Chapter 106:Reunited
Morning arrvied in mistral as Ruby and company were nearing the ending of their journey as they were now passing through a mountain trail that was rather rocky but they were making rather great progress. Qrow and diamona were still leading the group but with that the hey had slightly gotten narrower they were more spread out.
"Once we get up here we'll be in mistral. Then we have to get to haven academy. I hope that the headmaster is still their"qrow replied
"He should be if i recall since we've been their for the past month"perun replied
"Will he be able to help us?"jaune asked
"Lionheart is the headmaster of Haven Academy. He even worked for oz when he was a huntsman so he should listen what we gotta say. After that we'll find a safet house to stay in"qrow said as the eleven of them walked on.
Just like what diamona had predicted whent he sun was high in the sky they saw the peak of the capital city in view just as they came out f the mountain trail. The eleven of them gathered to get a good view of mistral of the main capital. The city itself was built on many layers with buildings upon building and a large waterfall going straight down the middle of it all. Right on top of all of it all was large building that looked like the academy they were looking for.
"Wow…this is a view but its still a little far. I mean were here and mistral all the way over their"rogue said gesturing to it in the distance.
Perun shrugged his shoulder"We could just call a mistral air patrol to take us over their"he suggested
"Which i'm doing right now kiddio"qrow said as he pulled out his scroll and began dialing a number.
"Mistral air patrol"a man on the other end said
"This is huntsman and leader of the brnahwne tribe qrow brnahwne. I'm just otuisde mistral and am in need of transport"qrow replied as the other end got quiet slightly.
"Please confirm your I.D"the mas asked as qrow scratched his chin nodding.
"I.D is 67347"qrow stated giving his number
"One moment till verification"the man said as he went silent for a moment.
They didn't need to wait long as the man answered again"a transport will be heading your direction, how many are with you"the man asked as qrow began to quickly count their group out.
"Including me we got about eleven of us, we'll be waiting here"qrow said hanging up.
"Didn't think they need an I.D for us to get in"nora added surprised
"Well it might be used for security purpose from what i'm guessing"Ren replied
"It is mainly used to confirm if your a huntsman. Mistral air patrol are very strict on people who tried to get in using fakes. If they found out you were using a fake then they'll shoot you on sight even your airship"qrow stated which made everyone gulp neoruvsly.
"Don't worry its fine we've done it several times"tyra reassured which it didn't
"Then we just wiat for them to come pick us up, then we can relax for a bit"merucry said getting comfy.
Qrow only nodded as the elven of them waitied for transport to arrive. After about twenty minutes an airship was coming toward them. It was made out of wood and metal resembling a sailboat. On the boat itself were wing like sails along with two propellers in the back along with an access hatch on the side.
The airship landed as the captain came out of the airship.
"Qrow brnawhen and company"the captain asked
"Yep thats us"he said
"Alright then. Everyone get on and you'll be transported to mistral"the captain said
"Actually can you take us to haven academy. Its important i speak with the headmaster right now"qrow replied as he didn't argue. But both ruby and rogue were now starred eyed at the vessel infront of them.
"Oh my gosh! This ship is amazing! Its a mistralian type 2 comabt! And judging by the size it can hold up to twenty passengers at a time with an eight person crew!."ruby said her eyes sparkling all over the ship.
"Yeah and its got like ten vulcan guns in total with six on the sides and four on the front. Even the titanium used for the metal. This thing can reach airspreads to a max of one hundred and twenty miles an hour. This is a beautiful ship"rogue said starry eyed as well as mercury and perun eyed each other annoyed.
"Hey! Weapon nerd one and two get on the ship before we leave you two behind!"mercury shouted as everyone else was already on board as ruby and rogue ran toward them and got on the airship.
The airship lifted off the ground and turned around before flying toward mistral. All around them were nothing but rolling hills of grass that blew in the winds below them as everyone was left speechless just from the sight of them.
"Wow"jaune said eyeing the landscape below them.
"I've never seen anything like this before"nora replied taking in the view as well.
"Yeah mistral is known for our lavrious landscapes. Said that the armies used these hills for a defnese agaisnt oncoming enemies."dimaona mentioned
"Approaching the capital in about five minutes"the captain stated as they just now flew over the city heading toward the top of the city below them the city itself consisted of many building with a intricate designs and tall rooftops on them and they could see an adbunance of people going to and from the place.
