A/N: This is the first half of the climatic fight between Hunyo and Jang-geum with their own twist while at the same time his daughter Rhima battles the new character Reina before Jin arrives at the World of Tekken. Here is the next chapter where Reina demonstrates her fighting style of Taido mixed with Mishima-Style Fighting Karate. Have fun reading everybody :D.

Chapter 35: Impish Purple Lightning: Reina

At the beginning of the background song of "Asi Me Gusta A Mi" being played, Jang-geum goes into his Iaido stance while wielding his katana and taunts Hunyo for his desperate efforts to save everyone in Korean language.

"Do you really think you can save everyone from getting blow up by me. After all we're in the mouth of this volcano."

"It's gonna burn each of us up if we fight here and I will save everyone at the cost of my life. You talk back at me and you're dead." Hunyo said coldly while very determined to save everyone.

Jang-geum evilly smirks while displaying his control freak side. Hunyo however was unmoved and goes to his fighting stance, ready to face his diabolical enemy. Jang-geum had started to attack him first which he dodges most of his sword slashes as Hunyo quickly punches him into the gut. Jang-geum continues to make a sword slash on Hunyo and he blocks the blade with both of his hands as Hunyo punches him three times in the face as he knocks off his glasses followed with a powerful forward kick to the gut sending him in a little distance. Jang-geum attempts to make his escape which Hunyo gets the black backpack that contains the last and final bomb and angrily chases after him.

At the World of Tekken, both women are exchanging their blows and Rhima dodges Reina's punch, resembling a Wind God Fist.

"So your fighting style was blended between Taido and Mishima-Style Fighting Karate. No wonder why other family relatives doesn't know much about you."

"So you do know." Reina smirked evilly and seeing Rhima had known her secrets despite how mysterious she was. "It's a weird thing that I was a mysterious person within my fighting style and abilities and you easily know it. This lightning at the palm of my hand might smash you."

"Your evil and arrogance... kinda reminds me of the old bastard that my dad had knocked him senseless. Looks like it was Heihachi's fighting style, wasn't it." Rhima said who easily guessed Reina's style is like Heihachi's causing her to fight her relentlessly.

Reina gets the upper hand by unleashing her Heat and hits her with a reverse somersault followed by two spinning kicks which is her Aerial Manji Lethal Fury which was enough for Rhima to get stunned from the last kick and finally unleashing her Heat Smash which is Divine Dominance of Annihilation which she makes a punch through the gut and grabs and slides her into the ground and throws into the air to make a powerful left straight thrust. But Rhima dodges her thrust to send her into distance.

Outside of the view deck, Hunyo continues to pursue him while trying to find his whereabouts. Suddenly Jang-geum ambushes him from behind by slashing him with his katana again, Hunyo dodges and goes for a low sweep to trip into the ground and knocks him with a powerful straight thrust. They continued fighting where Hunyo tries to dodge every sword slashes as he blocks the blade for the second time while swearing in Tagalog.

"Nakakinis ka na ah! Paulit ulit mo lang ako atakihin yung samurai mo! (You're annoying! You keep attacking me repeatedly with your katana!)"

"Let go!"

"Sige! Gusto mo eh! (All right! You'd wanted it!)" Hunyo quickly let go by both of his hand by lifting up and he quickly removes his leather jacket and he spins his jacket like a whip to disarm his katana and hits him with a chin with a double lift kick followed by a powerful forward kick. Jang-geum was staggered after kicking him and Hunyo literally beats him with a powerful drop kick to his gut which was embedded with a red orange lightning, sending him through the entrance of the volcanic island. Jang-geum coughs him up and seeing his face got scarred after getting scratched from being sent here after getting knocked through his gut.

However, the residents living in this volcanic island are missing and to his horrible shock he saw the entire Taal Lake are filled with flames.

Rhima gets back at her feet after she blocks the punch but Reina overpowers her with two Electric Wind God Fist and followed by Lightning Wheel which is her version of her Dragon Uppercut and a powerful leaping side kick. She then unleashes her Rage Art which is the Sacred Dismantle Spark as she smacks her with her palm strike and proceeds to follow up with a kick and a backhanded knifehand strike before jumping up to stomp them into the ground. The screen briefly darkens to reveal a rocky landscape with the background of purple moon and sky. As soon as Rhima was pinned down, Reina strikes her with an electrically-charged knifehand strike but Rhima moves and eventually blocks it with both hands.

"Nandato!? (What the hell!?)"

Not knowing that Rhima is able to absorb an evil entity which happens to be Reina's electrically-charged fist and tries to stand up and angrily remarks at her.

"Do you know why I recognized Heihachi's moves and why would my dad would knock him senseless? Because I'm a real player who plays this game!"

