Hey everyone, I don't really do an AN in the beginning of a chapter, but I had to lay this out so that everyone can get a clearer picture into what this is. You see, I'm going to be working on a story that's a crossover with Dragon Ball Z and That Time I Got Reincarnated as a Slime, where an OC Saiyan of mine named Arlic gets sent to the magical world the fantasy anima/manga takes place
However, there's a bit of a conundrum about which direction I want the story to go. One direction is that my Saiyan OC replaces Rimuru and becomes the main character throughout the story, or my Saiayn OC and Rimuru are both the main characters of the story. I can go either with both those concepts, although I am more hoping towards the former of the choices, but I decided to leave up to all of you. I left a poll on my profile page for all of you to vote on which scenario you'd want to see.
So, this chapter, instead of being a trailer is going to be what the 2 openings for this story is hoping to be, and they're both going to be my favorite Dragon Ball opening theme songs. One opening will be if the OC Saiyan will be the main character, and one opening will be if my OC Saiyan and Rimuru will both be the main characters.
Also, for clarity, my OC character Arlic wears the traditional Saiyan Armor and blue bodysuit, his hair is black like a Saiyan's, but its style is short, mostly flowing down from the sides, but still has spiky edges. For clearer context, imagine an all-black-haired style of Yuya's hair, from Yugioh Arc V, and a bit spikier.

The first scene starts out with Planet Vegeta beginning to light up and crumble, before it then exploded. However, escaping the explosion was a lone space pod, carrying the Saiyan survivor, Arlic, who looked on in horror as he watched his home planet explode. Just then, his pod came upon a new planet and eventually crashed down onto it

Thenext scene showed Arlic flying through the sky, smiling at the scenery this planet, and looking down at Jura Forest beneath him.

Flying close behind Arlic were some of his friends that he has made on this world, such as the direwolf Ranga, the Demon Lord Milim, the ogres Benimaru, Hakurou, Shion, Shuna, Soei, the hero Shizue, and the goblin Gobta comedically trying to keep up.

Downbelow in the forest was a village, where multiple goblins and direwolves looked up at them with smiles on their faces, including the muscular goblin elder Rigurd and his son Rigur. The dwarf blacksmith, Kaijin, exited his shop and looked up at the group with a smile, including the three dwarven brothers Dord, Garm, and Myrd.

The next scene had Arlic walking through the goblin village as it was being contruscted by the villagers, smiling and waving at everyone he passed. He paused, however, when Shion came up to his right and instantly hugged his arms right between her massive breasts, before Shuna came up to his left and hugged his other arm. Just then, Milim appeared from behind and hugged Arlic from behind. The three women smiled lovingly at the Saiyan, before glaring at each other with sparks flying between them, meanwhile, Arlic just looked confused by it all, but couldn't hide the blush on his face.

The next scene showed scene showed Arlic standing on top of a mountain, his eyes closed in concentration, before his mind flashed to Bardock and his crew, then he growled in anger as a brief flash of Frieza flashed in his, before he screamed in anger and his aura burst around him in a blue light, completely destroying the mountain.

The next scene showed the four ogres charging into battle with an army of armored orcs. Benimaru used his fire magic to completely obliterate all those around in, blinding from the intensity of the flames. Shion and Hakurou came running out from the flames and slashed every orc in their path with their swords. A group of orcs tried charging at Shune, but they were halted and sliced to pieces, thanks to Soei and his threads.

Arlic stood face to face with the Orc Lord, who's aura greatly swept the area, but the Saiyan looked confident, with a battle hungry grin on his face. He charged up his own power, before charging at the Orc Lord, dodging all of his attack with his cleaver, before he delivered and devastating punch right to the Orc Lord's face.
The next showed the battle being viewed in a crystal ball, with the Demon Lord Clayman watching with interest. The clowns Laplace, Tear, and Footman stood at his side and leaned down close with interest.

The next scene showed Arlic and Milim clashing in the sky. Their fists collide with each other's multiple times, both trying to get the upper hand, but their attacks are either blocked or dodged. Milim unleashed a barrage of magical blasts, but Arlic dodged them. He smirked at how impressive Milim's power, enjoying the intense battle she was giving. Milim gave a manic battle hungry grin, enjoying the fight just as much as Arlic, feeling happy that she was facing such a strong foe.
Arlic gave out a loud scream, unleashing his power in bright flash of light from his energy, blinding the sky, ready to continue the fight with his maximum power.

The screen is then split in two as it showed both sides of the planet, with two different ships entering the planet's atmosphere. On the left side, the interior of that spaceship showed Turles and his henchmen smirking cruelly, as he held up a fruit from the Tree of Might, before his power flared. The right side of the screen showed the interior of the second ship, where an army of white-armored warriors all saluted before their generals, with Lord Slug sitting on his throne with a malicious grin on his face.

