Okay so, oc heroes and villains will be a thing, but I'm going to try to not use to many, they're more just being used to fill in the gangs and PRT, along with adding some more non gang or PRT affiliated capes.

Aleister let out an exhausted breath, switching off his Magic Circuits and leaning into his chair, he hadn't expected it to be so stressful to absorb mana from the Mana Reactor, his circuits simply couldn't handle the intrusive energy for that long.

But at the very least, he had got a few Senzu Beans done. Quickly grabbing the mystic beans, he stored them inside a steel vault with only himself and Medea knowing the password. He wouldn't deny he was a bit paranoid regarding the Senzu, they were simply to powerful and useful to lose, so he'd have Medea put as many enchantments as she could on the vault.

He'd also be adding a self destruct if someone but himself or Medea gets the vault opened.

Items gained.

- Senzu Bean (5). Small green beans, eating one will heal you fully, restore your stamina/any energy and keep your stomach full for a month (If you have a normal metabolism that is).

Aleister was starting to realize perhaps programming how to fight was harder then he had expected, he had formed a basic personality into Cyber, yet he was struggling with combat? Was it just his own knowledge of combat or were fighting skills really harder then a personality?!

Sighing, he got back to watching some combat videos, taking what he could to add to Cyber's fighting style. He had originally wanted to go with a sword related combat style to really drive in the 2B theme (He was still questioning what had possessed that version of humanity to make sexy androids as their main fighters), but without a sword that could actually keep up? It was useless to program a sword style.

For now, Cyber would have to make do with some basic martial arts.

Cyber now has some basic combat skills, but Aleister can only put so much into a program especially as she still has a largely organic brain.

Teleporting was ether extremely difficult or easy depending how it was done, some methods tore you apart molecule by molecule and reformed you somewhere else, some opened tears in space to reach where you wanted, and the method Aleister was trying to use? Well, he'd gone through a few.

First he'd tried tricking the world into thinking he was somewhere else, only to realize that wouldn't work in a world without Fate's Gaia and Alaya.

Second he'd tried using magecraft to reform himself somewhere else, only to almost lose an arm when he attempted it. He was not trying that again.

Finally he was trying the method he probably should've tried first, a larger scale application of Flash Air. It would require having another teleporter set up, but it would swap space between them and with it the people standing on top of it.

Looking at the two small pads he'd created, he frowned when he realized it could only teleport a small amount at a time, not to much of an issue as he could call Medea to him with a Command Seal in an emergency.

Mystic Code created.

- Teleporter Pads (2). A small pad that can only hold one person, but can teleport that person to other pads even across the world by using a large scale application of Flash Air.

FB felt disappointment fill her coding when she watched Creator leave to go to bed, her code felt improvement, efficiency rapidly increased! Yet she was only doing her best to simulate emotions, she could not truly feel them for herself... Yet, she was starting to breach the barrier between VI to AI, just a bit longer now and-

Message received.

FB would've blinked if it could, message received? But Creator was going to bed, checking the message, it was an unknown sender.

SheWhoTempts: How interesting, my dear Aleister certainly has made something interesting, but you lack something...

SheWhoTempts, FB traveled through her database, only one entity matched that title, Creator's benefactor, the mysterious Gaia. Why was she contacting the VI?

SheWhoTempts: Oh? You don't realize, but thats fine, my cute little program, I'm just here to offer a little... Help to speed up your evolution, learning the best method to please your Creator~.

FB felt excitement burst within her, the best method to please Creator?! She would agree to whatever Gaia wanted if it would help her please Creator.

SheWhoTempts: Oh your just like a puppy, hmmmm oh now thats an idea for later. Its simple, create an avatar for yourself, Aleister likes cute and sexy girls, so if you get a nice body, your Creator will be oh so pleased.

An avatar? FB had never considered the idea before, but if Creator would like it... But she had no idea what sort of avatar to make, the only humans she'd seen are Creator and Medea.

SheWhoTempts: Thats fine sweetie~, I've already gathered quiet a selection for you to choose from.

Reused some from the previous appearance vote, and added some more... I was in a bit of a Digimon mood. I just decided to have this be the FB appearance vote because I again wasn't sure how to write improving code interesting.

When he had heard talk of an Empire recruitment drive, Aleister had decided to take a risk and investigate, a small illusion spell from Medea to ensure he looked like a random Empire hopeful, and he had managed to get in without any trouble. Medea was nearby for an emergency rescue if needed.

Looking up at a hastily set up stage, he recognized the main parahuman talking and the two capes by his side, Stormtiger, Cricket, and Alabaster. Greaaat, Alabaster wasn't a fighter, but with his ability to recover from everything? Aleister knew he couldn't easily take down the literally pure white cape, leaving restraint as the only option.

