Chapter 66:Broken Hearts
Thanks to some help from saber and nix they rounded of the white fang, crimson talon, knucklduster and duke. All of them were incarcerated in the jail but that talon captain escaped them retreating further into the island. But for what they did with conri bodie they threw it into the ocean. All of them were near the cargo ship but nadia rushed to the house with zane to let him rest.
"Man its so weird to see you all here still. Can't believe you all came to save our butts"sun said as he offered cardin a high who returned it with a loud smack.
"Well when we got word from someone that you guys were going to be attack. We came"cardin replied catching their interest a little.
"Wait you guys overheard about the attack. How?"blake questioned
Vance stretched his limps until a pop could be heard"oh simple from the big bad leader of the crimson talon. He was in vale trying to take down the huntsman base. But we don't gotta worry about him anymore"he replied
Zoey raised an eyebrow at him"wait don't tell you killed the guy…please don't"zoey said with hope her family didn't kill someone.
"Nah i didn't kill him" vance begun making her and neo sigh in relief.
"The guy committed sucide by bitting into a dust capsule burning him up. But he gloated to Z giving his plan away. My bet that spider faunus sent him after you guys"vance said
Ghira nodded placing his hands behind his back"that would appear to be what he might do. But i can't thank you all enough for saving our island and my people. You all have our thanks"Ghira said to all the vale group.
Declan was still all smiles hugging his son close"yes and my son is actually alive! Today is the best day along with seeing my old friend fenix neaman"declan cheered as his tail wagged in a fluid motion.
"Come now my friend when i came to vale to make sure the lynx made it home. I also thought let me and my family come say hello after a long time"fenix replied catching katherine offgaurd hearing that.
"Your family? Wait don't tell you brought a little girl and your wife here"katheirne asked as vance then gesutred to the cargo ship as it was making its descent onto the island. The backdoors of the ship opened as the small sqaud despardos that came with them began to unload something. That being the supplies they were bringing to supply the faunus movement. Blake went wide eyed seeing crates containing medical suppiles, dust, ammo.
"This…you guys are the best"blake said smiling then onxyia noticed velvet smiling hugging her.
"I've missed you so much. You woudln't beleive the month i've had"onxyia said
"Try me seriously i heard from my dad that you guys helped delivery a baby on a grimm infested ship. Though i did just traverse a grimm infest city"velvet replied before the wolf realzied one thing she never met her parents.
"Although mom and dad this would be the girl I mentioned to you guys. This is velvet scarlitina my…girlfriend"onxyia itnroduced her as velvet seemed very nervous offering a hand to katherine who shook it.
"Pleasure to meet you two…i'm sure its weird that your um…daughters in a polymary relationship. Sorry i…kinda of suggested it"velvet nerosuly replied as onxyia rolled her eyes at that because she has a bone to pick with someone.
"Oh its wonderful to meet you dear. My daughter told me alot about you and well her leader as well."katherne replied as she shook declan hand next.
"Same here dear from what i gather your pretty smart. Though still I…support my daughter decisions through and through"declan replied making the rabbit smiling hearing that but hope the wolf might be clam toward their boyfriend.
Akasha had an arm wrapped around ilia who was smiling leaning into her"true but another thing is well for starters i'm alive. "She replied undoing her hold on ilia offering a hug to blake who returned it. Then did the same with onxyia.
"I'm so happy to see that you and my little brother made it out. When ollie had those pictures i though you and the others died"oxnyia replied catching the twos interest.
"Wait that jerk had photos of us dead. Shouldn't have trusted him sis the guys a very well known lier"xander reprimanded his sister who rolled her eyes flicking his ears. Xander shivered rubbing his ears as they laughed a little.
Vance kept laughing but then looked at the small uras girl holding onto her aunt. The lynx walked over getting on her level as she looked at him.
"Although if i recall your piper right?"vance asked as she nodded.
