Lucifet: I dunno much about underworld and true blood so sorry. For Conan Naruto will enter but probably not from beginning as i planned him enter at certain arc but definitely not in early chapters i also planned someone else enter for now i decided Harry Potter and Elsa Arendelle as the onw will enter Conan world earlier though I'm also considering Louise. I wont add doomsday (never liked it) and still undecided about Yhwach and Saiyan.

Naruto Delta despite now not really involved much in One Piece verse due of his status as Yonkou still keep in tab at that world situation. While waiting until his meeting with Dragon and his revolutionary forces at Kamabaka Kingdomhe currently observed what happened in this world though obviously he mostly watching his daughter alongside certain pirate group with their impossibly stupid captain (and most likely done another idiot stunts and never learn from his past mistakes).
He's not alone of course. Currently he accompanied by some of his harem ladies. Hotaru (Naruto), Rangiku, Kaguya (Nanbu) and lastly one of his newest super busty beauty Turenne.
Turenne is a godly beautiful woman with very voluptuous and statuesque figure which about 8'4 ft height. She has very long golden hair styled in five large drills in the back and two small ones that hang in front of her shoulders. She wears silver coloured bodysuit which barely holding her gigantic breasts, pale gold long gloves that goes above the elbows, orange armored skirt and silver high heel boots.
"You really enjoying this, right? Naruto-sama?" asked Turenne amused
"I'll be lying if I'm say otherwise, Turenne-chan. After all not everyday I'll got good entertainment like this." grinned Naruto Delta.
"Entertainment aside Naruto-sama, How about this Edward Weevil?" asked Hotaru who already processed this universe information.
"Already dispatched Konoe and she bring hundred elite maids. While Konoe could fight against several vice admirals at once, I won't take chances. She also have emergency teleportation seals which will activate automatically shall she suffers too much injury." stated Naruto.
"I'm still saying I should be the one beating up that so called Whitebeard Jr." grumbled Kaguya N.
"That's not necessary. After all my original purpose is to measure how strong Weevil. If he turn out weaker then Konoe and Yashima could easily handled him. But if it's opposite, they'll make quick escape and gave me report about his strength and if possible info about Bakkin too provided that old midget could fight." said Naruto.
"If you say so, Naruto-sama." sighed Kaguya N. Made other ladies giggles seeing Kaguya N expression and Turenne said, "Just keep cool, Kaguya-chan. Naruto-sama probably just doesn't want to made drastic move since last time. Am I right, beloved?"
"True Turenne-chan. Especially when I began the move alongside Revolutionary Army. And it'll happen in few weeks so better not attract unnecessary attention until then." stated Naruto while he thought, 'Actually I prefer to made sure someone else from Turenne verse also come but it already decided by boss but didn't matter, I'll take what I can get for now.'
"Anyway let's see what certain idiots doing now" said Naruto before he began searching what other Strawhats do, well aside Luffy and Franky since they still with Rosalind but it seems Franky will made his move soon while his little girl watching Luffy.
He already knew Nami, Chopper, Brook and this Momonosuke runt boarded at Sunny in open sea feeling safe from Doflamingo or his people. It also good thing he dispatched one of his maid, Yua and she already boarded at Sunny but those four couldn't detect her presence. In case Sunny attacked by Doflamingo forces or someone else, Yua will help and announce herself.
Next is Sanji. When he saw what blonde cook doing, Naruto only facepalm since once again he distracted by woman and Naruto suspected said woman was part of Doflamingo. Well just hoped his fellow blonde keeping cool although it just wishful thinking.
As for Zoro. It's amusing to see green headed swordsman trying to retrieve his sword which apparently stolen by 'fairies' but Naruto knew better since they're known as Tontatta tribe. After all Naruto have dozens of them as part of his Shinobi forces. It's well known they have high affinity of nature so teaching Mokuton to them, after unlocking their chakra of course, were piece of cake. And with extreme tremendous effort, Naruto managed to fix their sole weakness, their gullibility (that's very problematic issue you know). After all being Shinobi means you should able to keep your secret to your grave.
Now with remaining Straw Hats, Usopp and Robin who escort Law and Caesar waiting at some cafe which was nearby their negotiation place with Doflamingo, Green Bit island.
