People often think that a measure of a man is what he does with power, while others think that a measure of a man is his power. Only the crimson ties of fate can decide who a person becomes and what he does with the power he has been given, earned or stolen.

Waking up with a yawn is a young man named Goldenfield Apto. Goldenfield is seventeen with light orange skin and spiky silver hair on his head. He also sports green eyes with an average body type and is dressed in a simple tank top and boxer shorts.

For the past two weeks, Goldenfield has had his life changed into something strange and bizarre. Suddenly Goldenfield has had his life transformed into an RPG with perks, skills levels and so on.

At first Goldenfield thought he might have been crazy, but after leveling up his 'Dishwashing' skill and having an easier time finishing the task for his mother, he eventually came around to the idea of this strange reality actually being a real thing.

Of course, he didn't tell a soul about it since he didn't want to get put into an asylum or anything. So, he just tried to live his life as best as he could. He still hangs out with his friend Spike Drake and watches anime and stuff, but today he was feeling especially nervous due to the fact that he would be starting school with his childhood friend today.

His first day at Canterlot High School.

"Goldenfield, hurry and get up before your late for school." Goldenfield's mother said from outside his door a second before the alarm on his cellphone went off, making him groan a bit.

"I'm up mom. I'm getting ready for school." Goldenfield said back to his mother before he grabbed some clothes and made his way to the bathroom down the hall where he cleaned himself up and straightened his hair a bit before getting dressed in a black T-shirt with jeans and high-top sneakers on his feet.

The Gamer

"So weird." Goldenfield said to himself as he looked at his reflection and at the floating blue letters above his head before he walked out of the bathroom and grabbed his school bag from his room and made his way towards the kitchen where he grabbed some pop-tarts for breakfast while seeing his mother in her dark black business suit and skirt with heels.

Xial Apto, Level: 6

Lawyer/Loving Mother

Xial looked similar to Goldenfield since they both share light orange skin and green eyes, but her hair is a stark black and done in chin length braids with golden rings on a few of the braids. She also sports a small bit of makeup on her face as well that compliments her appearance.

"Do you have everything you need?"

"Yes mom." Goldenfield responded as he finished his pop-tarts before throwing the wrapper away and made his way to the door of the house along with his mother who made sure that he had his house keys, wallet and phone on him along with his school supplies before she gave him a kiss on the forehead and headed off in her station wagon while Goldenfield made his way to the bus stop.

"I just need to relax. A new school is no big deal." Goldenfield said to himself with heavy breath before he soon saw a few other teens gathered at the nearby bus stop.

"Sup Goldie?" Spike asked with a smile as Goldenfield walked up to his friend.

Spike is dressed in a red T-shirt with khaki pants and brown shoes. He is fairly fit and sports purple skin with green spiky hair on his head along with emerald, green eyes as he has his school bag slung over his shoulder.

"Hey Spike. How the hell are you so chipper in the morning?" Goldenfield asked with a yawn while scratching his head a bit.

"I've always been an early riser. The Drake blood runs hot as my father says." Spike bragged while Goldenfield rolled his eyes with a smile.

"Whatever man. I just hope today goes well. The last thing I need is a lame reputation sticking to me on the first day."

"I hear that but relax dude. You're going to work yourself into a natural fit if you freak out before even getting on the school bus." Spike replied and Goldenfield could see the logic in his friends' words.

Soon enough, the school bus came and after a decently timed bus ride. Goldenfield and Spike got off the bus and were walking towards the massive school. Canterlot High School was a prestigious school known for a healthy competition with Crystal Pred Academy as well as formally being an all-girls school.

Only a few dozen men passed the entrance exam and that resulted in the young men being outnumbered 3-to-1, excluding the male staff of course.

"Let's get this over with." Goldenfield said with a sigh before he took a paper out of his school bag saying that all the new students had to head towards the gymnasium for the assembly that was taking place. And after the duo found their seats in the stands within the gym, they looked at the center of the gym and saw several people standing with microphones in hand.

The two people he recognized were Principal Celestia and Vice-Principal Luna. Both are dressed in business casual clothing except Luna's clothes are dark colors while Celestia's colors are brighter.

"Greetings to all the new students of Canterlot High, today will be the start of your new academic careers. While you're here you all will become the best versions of yourselves possible and learn that your potential is limitless." Celestia said through her mic as she started talking to the students about the school, rules, policies and other formalities.

Goldenfield listened to what was being said, but he also couldn't help but feel a bit bored. However, after the principals stopped talking about the school policies, they allowed one of the other people to speak. The person was the president of the student council, and her name was Twilight Sparkle.

A girl dressed conservatively like the principals, but her colors were blues mixed with pink, almost matching her purple hair with streaks of pink in it.