"Umm yes that would be one of my nieces why are you asking?"mari replied but the lynx had some very good news on that other niece. Miyuki smiled as she tapped the women on the shoulder to get her attention.
"Why don't you look at whos coming down that cargo ship in the wheelchair"miyuki said getting all their atetnion as they turned toward it. Mari eyes just sank into her skull as tears began to well up in her eye. Because getting pushed down the cargo ship was eden by tia slowly. While jae walked off before looking over at shane and emma.
"Mom!, dad!"jae called out as she rushed over to the two pulling her into a loving embrace. The gecko faunus were happy to have their little girl finally back home. But with mari she just stared in shock as tia wheeled over eden who smiled at her aunt.
Jazmine scratched her head for a moment looking at her"huh you know you kinda look like mari other niece she lost"she said
"Thats because i am"eden simply replied to their shock as piper ears flicked slightly from her speaking. Then she began to sniff the air before wiggling around to see who it was. The uras girl just looked at her sister before tears slipped away immediately
"Eden!"piper cired breaking free from her aunt jumping into the girl lap hugging her. Eden returned the embrace holding her close with tears.
"Oh little sister…your okay…i've missed you so much"Eden cried as mari just hugged her niece with tears of joy. As the three bears where in one big bear group hug. Mari let her niece go after a bit as piper refused to let go. She had to ask.
"Sweetie…how are you alive? Your sister said you were gone i thought you were dead"mari asked with tears still present.
Miyuki sighed smiling"She would have appernelty they took her to a mining camp to work. Back in vale they had hostages she was one of them. She would have been dead if it wasn't for zane, he helped save her before he was killed"she answered which made the women just appreciate her boss alot more.
But soon enough blake glanced at tia for a moment then looked forward. Though she went wide eyed taking a double take looking at the women. The two looked at each other as tia waved at her smiling.
"Heyya kiddo nice to see you again you probably don't re–"tia was stoped as blake socked her across the jaw with her proshtetic hand. Tia went down to the ground as blake stood over her glaring.
"Blake! We don't attack people for no reason"kali said guiding her daughter away but she glared at tia.
"She deserves it! That was the women who assaulted me and yang back in vale. While we went to pratice at colt gym. What are you doing you faunus hater?!"blake shouted as her ears straighten out as kali looked at the women. Ghira did too as the women could feel the hate emiating off of them.
Kali let her daughter go cracking her knuckles"so your the women who assaulted my daughter. Tell me what bring you here, here to bear my little girl more?"she asked
"Yeah because for starters kid will kick your butt like last time"colt warned but surpsingly as tia stood up checking her jaw seeing it wasn't dislocated. The women just thought of one thing as she bowed the cheiftians and his family.
"I'm so sorry for that, look i have a very good reason for how i acted back in vale"tia replied as blake crossed her arms glaring at her.
"Oh really? Tell me what reason do you have to treat faunus like dirt. Your just like everyone else"blake growled but tia stood up bringing her wallet out with an upset look. The women closed her eyes because she thought long and hard about this.
"For starters i used to like faunus even dated one. Before two fox brothers by the name of fennec and corsac albain convinced her to join some dumb protest"tia begun making blake raise an eyebrow hearing those two name. But what came to a shock was the photo tia showed, it showed her holding a faunus girl close kissing her.
Kali just studied the women for a bit as she continued to give her small explanation.
"I found out she was dead because it wasn't some peaceful protest. Confronted those two and they said sister lily did good. After that i started to hate faunus for a long time after that. Kept getting into fight because i viewed them to be monsters. You and that girl with you, i saw how close you two were"tia continued with an upset look.
"You both reminded me of what we had before the white fang took her away. But that doesn't excuse my actions. I'm sorry from the bottom of my heart"tia apolgized
Blake and her mother seemed to think about her words for a bit. Blake took that in hearing how she fell in love with a faunus but dealt with the grief the wrong way. While her mother studied her conviction before sighing.
