In the Starry night sky where snowfall in the Mushroom Kingdom, Toad Town was lively with stalls and people with several Christmas decorations.

"Oh man, I don't know what to choose!" A girl walking with her friend

"Man, it's so hard to choose..." A man looking at the jewelry store.

"Would you like some time thinking again, sir?" The Staff asked with a sweatdrop.

"Excuse me, I'm here for the pick up order." A Toad asked the staff.

"Oh Of course! What's the name of the order?" A Boo staff asked

"Wow! This place is already packed!" A Faunus male tiger exclaimed.

"What? You guys are already packed?" A Woman asked

"We're sorry for the inconvenience... Today is Christmas and times like these always crowded the restaurant." A Koopa staff expained

"This is exactly why I told you to make a reservation early." The other woman told her as her friends sighed.

"Behold Oz!" Fischl pointed to her snowman raven of Oz. "Witness the great making of thy statue!"

"Oh, Mein Fräulein. I'm so touched that you work so hard to make a perfect snowman of myself." Oz said.

"Qrow, where's the Egg-" Raven palmfaced as she see Qrow drinking a bowl of Egg Nog. -"Nog. That was a stupid question."

"Ahh." Qrow wipe his lips. "You still need some work on it." He told her, causing some an annoyed look, then she throw a fireball at him. "Blah!"

*CRASH*

"Heeeeey guys!" Ruby called out as she, the rest of WBY, JNPR, the Schnee, Taiyang, and the Belladonna Family arrived as they see Qrow on the floor, groaning. "Um, what happened?"

"Take a wild guess." Raven pointed at the empty bowl.

"Why am I not surprised." Weiss palm face with a deadpan look.

"And you didn't save some for us?" Taiyang sighed as Zwei bark.

Master Hand snapped his fingers and several decorations popped everywhere in Smash Bros Castle.

"Perfect!" Master Hand said with pride.

"INCOOOOMING!" Crazy yelled as Master turn his head- er, hand and saw a Crazying coming in with tank and crash into a lobby. "Made it!"

"CRAZY!"

"Ragna, Jin, we're back!" Noel Vermillion enter the door with Tsubaki and Makoto Nanaya enter the house.

"Ah, finally you guys are back." Ragna said in the kitchen. "Dinner is almost ready."

"Oh, I can help you cook, Ragna!" Noel Vermillion offered which cause everyone in the room to turn pale.

"N-No! No, I got it. Besides, I just need you to set up the plates."

"I'm gonna head to the bathroom. Better washed my hands for the good stuff!" Makoto said as she walk to the bathroom.

"Oh, is there anything I can help with?" Tsubaki asked.

"Um, not so sure honestly. Jin, do you know?" Ragna asked.

"I suppose I need help taste-testing the egg nog to be perfect." Jin answered

"Oh, I'll help!" Tsubaki headed to the kitchen.

"Okay, explain why we are doing this again?" Kokonoe asked as she was wearing a Christmas dress. "I look absolutely ridiculous."

"Professor, where's your Christmas spirit?" Litchi asked. "Oh that reminds me, did you get your present for everyone?"

Ugh, yes I have them in stuck. But again, why are we doing this?"

"Probably because you should feel all happy?" Roy Carmine shrug.

"And why should I feel happy?" Kokonoe fold her arms.

"Because don't want to be a grinch, right?" Litchi smiled

"Why the hell would I be some Christmas creepy who steals presents just because he has issues over the holiday."

"Come on, Professor, you been working nonstop and its time you celebrate Christmas. Besides, its time for relaxing, where everyone from Sector Seven can relax."

"I got the presents." Lambda walk in with Tager who was wearing a santa outfit.

"Are you sure I should even be wearing this santa outfit?" Tager asked

"Oh I just wanted to see how you look it in." Litchi said. "As I thought, you are too big, even with your current new body."

Tager sighed.

"Okay, that should be all the paperwork, Your Majesty." A Civil servant said as the other servants were carrying loads of papers away.

Byleth sighed. "Finally, it's been a long day. And today is Christmas as well."

"Yes, it is quite a lovely holiday where friends and family gather together, give each other presents from the heart or such."

"Yes. And yet, Fodlan still needs time to build new cities, towns, and roads. Which is to be expected."

"Yes. But given the support from our goddess, the church and many various of people throughout the country are giving their absolute best to make sure all of these projects are complete throughout our reborn home. After it, it will takes years or decades to have Fodlan to the vision where everyone is happy and many lives and opportunities will have with the same and new jobs."

"Indeed. However, I also mustn't be too rusty with my sword and skills as well. As King, I want to protect my kingdom and its people not just diplomat, but also with skill in combat. There are times that in the future, there are threats that will put our kingdom in danger." Byleth told him.

"Yes, the Great Twilight for example and the news about Salem. It's been over a few months and we're still rebuilding our military."

"Right, so-" The door knock.

"Your Majesty, are you here?" Yuri's voice asked behind the door.

"Ah, Yuri. Yeah. I'm just about done with work." Byleth answered as Yuri opened the door.