"Hello everyone. Most of you are free to go to classes, but those of you who scored higher than eighty-five percent on the entrance exam have to stay in the gym. So, if the rest of you could please leave in an orderly and preferably single file line, that would be greatly appreciated." Twilight said nervously into the mic and honestly, Goldenfield thought that it was a bit cute…Adorkable if you would.

Soon the majority of people had left the gym and a handful of students were left and were soon given a tour of the school. Apparently, those who scored above a certain percentage on the entrance exam were given a tour of the school grounds while the others were given maps of the school.

The tour was given by Twilight along with her two student council members known as Pinkie Pie and Rarity. Pinkie Pie is a pink bubbly girl with curly dark pink hair and blue eyes while wearing a white long-sleeved shirt with ballons all over it, followed by blue jeans shorts and blue boots.

Rarity on the other hand has a pale white complexion with long and elegant dark purple hair with a curvy frame like Pinkie and is dressed in a light green sweater dress that lacked sleeves and reached her knees, she also sports black leggings and flat black shoes.

The tour was fine, but Goldenfield couldn't get over what he saw floating above the girls' heads.

The names, titles and levels confused Goldenfield since he didn't see levels that high before, excluding Celestia and Luna. Goldenfield glanced at both principals and saw that he couldn't see their levels, but he saw their titles and they concerned him quite a bit.

Goldenfield didn't know if the titles were truly accurate or anything, but he still wasn't eager to meet the principals again.

'The fuck?'

Goldenfield looked up from the ground and noticed that Pinkie had quickly looked away from him before speaking up more about the classes and clubs in the school.

"Dude, this school is so awesome." Spike whispered as Goldenfield looked over at his friend and was about to tell him something before he noticed two things. The first thing is that he noticed that Spike practically had hearts in his eyes while looking at Rarity, and the second thing was that Goldenfield didn't really look at Spike's name and level until now.

Talon was rumored to be the name of a new gang in the city, and Spike used to be a member and never said a word about it…Goldenfield felt stunned by what he saw until he saw a new screen appear in front of his face.

Goldenfield swallowed the saliva in his throat before he focused on what he should say to his friend about whatever is going on with him.

Student Council Room

The student council room was in one of the old club buildings near the rear end of the school and sitting behind the large desk with Twilight as she was moaning sadly while having her face buried in her arms on the desk while Rarity and Pinkie stood on the other side of the desk.

"Twilight darling, you did fine with the tour and speaking with the people. You should be happy." Rarity said before Twilight weakly raised her head.

"I know that, but speaking with so many people was so embarrassing, even when we ended up with a small group for the tour. I don't even want to think about how mad people will be with me after I told the majority of them to leave." Twilight said before she put her face back down and her two friends could have sworn, they saw a dark rain cloud appear over Twilight's head.

"Well, on a more serious note, I have to say that two people stood out during the tour according to Pinkie." Rarity said before looking back at the pink haired girl taking a bite out of some cotton candy she somehow acquired.

"That's right. That Spike guy has some magical power. He's strong and probably already knowns, about the supernatural, so he could be from a bloodline of mages or something. That another guy called Goldenfield was weird though." Pinkie said bluntly in her usual bubbly attitude before eating more of her cotton candy.

"Can you define weird?" Twilight asked as she once again raised her head.

"I couldn't read him. He has intense mental defenses, but I could hardly sense any magical power coming from him. What makes it even weirder is that I don't think he did it on purpose. It was like his brain automatically refused to let me sense him and get a read on him." Pinkie said making Rarity and Twilight look at each other with a fair bit of confusion.

"That is strange. We should keep an eye on those two for the time being." Rarity said as Twilight quickly agreed before sitting up properly in her chair.

"Right…But onto other business. Has anyone heard from Fluttershy or Rainbow Dash?" Twilight asked her friends as both girls had sad faces now and looked away, making Twilight sigh sadly. "It's been two weeks, and they're still avoiding us."

"If we could talk to them, we could work out this misunderstanding properly." Rarity said as she thought about the events that led to their friend group practically falling apart.

"Howdy, did I miss anything?" A southern voice asked as the trio looked at another member of the student council known as Applejack. She was six foot two and had well defined muscles to her frame along with blonde hair done in a single shoulder length braid while she is dressed in a red flannel short sleeved shirt with a blue jean skirt with shorts underneath, cowgirl boots on her feet and a cowgirl hat on her head.

"We were just talking about the group of new students and how were still sad over the mess that happened with Fluttershy and Rainbow Dash." Pinkie quickly explained.

"Well shoot. Them girls are still avodin' us?"

"Yeah." Twilight replied as Applejack took a seat in one of the nearby desks with a frown.

"I outa go to the girls and drag them here, so we can talk properly."