"Alright then i apprciate your apology then miss. But you owe me a sparring match for hurting my little girl"kali said gripping the women hand tight as she felt something crak. Tia just nodded
Blake closed her eyes"i'll accept your apology at least you realzied your mistake. But those two fox brothers one of them is dead they attacked out home."blake said catching her interest as she chuckled.
"Guess they got karma, bout time"tia simply replied. But soon enough from the cargo ship one more thing was brought down that being a glass coffin. With declan a familiar scent came from the coffin almost too familiar along with sombra. Because it smelled like diego taupe.
"Umm why do i smell my dad scent all of a sudden?"sombra questioned as her tail swayed.
"Yes, because for starters my best friend and leader was declared dead eight years ago"declan said as some of them got quiet.
Xander rubbed his arm looking at his dad"look um dad…please be prepared for what were going to show you. Look at the glass case"xander said confusing them as the soldier brought the case over setting it down. Inside its contents was a black charreed out selekton but a name plate read"Diego Taupe. This just confused the others declan especially shaking his head.
"That aint my buddie, for starters that looks like a charred out skeleton like that mutts. Guessing you killed another knight good job"declan said
"Look sir that is your teammate he was the sabyr grimm knight"velvet replied but they weren't extctly convinced. Sombra got in the girl face glaring at her.
"That thing isn't my dad, for starters don't try to lie to me and tell me he was a monster"sombra growled as velvet slinked down as someone soon walked over pushing her away. Coco stood infront her with her still broken arm.
"Keep away from my teammate, try anything with her and your dealing with me. Got it"coco warned as sombra scoffed backing off.
"My friend that is diego but if you don't believe us do a dna test with his bones. It'll prove it alright"fennix suggested as he nodded at that. Then without much argument soon enough they all returned back to the house to catch up with everyone.
About an hour later in the belladonna household everyone was having a runnion catching up. Along with talking about what all of them been up to lately, they told them how they've been preparing to stop the attack on havan but they knew that already. But all of them were waiting as kali, bastet, cardin which surprised some, with colt and tia where making everyone dinner for the night.
They were all in the living room as they all where in their own little group. They had drinks out already as they conversed with each other.
"So wait you telling us you actually delivered a baby on a ship. That being him?"coco aksed pointing toward sorrel who was beind held by a very nervous velvet. Because she never held a baby before.
Aruna chuckled a little"yeah that would be my baby brother. And i also saw the miracle of birth i'm scared for life"she joked making their group laugh.
"Yes, my bundle fo joy. Though if i recall you would be will daughter since you have his last name"sienna asked as the bunny faunus nodded.
"That would be my dad hes in mistral with mom right now. Though…am i holding him right? Is he suppose to move like this?"velvet asked with several more nervous questions. Sorrel just kept reaching for the girls ears.
Sienna laughed looking at the girl"Your holding him alright dear. But he sems to really want those ears of your"she said but as she did sorrel snatched them. Then to velvet disgust he began to gum on them as she shivered from it.
Coco laughed at her"ha! Guess the little guys likes you bun"she cooed making her blush
"Yeah though your dating my cousin…weird still never took her for doing something that bold"aruna said teasignly.
"Well we try to share the love…I just hope no one fights tonight"velvet said as they continued their conversationAlthough close by was declan who was laughing proudly it seems as he had a cup of liquor in hand. He reeked of some booze but he was celebrating.
"Ah ha! My son survived a city infested of grimm for a month. I knew you had some stones on you"declan said as he held his son gasping for air. Because he was particularly choking him as katheirne noticed this. She quickly undid his hold on him as xander gasped for air.
"Oh thank remnant i thought i–"Xander caught his breath before being pulled into his mother bust as he waved his arms around.
"I'm so happy my baby is alive! I..i thought i'd lost you but your here"katherine cried in joy as he kept struggling to break free.
Colt chuckled as he had some liquor in hand, but he wanted to remain sober just incase things got crazy.