What will happen to Strawhats, he'll find out later while at the same time enjoy the entertainment. He also saw what happened to his bounty collectors. Randgris already settled for final round and hope same for Chiyome and Tish. Good thing Luffy in different bracket so it'll up to them to help Luffy.
Switch to others
Now back to certain three. After Randgris returned and greeted by other two, Tish readying herself.
"Soon it'll my turn. And it seems I'll have hard time with my opponent." said Tish a bit concerned. "Regardless, I still need to go."
"Now that's the spirit!" Chiyome grinned.
With that said Tish made her way to arena. Apparently since she not really, well famous, she entered earlier. And slowly other participants following her.
While Tish made her way to her battleground, Chiyome and Randgris made their way toward windows where they could watch the match. They saw Luffy (still incognito to others) and certain pretty boy *cough* Cavendish *cough*.
They saw Tish already entered the arena and waiting other participants to enter. Slowly one by one entered and someone unique made his way.
Bartolomeo, this guy name, made taunting motion while saying, "HAHAHA! All of you can go to hell!!" which made crowd booed him and some even throwing rubbish. Bartolomeo retaliated by threw a black ball in the air made audience in riot trying to escape thinking said man throw the bomb. Only it turned out to be mere black ball. That made Randgris and Chiyome giggled, "Oh that's so hilarious."
Though when finally the last competitor introduced, crowd roared in frenzy since he was the favourite. Well Bellamy still part of Doflamingo's despite not in his inner circle.
Tish closed her eyes while reminding herself to not go against strong competitors until at least more than half had been eliminated.
Then finally she heard signal and began her move. It's good thing she not made frontal move since dozens of fighters teamed up with Elizabello II and Dagama in command, mostly latter since the former just stand by.
Tish decided to eliminate low level gladiators who not aligned with Dagama since the ones do were too coordinated and she didn't want reveal all of her secret techniques unless it's necessary . She will need that against someone in Diamante level.
It also good thing since other contestants, the stronger one of course, also thinning the numbers of opposition and luckily no one chasing her out, for now.
She also noticed Bartolomeo watching from sidelines. She noticed he probably waiting for right opportunity to join the fray and not want to risk anything.
Back to observation area for contestants.
Both Randgris and Chiyome watching the match. They acknowledged Tish playing safe since she was the weakest in raw power when compared to them. They also snickering when they heard Cavendish ranting about killing entire worst generation including Luffy. Luffy just silent as he didn't want accidentally blabbering but hey it's Luffy. He'll do it sooner or latter anyway.
And it won't took long as certain old man approaching and saying, "Well well. How's Garp-san doing? Strawhat Luffy-kun?" that made Luffy gasping while Cavendish react violently with him unsheathed saber.
Don Chinjao rambling about he'll made Garp suffer by erasing his grandson with Randgris and Chiyome decided 'discretion is better part of the valor'.
Not that they couldn't handle that but they prefer stay out of this. Luffy spontaneous reaction also not helped either when Chinjao began to assault him and retaliated by bonked the elderly pirate but it seems Chinjao didn't hurt heck not even a scratch.
Though before it escalated further. Chinjao grandsons, Sai and Boo restrained their grandfather so he won't be disqualified. Randgris and Chiyome decided to ignore them and continue to watch Tish progress
Tish looking around at her surroundings and saw her stronger goes down one by one. Tank Lepanto, Jeet, Abdullah and recently Hack who is taken down by Bartolomeo who finally join the fray.
As she took down another opponent, Blue Gilly took down Ricky. Slowly competitors eliminated leaving few competent ones.
Finally Elizabello II unleash his trump card made remaining fighters flying. Though it leaves Bartolomeo who made barrier and threw it toward the fighting king out of bonds.
"Seriously you forgot about me?" Bartolomeo startled and turned 180 only to see there's someone else and that was Tish. And without waiting further Tish flashes in front of Bartolomeo and slamming her palm to his gut sending him flying though it seems she overdo it since her last opponent flying outside Colosseum instead just surrounding water.
"Oops, I forgot to holding back." And with that Tish declared as winner of Block B.
With Rosalind in spectator seat.
"Tish really need to holding back." Rosalind shook her head.
To be honest Rosalind wanted to go somewhere else but she come as backup in case Luffy failed despite its unlikely to be happen. Randgris and Tish also winning so it just waiting game if Luffy succeeded or not since she knew Chiyome will win her Block. It also good thing she spreads clones to gather intel like what her father always do though she only able to do it in smaller scale.