"I agree with the thought, but we don't want to make them any angrier than they already are…Still, it would help if we knew how to start a dialogue with them." Rarity said before the group slowly changed the subject and started speaking about student club related activities.

Meanwhile walking through the halls together and towards their class is the duo Fluttershy and Rainbow Dash. Fluttershy has a sizeable hourglass figure with straight light pink hair reaching her shoulders and is wearing a white long-sleeved sweater complimenting her light-yellow skin tone, a light green skirt with sneakers on her feet and her school bag being held in her hands by its strap.

Rainbow Dash on the other hand has light blue skin with spiky rainbow-colored hair on her head. Cerise colored eyes with an athletic frame and is wearing a white T-shirt with a lightning bolt on the chest underneath a jean jacket with cargo pants and black boots on her feet while she had her school bag slung over her shoulder.

"This sucks, now the competition for sports clubs is going to get too lax with training in order to get new students up to speed if anyone want's to join a team." Rainbow groaned in frustration.

"I thought you liked competition."

"I do, but I don't like making backwards progress." Rainbow replied before letting out a breath of annoyance. "I'm not mad at the new students or anything, I'm just pissed at one coach in particular who decided to just sigh up two random newbies instead of actually making them try out."

"Iron Will." Fluttershy said in a low tone of voice that perfectly hid her distain for the man. Even her close friend Rainbow Dash didn't pick up on Fluttershy's anger.

"You don't have to be scared of him Shy. That bastard is going to get what's coming to him. It just fucking sucks that everyone is blaming us for the accident he caused." Rainbow said with clear anger written on her face as she noticed a few students avoiding them.

"It does suck, but I just want to avoid the subject and Iron Will as much as possible. So, can we talk about something else?" Fluttershy asked before the two girls suddenly crashed into two other teens, causing the four of them to fall, and somehow in some bizarre twist of fate. These two teens were Spike and Goldenfield, but the truly bizarre thing was that Goldenfield, fell in a way that had his head in-between Fluttershy's leg's.

When she quickly sat up from the ground, Goldenfield saw up Fluttershy's skirt and saw the lacy white panties she wore, which quickly caused a blush to appear on his face as he mentally froze on the spot before getting snapped out of it when Fluttershy let out a shriek in realization at what Goldenfield was looking at, and the next thing he knew. He saw his HP bar appear before his eyes and a painful boot hitting the side of his head.

"Pervert!" Rainbow Dahs shouted as she was the one who kicked Goldenfield away from looking up her friend's skirt.

"Goldie, you, ok?" Spike asked with concern as he went to Goldenfield's side and saw his eyes were glazed over and white while his nose was bleeding.

Suddenly the problems Goldenfield faced today had vanished when he saw a truly beautiful sight that caused his mind to almost shatter from sheer sensory overload. Luckily his Gamers Mind perk went to work in trying to snap Goldenfield out of his dazed state.

"You two must be new to school, so you don't know the pecking order." Rainbow Dash said in a threatening voice that caught Spike's attention as he looked at saw Rainbow standing over him and his downed friend while she was cracking her knuckles and, in that moment, Spike could have sworn that Rainbow's body was shrouded in darkness while one crimson red eye remained visible. "Nobody in this school peeps on Fluttershy."

"Wait a minute. It was an accident, I swear. Goldie here isn't a pervert." Spike said as he quickly tried to defend his friend.

"You expect me to believe that after what I just saw?"

"It's true. He was just shocked and confused for a minute. That's all. I sweat to you that he will apologize to both of you as soon as he comes to." Spike said back as Rainbow glared at him for a moment before she looked back at Fluttershy who was standing up and adjusting her skirt.

"He'd better. Let's go Shy." Rainbow Dash said before she turned to walk away and was quickly followed by Fluttershy who glanced back at Goldenfield with a small blush before she looked back and followed her friend.

"That was close." Spike said with a sigh.

"I saw heaven." Goldenfield said as he finally awoke from his dazed state as the memory of lacy panties and thick thighs were burned into his mind.

"Good for you, now if you don't want to get beat up, you need to apologize for peeping on that girl. Otherwise, I won't be able to save you from that rainbow haired girl. She scared the crap out of me dude."

"I was going to apologize anyway, but in my defense, I was caught with a heavenly sneak attack, that I couldn't avoid." Goldenfield said back while Spike rolled his eyes as the two of them stood back up and dusted themselves off before heading off to classes since they were actually late for class by now.

However, neither of them was aware that a certain member of the school staff was watching them from behind the corner of the hallway.

A/N: Another new story because I can write all day baby…Seriously I just wanted to write something fun and relaxed compared to some of the serious stuff that I am writing. And with that being said I came up with the idea to make MLP an ecchi/mature anime based on other anime and games I like.
