we meet the teams at the mess hall as they eat the breakfast Chef prepared for them, which seemed some kind of barely edible hot dogs, Owen seemed to be loving them

are you ok man? - tyler asked Sam, who seemed kinda bummed

i'm alright - said Sam - i just miss Dakota, she is over there at the other team

i see, but youre with us now - said tyler - you can still hang out with her after the challenges

But she's on a team with so many mean people - said Sam - who knows what they can be telling her

meanwhile across the mess hall

I always thought you and Sam where really cute together - said Owen looking at Dakota while he ate another hot dog

Up until now I haven't really interacted much with my team, a lot of weird and mean people here, but maybe not all of them are so mean, Owen and Noah are very chill

Don't worry about them sister - said Leshawna realizing Dakota was suspicious of some of the people on her team - stick with us and you will be alright for the rest of the season

dakota smiled at that, but then Chris came in, weirdly enough he was dressed in a blue suit and red tie and had his hair thrown back and spiked with gel

contestants, i'm here to announce the next challenge, i know you're tired from beating each other up physically last time, so this time you will beat each other up on arguments, because today's challenge is called "attorneys at war"

everyone had already finished breakfast and where at the set for chris to finish announcing

for this challenge each team will be picking a side on this age old debate from the gaming era, after all, which console was better? the sega genesis or the super nintendo?

man finally i challenge i know for a fact i can compete in, i know everything about these consoles but which one do i choose? they are both great

each team must choose one of the two consoles to represent - said chris

Can we do the genesis? - said owen feeling nostalgic - i really liked playing Sonic as a kid

the rest of his team was a bit skeptical of him choosing without even checking with the team

All the contestants who where going to form the debate teams went into the library, the remaining contestants, Tyler Eva, Ezekiel, Dawn, Scott, Leshawna and Dakota stayed as Chris requested

Chris left as the contestants set off to cause misschief between the pairs studying

courtney just groaned while looking unamused

if you're gonna stay grumpy like that it's better if we just resolve this now

why do you talk so high and mighty? - asked Courtney - don't you remember you were the one who cheated the game to send me home?

well yes it is - said courtney - i am still angry at that if you care so much

no no, you're right - says Harold - i was completely on the wrong there, i was trying to get back at duncan for torturing me, but you didn't have anything to do with our fight and didn't deserve pay for his mistakes, if it's still worth anything, i'm sorry about what i did

Next ensued a compilation of the saboteurs trying to distract the opposing team, Eva dropped a bunch of dumbbells near Owen and Noah creating a lot of noise, Leshawna put a speaker playing loud music and started dancing near brick and Zoey, Tyler started doing yoyo tricks trying to distract Al and Heather, but ended up tying himself up, Dakota seemed unsure about sabotaging the other team, Ezekiel and Dawn together released a bunch of mice over Duncan and Jo, and scott threw a bunch of used socks where Sam and Molly where studying

Dang it, this smells horrible - said Sam

You said it - said Molly, as they both walked outside the library to breathe

So - asked Sam after they went back In after he threw the socks out - what is your deal

What do you mean - asked Molly

I know it's hard being the new girl and all, but you don't seem to talk very much, so I thought it would be good to know you a bit better

Of course I didn't tell Sam all about me, it's best if they don't know everything, because in reality I'm a very bad kleptomaniac, I just hope it doesn't become a problem

We cut to the courtroom, as the first two teams are set up on each side, on the blue side, Alejandro and Heather where ready to debate, on the red one was brick and Zoey, Chris was in the center

For the challenge each team will have a chance to present their argument and the opposing team will have the opportunity to yell objection to poke holes on it, and then the original team will gets it's chance to defend itself, chef will be deciding who won on each round, so first, go team phoenix

I'd like to present the argument - said Zoey - the super Nintendo's console design is more approachable due to it's simplicity compared to the original japanese super famicon…

Objection! - Yelled Heather as Alejandro smirked - the Japanese famicon is not relevant to this discussion

What? - yelled an annoyed Zoey - of course it is!

I'm so glad Alejandro is on my team now, dont get me wrong, I still don't trust him, but you can't deny he is smart

each time Zoey or Brick tried to make their point Heather would object to small details and Zoey seemed more and more angry at them

Man, that was a really low move, I never saw Zoey lose her mind like that

Yeah that was predictable - said Harold - listen Courtney, whatever you do don't let them get under your nerves, that's what they are going to try to do like they did Zoey

courtney nodded at that, and then her and Harold went to the debate side, as Duncan and Jo went into theirs

Alright, Sega Genesis all the way! - said Duncan - Sonic, Streets of Rage, and Mortal Kombat—our library is unbeatable.

Yeah, and don't forget about the blast processing power! - said Jo - The Genesis is the epitome of speed.

Please, Sonic's cool - said Courtney crossing arms - but the Super Nintendo has classics like Super Mario World, The Legend of Zelda: A Link to the Past, and Super Metroid. Quality over quantity.

Courtney's right. - said Harold nodding - While the Sega Genesis boasts some great titles, the Super Nintendo's lineup is diverse and influential. Plus, Mode 7 graphics revolutionized gaming.

I guess I forgot to account for Harold on my plan, that guy was always a curveball, he's very hard to predict, this is why I got rid of him so early back in season 3

Meanwhile at the pegasus side, things seemed a bit more stressed

He got stuck in the bathroom for all those hot dogs he ate - said Noah - that's what I get from being friends with the guy whose's mouth is as picky as a trash can

Why? - asked Dakota - I dated Sam for 3 years, I'm pretty knowledgeable of videogames

Alright, let's talk about the Super Nintendo. It had a solid 16-bit processor, excellent sound capabilities, and a vast color palette. - said sam - Plus, the Super Nintendo had the Super FX chip, opening up possibilities for enhanced graphics.

Well, the Sega Genesis had its strengths too. - said Noah raising an eyebrow. The blast processing made games run faster and smoother.

And the Genesis had that gritty, rebellious vibe. - said Dakota It was the console for those who wanted an edge.

lots of backstabbing and provocations this episode huh, but honestly im glad - said chris - i always thought this was one of the most boring challenge ideas, but all the fighting kept me entertained