"In that case, I shall take my leave, Your Majesty." The Civil Servent bow. "And Merry Christmas, and to you, My lord." He said as he took off.

"I was wondering if you'll be done. It's almost time, don't you think?" Yuri approaches Byleth, wrap his arms around him and they both share a kiss before parting.

"Yeah. My duties as King are just beginning. But tomorrow I need to keep up with my skills." Byleth smiled.

"Same. And who better than us?"

"Right. So, are you ready, Yuri?"

"Ready."

"Hey Sandy, how is the meal going?" Sidney asked.

"It's going great!" Sandy cheered.

"Wayne, can you set up the chairs over there?" Jessica asked

"Yeah, you bet!" Wayne nodded and help set up the chairs.

"Okay, everyone, we're almost done for our Christmas party." Levi announced as the students cheered.

"Almost done, already?" Rean asked as he approached.

"Yep. This will be our first Christmas together with the students."

"Yeah. Though next year will be different."

"I'm happy. So, what would you prefer? Spend it with everyone in the branch campus or friends and family?" Levi asked

"I don't see why not with both." Rean replied.

"Hehe, I had a feeling you'd say that. I can't wait for our little party to begin."

"Same here. It would also be nice if we can visit friends and family. Or last we did with Thanksgiving."

"Oh yeah. It would be nice." Levi agreed. "Like we did in Peach's Thanksgiving. Speaking off, she didn't sent an invite, right?"

"Right. So far it doesn't seem like she host it just yet. Perhaps she might with new years." Rean guessed.

"Oh I can imagine that. Freedays is at New years so guess we'll find out when the time comes."

"Talking about Christmas, are we?" Altina asked as she and Venti enter.

"Yep. Are you both excited?" Rean asked.

"Oh yes! I'm way more exhausted. That reminds me, Levi, Zhongli, Ei, Nahida and Miko are planning on visiting. I ask the principal about that and she said they can come. They even have some gifts for you."

"Really? I'm excited to hear that. Oh, speaking off, I also got you a Christmas gift, Rean." Levi pull out a present and give it to him.

"Aww, thanks, Levi. I also got you one as well." Rean smiled. "Mine is upstairs, so we can go get it after this."

"Sounds fine with me."

"I received a present from Millium. It was a black rabbit accessory. I got her a white rabbit version." Altina said.

"I bet she's happy to have that." Rean smiled as he patted Altina's head.

"Everyone, its done!" Sandy announced.

And so Rean, Levi begin to chat with the students as they all got to chatting and helping getting the food to the table. Soon Juna, Kurt, Ash and Musse enter the room where they chat with their friends while the couples known as Juna and Kurt, Musse and Ash, and Altina and Venti gave their lovers their presents. Then Aurelia, Randy and Michael and the rest of the staff all join in with the towns folks for the Christmas party.

In Reinford, Alisa let out a deep sigh of exhaustion as Sharon prepared Tea with Clefable. Alisa drinks the tea and let out a satisfactory high as they both look outside the night sky with Christmas decorations.

In the Bracer Guild, Sara, Toval, Fie and many others cheers and celebrate.

Jusis was staring at the window in his manor as he look outside at the Christmas decorations and see the children and people are lively. Then Jusis got a called from Millium and they both chat.

Laura along with Victor are having a small party in Legram where they celebrate Christmas.

In Heimdallr, Machias and his Co-workers are celebrating an Elliot is celebrating with Fiona with Annette and Gustave who pay a visit with her uncle and mother.

In Nord Highland, Although Christmas isn't a holiday there, Gaius and his family still have their family time.

In the Patch...

Ruby, Weiss, Blake, Yang, Nora, Jaune, Myrrha, Ren, Ghira, Winter, Willow, Whitely, Ironwood, the Ace Ops, Kali, Raven, Qrow, and Taiyang are all gathered for a Christmas party as they toast and cheer while Zwei bark

All of Fairy Tail Mages let out their celebration as they were loud and cheerful as always.

Smash Bros Castle...

Meanwhile in Smash Bros, All of the Fighters including those within Fodlan, Ylisse, Hayelynn are all gathered for a Christmas party to celebrate while some villains like Ganondolf were having their own celebration with the other villains.

In Peach's Castle...

Peach, Mario, Luigi, Daisy, Toadsworth, and the Toad Brigade all gather to share a toast in Peach's Castle.

In Bowser's Castle...

Bowser gives Junior his present as he hugs his papa. Junior opened the present and it was a spellbook which junior really excited about and hug Bowser again. Kamek, the Koopalings, Crow, Morgan, Shez, Arval and Kazuha are all gather to share a party while the rest of the army are celebrating their own.

Duvalie, Ines, Ennea are all celebrating somewhere in Zemuria in a secret home. Invited was Shirley and Cedric. They all gather for a nice celebration, though the Stalritter is uncomfortable around Shirley but Cedric is a little proud to be in right now.

The screen soon turns to the sky on a Christmas night as the snow falls.