Arlic knelt down in pain, with his armor in tatters, looking up as silhouettes of various fighters looked down at him, with Cooler floating above them all. The older brother of Frieza looked down at the young Saiyan with a smirk, before holding out his finger at him. A large shadow of his final form appeared right behind him.
Arlic looked on with frustration, before a hand was placed on his shoulder, causing him to look back and see that it was Shizue giving him an encouraging smile. All of his friends were right behind her, as well, and each of them gave encouraging smiles, causing him to smile back.

Sawagu Genki-Dama...Sparking!
With his new found determination, Arlic rose back up and stared defiantly at all the foes before him, before giving out a loud yell, unleashing the full might of his power. The ground beneath him shook under his full power as a bright blue aura surrounded him, before a bright golden flash enveloped everything around him.
The final scene showed Arlic standing in front of the goblin village, with all of his friends and allies standing behind him. Then the title of the story appeared on the screen.

And that was the first opening for the if the outcome of the votes is if my Saiyan OC replaces Rimuru in the world of That Time I Got Reincarnated as a Slime.
I just love Cha-La Head Cha-La, as I think it is the ultimate defining theme song for all thins Dragon Ball, but there is one close to that level of epic, and you'll see what it is in a sec.

The first scene showed Planet Vegeta being destroyed, before a lone space pod escaped the planets destruction, before making its way to a new planet.
The next scene showed Arlic and Rimuru, in his human form, staring down each other with smiles on their faces, before both of them flared up their powers and a bright flash of light appeared, blinding everything around them. The title of the story appeared in the center of the screen.

Arlic flew across the sky, with Rimuru in slime form on his shoulder, as both of them were smiling at the new world the two of them called home, before they were joined by all of the friends they have made in this world.

Arlic and Rimuru sat next to each other as they were eating a huge feast offered to them, but then paused when Shion came up from behind Arlic and hugged him, pressing her breasts onto his back, much to his embarrassment. Shuna came up to his side, holding onto him and giving him a flirtatious smirk, causing Shion to glare angrily at her.
Rimuru looked at him in slight envy, but then paused when a bunch of beautiful goblin women came and hugged him from all sides, much to his embarrassment.
Our courage won't fade if you're with me
My enemies will never win
In a darkly lit room, the four Demon Lord Clayman, Carrion, Frey, and Milim watched a crystal ball that displayed an image of both Arlic and Rimuru, fascinated looks on their faces.
We will fight for love and glory
We will live to tell the story
Arlic charged head first into an army of Orcs, blowing several of them away with a single powerful punch. He yelled and unleashed a wave of power that blew back almost all of them.
Rimuru dodged several strikes from the Orc Lord Geld, before turning into his Slime form and activating the Skill Predator, completely enveloping the large Orc.
There is nothing we can't live through, nothing ever dies
We will rise again!
Milim looked down at Arlic from on top of a cliff with a battle hungry grin, while the young Saiyan looked up at her with a smirk, both of them excited for an inevitable clash. They both flew at each other and charged, before their fist collided with each other and created a powerful shockwave that shook the land.
Don't stop, don't stop, we're in luck now

Benimaru slashed his sword at a few armored alien warriors, releasing a wave of black fire, pushing them back. He looked up and saw Lord Slug looking down at him with smirk.
Turles stood across from Soei and Hakurou, before he smirked and sent an energy barrage at them, forcing them to jump out of the way.
And ride upon the wind, all we have to do is go
Rimuru flew up high and stared up at a large force of warriors that hovered above him. He gave a confident smirk as he held up his hand, then suddenly an intense surge of black lightning came crashing down upon all of them.

The next scene showed Arlic battling against the Cooler Armored Squadron single-handedly, before blowing them all back with a surge of his power. He looked up and glared at Cooler, who hovered above him with a condescending smirk, letting some of his power leek out.
Arlic growled angrily at the vile brother of Frieza, before he charged up straight towards him. What he didn't realize was that a faint golden glow surrounded him.

The final scene showed Rimuru and Arlic standing next to each other in front of their town in the Forest of Jura, smiling at the home they have built for themselves here, with all their friends and allies in the Jura Tempest Federation standing by them.

And that concludes the two opening songs for the crossover I'll be making for Dragon Ball Z and That Time I Got Reincarnated as a Slime. Depending on how the votes go for my poll on which direction the story should go will determine which opening I'll use. If Arlic is the main OC replacing Rimuru, I'll use the first one with the classic Cha-La Head Cha-La, but if Rimuru and Arlic are both in the main story, then I'll use the english version of Dragon Soul.
And while some of the scenes in the opening give out spoilers for the story as a whole, there's still a lot I want to do with the story that the openings don't even cover half of what I have planned.
So, make sure you look at my poll and vote which direction you want the story to go, cause it will also determine which opening I'll use.
