Last chapter we saw that zane and company are now on their way to mistral to finally see if their friends are already their waiting for them. But lets return to another member of the team on their way belongs to Rooster Teeth and Monty Oum. I own the OC's, AU. Hope you enjoy!
Chapter 104:The Path to Mistral
It took them some time to restock their supiles but thanks to lil miss giving them some supplies they were still quite a bit away from mistral as it was a long walk from wind path. So with that in mind the group stayed the night at lil miss place before they left in the morning so they could get a head start on making their way toward mistral. However it was mainly a rocky path toward the city as they had to be a careful as while their is no grimm around, they would have to be careful of the terrain as they're could be random rock slides.
Right now the eight of them were standing right in front of two different cave entrances though in front of it was a wooden sign that had the initials S.D.C on it.
"What is this place? I don't remember seeing this on any maps?"oscar asked
"Isn't it obvious what this is. Its a mine entranced…it was owned by the SDC. had to be closed down due to grimm acitvitiy that caused a section of the mine to collapse. I remember hearing about it from father. He wasn't very happy that day…mom was on a business trip that day."weiss replied remebeirng the lashing her and whitely got from that day and he took the most for wren.
Neptune noticed her shaking slightly"hey don't worry my moms the best lawyer in all of mistral. That jerk will be put behind bars"he reassured which it did.
"So which way are we taking. Left or right?"bashira aksed weighing their option.
"From what i remember seeing the plans we go left. The other path would take much longer to navigate with all the twists and turns. But its quite dark on the left path"weiss replied
Eria however only gulped nerovusly getting weak in the knee.
"Why d-don't we take a different route. M-maybe even go around it"eria said nerovusly to their confusion.
"Uhh princess this is the quickness route to take. So what if its a little…dark"lazuli said realizing something she was afraid of the dark which was childish. Eria turned awy hugging herself shivering right now.
"Oh right forgot my niece is deathly afraid of the dark because of the incident"dravan said crtpyically
"What is this incident extaclty?"raven questioned crossing her arms as he rubbed his neck.
"Well you see a while back before i went into hiding. Her along with my other niece and little pyrrha. They were playing hide and seek with a few others kids we knew. But she ended up getting locked in a room with a busted light. Spent….six hours in their while we were none the wiser"dravan explained to their surprise as eria was praticualry shaking terrified right now as bahsira recalled how she came back to their cell in the bandit camp.
Weiss turned to her friend seeing that her hands were shaking just looking at the cave entrance. Thinking of an idea she pulled out a small lantern that lil miss gave them.
Then she grabbed a hold of eria hand to try and calm her"just stay close to me and you'll be gine. Weiss replied as she nodded holding weiss hand as neptune chuckle slightly.
"Oh man now i'm recalling that time you got scared in that park when we used to date"neptune joked earning an icy glare from her.
"Shut it vasilla not my fault i'm deathly scared of the dark"eria sheepishly coldly retorted
"Well lets get this over with. My warriors should be arriving in the coming days before we get their. "Raven said as the eight of them took the left path. Eria almost ran back to the entrance but held wiess hand tight clinging to the only light source in this dakr and decrpiate mine shaft.
As they walked into the cave it began to become adamant that eria fear was trying to get the better of her even with the light source as she neoruvsly tugs at the scarf around her left wirst since she decided to match her sister look now.
"How deep is this cave?"she asked
"Its seems to go pretty deep in. not sure how far were going to be in here"adam said
"Great…just great i wanna leave"eria mutterly whined not particularly happy about that as weiss kept her close so that she didn;t freak out.
As a hour turned into two eria nerves were geting her on edge. Though something was lurking in the shadows as read beady eyes stared at its prey before crawling away.
The group of eight suddenly came into a big opening that was more liely a center point for where all the dust would be gathered but everything was rather rusty from constant use and everything was empty with discarded pickaxes and shovel around. One the left side was a tunnel but it was currently blocked by rocks which was more than likely a result of a cave in. with some light source coming from the top
On the side where dirt piles that were about the size of a human with a few rocks on each of them.