"Easy on him ma'am before you son passes out from lack of oxygen"colt warned as katherine opened her eyes looking at her son undoing her gasped for air as he layed his head down groaning slightly as they laughed.
Fenix had a drink in hand sighing"well for starters its nice to see you again after so long. But your son was quite a doctor i heard back in the base."he replied which peeked katheirne interest immediately but it made declan a little disappointed. He hoped his son would take up hunting but he didn't mind his daugther did.
"Really? It must have been hard to survive in that sewer you mentioned."katheirne asked since they explained early where he was in vale. Shocking to hear that he was trapped underground.
Xander nodded"it was but it was quite a learning experience froma guy named ross. Along with peach your old friend from medical school in the base. She says hi"xander said
"Oh peach i haven;t heard from her in so long. But she beat me to teaching you medicine that jerk along with that ross fellow. Although…"katheirne paused looking at her son hoping for the right answer.
"You could intern at the clinic to gain some experience if you want"katherine asked as her son immediately nodded yes. But something made colt wondered about something if he was the doctor in the safehouse. Did he save nadia son from almost dying last he saw he was on his last legs.
"Wait so you performed surgery on the kid upstairs? How he was on death doors last i saw"colt asked aas xander thought for a moment snapping his finger.
"For starters guys lost alot of blood perforemd an emergnecy tranfsution. But we treated his stab wounds with a simply suture and past solution. As for all his injuries in total he had six broken ribs, a shattered shoulder, punctures one lung that healed now. Along with severe aura exhaustion."xander experitly explain as his mother blinked a few times.
She smiled patting his head"i'm impresses maybe you got the doctor genes of our family. I'm so glad your home"katherine said making him smile as they all cotninued their small conversation.
Although in the lounge area right now was piper and lavi rolling around having fun. While watching them right now was bastet, vance and jazmine along with neo. Some others were in their talking since the living room was pretty crowded.
"So your telling me baby sis won the bet before we did. And she bagged a faunus princess"vance said impressed as the faunus and human couple blushed. Neo puffed her cheeks up slightly as she crossed her arms under her bust.
"Yep that me and swirl we've started dating last week actually. Along with uh meeting her mom"jazmine said as a look of annoyance came over vance face. The lynx just smacked his face sighing heavily hearing caramel was here.
"That women came here? Oh if i see her around here i'm breaking her legs for leaving her in the cold winter"vance said cracking his knuckles gesturing to his sister. Jazmine leaned against neo for safety.
"Okay i really hope this guys isn't the type to hurt those who hurt their sister feeling"jazmine thought as soon enough reassured her.
"Hey relax i aint gonna beat you up for hurting baby sis feeling. The only people i truly depsie are slavers or horrible people. I'll probbaly be mad at you"vance reassured which caught her offguard how did he know what she was thinking.
"How did you know what i was thinking?"jazmine asked
"Oh simply his semblance allows him to read mind. Be careful around him thinking of anything"neo signed as vance snickered slightly but soon recalled something. He walked over grabbing his pack as he walked toward his sister with a smile.
"Though back in vale i had to get this for you"vance said as he pulled out a familiar hat. Neo eyes went wide seeing their father hat immediately she snatched it like it was a sacred object. Then immediately she just hugged her brother with tears slipping away as he returned the embrace.
"I know you might something to remember him. I miss him too sis"vance said as the two just held the embrace for a few minutes breaking free from the embrace. Then the mute placed it atop her head as it seemed to fit but it was a size too small for her.
"Wow rocking that look swirl suits you alot. Makes you look even cuter"jazmine teased making neo blush slightly before using the hat to cover her face as they laughed.
But close by sitting on some couches and chairs along with sun leaning against the fire place mantle. Where some others catching up making casually conversation. But ilia was just leaning against akasha smiling.
"I'm still happy that your alive, i..it hurt that i thought you where gone"ilia said as tears almost broke but akasha rubbed them away.