(Luffy fight will be like canon so it's skipped and switched to others)
Now with Desperados (RF Online), Naruto regular units which was about 50 personnel following Sanji with mysterious woman. One of them suggested to follow him since said woman was none other than Violet one of Doflamingo higher ranking officer. Obviously she lead certain cook to trap and maybe to kill him.
It's proving true as Sanji now trapped at abandoned warehouse restrained and beaten up. And Violet had ability to reading minds as she interrogated Sanji only ended backed up while shouted, "AAAAAAH! I can't believe this! Never seen a mind so obsessed with pink!" Sanji then uttered about how he never doubted woman tears which made Doflamingo grunts angrily yelled and ready to kill Sanji since they didn't get any info from him.
"FIRE IN THE HOLE!"
Several Desperados forcing their way inside and shooting all of Doflamingo men with great accuracy despite they using MP5 leaving Sanji and Violet unharmed.
Once they're done one of Desperados aimed his weapon to Violet, "Now Miss you better not do anything suspicious or we'll turn you to Swiss cheese." That made Sanji standing up despite his injuries and growled, "I won't let you harm her even though you just save me."
One of Desperados who revealed to be a leader said, "Naruto-sama is right. You're too gullible when it comes to woman." Sanji gasped, "So you're part of Naruto's..." all of Desperados nodded with the leader said, "That's right Sanji-san. We're here for..."
"So I'm right. Father send all of you." The voice revealed to be Rosalind(clone) which acknowledged by Desperados. Violet sighed as she untied Sanji and explained Doflamingo knew their plan since they landed.
Few minutes later
"Law! Get out from wherever you are! NOW" shouted Rosalind as she called him via mini Denden Mushi. "What are you talking about!? We'll begin soon, Rosa-ya!" Law replied. Rosalind said, "Doflamingo knows! He never gave up being a Shichibukai ! He will not negotiate with you!" After a moment, Law replied. "That doesn't make any sense. What do you mean?"
"Like I said! He knew of our plan!" Rosalind said remembering Violet showing her memories of Doflamingo talking to the other members of his family of lying about giving his position up, and how to capture them by calling in CP-0 as well as the Marines. "So get away now! I'll explain details later!"
The connection cut with Rosalind walking together with Sanji and Violet now Viola since it's her real name.
Since Sanji obviously worthless when against woman let alone two women, Rosalind decided to call Franky since he obviously the one probably useful. Zoro and Kinemon can wait. She also wondering if her father will sent backup the ones guards Thousand Sunny.
Switch to Thousand Sunny
As expected Sunny being under attack and by one of Doflamingo officers called Giolla. She seems has errrrr... unique tastes when it comes to art which made Sunny well.. inoperable. Currently though one assigned to assist Sunny, Yua, one of Naruto maids and camouflaged still not took action. She actually disappointed since Nami, Chopper and Brook could easily handled Giolla but foolishly caught off guard made her easily took over Sunny.
Yua decided to wait a bit until Brook suddenly switching side only turned out to be deception made Giolla dropped her guard and Brook took that chance to take down her quickly and restore Sunny to normal. Later Nami, Chopper and Momo join the fray and beaten up Giolla to pulp before made their way to Green Bit. And still invisible, Yua decided to watching them.
Back to Rosalind
Despite knowing the battle event just trap to made sure Luffy not going anywhere courtesy of Doflamingo, Rosalind feel entertained. Now it just waiting to decide winner from Block D and she sure Chiyome will win this.
After watching first three rounds Rosalind deduced if she participated she definitely win this without much trouble.
When she wanted to congratulate Luffy, she sensed it's impossible with Cavendish trying to kill him and funnily misunderstanding from Don Chinjao as Luffy think elderly man still angry to him but instead he wanted to thanked Luffy. Rosalind also surprised when she found out Bartolomeo was Luffy fanboy who apparently follow Luffy news since Straw Hats established themselves particularly when Luffy got his first bounty.
Rosalind also feel sad since the girl who helped Luffy, Rebecca will suffer defeat from Chiyome.
Rosalind closed her eyes while waiting next round will began, as it will take some time due of Luffy clash with Chinjao.
