Chapter 63:Return to Argus
It only been few hours of travel since they took the sort of repairs cackling gull to argus. Weiss was currently looking out the window at the snowy mist as the wind blew past them. But she seemed to have some thoughts running through their mind. Soon enough the ship rocked a little holting her slightly as she felt someone tap her on the shoulder.
"Hey, heard from your boyfriend that we should be arriving soon within the hour"yang replied making weiss slightly blush as her tail wagged.
"Yeah, though we should probably pack up"weiss said since the two were in the hold and luckily it was only her along with lazuli who was checking their cargo. Yang bike bumblebee was stowed along with some of the other stuff they had with them. Adam sat their medaiitng with his sword being kept upstairs just incase since some still don't trust him.
But yang looked at her for a moment placing a hand on her shoulder to stop her.
"Hold on weiss. Their something on your mind?"yang asked
Weiss stopped as she looked like she was in thought before she answered.
"Look i need to let you know that argus does have a military base that belongs to atlas. It actually lays on the edge of the argus harbor"Weiss replied
"What are you telling us this now exactly?"lazuli asked
"Yeah wouldn't princess ice queen of beacon tell us"yang said as if on cue someone poked their head from the hatch that lead down to the hold.
"For starters it's common knowledge that we have on at our town. Their sort of like protectors in a way"eria coldy said before her head dispepared back to the top. Yang rolled her eyes before crossing her arms looking at weiss.
"Look i'm saying this now because we need to avoid that area as much as we can. Plus cosnidering no doub that they'll know who i am, eria especially which might not draw too much attention maybe"weiss begun as she eyed adam for a moment.
"Theirs also him they'll arrest him on sight if they see him. Along with sending me back to atlas more likely my father if he won full custody. Something i want to avoid still"weiss finished
"So we'll just have to be extra careful then. Besides just wear that hood up to cover your hair."yang said
Lazuli scratched her chin snapping her fingers"we could also dye your hair if you want. It'll make hiding you easier"she suggested as they thought about that but for starters none of them had hair dye right now.
"Do you have any hair dye right now?"weiss asked as she shook her head.
"I thought so but…i can never go back to being his caged bird again. I hope wren is okay by himself"weiss said with worry for her little brother rubbing her arms.
"Look i'm sure he'll be fine, with those detectives invesitagting the child abuse claims. Sooner or later he'll be put behind bars"lazuli reassured which did slightly but she couldn't help but worry.
"Yes, along with that you won't. For starters i'm sure most of won't yang especially. The pliot as well along with the hayley heirness"adam said which made yang just stare at him for a moment.
"Still kinda surprised this guy is willing to defend you. I thought you hate her for that brand on your eye"yang said which made him covered the eyepatch for a moment as he closed his eyes.
"For starters everysince that little curse of her and spending a week in camp. Maybe not all schnee are bad just him…he branded his own children"adam said as he returned to continue mediatign as he stared at them for a moment.
"He can burn in the deepest pits of hell for all i care. Let hope your brothers are okay."he finished as the girl appreciated it slightly. But yang just still kept her eye on him no matter what while lazuli just thought of her own brother wondering if he was okay right now. About an hour past as the ship soon decided to make a landing which was rocky at best. But up in the ship in the cockpit ravan and falk plioed the ship as he guided them to a small hanger in the middle of the woods.
"So umm why are we landing in the middle of the woods right now?"emerald questioned because they could have just landed at the airdocks.
"For starters since we crashed my ship in rough shape still. Which while draw attention this is just one of our many safehouse we have around remnant. "Falk said flipping some switches as ravan nodded.
"Its a good idea, we can stow it here then take a train to havan academy. "Ravan replied as they soon began making their descent into the hanger as he had a remote in hand. He pressed it as it opened then they landed inside the hanger. Once the ship dued down they all returned to the back to start packing up for the long trip to the city. But with dravan he was very nervous right now because he was gonna see his brother and sister in law after five years.
"Ughh what am i going to do, my brother will probably freeze me on the spot when he see me"dravan said as his tail wagged nerovusly.
Verona was putting luna in a small coat they brought with them as she rolled her eyes"oh chill out drav, for starters this is the first time i'm meeting your family. I deserve to be more nervous"She stated
"It'll be quiet alright uncle, i'm father won't do much damage. Mother will probably just hug you until you pass out. "Eria simply said as she grabbed a pack slipping it on.