Rhima counters with her Rage Art and hits her with a powerful roundhouse kick and a left straight kick and Rhima's eyes are glowing in blue along with her necklace also glowed while charging herself. She rushes and make a powerful heavy elbow and a punch into a spine while forming a powerful aura blast to knock her out. Rhima became exhausted after using her Rage Art. Reina became angered from getting defeated by Rhima.

"Damn you! What you did is cheating!?"

Reina attempts to charge at the exhausted Rhima only to be defended by Jin who arrived in time in his Heat and knocks her back with his Awakened Power Stance and knocking her completely with one Lightning God Fist. Roderick and Xiaoyu arrive as well and immediately come to her side.

"Rhima, are you okay? You look so tired?" Roderick said worried and Rhima nods in agreement.

"Hang in there, I'll get you some water." Xiaoyu then leaves to get some water and Reina eventually stands up and looks at Jin who is now angry for her actions.

"Jin-senpai... why are you defending her?"

"You have no idea what you have done. I already warned you, you can't underestimate Rhima-san." Jin said coldly towards Reina which she recognized his face when they met for the first time.

"That face you gave me is like we've met for the first time."

"It's not just about Rhima's fighting ability like most of us we usually fight. Her real fighting ability is just using her head because of her high intelligence and never to be cross paths with her." Jin said angrily reveals to Reina about Rhima and her high intelligence. She became surprised after all she had put her might on her was actually a waste a time for her and tells him who now accepting her defeat.

"You were right about, smarty lady. I thought that she was cheated, but I was wrong about her. I didn't tell her to get submit or get surrender by me. But I lost to her in a fight."

Reina eventually leaves the arena and Xiaoyu arrives with some bottle water and she gave Rhima some water as she drinks it.

"Jin was right about you, you have the same power as him but different. He was very concerned towards you."

"Thanks for the water bottle..." Rhima said thankfully and she stands up while she glances at Jin who defended her from Reina. "Jin, thanks for defended me from Reina. I need to go..."

Rhima sadly leaves them and Roderick sees her being regretful for her own actions.

"Rhima-san..."

"Rhima needs some space, Jin. When you and the others arrived back here, she actually runs off." Xiaoyu said with a serious tone and Jin replies in a sad tone of his voice.

"Xiao... I think its because Victor reveals it to Rhima because of my role as the hope of mankind and the last savior of humanity and Rhima realized that she had blaming me for the disturbance I've made to her in the real world. Perhaps, It's about time to tell her more about this entire incident that happened to us and for what I've been going through."

Jin eventually leaves to find Rhima, much to Xiaoyu disappointment and complains.

"How he was still following her rather than me? I just don't get it..."

"They maybe close, Chinese lady. I guess their closeness borders on mutual understanding. The truth is, Rhima made a lot of misunderstandings in the real world because of the Japanese mestizo's voice and when they met personally, she kept blaming him for her own problems. And now she was regretful over her own actions to him." Roderick said sadly and became concern for her. "I already scolded her for blaming others for her small problems which is why Hunyo is always scolding at her for not using her head."

"Rhima-san is an adult like me and Jin, and she can't be scolded just like that."

"If their sons and daughters are misguided by their parents, this happens."

Jin tries to find Rhima and sensing her presence and tries to follow it, he remembers when he had actually seen her getting scolded by Roderick for blaming someone else for her small problems as he thought.

It was just like how mother do this to me when I beat up three bullies alone after I was ganged up by them. Just when I'm about to put the guy down, my mother stopped me from doing so, showing that I lost my manners. I was the main reason that I caused her small problems and she shouldn't blame herself because of me.

Sensing that she might be staying at the heliport where they got accidentally transported to the real world with her powers, Jin hurries to find her.

Trivia:

*The sword slashes when Jang-geum attacks Hunyo is taken from the fight scenes in ancient Korean dramas.

*Reina finally demonstrates her moves in her fight against Rhima as she uses her Heat based moves rather than her special moves as well as her Rage Art.

*Rhima knows that Reina is using Heihachi's moves when she utilizes Mishima-Style Fighting Karate.

*The missile drop kick Hunyo uses to knock Jang-geum into the entrance of the volcanic island is taken from the scene where Yusuke Urameshi beats up Kazuma Kuwabara in the live-action version of the manga/anime, Yu Yu Hakusho.

*The right scrape on Jang-geum's face is the same as Joo Dan-te who had a right facial scar on his face after he wounded himself with a broken beer bottle on his face. In Jang-geum's case, his face was scratched after getting knocked off by Hunyo's missile drop kick.

*In Jin's flashback where Jin fought the bullies as a teenager it was from the beginning of the scene in the Netflix anime, Tekken: Bloodline as the entire scene became much more realistic like in the graphics of Tekken 8.