She reviewed her clones activity. Apparently Usopp and Robin now with tribe of mini people called Tontatta. Which reminds her, 'father also have hundreds of those little guys but without their fatal flaws. It seems Usopp deceived them.'
"Anyway let's check Luffy for now." said Rosalind as she made move. Though she sensed, 'Damn marines surrounded this Colosseum. It will hard to escape. Better warn Luffy then.'
She found out Luffy trying to get free food only for Rebecca to paid it. They went into a dark room with cells and sat down on a bench "Who are you?" Rebecca asked Rosalind who sat down.
"A friend of Lucy... I wanted to warn him Marine's are guarding the exits." Rosalind said as Luffy ate. They talked for several moments as Rebecca took off her helmet.
Suddenly hands grabbed both Luffy and Rosalind. The people told Rebecca to go for the kill before Rosalind used KI to knocked them out, while Luffy kicked Rebecca and pinned her on the ground kneeling on one knee by her chest. "Do whatever you want."
"No, I won't hurt someone who bought me food." replied Luffy. "But I'm trying to kill you two." Cried Rebecca.
"Why? For making the fight you're going into easier. Please, you're talking to a pirate. Anything to give you an edge in fighting, you take it. Besides, you weren't trying to kill him." Rosalind said while the men in the cell not knocked out explained they're prisoner gladiators who will only gain freedom by winning 1,000 fights.
And Doflamingo made the fights to the death since his taking over. Rebecca cried as she explained she wants the fruit to kill Doflamingo and change the rules so the toys can live with humans, and show she doesn't need to be protected by the Thunder Soldier who's watched out for her since her mother died at a young age.
However time is up as Rebecca needs to get ready. After few minutes Rosalind heard the crowd call for Rebecca's death and booed her.
The men explained it was because Rebecca's the granddaughter of the previous king who went rampage right as Doflamingo showed up.
Rosalind sighed, 'No hard feelings, Rebecca but Mera Mera no Mi belong to father or at least Luffy.'
Meanwhile at arena
Now the fight had begun. As expected Rebecca ganged up due of her being heel. Well not happening since Chiyome use that chance to attack entrees from behind. While she fight, Chiyome also analysed her strongest challengers. Aside Rebecca there's Cavendish, Suleiman and Orlumbus. Compared to Tish, she a bit luckier but didn't mean she'll going complacent.
During her fight she saw Rebecca managed to hold on her own. Positioning herself at edge of ring and when her opponent made move towards her, Rebecca use momentum to send her adversary into water. Clever and the fact she done that almost effortlessly made Chiyome quite impressed. Of course it probably won't work to smarter fighters but it helps to preserve stamina before fight at final round. Not that really matters as in the end Chiyome will emerge as the winner.
And one surprising moment happened few minutes later. When she clashes with Cavendish for awhile suddenly the pretty boy fallen asleep which made Chiyome almost tripped due of how shocked she was. But she know better not lowering her guard since there's possibility he just faking it.
Only that's not the case since he totally snoring. That made several gladiators trying to attack him while he is open season. But suddenly his face turned to be sinister and starting massacre by cutting down remaining fighters but Chiyome and Rebecca managed to reduce damage so they just get mere scratch.
Chiyome herself knew while he could defeat Cavendish even in his berserker state, she didn't want to waste energy. Which why she faked unconsciousness. And it took no long before Cavendish asleep again. Then she getting up followed by Rebecca.
It's not long before Chiyome approach Rebecca and whispered to younger female, "Sleep tight Rebecca." then Chiyome palmed Rebecca to her gut sent her flying very far, far away.
Then announcer declared Chiyome is the winner and added it'll be break for one hour before final match started.
But it seems crowd being restless since Rebecca, the most hated one according them, now is no more.
"Huh the bitch got what she deserved."
"Too bad she not suffers more. But at least she's gone now."
"Hail Chiyome! Our hero! The Slayer of cursed Riku offspring!"
Of course there's some more but they either praise Chiyome or insulting Rebecca name.
However that actually was a plan to punish Dressrosa citizens for turning back against King Riku and his legacy. Apparently the true mission of Randgris, Chiyome and Tish weren't for retrieving Mera Mera no Mi. They planned to invoke curse toward Dressrosa people, well the ones betraying Riku dynasty. It'll triggered when they realized they're doing wrong and it'll happen soon. The three knew today was the time people of Dressrosa found out how wrong they were for being Judas toward Riku family. And the moment the seal activated, Dressrosa people will suffer what King Riku, Viola, Rebecca, Kyros and their loyalists like Tank Lepanto experienced... in hundreds folds! Maybe more...