"Yeah she right, for starter pray for me…their going to kill me when they see me"emerald said sharpening her weapons as she dreaded going back to that house. Because how eria reacted when she saw her she doens't expect jaki to freeze her then calida to melt her in place.
Bashira chuckled"hey i wasn't the one who thought hey lets go murder people. Seriously can't believe some of you wanted to kill those guys"she said as the red eyed girled scoffed slightly.
"Hey their all creepy"emerald said but tapped her chin for a moment as weiss and the other soon came back to the top joining them. Falk and ravan where finsihing up shutting down the ship.
"Actually wait a minute this actually slipped my mind"emerald stated getting their attention.
"What don't tell us you know what their next move is huh?"lazuli sarcastically said making the girl stare at her blankly.
"No mainly because it slipped my mind is because i forgot adder is a hired gun for them."emerald replied which surprised them slightly but weiss recalled how he seem to hate her back in beacon. Lazuli just growled at hearing that snake faunus name.
"You mean the bastard who gutted my cousin like it was nothing?!"lazuli shouted in rage still as the girl just simply nodded.
"Hey for starters guys not all bad, only reason he worked for her was for the money if i recall. But he also really hates schnee so watch out for that"emerald warned as they already knew they needed to keep their entire group. But soon enough they began to leave the ship with everything in hand as they left the hanger leaving the ship safe for now.
About an hour into their walk there wasn't any grimm in sight which was rather cocnerning but also welcoming that they dind't have to fight any grimm all the time though they still kept thor guard up considering oscar was unarmed and they had a baby with them pretty much. It was a rather quiet walk as they soon decided to take a break.
Weiss dove into what provision they had as she handed eria a snack bar along with giving falk one. Verona just pull out a small yogurt since they had a few back at camp. Then she began to try and feed luna as dravan had a piece of jerky. But kept guard for them just incase, ravan did same as she rested a hand on omen.
Bashira handed out some rations they had to yang and emerald as well as they all began to eat with what they have. But to their dismay silence kicked in as it was starting to kill them yang espcially as she decided to strike up some conversation.
"Okay for starters this is boring, second whered you get that horse? It looked well groomed"yang asked
"I agree it looked like someone sold you it"bashira added
"Oh well actually i got her from kuroyuri. I was told to go their and when i got their a women named vera greeted me"oscar replied
Verona just chuckled at that"that right totally forgot we sent her and kai to help rebuild the town. "She said peeking their interest a little yang especially as she ate her food nodding.
"Oh yeah that when we split up actually, sis and uncle went that way with the others"yang replied which peeked eria interest because that wasn't too far from where the tribes camp was. But guess immediately it was a while ago it seems.
Ravan nodded"yes but word is the town was also recently attacked by a cult from what i heard. "Ravan added since she recalled some of her scouts reporting it last week. Along with what they heard from the town of higanbani.
"Huh that just great lets hope they had fun dealing with that. Guessing those guys helped saved it"falk replied but dravan thought of one thing. From what melissa said how that scorpion who took his arm.
"You know melissa said that jerk who took my arm lost his stinger. You think my fiery niece took it their?"dravan asked as they thought for a moment before nodding in agreement. Eria was a little happy to hear she did that still because he did kill tanner.
"Yes, its still nice she took his stinger"eria replied as emerald kinda looked nervous about hearing that. Which ravan noticed guessing the girl knew something about the situation with her time being salem servant.
"Let me guess, you know something about the scorpion faunus stinger the girl took?"raven asked as emerald nerovosuly gulped rubbing her arms.
"Well for um starters tyrian is rosemary adoptive father"emerald said making them all stare at her for a moment, eria especially as she shivered not from the cold but hearing her name, she still scares her at time. But hearing she was that psychopaths father amaze her and everyone else.
"Hold up, that psycho chick dad is that nutjob?"falk asked as he stared at her.
Lazuli scoffed placing a hand on her cheek"uhh that scar guy is the son of the guy who made the grimm knights. Guess their in the family business."she said
Adam raised an eyebrow hearing that"although on that topic, if you were her servant did you run into the grimm knights?"she asked which made them go wide eyed because it slipped their minds.
"Hey he right, know anything that can give us an edge?"yang asked invested as the girl just wrapped her arms around herself scared slightly. She ran into a few of them but they weren;t pleasant always hiding in the shadows waiting for the right moment to appease her queen. The ones her, mercury and cinder met most of the time was that goliath knight, Geist knight, the deathstalker knight and the lancer knight.