"This must've been where the dust came to when the miners where finished gathering it"oscar replied
"Yeah…its a terrible sight if you ask me"Weiss said with a mornful tone.
"To think your fathers influence can reach all the way out here in mistral
It made weiss tighten her hand into a fist at just the sight of the place was sickening to her stomach. Adam however was staring at the graves that were made as it only reinded him of the mines in atlas especially where his parent layed along with kumo she was the thing keeping ollie together. Now that was gone.
"Hey you keep staring at those graves over their you good?"lazuli asked startling him slightly.
"I…i'm alright just thinking about my parents along with kumo"adam answered to their confusion a sthey searched for a path to leave.
"Who the heck is kumo?"neptune stupidly aksed receiving a glare from some as he realzied his mistake.
Adam with a heavy sigh spoke"she would be ollie sister the only thing that kept him together at the time. Along with that…probably rotting in a grave now after that atlas soldier hung her with her own threds"he explained surprising them a little as raven closed her eyes.
"Sometimes its family that keeps your together at your worst moments. I take it after that when you two fled from atlas"raven asked as he nodded
"Yes but all she was doing was showing him how to use his own threds. The captain their was rather paranoid and made someone publciy execute her right infront of our eyes. I'm guessing that what made him start hating human and faunus even more. Since no one stop it"adam finished as weiss felt sorrow right now that was even allowed in atlas.
Bashira soon saw a path that was clear that looked like it could lead to the exit
"That way way looks clear"bashira said as they headed for it but just then the ground beneath them started to shake as then something burst from beneath them getting directly in front of them. It as a centinel.
"Its a centinel watch out!"lazuli shouted as she draw her sword. Oscar brought out the cane so he could defend himself as raven brought out omen to defend him alongside bashira. As dravan brought out his morning star mace.
Weiss let go of eria hand so she could fight the grimm as they charged at one of the centinels. The grimm lunged at weiss trying to take a good bite out of her but was stopped when weiss summoned a black glyph in front of her to sotp the grimm in its track allowing eria to attack the grimm underbelly but her attack were sluggish which didn't go unnoitced by weiss. As she kept hanging around the lantern for safety.
Dravan and adam doubled teamed the first centinel with neptune as it spit acid at them.
"Watch out!"dravan shouted as they dodged the acid. It spallted away from them landing on a dock but the rock was instantly dissolved into nothingness
"Careful not to get hit by that"adam warned
"Oh you think!"neptune shouted as the grimm screeched at the three as its companion was dealing with the two.
Eria was sent flying into a wall hitting rather hard as her aura flashed but still held strong. The cnetinel lunged at eria looking for the kill but weiss immedialty intercepted the attack hitting the grimm on its head knocking it away
"Eria cmon! If we can hit it underneath than we should be able to kill it"weiss shouted
"R-right"eria said nerovusly trying to shake the fear off and trying to focus on the grimm in front of them
Eria charged at the grimm and went to deliver a swing to it but the grimm was smarter than she originally thought as the grimm actually doged the punc nad hsing its nimble body wrapped its tail around her body trapping her in place as it began to consitrct around her.
"Eria!"weiss shouted as she launched herself at the grimm but the grimm responded by spitting acid at weiss forcing her back away. It kept launching a barrage of acid at her while also sqeezing ever so tighter around eira body. She tried to free herself but the grimm was too strong that her hands were trapped under it.
It also wasn't helping that the darkness was slowly creeping in bringing back memories for her as she frnaitcally thrashed in the grimm grip right now hoping to free herself.
Weiss deflected anothe rancid spit from the grimm with her glyph as she tried to get closer to free her friend but it was rather slow going with the grimm not wanting to relent continued spitting acid at her while she was watching eria trying to free herself.
"Dammit..i have to break though or it'll squeeze the life out of her"weiss thought and then an idea came to her that might just work. Once the grimm spit acid at her she ducked and then charged at the grimm and trgiger her time dilation on her self to boost her speed. She was close enough to that the grimm coudln't risk another acid spit which allowed weiss to stab at its underbelly.