Of course they knew Kyros still alive in form of toy. Then again with Naruto now shows no Devil Fruit special power could affected him so he easily found out. When he hit by Foxy Noro Noro beam years ago also mere act to deceive world.
After all with the fact he eliminated Marshall D Teach alongside with his crewmates which was known to be most dangerous criminals without breaking sweat was a prove how strong Naruto and it also reminded Marines, particularly Kuzan as the former admiral find out Naruto completely holding back against him in Enies Lobby back then.
That fact also made World Government particularly Gorosei very concerned especially with Reverie which will happen in few weeks from now. There's possibility Naruto will attack them again and it won't be just Tenryuubito but also leaders of World Government aligned nations. And in case the worst scenario happens, he'll unstoppable.
Current Fleet Admiral, Sakazuki even gave issue unless you're CP0 or Vice Admiral above to not confront Naruto Uzumaki directly. Which was unusual since normally he'll order full assault against the threat. Yes Sakazuki may follow Absolute Justice ideals but he also not suicidal.
Naruto knew due of his Yonkou status not many dare to act against him and unknown to public he already made agreement with Shanks. Didn't want to cause more headache for WG of course even if our blonde hero so tempted to do that. Whitebeard remnants also already settled with him though they also have more freedom to do anything they wanted.
Naruto also made sure to made himself not really active after his last assault against Mariejois 6 months prior of Strawhats return. It made WG relaxed a bit but still keep on guard. They knew it just matter of time before the Maelstrom rage coming to them and Reverie will be good time for said blonde Shinobi to coming out.
Anyway back to Dressrosa, now with Naruto three underlings managed to qualify to final round with Luffy, they waiting while the ring under repair to made sure final round going smoothly.
Speaking of Naruto himself though...
"Girls you know what you're going to do right?" stated Naruto
"Yes, Naruto-sama" said Kaguya N "All of us will begin to convert as many as possible people in this world to be your servants."
Naruto smirking as he couldn't wait to count how many new servants/slaves he'll achieve.
"Good then. According to my prediction, Doflamingo will perform something called Birdcage which was dome shaped construct made from his string and it had very razor-sharp wire-domed force field, slicing absolutely everything that passes through it, from cutting physical things to even severing such immaterial things like the signals of Den Den Mushi to the outside. He will use it for sure. And when he used it, that's your cue to commence your mission." Naruto summarised his opinion.
"Understood, Naruto-sama." chorused the ladies which very melodious in Naruto ear. "Good now we'll watching others." said Naruto.
During his viewing, he found out Law is in BIG trouble. Yeah with how Doflamingo toying him around and backed by Admiral Fujitora definitely overwhelmed Law. Later both Admiral and Shichibukai separated ways with the latter bring Law in his custody.
Then Naruto switches to Usopp and Robin who apparently teaming up with local Tontattas to take Doflamingo down. Obviously Usopp looks scared but pretending to be brave as he declared himself as descendant of Tontattas hero, Montblanc Norland.
Montblanc Norland, one of his Edo Tensei and also strong ones apparently. Despite being strong, Naruto not even use him yet though he'll plan to in future. Probably when he clashes against Vinsmokes and Sanji will assist him regardless his consent.
Back to Usopp and Robin later Franky joining them talking about beaten Doflamingo alongside his forces by taken down Sugar who was the reason why many toys had some sentience. After all they're originally human being before Sugar converted them.
Meanwhile The Sunny group rendezvous with Sanji and forced to moving out from Dressrosa due of Big Mom fleet ambushed them. Obviously they wanted to attack them for Straw Hats and Whirlpool pirates being acquainted but it seems they also aiming to Caesar for some reason.
Surprisingly all of them forget about Rosalind but it also because she casted 'Notice Me Not' charm to herself and it'll last till the end of the day. No need to burden Straw Hats due of this.
It also means Strawhats splitting to two groups. First team consists Luffy, Zoro, Usopp, Robin and Franky will stay in Dressrosa to destroy SMILE factory and kick Doflamingo ass including his forces. While other team Nami, Sanji, Chopper and Brook will gone to their next destination, Zou earlier. If necessary Rosalind will gave them ride but for some reason that won't be necessary.