Emerald gulped"umm well i met the goliath knight who very smart for being a monster. Guy helps watts with his experiments from what i recall"emerald began as lazuli recalled how she met the guy because he seemed very elgnant.
"Their was also umm the lancer knight, or your friend. She…she actually changed personality alot at times. Seems she was fighting for control for the last eight years"she said which just made verona smile a little hearing that. Ravan just felt content hearing that .
"Its nice to hear that, but what about any others?"verona asked as she was wiping luna mouth off from the yogurt on her mouth. Emerald then thought about the deathstalker knight but it just made her eyes go wide remebering who she was.
"Uhhh well for starters we better hope that selket callows doesn't run into rogue"emerald warned which just made eria go wide eyed hearing that. That meant one of the grimm knight was tyrian wife and rosemary mother it seems.
"Wait..are you telling us one of those freaky knights is that chick mom?"yang asked baffled hearing this.
Dravan tail drooped because he recalled that women immedialty"oh i remeber her she was with that psycho when the village was under attack from what i can recall. Lets hope she never runs into your sister i can only tell what she would do to her"he said with worry.
Eria nodded but smiled slightly"at least she got payback against the one who took my leg. Rosemary will be very anger hearing her father lost his stinger"she said in glee it seems as they decided to continue moving on toward argus to reach the train station.
They kept traveling for another two hours and they saw it just ahead of them the city of argus. Though they notice that the temeprature had changed as a cold breeze swept through them making oscar, yang and emerald shiver a little.
"Did it get colder or is it just me?"oscar asked trying to warm himself up.
"Ughh you aint wrong i can't wait to find someplace warm soon"emerald said also trying to warm herself up.
"Argus is inbetwen thr borders of mistral and atlas. Temeprature can reach below freezing during the night, the people here have adapted to the temperatures of some are rather used to it. Like me"eria simply said not even bothered by the cold. Weiss didn't even react to it despite what she was wearing.
Verona shivered slihglty looking at her husband"let me guess your used to it too?"she asked as he nodded grinning.
"Theirs also the argus wall right their once we cross we'll be in town"bashira said
"Once we get their their are a few things we need to do. The first check the train run times that way we can see when is the best time to get on. Second if the train is running late we need to check into a hotel or ask your family for refugee for some. Then we can be off before the morning"raven replied
"Alright, just incase snow angel put your hood up. This town might be full of elites as well and some are bound to know who you are just by looking at you. "Falk mentioned as weiss nodded and place her hood over her head.
"What about eria won't they get suscpious of her as well?"yang pointed out
Eria just looked down rubbbing her arm"they will but i can come up with a small lie saying mrs. xiaolong rescued me. Though not many people really like my family after all the rumors tanner dad spread"she said sadly as they began their progress to the town which peeked lazuli interest.
"What don't tell me hes mad at you being on a team with my cousin?"she asked
Weiss sighed"i think he is he actually blames him for tanner death"she said which made emerald glare slightly.
"Tyrian killed the guy, he gave me and the others time to escape. Can't thank him for doing that, he was a good guy"she said making eria smile slightly hearing that. But lazuli wondered what these rumor were along with dravan.
"Snowdancer what were these rumors exactly?"dravan questioned as his tail slightly thrashed.
Eria gribbed her arms tight looking down"he..he mainly got mad at how me and rogue would defend our leader name. Kept saying we supported a monster for killing hundreds of people"she said which made lazuli just pull the girl over in a side embrace.
"I appreciate that, auntie probably would too…thanks."she thanked as they decided to move onward to the city. But unknown to them that a bird carrying a message flew over them and into the city itself as it to had a desiantion it was heading. Along with inside the city limits a certain snake faunus who was just walking through place like he knows his way around.
Meanwhile back at vernal camp it had been only two days since she lost to ravan offspring and even still after losing it left a very bitter taste in her month that made her even more crueler to her men and women that were at the camp as she punished them for all their incompetence. Plus the amount of clean up needed after dealing with the aftermath of their so called escape attempt with that hayley girl.
Most of their suppiles were destoryed and the food was soiled thanks to them so they needed to resupply with stuff liek that. But with her spy lee dead it didn't help either and some of her tribe members returned to ravan side. She knew of the vilalge of shin was just ten miles away from them so it wouldn't be too hard to get to them and raid them of all their suppiles while also bruning that vilalge to the ground if it meant sending a message. However just as she was finisihing her plans shay came inside.
"What is it? Can you see i'm busy"vernal growled not happy being disturbed.