"Don't start crying again. I'm sorry we didn't get here on time to help you guys out. Next time i see that jerk i'm clocking him in the face"akasha said pounding her fist together.
"Get in line alot of us kinda wanna do that right now. But man its great to see you again still"Sun replied taking a sip from his drink.
Onxyia nodded as her tail wagged in excitement"same here i was heartbroken hearing you and xander were dead along with uh…him"she paused on saying zane name which blake caught.
The cat faunus was very happy that all her friends where here. But she guessed the girl was mad at him for toying with her emotion something she doens't like. Though she also very happy for ilia since she seemed so down lately. Their also velvet dating her which might cause a rift in their relationship. Although him being here not present a problem. The faunus here could panic and try to strom the house something she rather not have. If they have to they might need to lock him up.
"Yeah well alot of dead people came back today. Although i got a question for you wolf ears"may asked
"Alright whats your question let me guess you want a rematch"onxyia asked which made the vacou girl nod.
"Yeah because i've been praticing with my axe alot more for close quarters combat. Along with that i won't lose"may said in confidence lifting her beanie up to reveal her amber prosthetic eye. The others were slightly shocked but it clued onxyia in how well she could hit her shots during their match.
"That how you hit your snots so well during the match. "Oxnyia said surprised as may slipped her beanie back over it.
"Yep thats may little secret to sniping thing got alot of nifty features. But you gotta figure them out yourself"sun said as onxyia quickly figured out what she might have. Though she looked at her hand with a condeifent look shaking it sealing their deal.
"Deal lets spar sometime this week at the sparring field before we march on havan"onxyia answered
With zoey close by she took a drink as her tail kept wagging which akata noticed"Although my foxy seems very happy right now. I wonder why?"akata teased
"Why woudln't i be two of my family member are here. And my little brother is alive surrpsie you aint upstairs with my mom"Zoey asked looking at onxyia who to their surprise just rolled hereyes with a look of anger across her face.
"Oh forgot hes alive too, that so great. "Onxyia replied as her tail thrashed which made some look at her weird.
"Uhh you good over here because you seem pretty pissed right now. "Sun asked the ovious question.
"Really? I'm mad why wouldn't I remember that he sent a sucide video? I mourned for him for a month…a month"onxyia spat with venom as some recalled that.
"I…kinda forgot about that though is everything alright upstairs. It been really quiet up their did something happen?"akata asked since their was no sound coming from up their which worried some. Did something happen upstairs or something.
"Hmm well i'm going to go check on them. If anyone wants to come with you can"zoey offered stretching slightly to limber up until some cracks could be heard from her.
"Sure i wanna see more of your family might as well"akata opted to join in.
"I might as well too gotta thank the guy for saving neps butt from that nevermore."sun said hoping up to join them.
"I might as well because we need to discuss something later after dinner alright"blake said reminding them of something his current reputation. As they walked away onxyia decided to join them to just check on him and give him a piece of her mind. While on the way out dinner was being placed out as everyone was getting seated as kali looked over at the four.
"Dinner ready and were are you four off too?"kali questioned as some of them looked over at them.
"Oh i'm gonna go grab mom and maybe see if my brother awake. Anyone wanna join?"zoey offered as cardin was finishing up placing a tray of food out. While everyone was getting their fill of food.
"Sure i'll come if hes awake guy might be hunger"Cardin said joining them as he passed by ghria and sienna. Because mainly the two were ina deep discussion about that current problem. He didn't hear the but the two were mainly suggesting something that nadia might not like.
"I'll come as well might as well check up on our guest"kali added as the seven decided to head upstairs to check on their so called guest it seems.
Though about five minutes early in a certain room of the belladonna house laying in a bed was zane. He was laying their with his clothes on as his gear was stashed closed by. But he had a strained look as he kept moving around for a bit. Until eventually he shot up panting for air as he had swet beating down.
"Breath…come on…breath…slow breath"zane told himself as he slowed his pulse down. Once he did he looked around where he was and he vidley recalled seeing this before. He was in the belladonna house which means he past out after the fight with conri which scared him. Did he fail to save someone again.