Because Naruto knew some of foreign fighters who trying to win Ace Devil Fruit may become the allies should they have right motivation. The only problem is if they could put aside their ego since they obviously wanted to be the one take down Doflamingo, including Luffy and especially Law, as the latter had personal vendetta with pinky haired Shichibukai.
Yes, it will be BIG problem if they couldn't put aside their ego because their pride won't allow someone getting better than themselves.
However it didn't make him worried since Rosalind will be the one took down Doflamingo but Naruto hoped either Luffy or Law done that instead. Rosalind only made move in case Luffy/Law not finish Mingo... permanently. That's including his loyal crews obviously.
Which why she'll help Franky who'll assault SMILE Factory frontally to made ruckus and let Usopp and Robin infiltrate alongside Tontattas from underground complex.
It won't be long when Rosalind made her way toward 'Toy Compound ' which was secret entrance of the factory. When she arrives she saw Franky fighting against Doflamingo grunts lead by tall but a bit chubby man wearing something that could described as baby attire completed with pacifier made Rosalind thought, 'This world really full of weirdoes.'
When she arrives she made herself known, "Seriously Franky!? You have party here and not invited me?" That made Franky grinned, "Well then you're free to crash this party."
Rosalind took out Machine Gun and firing toward Doflamingo army killed as many as she can though forces to cease fire due of someone else blocking the barrage of bullets.
"Ngiiiing! No more targets for you ngiiiing!" said large hairy obese man with red overall. This was none other than Machvise, another Doflamingo officer under Diamante.
Rosalind ceased fire and switch her Machine Gun to her sword. However when she prepares to made move, she sensed incoming attack and duck to avoid that. The attacker was Dellinger.
Rosalind knew she now faced two officers instead just one. Well that's made more interesting since she could easily beat them if it's just one of them. Heck even if somehow Senor Pink defeat Franky and join other two, it won't change much though Franky probably will keep other officer busy.
"Fine, you two come and get me! If you caaaan!" taunted Rosalind with mocking tone while point her blade toward Machvise and Dellinger made both of them pissed especially Dellinger since he had the worse temper.
For Dellinger himself it'll be good opportunity for stress relief since he supposed to kill Bellamy for failing his task to eliminate Luffy but someone else interfere and it's one of Colosseum winner, Randgris. Yes that blasted bounty hunter surprisingly protecting her target. And his mood becomes more sour since Diamante called him to assist Toyhouse security. And seeing Franky from Strawhats and unknown girl attacking them made him more agitated to pent up his anger. And whoever this unknown girl she definitely one of Strawhats despite he didn't know her. Must be new member. Not really matter anyway. Anyone oppose young master is enemy and he'll obliterated them.
However this bitch definitely not pushover since she easily fend off Vise and him. It also hard to outmaneuver her since she block his assault easily while Vise obviously too slow.
As for Rosalind herself,
'Those two... Machvise and Dellinger... Not even worth quarter of my power. However, I can't beat them too fast. I need to buy time to made sure Usopp and Robin takedown this Sugar girl.' Thought Rosalind.
Sometime later
It took almost 15 minutes when Rosalind heard ruckus and when she looks at it she saw some toys reverted back to human. Seeing everyone else including Doflamingo forces distracted, she made move and killed Senor Pink, Machvise and Dellinger at the same time beheaded said three. She also noticed Franky not at the same place anymore. 'Seems he gone ahead to factory. He can handle it.' thought Rosalind who keep killing remaining of Doflamingo grunts. When she turned her attention to marines, 'Hmph their pulling back. Good at least they know they're outmatched.'
Once she done massacre toward Doflamingo thugs, she made herself vanished and moved to her next target.
Her next target, of course remaining of Doflamingo higher ups, provided they not against other Strawhats, well to be honest she interrupt Franky, but since he decided to destroy factory she decided to took down his target alongside other two.

'Hmph Doflamingo made his move. Better call father then.' Rosalind made connection with her father and told current situation of Dressrosa.
Once she done contacts her father, Rosalind heard Mingo declared his wanted lists:
1 stars: Viola, Robin, Franky.
2 stars:Kyros, Zoro, Kinemon.
