Forced to relinquish the role of Angel of Music after Raoul appears on the scene, Erik must find a new way to communicate with Christine. This story is about the 14 days when Erik believes Christine will not be concerned about his face and will love him for who he is.

Erik recounts how he met the love of his life, Christine, as he drives homeward on a snowy Christmas eve in Seattle. One thing leads to another, and Hanna agrees to participate in an experiment: Past Life Regression. However, something goes terribly wrong, as Hanna wakes up in the presence of a phantom who is visibly not amused by her appearance.