While he layed on the bed the light where off as the orange sky poured into the room but he felt someone near his legs. Zane looked down to see nadia their with her head down sleeping as he smiled a little happy to see her. But with a little bit of movement the women shot awake mid snore as she got up rubbing her tired eyes.
"Man my shoulder is killing me…what time is.."nadia stopped looking at her son who was awake. The two just stared at each as they eyed each other for a bit until some tears came to his mothers eyes.
Zane just looked down with shame"i..i..um..hey mom its nice to–"he was stopped as he felt her arms wrap around him pulling him into a loving embrace. Then a hand was placed on the back of his head petting it.
"Oh your awake…i'm missed you so much sweetie. I'm so happy your alive"nadia cried with tears of joy on her face. Zane hesitated to return but he smiled because this felt nice after being treated terrible for three days. He just buried his face into his mother shoulder crying slgihtyl.
"I'm missed you too…but…i..i…i'm sorry…i'm so sorry for what i did"zane said as she undid the embrace with tear still present. But she was pretty mad about what he sent before, it disappointed her immesnously.
"Oh really because their was that video you sent"nadia growled as he flinched looking down at that not even speaking right now as she conitnued
"Because for starters i raised you better than that, thats something you shouldn't do. If i have to smack you upside th.."nadia raised her hand to smack the backside of his head but as she brought it close. He visible flinch visible shaking which caught her offguard.
He just sat their expecting to be hit right now because he deserved just lowereed her hand because she never hit them as kid she wanted to knock some sense into him. She just pulled him over again hugging him, she guessed he might have been receiving alot of hate latly.
"I'm not going to hit you. But it apined me hearing that you would even try to kill yourself"nadia sooth as she placed a hand on the back of his head rubbing it gently.
"But you should never have that be a solution to your problems. And look you destroyed a bot not a person alright"nadi soothed motheraly.
He sniffed slightly"no…no…she..was actually…a..p-person…she had actually organs"he quietly said but her ears heard it before an upset look came to her face.
"No…no…you weren't in control maybe she being rebuilt right now"nadia mentioned as he nodded at that.
"She is…shes alive right now"he softly said making her feel revealed just comforting him the best she can right now.
"That great to hear but for starters don't ever try anything like that again. Because i'm guessing your pretty upset about being involved with the fall. But don't worry their are people here that will help you. And…i know it hurts to hear your friends are gone."nadia continued still comforting him as he felt slightly relaxed right now.
"But don't worry their in a better place now"she finished as he leaned into her as she decided to get a better look at him right now.
She pulled him up and thanks to her nightvision she saw him still crying with very red eyes and they were puffy. But she also noticed the very dark bags under his eyes which worried her. As she wiped the tears away with her one good hand.
"Sweetie look are you doing alright? Because you look pretty tired..have you been sleeping alright"nadia softly asked as he flinch slightly before looking away.
Before he could find his voice the door could be heard as she turned to the door wondering who it could be right now.
"Who is it?"nadia called out waiting for a response.
"Its us dear just wanted to come see how things are going"kali voice could be heard from the door. Standing up she walked over opening the door to welcome them in as they walked in. intivly cardin flipped the light on to the room.
It became illuminated as zane covered his eyes from it because they stung from the bright light as he slowly adjusted them right now rubbing his very tired eyes still.
"Well this is a surprise your finally up, I guess you two are very happy right now dear"kali pointed out at nadia who had a bright smile along with zoey who tail kept swaying around.
The fox walked over embracing him"of course i'd be happy my little brother is alive which is great"she cheered smiling right now.
"Along with that i'm happy your okay. Please don't die next time or i'll think its just you faking it like last time"she added jokingly as he just returned the embrace . because he noticed one person in that group shooting him dagger right now that being onxyia his ex girlfriend now.