"My apologies but our scouts have spotted three people approaching the gates"shay said
"Are they armed?"vernal questioned as he nodded. She smiled a bit as she fianlly found soemthing that could distract her from all of this maybe even able to sink her sword into some flesh.
"Well then we better not let them wait for us"vernal said as she got up, grabbed her weapon and headed out of her tent with shay behind her.
As she headed out she noitced the three people shay talked about were already in the camp surround on all sides by her men. She saw that two of them were female one was very short and the other was close to her and the other a male who was taller than the too. However she noticed something strange about them…they weren't frightened by her men one bit but instead they were rather amused.
"So i don't know if you three are stupid or brave coming into the lion dens. If the one with the wrapped eye is your leader than i would have to go with the top option"vernal replied
"Give me one reason why i shouldn't have my men kill each one of you"she added
The hooded female only chuckled a little before going into full blown laugher like a manic that seemed to got under the skin of the people around them. The second girl laughed like one too.
"My apologies for the laugher its just so funny that your camp of bandits can stand any form of chance against us"the hooded women replied
"I think you need to watch your tone. There pletny of us and only three of".
Shay didn't finished as he suddenly found his throat in the clutches of a grimm hand and it was sqeezing him before in one sift motion snapping his neck as he fell dead. Vernal stared shocked as she saw where the grimm arm was coming from and saw it coming from the hooded women of the group.
"You're…part grimm…you must be one of those grimm knights"vernal questioned rather flabbergasted by this sight.
The women wagged a finger at her mockignly"tsk. Tsk. thats not how you treat a lady without asking her name first"the women said completely unfazed after she just killed someone infront of the entire camp.
"Okay…just who are you three?"vernal said
"Ah better. Bonnie thanatos. And these two are rosmeary and scar. We serve the soon to be queen of remnant"bonnie replied
"Queen of remnant? This some kind of fantasy for you kids. I don't like it when you go and murder one of my bandits. Hes a hard one to replace"vernal stated
"Oh if i wanted to i could've kiled everyone here in a blink of an eye. As for being called kids.."bonnie said throwing her hood back as her black eye stared at her while the other half looked burned by something covered by the large wrap.
"I've been around far longer than you have"bonnie said with a wild smirk on her face
"Then from the looks of it you're here for something isn't that right. State your business then"vernal stated firmly.
"Very well since you've asked so nicely. My queen requires your assistance in recovering of a item that means of great important to her plan"bonnie stated
"And what is this item? Surely she knows what it is so why can't your queen go and get it"vernal said
Bonnie chuckled at that statement"because she lacks the means of getting it. She needs the powers of a maiden to do it"She said as that got vernal attention. She read stories about eh maiden in general and that their was significant about them.
"Lower your weapons. All of you"vernal ordered as they did just that.
"Perhaps we should speak on this matter inside"vernal said inviting them to her tent.
Bonnie had rosemary and scar wait outside while vernal men dragged shay body away to be buried.
"I've read stories about the maidens. Thought they were just tht stories but guess now i have my reason to believe they're real now. Along with these relics am i right?"vernal said pouring herself some tea.
"You catch on kick, my queen desires these relic but their is more than just needing the maidens to open the vaults that are beneath the academies that hide them. They require keys…artifacts you will in order to open them as well. The maiden isn't enough to open them"bonnie replied
"I'm guessing you need my help to complete this diffuclt task?"vernal said taking a swif of her drink.
"My queen would be grateful for your assitance but only you. Your people would have to remain here. My other associated have already begun tier plans to attack havan academy where on of relix are being kept however from what my queen has informed me only the srping maiden can open it along with the artifact."bonnie stated
Vernal slightly chuckled"Well then…its a good thing i know who the spring maiden is. Last i recall it was haru but heard she died from some disease. But the closest person to her was ravan branwan. She more likely heading to havan academy this very minute"vernal stated
"So i take it you'll help us acquire the relic then?"bonnie questioned
"I'll help but on one codniton. You can kill ravan all you want but that duaghter of hers…she mine"vernal replied
"Fair enough"bonnie replied as the two exited the tent
Bonnie motioned for the other to follow her as they were leaving camp entirely but now vernal had a job to do and that was get to havan academy first before her sister and her friends which was going to be a task in of itself. She wanted that girl to pay for humliating her.
Inside argus now eria and company began to naitvagate their way to the train station and hopefully pay for their tickets and head toward wind path then havan academy if everything went their way. But along the way they made eria put a coat on to hide her identity. A few people greeted them surrpsied seeing raven here since she was sort of a celebrity.
