Since Timmy only appears at the end of Post-Covid (spoiler?) playing the role of Tiny Tim from A Christmas Carol, and he is not seen anywhere else in the whole movie, I think it is safe to say he really was Tiny Tim in this and therefore had a really bad outcome in the first/bad timeline. Then again, they're used to dealing with irregular situations normally, so when faced with the possibility (for most) of getting anything they've ever dreamed, they'll simply deal with it normally.