It screeched in pain losing its grip around eria body giving her an opportunity to attack the grimm igniting her dust in her bat smacking it with a powerful swing under its jaw which killed it as it unceremonaily dropped to the ground and turned into dust. Just as they defeated their grimm adam, neptune and dravan finished off their own centinel as well as adam sheathed his sword.
"Is everyone alright?"adam asked turning to them all as eria was still rather rattled from everything.
"Yeah…please find some dumb light source"eria said trying to calm her breathing.
They waited for a bit for eria to catch her breath before moving onward though oscar…ozpin could tell that she is stille drattled by the epxeience in the cave. It wasn't long till they saw the light at the ended of the tunnel which most of them were glad about that.
Once they left the cave the light of the sun was shining on them almost blinding them temporary but they adjusted and they were now in front of what looks like an abandoned campsite that was used in front of the mines.
"So…we can exit and out through the entrance. This must've been a campsite. Look at the tents"oscar pointed out the abandoned tents that have been torn from eithe grimm or bandits.
"Even those look old too"he pointed out some cages that were big enough to fit people inside them that didn't give anyone inside them much room to stand. What was worse on the side of the cages were the initials S.D.C on them which didn't settle with weiss at all.
"There faunus cages"weiss stated
"And from the looks of them including the rust on them…i say about a decade old"bashira said
"C'mon i think we should push onward. It'll get dark soon so we better make as much ground as possible then we'll make camp"oscar stated
"Yeah though still how far until we even get their?"neptune asked
"I don't know but lets just make camp then we can continue on our journey"Weiss replied
Nodding in agreement leaving the campsite behind but not before eria glanced back at it thinking how drstaically different it was compared to her fathers mines. He at least had some honor by attending the funerals held for those that died in his mines.
Hours went by as nighttime descend on them. They made a small campsite as weiss started the frie and adam along with bashira were currently skinning a few small game that they hunted that would be enough for them tonight. While dravan prepared some stew with the ingrienets they have.
Eria was sitting near the fire weiss made with her curled up to her chest and her arms around her legs almost like she was trying to make herself small as possible as the images of her being trapped in that dark cell in the bandit camp was fresh in her mind.
"Hey"she looked to her side and saw oscar standing next to her before sitting down.
"You okay?"he aksed
"Yeah. i'm fine"eria said but he could tell that she was lying through her teeth as her hands were still shaking.
"No you're not. I can tell that what happened back their was bothering you .maybe want to talk about it"oscar said
No one said anything for a few minutes untl eria cleared her throat and spoke.
"When i was in that dark mine…it felt like i was nine years old again…playing and spending time with my sister and pyrrha. Then some of the others kid…thought it be funny to trap me in a room with a broken light. I just felt so powerless their like it was sapping away any strength i had"eria said her hand shaking slightly as lazuli was close by softening her gaze.
"I'm not even strong enough for my teammates…how can i even be useful if i keep having stupid nightmares every night"eria suddenly cried catching them offguard.
Dravan stared at her concerned for a moment"alright what are you talking about? What are these nightmares you keep having?"he questioned as bashira thought about that time in the bandit camp.
"Are you talking about when you muttered in your sleep…shes coming to get me?"bashira asked making eria jump at the mention of that nodding.
Neptune poked at the fire for a moment"well maybe talking about them might help….it usually does"he suggested as she weighed her options since they've been traveling together for so long she decided to maybe give a brief version of it.
It was full silence for a moment as eria rubbed her porthsetic knee along with th scarf around her wrist for a moment sighing heavily.
"I..keep finding myself in some frozen forest…it happened when i lost my leg. They stopped for a while but…after melissa attacked the camp"eria paused on how to word what happened next.
"What happened next?"raven asked before walking over taking a spot next to her placing a hand on her shoulder to calm her. The girl sighed still balling up her knee.
"That i…i..i..s-see rosemary chasing me…saying how she'll finish the job. I keep running away begging for someone to help me. But all i find is…my partner dead…t-then my o-own sister…killed by someone. But this part stopped but got replaced with something else"eria said confusing them for a moment.
