Chapter 1: Out of Practice (Soul Kingdom)
A "Previously on…" video plays explaining the events of the Color Series, and we cut to the core of the Universe of Life. Soul Kingdom. Connor and the Nobodies hear voices, which they go to investigate, finding the Original Soul Princes. They tell them about the state of the current Soul Princes, that the Sins of True Darkness have taken refuge in the Soul Prince's hearts. Upon hearing this, the Nobodies attempt to escape the core. Sly is not playable in the Faux Paradox Series. This is Connor's story. After escaping Soul Kingdom, you can rescue the Soul Princes in any order. The Nobodies decide to not reveal their identities right away, well aware that the Soul Princes won't remember them.
Anthro Galaxy Arc
Connor doesn't know how to handle the situation between him and Sly, because Connor's original death was the catalyst for Sly's adventures. Roxas helps out by giving him a Organization XIII dark cloak to hide his appearance until the time is right. After a meeting with Bentley during which he digs up the Fiendish Five police file from Sly 1, Sly starts to remember his dad, and the Sin emerges for a boss fight.
Galaxy of Hearts Arc
Roxas takes the lead here, and attempts to tell Sora about all the things in his adventures that don't make sense unless he's involved. It doesn't work until Sora questions how he knows the word "Nobody". As Sora remembers, the Sin emerges for a boss fight.
Mushroom Galaxy Arc
A diplomatic mission to the Flower Kingdom provides the Nobodies with a opportunity to reunite Mario and Luigi. But when Ganondorf gets ahold of the Wonder Flowers, they learn the number one rule of this kingdom: expect the unexpected.
Chaos Galaxy Arc
Siccon's link to Shadow proves crucial to restoring the memories of the fastest thing alive. Sonic Prime allusion.
Galaxy Cluster Arc
Ratchet's adventure with Azimuth is the key to restoring his memories of Kaden. The hoverboots help as well…

Return to the Core (Soul Kingdom)
A check on the Black Chaos Emerald seal doesn't go as planned, but in a good way. They are informed that, "Soul Princes cannot defend the universe alone. Seven others worthy of the titles must be chosen to protect not just their worlds, but also the Princes themselves. You'll know which are right."