But they soon reached a crossroad to do one thing locate a hotel and the other to check on the train schedule.
"Okay we should split up to check the train shedule you guys get some of us checked into a hotel. While the rest just waits outside for the hotel"ravan ordered
"Sounds like a plan. Also keep a lookout for anything that has gotten people on edge."oscar said
"Gee i wonder why their on edge"yang sarcastically said reciving a pinch on the ear from raven.
Soon adam, bashira and raven went to the train station while the rest went with eria. Weiss and her kept their hoods up incase someone recognized them since they didn't wanna risk drawing any attention. They walked for ten minutes until finding a hotel which wasn't that very busy.
"Excuse me miss?"verona said getting the women attention.
"Yes can i help you?"the women stated
"We like to book a room for…six please"weiss said since some could stay at the hayley house or thetis house if their lucky. The women types on her computer looking for any avaible rooms.
"We do have a room avaible for six. How long will you be staying with us"the women asked
"Just the night"yang said as the put that down.
"Alright. So just to clarify that six people for one night correct?"the women asked to confirm as they nodded to confirm.
"Very well."the women said before handing yang a keycard to their room.
"Your room is on the second floor room 203. We hope you enjoy your stay"the women replied as they all left.
"So should we check out that room first or you can give us the grand tour of the place"lazuli suggested
Eroa debated for a moment before thinking of something that was placed in the town they might wanna see.
"Umm we could grab something to eat maybe that are faunus friendly. Along with visiting the statue"eria replied
Oscar looked at her weirdly"what do you mean by the statue?"she asked
"Yeah, because uh who would have a statue, what someone we know?"yang asked as a somber look came over eria face. It took her a moment but it clued her in what she meant by visiting a statue.
"Wait…don't tell me theirs a memorial for those we lost back at beacon"yang asked
Weiss had a somber look to her as her tail slightly drooped luckily her coat hide it. Falk noticed this wrapping an around her consoling her.
"It…before i left for atlas they were consutrcitng a statue for pyrrha weren't they?"weiss asked as she nodded.
"Yes, it…it should be finished by now. I'd actually like to see it right now"eria replied as they nodded in agreement as some would like to as well. Once outside they were met much to their surprise by the others.
"Apperently we have a problem. Grimm have delayed the train for about three days. So were going to be stuck here for quite a bit"ravan replied
Lazuli groaned"great and we just made made reservation for one night. "She said
"Yes, and its get very cold during the night. My parents might not have enough room for everyone at the house"eria added
"Not much we can do. But we got bigger things to worry about"adam stated
"And what would that be?"emerald qeustioned
"Once we got their we noticed that they're still looking for weiss and eria. They placed posters all over the place with your face. Along with a two hundred million lien reward for your return. For eria its just a simply one million and for your sister the same."bashira replied
Adam nodded"though the reward on my head increased to five million. But their also a reward for grimm knights"he said
"Oh let me guess its worth like ten million lien to kill one and bring their coprse"falk joked but it was quite the opposite.
"Uh try fifteen million for bringing a corpse. If you bring one alive its thirty million"bashira corrected which just shocked them that it was that much for one of their corpse.
"Whoa thats enough money to live on the easy life for a long time"emerald said shocked as falk tapped his chin for a moment.
"Hey if your cousin was still around could i.."before he even finished lazuli glared at him for even joking about that.
"For starters don't joke about that, second if he was still alive i wouldn't turn my family over. No amount of lien is worth that….still hope auntie dealing with it okay"lazuli somberly said
Verona placed a hand on her shoulder"she is i'm sure…it still hurt hearing what happened to meli. But still thanks for doing that kid"she thanked as lazuli nodded.
"Though just great. Just what i need. Jacque still looking for me"weiss grutned at that.
"Calling him by his first name snow angel i don't blame you"falk replied pulling her close as she leaned against him.
"I refuse to call him father as long as…i.."weiss begun before something caught ehr attention that her view was drawn toward a small park walking toward it.
"Weiss? Where are you going?"yang called out worry but eria knew where she was doing as they followed right behind her.
They arrived at a park and everyone noticed immeidailty what stood out the most that just made all their hearts ache it seems. Standing tall like a guardian was the stone statue of the deceased pyrrha nikoes wearing her full armor. In her hands is her shield held infront of her bodie while her sword is sheathed behind her back.