"What do you mean by that part got replaced by something else that stopped?"bashira questioned still skinning the game they caught. As lazuli thought for a moment.
"Your talking about my cousin right the ones who alive now?"lazuli asked as she nodded with an upset look.
"I'm worried that grimm parasite will control him….we can't exactly remove it or he'll die. I'm probably being paranoid thinking that hes actually been tricking us now. But part of me keeps telling me to not think about that."eria admitted upset at the thought
"But…but he chases me down or i see him dead by some anger mob now. Then she places her scissors around my neck before closing down on them. Then i wake up"eria finished with tears starting to run donw her face at that moment. As they sat in complete silence raven pulled her into a gentle embrace waiting for it too eventually pass.
But as she did she eyed oscar down for a moment wondering something why would ozpin allow a grimm hybrid to attend his school she wanted to know.
"Why did you allow a grimm hybrid to attend your school? You must have known about these grimm for a long time now"raven said making them all eye oscar at that moment. As in oscar head ozpin chuckled at the thought.
"Whats so funny?"oscar said allowed making him look a little crazy as ozpin kept chcukling at that moment until it ceast.
"Oh nothing…ask to summon a grimm then i'll take control and explain"ozpin insturcted as he hesitated at that moment but nodded.
"Weiss could you summon a grimm"oscar asked to their confusion.
"Why do i need to sumon a grimm? That not exactly answering our questions right now if our friend is already taken over by a grimm parasite"weiss retorted but raven thought for a moment wondering if this was related.
"Just do it i'm sure he has very good explanation for this"raven ordered
Not seeing in much point in arguing weiss began to summon a grimm as she managed to summons beowulf as it snarled slightly before it got on all fours as she motioned for it to. Then the green glint in oscars eyes returned as ozpin walked around with his cane in tow.
"Alright what does this have to do with anything because i'm rather untrustworthy still of that guy. No offense"bashira quickly said
"None taken i'm worried too….because that bug is controlling my cousin probably if he doesn't wear that stupid bracelet"lazuli said before ozpin walked over to her bag retrieving a picture of said grimm flipping it around for a moment chuckling at it.
"Well i'm sures it would be strange for a grimm to be white with blue eyes"ozpin suddenly said to their confusion.
"Well that would…wait what did you just say?"dravan asked still stirring the stew for their meal as he was tossing in some vetagtables into the mix.
Ozpin then pointed his cane at the summoned grimm"what you think if i said that grimm in his back has blue eyes and white skin. Why do you think it's called a traditor so often?"he asked to them as they began to process that for a moment as it made complete sense. But they still found it very confusing as raven stood up crossing her arms glaring slightly at him.
"How long have you hidden that fact from us…for james a matter of fact. Because you were always persistent on him taking those blasted syringes."raven said surprising them slightly.
"Yeah because uh last time i saw him lose control he was turning into some grimm monster without them"lazuli asked recalling that moment.
Ozpin sighed pacing around"well it still is a grimm those syringe are meant to control the grimm blood in the host system. Large dosages of it was injected but the creature could be an ally. Those syringes only put it in a deep sleep for more than a year. It still has the tediousness of a grimm but yet over a course of a full year. It never took control. Why is that?"he finished his explanation releasing control to oscar as he stumbled slightly for a moment as weiss summon vanished from their sights.
They process that for a moment hearing about this that grimm could be an ally in the end but they would need to confirm it when they run into it. though soon enough adam and bashira threw the small game in the stew to cook for a bit.
"These should add some extra spice to the stew where having for tonight"dravan said adding some herbs he gathered early.
"Wow..i don't think i've ever had wild game before"neptune stated
"It was a first time for us too but after having some of it was certainly worth trying out"weiss replied as they watched the meat cook by the fire.
"Yep though seriously this is nice for now were on our way to mistral"bashira said as they sat in complete silence for a moment untila loud gun shot rang out in the woods. All of them drew their weapons at that moment expecting a fight.