"Its nice to see you sis"he meekly replied
This caught kali attention a little as her motherly instincts were kicking in. she sure he'd be overjoyed to see his family after so long from being apart. But she wanted to let them say hello to him first then she might question him later after this.
As they sat in an awkward silence for a bit sun scratched the back of his head as his tail swayed around deicidng to thank him for one thing.
"So uh pretty sure you dont remember but thanks for saving neps butt from that nevermore. He was screaming like a girl"sun joked slightly offering a fistbump but he just stared at it.
"It was no problem..just didn't want to see anyone else die is all"he soflty replied catching him offguard a little expecting a joke but guessed he was tired.
Their was another awkward silence as cardin decided to break it but really hoped that someone wouldn't do something right now. Mainly because he knows his friends mental health isn't the best right now.
"So how are you feeling grimm boy? You looked pretty messed up after that fight but don't worry the mutt dead"cardin said which made him feel relieved hearing that monster was dead.
But right now as for his entire body it felt sore along with aching right now probably from that aura ehxuastion because he might not be able to keep his semblance up at all. But he also felt like he just woke up from a coma again.
"I'm fine…just a little tired right now. And i'm just very sore is all…who killed him?"he aksed
Sun scretched his back"oh summer rose killed him"he answered to his confusion right now hearing that wasn't she ruby mom name.
"Isn't that ruby mom name?"he asked confused slightly.
"Oh right it seems several people are coming back from the dead this week. Miss. rose was recently founded close by on the island and is helping with the assault on havan. Shes been in isolation it seems for the last ten years"kali explained which surprised him and cardin but for him isolation doens't sound so bad right now.
"Alright though how are you feeling right now because…i'm sure relocated your dislocated joints isn't good for you. I used some of my semblance to heal them but you will be sore for a few days"katherine asked checking him over placing a hand on him as he flinch before looking away which caught her offguard slightly.
Akata stood their rather awkward right now wanting to introduce herself to her girlfriend brother as zoey noticed this.
"Though despite that i want you to meet someone little brother"zoey said praticualy dragging her over into view as the arctic fox felt a little nervous right now. Then she decided to wave to him for a moment.
"Hey i'm akata blizz nice to meet you"akata said offering a hand as he catuisouly shook it.
"Who are you exactly? Are you like a friend of sis or something"he sheepishly asked
Zoey chuckled at that"for starters she is my girlfriend for five years now. Your ont the only one who dated someone well for you two people"zoey answered to his surprise as akata blush slightly as her tail wagged.
But this resulted in onxyia rolled her eyes scoffing mad hearing her asoaiction with him right now. She was very mad at him and she really needed to give him a piece of her mind right now. But before she did kali decided to ask something.
"Althought i'm sure your mother has asked you before. But are you alright because you look like you've hardly slept"kali pointed out as blake noticed it but really didn't care right now. Mainly because she was kinda pissed at him for what he did to her best friend.
"Yikes she right your looking like you crawled out a grave"Sun joked making cardin snicker at the bad joke.
Zane looked down messing with his shirt"i'm..i'm fine…trained alot after waking up five days ago from my coma. I'll be fine"he answered but nadia knew their was something else.
Blake scoffed crossing her arms"well you could have been here instead of heading back into that city. You were pretty stupid to do that"she jabbed slightly earning a couple looks from people.
"Come on cat ears he went their looking for eria which is honorable at best in my opinion"Sun retorted as she glared slightly
"Though she got you their man. That video was pretty dumb seriously i'm surrpsied you send something like that. "Cardin said
This made him grip his sheets even tighter as he looked down"look..i..i know it was stupid…but i'm sorry for sending–"he was stopped as someone decided to give him a piece of her mind.
"Oh your sorry? That is so rich coming from you right now because you should you pathetic jerk"onxyia snapped back with venom as her tail thrashed around walking toward the bed. As the others relazied this might be resulting in something upsetting.
"Well this isn't going to be awkward right now"akata muttered at their current predicament.