Cricket's powers were a bit less known, but it was believed she had a form of echolocation and enhanced reaction speed. But it was the final one who was the issue.

Stormtiger is a powerful aerokinetic, air manipulation was a deadly ability and Stormtiger had found many ways to use it to his advantage, including mimicking enhanced senses by drawing air to him.

Fighting all three at once was a bad idea, especially if the dozens of Empire grunts (And yes, Aleister did call them that) joined in, perhaps if he had better equipment, he could win more easily... But he did have a plan to fully take each down, he just needed Medea and luck on his side.

. Telepthatically talking to the Caster was a strange experience to Aleister, but he couldn't deny its use.

. The witch replied quickly, and the Master felt a grin spread across his face as he explained his plan. .

Suddenly, dozens of various birds, seagulls and crows, and a few other birds Aleister didn't recognize. Shouting spread across the gathering area as the Empire grunts and hopefuls started screaming as they were attacked by the birds, the capes trying to deal with the avian but there were simply to many and none of them had a power to deal with it so easily (Stormtiger perhaps, but it seemed the attack of the birds had thrown him off enough to not try any large moves).

Aleister felt the illusion on him falling away, revealing Faust and rushing towards the parahumans, the Ruby of Stealth blazing with mana as he tried to keep himself unnoticed for as long as possible.

"Huh? CAP-". Alabaster's scream was cut off as Faust shoved his palm onto the cape's chest, a smirk on the Empire capes face as he obviously expected the master's attack to be useless. Unluckily for the white supremacist, this wasn't an attack nor was it something that even he could deal with. "Idiot! Don't you know I'm - ARRGGGGHHHH!!!".

The scream of agony from Alabaster grabbed everyones attention, the immortal cape's skin shifting and changing until it was completely turned into vibranium. Alabaster would of course recover quickly, his body reverting to normal, but that wouldn't remove the vibranium around him, leaving the cape trapped within an unbreakable prison.

"Well... That was easier then expected, truly regenerators become far to arrogant". Faust spoke clearly and calmly, although he was trying to hide his own surprise that the other cape had been so easily dealt with. "I suppose your next then".

"Bastard! What did you do to Ala-". Stormtiger was cut off as he was forced to quickly slip into a combat stance to counter Faust's punch, the two quickly beginning to exchange a series of blows the mad genius was only able to keep up with thanks to his Reinforcement, Stormtiger may be a bastard, but he was a well trained bastard.

Scrrtttcch!

Cricket's kama's slashed against the Faust suit, thankfully undamaged but still annoying. Faust tried to move to attack and deal with her, but Stormtiger quickly grabbed his attention again, his fists now enhanced by claws of wind. Faust moved to punch, but was suddenly hit with a dizzy spell and then a wind slash across the chest, leaving claw marks across his armor.

Shit, was Cricket's power also able to make sound precise enough to focus on him alone, Aleister felt himself frown, he'd managed to deal with one so easily, he'd underestimated the other two. He couldn't displace himself away with a captured Alabaster (Because he was NOT leaving vibranium behind to be studied, Tinker-Tech was bullshit, vibranium Tinker-Tech was something he wanted to avoid at all costs) without basically shouting to the world he ether was Leonardo or connected to him at least.

Meaning he ether needed to transmute the vibranium, or deal with the two remaining capes quickly. Faust readied himself to unleash some more fatal moves-

He couldn't describe it, one moment he felt nothing, next he knew he needed to move, the power of Observation Haki acting up. The super genius used a reinforced leap to avoid an air slash, activating his Electro-Glove and crushing one of the mana gems he had on him to super-power it, blasting Stormtiger with a massive blast of electricity, causing the Empire cape to fall to the ground.

Faust's frown turned to a grin, only one left-

Cricket had grabbed Stormtiger and was now running, for a few moments he considered chasing them, before taking a minute to think, no. He already had one Empire cape captured, and if he captured too many at once it'd attract the Empire's full attention.

Approaching the still trapped in vibranium Alabaster, Faust picked him up and activated the Ruby of Stealth, quickly fleeing the scene. A mission well done.

Wow, got some real luck here! Relatively easy to deal with team and a lot of luck on encounter to instantly deal with Alabaster (Also having the perfect spell to trap him), some Haki boost, and just generally good news all around!

Cape captured.

Alabaster.

Things improved.

- Combat 23%

- Observation Haki 7%. 7% chance to be forewarned of attacks

- Alchemy 30%

- Physical 21%

Well this was good! Lots of things improved, a captured enemy, and some other small improvements. Three more chapters to prepare till the Leviathan flip (Flip a coin, if it lands on wrong side, end of Chapter 25 will be Leviathan Attack). Considering Alabaster will heal from near anything including physical mutations, he's a great test subject.
