With Christmas Day done, now we can prepare for the next event, in which we know will mark an end to the year which we have been living in, and looking forward to what else might come next. Chapter 460: Following from Christmas Day…

(December 26. Ketcham Park. Royal Woods Michigan.)

We see the four are spending time here at the Park, and they are Lincoln, Luna, Jordan and Sam. Not too far, we see Rita by the benches and she is reading a book and watching over the twins as they make some snowmen alongside, Lily and Lisa.

They discuss about the stuff that they got from their gift exchange, and even the gifts that they got from the other day during Christmas morning.

Sam received a small action figurine of the front man from Motorhead. She also loved the gift from Luna, which is a bracelet with their initials together, and it has some silver and amethyst and sapphire.

Jordan opened her gift, and she got a Bunneary hat, and plush toy. The gift she got from Lincoln is a snowflake necklace, and each snowflake is made of silver, and in their center is a rose symbol.

Both gals loved the gifts they got from their respective lovers. Then Sam asks. "So, when do you think we can have a hang out time with the super hero counterparts? I mean, for sure these gifts came from a Santa Claus which they know, right?"

Luna chuckles. "Yeah, pretty much. Though, I haven't gotten any messages from them. Also, I am still waiting for any word on when my hero counterpart spoke with the guardian guy."

They all nod and then Jordan speaks. "Christmas is passed us now, and we should all look forward to an awesome end of the year event. New Year's Eve, and it's going to be awesome. We're gonna be saying goodbye to 2023 and hello to 2024."

Lincoln chuckles. "We've got a lot to look forward to when that comes around, one of which is the birthday of the twins and we don't know on who will plan, but chances it'll be Lola again, and also next month I am headed to the Royal Woods Comic Book Convention with our other mom, Amanda Bright."

Luna speaks. "Sure she might not be married with our mother, Michelle Lewis. But we still see Amanda bright as our mother too, and I feel like some more big change is gonna be coming when next year comes around the bend."

Jordan then kisses her boyfriend's cheek. "Sure wish I could come along, because that sounds fun. But, I gotta be ready with my dad as we plan for my mom's birthday. We're so going to surprise her, and spend some time together."

"That I can understand Jordan" replied Lincoln, and he holds her hand and kisses it, which makes Jordan giggle and blush.

Then Luna remembers another thing. "Right, another thing we gotta do soon, next month is head for California for the big Lewis Family Reunion. We kinda look forward to it, and of course Amanda is coming along, and yet we gotta be prepared since there is a major chance that the other Lewis' might not be accustomed or even be alright with us."

They also realize this, and are hoping that they will be ready for that one. They recall, Oscar and Emily hate Michelle and she hates them back, but then again not all of the Lewis' might be bad.

Rita on the other hand, she goes through her thoughts on a plan. 'When we do ever encounter Lynn's father again, we need to figure something out. We don't want him to start getting upset because of how things have changed dramatically.'

(Lewis Residence, Olive Street.)

Michelle Lewis is here in the living room and she is speaking with her girlfriend Amanda Bright, and their conversation has something to do with what is to come next month.

Michelle Lewis speaks. "So, I have this special plan all made and set for when we do go there. We will be going inside of a transport, and I made the call to FutureTech and they will allow it. A part of me feels like they trust me so much that they see me as someone of an authority in nature."

Amanda chuckles. "Sounds like someone might be the real in charge lady of that base, but still that is good that you have a plan for when we do go to that big reunion next month. Who knows what could happen, I mean not all of the Lewis' there might be alright with what has been going on."

"We did encounter Oscar and Emily and those two don't like you, and I don't think that they will like Lincoln and Luna either, they seem quite distraught seeing them. We need to make sure that nothing else bad ever happens when we do go there, but then again I trust that your plan with work."

Michelle smiles and she shares a small kiss with Amanda. "Things will be kinda complicated, but the plan will work and I am so glad that you're also coming along. The kids see you as their mom too."

Amanda nods. "Of course, I see them as my kids as well. Kinda almost feels like something we have seen, or something we have felt, kinda like…."

"A dream?" asked Michelle, and this also surprises Amanda. "Let me guess, you have been having a dream where we're together, and I have three adopted little kids?"

Amanda is stunned, and amazed. Deep down, she feels like something else is going on. Michelle then continues. "Don't need to worry about that, because I did plan to call and see if the cloaked man can answer that for us, if he is available."

Amanda nods, and they both still have some concerning thoughts for what comes next month, though Amanda does look forward to spending time with Lincoln, at the Royal Woods Comic Book Convention.