Below the statue was as one with her name inscribed and the words"in honor of pyrrha nikos. One of many students who fought valiantly at the Fall Of Beacon."just below it was her emblem of an arrow flying through a shield.
"Is this.."dravan started but paused as he couldn't even find the words the words right now.
"Pyrrha. One the greatest to ever come to beacon. She…she was like a sister to me"eria said as tears flowed down her cheeks as dravan pulled her over consoling her as she buried her face into his chest crying.
Yang took a deep breath"yeah she always would listen to someone problems back at beacon"she said as she couldn't hold the tears back anymore.
Emerald sniffed looking down"your not wrong about that…she was so kind back at beacon"emerald added as the tears flowed. Lazuli looked down recalling how nice she was, she even recalled how she learned ASL to communicate with her sister.
She gave a small chuckle"the chick even learned ASL to communicate with little sis, that was sweet of her"lazuli said letting some tears loose.
Ozpin remained silent as oscar, adam, bashira and verona listened. Ravan just stepped forward placing a hand on the statute.
"From what i heard, your friend fought with honor like any huntress would. All of them did to their last breath"Ravan stoicly said with a somber look.
"Why is always the good one that have to die? Their was so much we haven;t done but now she gone"eria begun choking a little as her uncle let some tears lose because he missed the young girl too. No one spoke as she continued her small eulogy.
"Now that stupid loudmouth who despite his antics would always try to help anyone. Cardin entire team…along with fox and yatsu"eria continued as tears ran hot down her cheeks quivering the last person name.
"Then that dumb clown…god dammit…why did he go back looking for me. He should have gone with atlas"eria finished sobbing a little missing all her friends she lost that day because it hurt. That they were gone and she might never see them again.
"I guess jaune didn't take the news that great either"falk added as yang looked away from him.
"Don't know…he never really talked about it when he came to the patch."yang replied with a sad look on her face.
Emerald looked down as tear came loose"he…he trying to keep up a tough guy look i guess. Nora and ren are probably hurt too"emerald added
No one said a word after that as they all stood their staring at the statue of pyyrha. For adam he wondered what this girl was like before she died, what her goals were, what she dreamed about. It was all still a mystery to him that made him further question the goals of the white fang if they were pure or just completely our of spite for humanity.
Suddenly dravan nose picked up a scent that was coming close and it was very familiar almost too familiar making him panic.
"We need to "dravan said firmly getting their attention.
"Why what you getting cold feet out here or something?"lazuli asked
"Uh no time to explain we just need to–"before he could they heard a loud gasp behind them that sounded like a women.
They turned around only to find themselves face to face with someone dravan wasn't ready for just yet. That being a certain women with light orange eyes and blonde hair that was long that reached her back. With a fair skin tone standing at six feet tall along with being close to her late thirtes.
She wore a red winter coat with a maroon scarf around her neck. Eria went wide eyed seeing who was infront of them.
"Mom?"eria called out as no one made a move at first as she removed her hood. Calida just stood their shock right now as he stared at dravan for a moment.
"D–dravan?"she asked with tears beginning to escape her eyes as he just gently nodded. The women just lunged at him burying her face into his chest sobbing right now as he returned it hugging her. They sat their as the women just let it out as she let go wiping the tears from her eyes.
Then she looked at her daughter before pulling her into her chest hugging her.
"I thought you were going to find your sister not your dead uncle!"calida cried in joy still as eria just returned the embrace hugging her happy to see her.
"I'm sorry mother, but i found one of our family members at least"eria replied happy to see her if it hasn't been long. Then she just looked at the group surprised seeing some of them here before looking at a few glaring especially at emerald who noticed this.
"For starters…its nice to see you again rae"calida replied with a slightly horsed voice.
Raven nodded"it is, although your lucky i found your brother in law when i did. He has a good explantation why he faked his death. Though…"raven begun nodding to verona who walked over holding luna.
"Though uh its a pleasure to meet you i'm verona, dravan wife. This is our daughter luna hayley"verone introduced herself making calida just go wide eyed. She had more tears stream down her face before she slapped dravan across the face.
"You jerk! You didn't invite me to your wedding and now i have a niece?!"calida cried as they stared at her for a moment because that what she considered important right now.
"Why don't we get somewhere warm and catch up..were going to freeze out here"falk reminded as calida nodded as she guided them toward her home. But she kept eyeing a couple of them wondering why they were with the group.
It seems that dravan is going to reunite with his siter in law and brother. Though with their arrival in argus it seems someone else is here to cause some trouble. Thanks for reading