"Should we leave or maybe help"sun whispered to cardin who shook his head sighing internally hoping she wouldn't say something hurtful.
Onxyia was praticualry letting her emotions control her but she needed to give him a piece of her mind for what she put him through.
"You send a stupid sucide video telling people yout going to kill yourself. I grieved for a while month for your death. A whole month!"onxyia cried as her ears striahgen out with pure anger as she got close to his bed as he looked down now expecting what will happen.
"Do you know what you did? You tore my heart into several pieces like it was nothing. Your such a dumbass for not coming with us maybe if you did you wouldn't have been in a coma maybe. But no you were were quick to kill yourself after destorying some dumb bot!"she continued beginning to jab a finger into his chest several times.
"Whoa settle down, we get it your pissed off but take it easy on the–"cardin was stopped as she glared at him making him flinch seeing this side of her.
Onxyia then turned back to him placing her hand on her chest clutching some of her cloths"i thought what we had was special, you messed with my heart like it was nothing. Do you think you did nothing wrong? Because I'm sure vel thinks the same way"she continued with a growl in her voice.
Zane coudln't even find the words right now closing up because he just wanted her to finish it. Maybe that dumb sword he made or song he wrote doesn't even matter but he wanted to try.
"L-look..i..um..i.."he couldn't even said it as he mumbled his words.
"You toyed with my emotions and for starters i'm just done. I'm done i don't want you even near me anymore. Along with that were done through, i hate you"onxyia continued beofre ripping the skull necklace off her neck as it snapped the chain. Then she throw it at his face as it dropped onto the bed.
Nadia just felt upset she doing this right now knowing it might have ended like this. But she doesn't need to be so brutal about it. They didn't speak letting her get her words in.
Then the wolf turned to leave the room as she got to the doorway shooting him a glare.
"For starters i should have never fallen in love with a monster like you. You should have stayed dead"onxyia finished walking away which shocked them that she would even utter those words.
Zane just went wide eyed hearing her call him the same thing everyone called him since he woke up. His whole world just shattered as he felt a pain like no other, heartbreak. He just layed back down as the dams broke as he quietly cried to himself choking on some sobs. Because he messed up the best thing to ever happen in in life. They felt very awkward being here right now.
But cardin just felt very anger right now she could have broke things off but not call him that. But hoped velvet doesn't feel hurt by hearing this news.
"Alright this isn't awkward i;m heading downstairs to eat bye"sun said zipping out of the room.
"Yeah same here though umm i'll be outside foxy sorry"akata said kissing her on the cheek as the fox nodded upset right now.
As they stood in silence blake decided to give her opinion"i'm just going to say it, you screwed up big time. I've known her most of my life and she hates when people toy with her emotions."blake codly said crossing her arm.
"She'll probably hate you the rest of her life"she codly added receiving glares and a disappointed look from her mother. This caused him to cry a little more.
Zoey shoved her back"hey princess, shut your dam mouth before i clock you upside the head"she warned as the cat glared at her. But kali got in between the two.
"Enough! You are not fighting over this and blake don't be so cold alright"kali said as her daughter rolled her eyes walking away. Nadia walked to the beside rubbing her son head because he experienced his first heartbreak.
"Sweetie don't worry this sort of things happen. Look um you'll find someone else that other girl still seems to like yah...i'm sure do you wanna be alone"nadia softly asked as he found his voice.
"Go away…just leave me the hell alone."he cried with a very horased voice as they left him to cry his eyes out. Once they left he just buried his face into the pillow sobbing right now, he felt so hurt hearing that from her mouth. But with how she reacted she just wished he stayed dead, he just messed up the best thing in his life. While in the halls cardin was going to confront her about what she called him which might cause conflcit.
This was a little well heartbreaking no pun intended. Seems that zane and onxyia aren;t a thing anymore which might have just broken him. Though cardin will probably confront her not because of their relationship, mainly because she didn't need to do it like that. Thanks for reading!