3 stars: Luffy, Law, Riku, Sabo.
5 stars: Usopp.
And Rosalind surprised when Doflamingo declared her as 4 stars target. Doesn't matter anyway. If someone try something civilian or Gladiators, she'll retaliated as hard as possible.
She then decided to let herself known by walking casually in alley and she not disappointed. Many wanted to earn easy 400 million beli since she just girl especially gladiators and pirates. They'll learn hard way for underestimate her.

That made everyone in same place with Rosalind unsure but few seems Rosalind bluffing since dozens of Gladiators made appearance and charged towards her.
Rosalind sighed, "Well, I warned you." She responded her attacker by dancing around them and cut them cleanly. Mostly she aimed at their armed hand but sometimes also their head or any vital points which will fatal for them.
'I guess I'll busy for awhile. Wonderful how father will executes his plan." Thought Rosalind as she hold on her own against the gladiators.
With Naruto (Delta)

During her camouflage she also searched good opportunity to kill other Doflamingo elite officers. With her eliminated Dellinger, Machvise and Senor Pink, Doflamingo lost considerable powers while Diamante meet his demise due of Randgris, Chiyome and Tish beaten him up till death despite one of them was more than enough to do that. However even gladiators who assisted Luffy having hard time against remaining of Doflamingo executives.
'*grumble grumble* I can't believe those... those renowned figures having hard time against those Doflamingo elites. If they couldn't finish it in ten minutes I'm going to interfere and deliver swift and painful death toward Mingo people.' grunted Rosalind while waiting right moment to interfere.
Ten minutes later
'Seems they weren't worthless after all.' thought Rosalind. Yeah, most of the officers already defeated sans Doflamingo himself, Pica, Trebol and Bellamy.
'Hmph, I guess I know who I should fight now.' she made her way toward Bellamy and surprisingly Luffy also there.
When she finally arrived she made herself known, "Oi Luffy what're you doing here against small fry like this? Shouldn't you up there with Law to take down Mingo?"
"But Bellamy...?"
"I'll handle him. You just go up there." Rosalind assure Luffy. Luffy stared at her for awhile before he gave small nod and made his way to upper level.
"Don't think you can get away, Straw Hat! I'll take you..." only to be blocked by Rosalind.
"You're mine now, Hyena-kun." Rosalind grinned.
Bellamy look annoyed, "Guess I shall take you down first, woman."
He launched himself using his Devil fruit power with tremendous speed but Rosalind easily fend him off. Bellamy however just keep moving around to find gap so he could hit Rosalind but...
'What!? No gap... I couldn't find momentum to strike her. I guess better to keep assault her with my speed. She'll eventually tired anyway.' thought Bellamy as he decided to face Rosalind directly.
Seeing Bellamy abandon manoeuvring strategy, Rosalind smirked, 'Hmph so you decided to going face me straightaway. Bring it on!' Rosalind also made taunt signature 'Come to me.' Obviously it aggravated Bellamy who let his anger best him as he not thinking clearly by charge toward Rosalind. He already decided to face on her directly anyway but he lost his composure made it easier for her.
When Bellamy get closer, Rosalind simply matching her movement and...
"Urkh..." Bellamy gasped as he found himself stabbed right at his gut courtesy Rosalind sword. Meanwhile for said sword wielder...
"What a waste Bellamy-san." she said with apathetic tone. She pulled out her sword from Bellamy body and beheaded him quickly.
Rosalind sighed, "It's not different like when I against those three."
Rosalind closed her eyes to see which one Doflamingo family who not active in battlefield. In case they just fall unconscious then she'll ended them permanently like the earlier four.
It not took too long for her as she sensed three no four of them like down alongside some grunts though it's really weird when all of them somehow... have stitched mark on their body and the stitched immobilised all of them.
"Devil Fruit obviously. Now what we have here. Lao G, Gladius, Sugar and Giolla. Tch... another clean-up. Sayonara!" Rosalind pull out handgun, Beretta 9mm to be exact and emptied the clip. And after 2 clips all of Doflamingo officers including some grunts have new air hole on their foreheads.
Once she done emptying clips, She move to other place to see if she need to do more.
Sometimes later
'Or maybe not.' Thought Rosalind as she witnessed Luffy who now in his Gear Fourth mode beaten up Doflamingo with said flamboyant Shichibukai barely able to retaliate.
