognition too..." Nagisa listened attentively to everything the greenet told him, noting how all of this sounded like straight out of a comic book. A Shounen superhero manga even! He thought, 'Fuwa's gonna love all of this.'
Did he really end up in a world like this? Was this all even real?
"So," Nagisa began, "You're a student here?"
Midoriya nodded, "Yup! It still surprises me every day but...I really am a student at U.A."
"Does that mean you have a...quirk too?"
"Yes, I do."
Nagisa nodded in understanding before turning away. He spoke without looking at the other, "So...you're aiming to become a hero?"
"Yeah," Midoriya sighed, "It's always been my dream to be one. And well, at some point I thought it was impossible but after a miracle, it became possible. Someday, I'll become an amazing hero and protect those in need."
Nagisa remained silent, swimming in his thoughts. If this was a world where heroes are the everyday thing, and for some reason, he ended up here, and then there's that voice...
"It can't be a coincidence..." Nagisa whispered to himself.
"Did you say something?"
"Midoriya, I think the ones who brought me here...are planning something," Nagisa told him. The greenet's eyes widened.
"What do you by that? Planning something? What could they be planning?"
Nagisa held his chin, "I'm not quite sure...but I know that it has something to do with the reason I'm here and..." his eyes shifted to Midoriya's, "...heroes."
"H-heroes?" The greenet choked out. "What could they want with heroes?"
"I don't know. Everything that happened before I came here is a bit of a blur right now," Nagisa said, "but I remember when I got sucked into the portal, I heard a voice said, 'This is the end of all heroes'."
"W-what...?" The greenet shuttered, "The end of all heroes? W-what could that mean?"
"Not sure,"
"Could it be someone from your world?"
"I don't think so, the people of my world are like the twenty percent of the population in this world," Nagisa explained. "They don't really have any special powers that would be on the level of a super-powered hero or villain in this world," he sighed, "Still even if they were from my world why would they be seeking the end of all heroes if heroes are in this world or if they were from this world, what would they be doing in this world?"
Midoriya pondered for a moment, "Maybe they're from a whole other world altogether."
"I'm not sure, but considering that my world has seen alien invasions multiple times, I wouldn't consider that impossible," Nagisa said.
Midoriya stared at the blunet for a second, "Wait, aliens?" Nagisa replied, "Yes, there have been multiple alien invasions over the past few years in my world, heck the whole planet was even moved to another region of space eight years ago."
The greenet's mouth gaped for a moment, then suddenly he heard a growling noise.
"Oops, all this thinking made me hungry," Nagisa said.
Midoriya's stomach growled as well, "Oh yeah, it's dinner time now, and I sure am hungry and tired, I guess we can worry about it later, I've got school tomorrow anyway," he stood up from the bed, grabbed his jacket and turned to Nagisa, "After my morning classes I'll come back and try to inform some people about you being here, if you don't mind of course."
Nagisa shook his head, "Not at all." He chuckled nervously, "I just don't want a commotion."
"Don't worry I'm sure you won't!" Midoriya waved him off and began walking to the door, "Also, Recovery Girl should be bringing you some food right about now."
"And sure I did," Recovery Girl came back through the door with a tray of standard infirmary meal and proceeded to put it on the table next to Nagisa's bed.
"Well, I'm going now. I'll see you in the morning Nagisa! And Recovery Girl, please take care of him through the night", Midoriya said as he went through the door.
"Go back to dorm already," Recovery Girl ordered, "and don't worry, I'll look after the kid until the morning!"
"You too, Midoriya-san," Nagisa smiled, "Thanks for everything."
And Midoriya headed back to the Heights Alliance dorms.
As Nagisa was about to enjoy his meal, he looked to his side and noticed that Recovery Girl was writing his health report on the chair next to the bed.
He thought she might be hungry, and asked, "Hey, uh, Recovery Girl, are you hungry?"
"Oh, no, I ate an hour ago," she replied, "but thanks for asking, Nagisa-chan."
He simply nodded, as he was too focused on his rumbling stomach to give a solid response. He looked at his tray, and there was some mashed potatoes, a small veggie salad and a cup of orange juice. He didn't waste any more time as he took a bite out of the mashed potatoes and the salad, enjoying the warm and delicious mixed texture of the potatoes and veggies. And took a sip out of the orange juice, then let the taste set in.
Yup. Warm potatoes, fresh cabbages and sweet oranges. Good stuff.
While he was digging in, a question came to his mind, he turned to Recovery Girl, and asked curiously, "Hey, can I ask you something?" The old lady turned to him, "Is Recovery Girl really your name? It kind of sounds like an alias of some kind..."
She smiled, "Well look who's a smart trap!"
"Please don't call me that," Nagisa sweatdropped.
"You're right, Recovery Girl isn't my actual name, it's my hero alias as you said," she said, completely ignoring his statement. "My real name is Shuuzenji Chiyo."
"Oh," Nagisa mused.
The woman nodded, "You see, in this world, heroes have hero names that they use instead of their real ones, the same goes for villains. The reason's mostly that the names are easier to remember but sometimes it's because they want to keep their real names a secret."
"Just like in comic books," Nagisa thought aloud.
"Precisely," she said, "Except in real life!"
Nagisa's eyes began to sparkle a bit, "Wow..."
Recovery Girl chuckled, got off the chair and proceeded to the door, she then turned back to the blunet, and said, "After you've finished your dinner, take one more dose of aspirin, and get some more rest, you will be having a long day tomorrow."
