fifth up
Since Soya Malloy was resting inside, the minicons knew what they would be up to. With a mischievous glint in their eyes, they snuck out of the garage.
"Where to, sister?" Solarburst asked her slightly-older counterpart.
"What about those two other minicons that Miss was talking about?" Lunarflare suggested.
"I thought you said that it was dangerous..."
"Someone had to appear responsible infront of our Soybean."
The two minicons walked thru the forest to the scrapyard, wondering what next after then.
"This is a scouting mission, not a fighting one." Lunarflare told her twin, "If we get hurt by them, I'm not explaining why we have new dents."
"Got it, Lunaria."
"And don't call me that accursed nickname, Solaria."
"Now you're calling me my terrible nickname!"
The two bickered and argued until they found the scrapyard. Ducking down and out of sight, the duo rolled to a position where they could see the entire place. They saw lots of other cybertronians walking around the junkyard, but they didn't see the one who attacked them.
"Maybe he's somewhere else." Solarburst said.
"Perhaps. C'mon, let's go find the minicons and their master." Lunarflare got up and dashed thru the forest, her sister trying her best to keep up.
It was a long while before they found the samurai robot from earlier. Hiding behind a few densely clustered trees, the two sisters watched the trio of autobots train.
"Woah."
"Cool!" Solarburst tried stepping forward to get a better look at the other minicons, but was pulled back by her sister.
"Are you crazy!? They could put you in a stasis cell if they had seen you!" Lunarflare scolded her sister a bit to loud.
"Who goes there?" A voice asked.
"Scrap." The twins said in unison for the second time that day.
...
"Who goes there?" Drift asked, putting his hand on his sword, expecting a large 'Con like Underbite to come out of the foliage. What he did not expect was a minicon to come out of the bushes.
"...Us?" An orange-and-red minicon said before getting yanked back by something. Drift heard transforming noises then saw a cybertronian start running away thru the undergrowth.
Drift turned to his pupils and said, "Students, prepare to fight!" The two minicons attached themselves to their masters' arms.
The samurai ran after the robot, crashing thru the trees.
"Please leave me alone!" The 'Con shouted, "I only wanted to watch!" Drift was upon the smaller robot now and grabbed the robots' neck. It flailed in the air for a bit, then divided into two minicons that wiggled out of his grip and leaving Drift speechless. It also solved to question as to why half of the 'Con was one color pattern and the other half was another.
The orange-and-red minicon fell. When it's friend went back for it, the 'Con shouted, "Run, sister! Go find our Soybean!" Soybean? Is that what they address the human girl as?
"Not happening, not in a million vorns." The other minicon helped her sister up before dragging her along with her.
"Jetfire, Jetstorm, deploy!" Drifts' pupils ejected from his arms.
"Yes, master!" They said, taking after the other pair of minicons.
...
"I think this was a bad idea." Lunarflare said to her sister.
"You think that now?" Solarburst sassed her twin.
"Oh shut up."
They ran away as fast as they could, unaware that they were going father away from the cabin that their human was resting in. It was only when they were a few miles away from the house that Solarburst spoke, "This doesn't look right, are you sure we've been going the right way?"
"...Slag, we have been going away!" Lunarflare realized.
"Cue the screaming." Solarburst said, and then they screamed and began panicking.
"What if we're captured, or- or if we get out of this mess, Soybean hates us?!" Solarburst said.
"I- I don't think so, but I sure hope not!"
After a while, the two calmed down some and Lunarflare figured out which way they were going. After a few hours, they made it home.
Unfortunately, they had been followed home by two minicons from the larger bot.