"Gunfire…from which direction?"adam said pulling his sword out as it happened again but this time it sounded a lot closer. Raven scanned the area for a moment until seeing something in the distance that being a few flash lights fast approaching them.
"Over their prepare for anyone coming at us"raven warned as they all faced the direction of the would be attacker. What felt like minutes go by until enveutally the brush infront of them started to move until someone spilled out infront of them but it wasn't an attacker.
That because on the ground in ruined clothes along with a some cuts all over her body was the hine heriness also apart of team TPAZ zephyra hines. Weiss and eria were caught offguard by her being here.
"Zephyra?!"weiss shouted almost as the heiress looked up shocked by their group. But she had tears getting up suddenly hugging weiss as her head was shoved into her bust at that moment.
"Whoa what the heck are you doing out here?"lazuli asked shocked herself.
"I don't know but…"neptune was stopped until the source of the gunfire came as four knuckelduster thugs alongside their leader gole was their. The man panted for a moment groaning as he had zpehyra weapon strapped to his back.
"Alright you…dumb bitch….your heading off to windpath then were selling you to the highest bidder"gole said not realziing who he said that too as his cronies did.
"Ummm boss…i think we got a big problem"a thug said
Gole groaned"what would that be numbnuts?"he growled until the primming of hammer could be heard. Then he looked up at all of the others pointing their weapons at all of them at that moment.
"That would be us….your under arrest for the kidnapping of an hierness and for any other crimes. Names raven branwhen pleasure to meet you"raven said as the thugs were about to fight back but instantly gole thugs dropped their weapons in a surrender postion. The man seeing no option growled before dropping his placing his hands in a surrender position.
Then after quick work they managed to tie the five thugs up close by to a tree. Along with that they retrieved zephyra weapon and they wrapped her up in a warm blanket right now as they were all eating their stew right now. As they placed dravan on watch duty on gole and his thugs.
As zephyra got her fill of food it felt refreshing to finally have something to eat that was good as she set the bowl down.
"Thank you for that"zephyra thanked as bahsira took the bowl away from her.
"Its no problem still surprised to see the mighty hine heiress out here….in the middle of the woods. Chased by a bunch of thugs"bashira replied as an overshot of the woods happened as it zoomed back in to her taking a seat down next to her.
Weiss chuckled slightly"yes though its still very nice to see an old friend out here"she said but zpehyra eyed her for a moment then eyed the people she was with seeing that eria was here along with adam tarrus.
"Alright but goliath in the room….the news said you two were kidnapped. And why is a terroist with you?"zephyra asked pointing at adam who looked down hearing that.
"Oh we gotta explain that too her uh you want the long explanation or short explanation?"neptune asked as she thought for a moment.
"I'd like the short explanation because for starters i'm very exhausted after those ruffins kidnapped me after my therpay session with mrs. ghastly"zephyra replied taking seconds at that moment.
"Wait they kidnapped you?"eria qeustioned glaring toward the thugs who glared back but dravan growled at the thugs as his tail thrashed.
"Don't glare at my niece you miserable sacks of crap"dravan said as zephyra ears were ringing then eyed the man for a moment before her jaw dropped at that moment.
"Perun told me you two uncle was dead…how is he alive?!"zephyra asked quite surprised at that moment as they laughed that off for a moment.
Raven chuckled herself eating some stew"it'll be a long explanation but we'll keep it short if we have to for you. "She said
As the group started to explain how dravan was alive right now how he went into hiding thinking he killed his own niece all that time ago. Along with him starting a family making the twins have a cousin now. Along with explaining to them how they crashed into the anima as they finsiehd the brief explanation
"And thats how my uncle is alive now well along with me now being a cousin"Eria finished to the amazement of zephyra who chuckled slightly.
"Thats quite a tale but…why is he here?"zephyra aksed with venom pointing toward adam who was on guard right now.
Adam sighed closing his one eye"i'm here to make amends for the pain i've brought for all faunus eveyrwhere. Where well on our way to stop the attack on havan right now that will be happening soon"he said which made her study his conviction but a look of worry formed across her face.