'Seems me held Bellamy really helpful for him.' Rosalind smiled. And finally Doflamingo completely knocked out and the BirdCage dissipated. Rosalind pondered if she should made sure Doflamingo demise. Earlier she ensure Pica and Trebol meet their end. However she decided not too since Marines made quick response to restrain Doflamingo.
Then she decided to hiding for awhile and she'll made contact with her father once she made sure no one trying to pursue her.
Though for some reason she forgot something important but later dismissed it since it's not her business anymore.
At the same time but other place.
Certain feminine figure find herself at Colosseum... or what remains of it.
'Uuuuh... my head hurts so much.' Thought the figure. 'Wait a minute! I suppose to die yet I don't feel pain... aside this headache.'

The royal paladin decided to do another nasty things. During midnight she made sure everyone in Dressrosa sleep like a log. Once she's done she decided to do something to Fujitora. Drain his luck as much as possible. Reason why she doing that? Apparently she overheard Fujitora playing dice to decide when he commence operation to capture Luffy and others and he'll start at dawn. Might as well make him unlucky and it also holds said blind admiral for time being.
Anyway let's check about how many devil fruit she gain in Dressrosa.

Her father told her to retrieve as much as possible means she reached the object. Still she preferred to get Doflamingo fruit due of it versatility.
But Rosalind knew better she couldn't fight Fujitora and hundreds of marine soldiers at once without causing further collateral damage and maybe more casualties to Dressrosa civilians, which she wants to avoid. After all, Naruto already told her he'll end Mingo life personally once he done his current affair.
Besides with Mingo now ruined, there's high possible some if not all of his clients will direct their wrath towards Luffy and others since they're the cause of pinky bird fall Especially certain Yonkou for obvious reason.
Sadly Naruto currently occupied with Revolutionary business and another Yonkou, Big Mom. So he probably won't able to spare anything to help Luffy. Also her father not sent any messages so that only means she'll stay with Strawhats longer.

Now with Naruto Delta who just received certain packages courtesy of Rosalind and performing quick analysis toward all of them. Quick cos it took less than 30 minutes which very impressive but then again he simply want to know basic of them. He'll doing more thorough research later.

She couldn't believe it. Unexpected things always happen but this is too much. After all, Sengoku and Tsuru just arrived to assist Fujitora for Doflamingo extraction and will go to Impel Down later. That means escape as she won't encounter let alone fight them too risky after all.
Anyway better regroup with Luffy and others first

Rosalind ignoring that, "Anyway it's better to make move soon. Marines decided to make move today."
"We know that. The only problem is we still need ride since our Sunny already sailing ahead." replied Franky.
"Shit! And even if I can call father it still takes few hours before one of his vassals arrived. Now what to do? What to do?" Rosalind muttered.
"Ooh don't worry about that Luffy-senpai." said Bartolomeo. "I already prepared the ship. Now we just need to rendezvous with others since they currently trying to secure our getaway to make sure marines not intervene our escape."
He then turned to Rosalind, "If possible, Rosa-senpai, can you ask Naruto-senpai to give me his autograph? After all he's Luffy-senpai close friend." When he saw Rosalind tilt her head, Bartolomeo gasped, "Oh sorry Rosa-senpai. I didn't means to upset Naruto-senpai daughter."
Rosalind sighed, "I actually wondering why you want my father signature since he now have his own crew and not counting there's possibility he'll became your enemy especially with you favor Luffy so much?"
"Hmm" Bartolomeo murmur, "True enough, however Luffy-senpai obviously admire Naruto-senpai lot so it's very impossible for both of them to hate each other."
Seeing optimism on Bartolomeo face made Rosalind smiled, "Well, if you say so. Anyway we better make move soon." Few minutes later all of them made their way to escape from Dressrosa.

"Wow this impressive ship." Rosalind admired the current ride she and others boarded, Yonta Maria, which was Orlumbus flagship.
She also amused when she heard Bartolomeo and others declared their loyalty toward Luffy only to be declined by said Straw Hat wearer.
In the end well they pledged their loyalty without Luffy consent. After all... ANYTHING GOES. And once it's done of course, Partyyyyy!!
Rosalind also finished her assessment of Straw Hats Grand Fleet members particularly the ones famous and here's her grading results