Nagisa nodded and continued to finish his dinner as Recovery Girl left the room.
=| Class 1-A dorms |=
Meanwhile, Midoriya had arrived at the dorms after a short walk, as he walked through the door, he saw most of his classmates doing their own things, some were chatting while some were playing games.
He proceeded to head towards the elevator, just as Iida rushed towards him, and asked while doing his signature robot hand, "Midoriya-kun, why are you this late, you do know that it is against school rules to be outside the dorms at these hours, right?"
Uraraka then turned to the greenet, and said, "Yeah, Deku-kun, you normally are not this late, what happened?"
The others have stopped what they were doing and turned to him, Midoriya sweatdropped, "Oh I was just doing some training with All Might, and we chatted for a while about what happened back in the training session with class 1-B." He made up an explanation, not wanting to tell everyone about Nagisa yet and cause a commotion.
Bakugou then spoke out in annoyance, "Stupid Deku, only you would chat with All Might for this long!"
Midoriya said, "Okay, so if you can excuse me, I'm going to get a shower and then get something for dinner." And then he proceeded into the elevator.
The others didn't give that much thought about what happened, just shrugged and went back to what they were doing.
Later that night, Midoriya had finished his shower and dinner and is now laying in his bed trying to go to sleep but he cannot get the thought of what Nagisa told him, 'him coming from another world, the end of all heroes, his world facing alien invasions?' It all felt fascinating yet a bit worrying, but it was considering that Nagisa's world had faced multiple alien invasions over the years that gave him the most concern, and he thought to himself, 'Could 'he' be involved?'
Looks like getting sleep is going to be a challenge...
=| Assassins' universe |=
Karma and Kayano had contacted their classmates and teachers about what had happened, and were searching desperately to locate Nagisa for several hours and well into the night.
(Flashback)
The day was just like any Tuesday, class 3-E coming to school, trying to assassinate Korosensei, P.E lesson and assassins training with Karasuma-sensei, and Korosensei's usual shenanigans.
But it was until that evening that everything happened. Nagisa, Karma and Kayano were staying at the school building to clean up the anti-Korosensei bullets the class had shot during the day, as it was their turn for the day duty. Once they had finished, they headed down the hill the school was on, and then all of a sudden, Nagisa heard a dim voice, "This way..." He looked around him, to the confusion of the others.
The blunet asked the both of them if they had heard anything, they shook their heads simultaneously, and Kayano said, "What are you talking about, I don't hear anything?"
Then, behind the tree line, Nagisa spotted something glowing, and, in a rush, he headed towards it to investigate, with Karma and Kayano trying to follow.
Once Nagisa reached an opening, there in front of him, was a hole in the air with energy spiralling into it like a whirlpool. Then, he heard the voice again, "Come here and your goal shall be fulfilled..."
All of a sudden, the blunet didn't seem to be himself anymore, the light emanating from the hole and the voice had mesmerised him, and he slowly walked towards it.
It was then that Karma and Kayano had finally caught up with Nagisa, and saw the hole, they realized something was wrong, they yelled out at Nagisa to stop him from going any further, but to no avail. They then tried to approach him and hold him back, but a wave of energy from the hole suddenly blew them back.
And once Nagisa had reached the hole, he snapped out of the trance, only to realize he was getting pulled into the hole. He struggled to hold his ground, and then Karma and Kayano rushed to pull the blunet back, and a tug-o-war of several seconds, another pulse of energy blasted the redhead and the greenette back, leaving Nagisa to be sucked in.
As he was being pulled in, Karma and Kayano looked in shock and screamed out to Nagisa, only to see their friend and classmate disappearing in the light the hole emanated, and heard a voice saying, "...This will be the end of all heroes..."
Then, the hole in the air closed and vanished, Kayano tried to go towards where the hole was and save Nagisa, but Karma held her arm, knowing they now can't accomplish anything without help, so they decided to contact their classmates and teachers.
(End of flashback)
All of class 3-E were in frantic mode, Korosensei had been using his powers to travel across the globe to search for a similar portal while Karasuma-sensei, Bitch-sensei and Ritsu were attempting to search for any intel in the government databases. The other students had all been trying very hard to search the hill for any clues, but for now, they had to stop and went home to rest, for despite the current situation, they still needed to do their studies the next day.
Karma, who normally was level-headed, couldn't shake off the anxiety in his chest. He knew Nagisa could take care of himself but he was still just a kid like the rest of them. He remembered the times the world was being invaded by aliens, but they all managed to survive them, but unknown entities that can warp space and time? That is way out of the world. But right now, sitting by his desk, all he could think about was the voice and what it said.
'What does that mean?' he pondered, trying to understand the peculiar statement or find some hidden meaning behind it. 'It doesn't make sense, does it mean people who do good? Are the ones behind this taking people who are recognised as heroes? Nagisa's a good person but I wouldn't call him a hero.' He placed a hand on his chin, "Unless it meant something else..."
As for Kayano, she was worried as hell, seeing the boy whom she had a crush on getting taken away, but there's no way they can give up on him. Sitting in her bed, she knew she was anxious about all of this, but the one person she's worried about, other than Nagisa, was his mom since . 'Mrs. Shiota must be worried sick and we don't know what to tell her,' she thought worryingly.
She looked out the window, at the moon that was made forever a cresent, 'Oh, where are you, Nagisa...?'