"Oh no…that means the others might be in trouble."zephyra siad as they relealized they forgot to ask her about their friends in havan.
"Wait you've been in havan tell me thisite, bombay and my partner are oaky!"bashira begged right now violentl shaking her around the place until neptune moved her away from the girl. Zephyra regained her balance at that moment shaking it off
"No…no bombay and thisite are their right now. But for my teammates…i don't even know where they are right now"zpehyra answered to their confusion and eria concern.
"What do you mean you don't know where they are? I got mail from perun a while back saying he still in havan"neptune questioned
Zephyra held her head with worry"i don't know…they were on the airship with me before we crashed. It split off into two…i overheard them saying how they planned to take me to windpath to sell me back to my parents. Then make me…um…"she paused not wanting to finish it as raven eyed gole and his thugs down as he glared back.
"What you mad we were going to make that bitch our slave?"gole asked with a toothy grin which made lazuli crack her knuckles. She walked over reeling her fist back socking him hard against the jaw as he slumped over.
The thugs stared at her as she cracked each of her knuckles slowly wiping a bit of blood since she busted his lip open as blood dripped off it.
"Keep your mouths shut or i'll do alot worse than your entire gang stupid intaition."lazuli warned as all of them kept their tongues in their mouths.
Weiss walked over wrapping an around her friend rubbing her back"it'll be fine though…i'm guessing you want to know why we faked my kidnapping"she asked to the girl surprise before she stared at her for a bit before a morunful look came over her face.
"No…no…no so what was said at the gale was true. He…he actually…"she coudlnt' finish as weiss stood up removing her jacket to show her back along with unfailing her artic wolf tail which surprised her alot.
But the girl gasped seeing the many scar on her back right now as weiss stood their with an upset face but quickly placed it back on hugging herself right now. It was pure silence for a moment as zephyra was quite shocked.
"Jacque and my mother have been dirovrced for years now. Everysince then we've had shared custody with him which i hated every second of it. My mother hired lazuli here to take me away from him"weiss started
"Alright but who the heck are you….you seem a little familiar?"zephyra said
Lazuli chuckled"oh well i'm just the adoptive cousin of someone on princess ice queen team"she said as neptune had his fill of food.
"Also being the infamous thief known as swan"neptune causally said which made zephyra eye her for a moment before a look of annoyance came over her face.
"Your that thief that robbed the airship me and my father were on two years ago!"zephyra shouted not pleased as lazuli recalled something because she did do that. She nerovusly laughed putting her hands up.
"Hey no hard feeling alright….sorry i'm sort of a retired thief now"lazuli said to the girl annoyance as she huffed slightly.
"But to continue my brother whitley is back in argus with my older sister winter to keep him safe. Along with my mother with my baby brother staying with councilman wilkins with the atlas spartans protecting them"weiss explained her tale
"What the heck are the atlas spartans i've never heard of those guys?"bashira questioned
"Oh simple their a special regiment in the military that is very secretive. Sort of like our own black ops soilders who closly work with ace ops. "Weiss explained as lazuli tapped the side of her head at that.
"Huh you known falk mentioned he got an aunt from his dad side that works with them. Small world"lazuli added
But zephyra then noticed the arctic wolf tail laughing slightly at it"is this an accessory are you trying to pretend to be a faunus for your disguise"she asked before gently feeling it up causing the tail to wiggle around as weiss blushed from the touch.
Then zephyra eyes shot out of her head feeling the very real and quite fluffy tail that she just grasped
"Oh my god that felt so real! Why do you have a tail now? How did this happen and did you choose to become this type of faunus? Why is it so fluffy?!"zephyra asked with a million other questions at that moment as they laughed at her reaction right now
"We can explain on the way while we take these mooks to the nearest outpost to drop them off. Who knows if they got cops under their payroll in mistral"Dravan replied as they sat in another eerie silence for a moment as zpehyra decided to give some clarity to eria right now but also explain to them what the others been doing.
"Although since were sharing things perun and the others have been quite busy actually. Mainly researching disppearances over the last eight years"zephyra suddenly said
"Wait they've been researching who the knights of grimm are?"oscar asked eating his food right now as she nodded
"Yes from what we;ve discovered our combat instructor shen mei wife was the one from the fall. That nevermore women….we haven't told her about her wife yet thank god"zephyra explained as lazuli chuckled before pulling out the journal they got presenting it.
"Well about that guess what we got a whole heap of intel on them. From my actually alive cousin"lazuli announced to them which made the girl have a weird look for a moment as the girl sighed messing with her sleeves for a moment.
"So your not your teams leader anymore i take it?"zephyra asked as eria nodded
"Yes and…apperently from what we heard their are more knights of grimm being made right now. But the sabyr, nevermore, lancer and beowulf knight it slain. Along with three of those people being put out of their misery"eria softly answered
"This is quite an info dump we should explain on our way to havan. It'll be much easier"raven said as they all nodded in agreement at that.
After about thirty more minutes the meat was eaten alongside the stew as they had full stomachs for tomorrow as raven along with adam opted to take first watch for the night as everyone else got some rest for the walk but oscar still had a lot on his mind as well more improtatnly what they needed to do once they got to mistral.
Meanwhile in a camp ollie was overlooking the preparations for the assault making sure his men…no his sister and brothers of the white fang were ready to contie their rein of terror on the humans and any faunus that dare oppose them. Though what was worse he figured out was that somehow that assiantion attempt was stopped with the help of blake friends but then again it seemed they had alot of allies but he has more.
He gripped his weapon tightly as he lashed at a target dummy it blade embedding itself into the head of the target.

"Blowing off some steam are we?"a seductive female voice said behind him as he turned to face his supposed new ally bonnie thantoos but she wasn't wearing anything to obscure her eyes that looked similar to the night sky as he stared into the blackness of her right eye while the left was covered by a patch.
"Shoudln't you be getting ready after you failed to deliver your promise to me?"ollie retorted
"Oh quite feisty today aren't we. some pent up aggression toward some old friends. That could lead to very…disasterious results"bonnie said licking her lips slightly.
"Who i direct my anger toward is none of your business. I'm still quite anger that your assasination attempt failed and now their getting their ships for havan."ollie said
"But your obviously here to talk to me about something so out with it"he added
"Killjoy but since you insist don't worry i asked an alley of ours to keep an eye out on the path they take for those airships of theirs. She'll ambush them with one of our new knights of grimm"bonnie replied
"They better be successful in slowing them down"ollie growled
"They will but there are a few people we need kept alive if we are to encounter them"bonnie started

"The first is a young girl by the name of ruby rose. She the reason why i can no longer see out of my left eye. I want a little payback against that little bitch"bonnie stated angrily.

"Just make sure that your people are ready to invade. Its a four day walk from here to mistral. Lets not squander any chances"ollie said
"Of course they'll be ready. With your cells their along with gang members waiting for our arrival. Along with assistance from the soldiers. Just make sure you hold up your end of the deal as well"bonnie said before walking away from him.
Ollie gripped his weapon tigher in his hands and swung his weapon with all its might as he skwered the neck of the dummy and twisted hard ripping the head off the dummy as it landed with a thud on the ground. No matter what blake and everyone that she loves will fall and so will havan academy.
Off to the side the hidden spy in the white fang saw the exchange between the two and decided she needed to get a message out to not only blake but the former leader adam. She scurired back to her tent and began to write like her life dependent on it. She wrote two message and tied them to two of her most trusted birds.
"Okay hunginn i need you to take this letter and find adam. Mininn the same but find blake. Find them and quickly they must know"she said to the birds and the two birds took off into the skies above their black feahters encasing them in the darkness so they weren't spotted as the spy prayed that her birds would make it to them in time.
It seems that ollie spy is trying to warn blake and adam about whats happening right now. Along with that eria and company finding zephyra and the cold princess admitting she been having nightmares. It seems all of team ZERO are suffering from them. Thanks for reading!