"Mistral may look like a great place to live but you want to be careful not to go to the lower levels. They are the more seedier paces that'll rip you off in a heart beat"qrow started as they flew straight toward their desiantion.
Meanwhile just below bombay was walking back to haven academy when she noticed an airship flew above her heading toward the same direction that she was. However she had noticed someone who almost fell out of the airship wearing a red cape around her. Her eyes widden and immediately knew who it was.
"Ruby?"bombay said to herself and not wasting anymore time she started running straight toward her hoverbike and rode it straight toward haven academy.
In minutes the airship flew over haven academy and landed directly on the land docks. Everyone on board departed from the airship and looked on at the large academy. They landed in the quad of the academy that is surrounded by forest.
"Okay this place is huge. Must had a lot of students here"rogue said complimenting the place
"Yep alot though most of them are either in the capital or back in their homes"ame replied
"So where is the headmaster?"ren asked
"Follow me. If i'm right he should be on the third level here"qrow relied as the eleven walked into the academy.
Once they entered they were in a grand hall that consisted of a spacious room that is flanked by two rising staircases of a women in the center. The wall are decorated with various paintings and the symbol of mistral.
"His main office is just up ahead. Feel free to look around just don't wander off too far okay. Mind joining me diam"qrow said as dimona followed him as the other nine stayed in the main lobby as the two walked up the stairs straight toward the headmater office
"Well then lets look around, you guys can show us around right"merucry asked as the three students nodded as they explored the place.
"Wow…to think this was built directly on a mountain. Must've have taken a lot of work to get it how it is today"rogue commented
"You can say that again"ruby replied before she noticed a large tower near the academy.
"Is that the CCT tower? So cool"she added
"Oh thats just one of our towers miss rose."a female voice said walking outside of one of the dorm building that being a girl in a familiar purple styled dress. That because they turned to see a familiar girl to them.
"Long time no see ruby and the rest of you"the girl mentioned
"Thsiite! Oh man i'm i glad to see that you're okay"ruby said as they went over to her.
Though thisite noticed something strange that being zephyra"wait where is zephyra? You said you three along with miss ghastly were going to rescue her?"she asked concerned.
"We got separated on the airship, it split in two and those guys are properly already taking her to windpath or wherever"perun sadly answered
"Look don't worry we can find her after were done here, if were lucky she might be here in the lower levels"mercury reassured which is slightly did
Thisite cleared ther throat to get their attention"so what brings you all here to our wonderful academy? I heard an airship came in and took off. Early I even heard another one is approaching"she said which surprised them for a moment hearing that.
Ruby looked back to the others trying to decided it it was a good idea to let her in on whats going on. But since these three were filled in along the way they might as well tell her as well.
"Well…it kinda goes like this"ruby said as she went in detail abut why their here in haven and for what purpose. Along with the increase in grimm knights which shocked her.
"So…if what your saying is ture then we need to prepare for a potential white fang attack, knuckleduster, the unseen eye and these crimson talon fellow. And the one responsible for the attack on beacon and these knights of grimm"thsite said
"Yeah. but qrow also mentioned their being a relic here in the school as well. Though i don't think we know where that is yet. And we gotta wait for yang to arrive with backup"rogue said
This made the haven students hummed at this before ame came up with something"we'll have to tell bombay this and fill her in for what she thinks of it. "Ame said
"Yeah but hearing that thing who…took her family might have destroyed menagerie. Thats worrying"thisite added
"Good idea. You said there are maybe ten of you in total right. Well theres not a whole lot of people here so maybe you could borrow one of the dorms for the time being that you are here. We got a training facilities and forge that should help as well"tyra added
"Thanks"jaune thanked as they went to go gather the others.
"I don't understand why you need the relic of knowledge but you must be up to something if you need it that badly'the headmaster stated
Hes a tall man with a mane of tan/gray hair and a beard. He has a tan complexion with brown eyebrow and dark brown eyes. He wears a brown greatcoat with a matching mantle, which has a crossing emblem on each side. Underneath he wears a white dress shirt with a weserten necklace and carries a pocket watch with a lion head on it. He also is wearing brown slacks and dress shoes. Sticking out the back is a lion tail that is the same color as his hair and heard.
This is leonardo lionheart. The headmaster of Haven Academy. He was currently communicating with a seer that belonged to Salem
"This is for me to know and for you to follow orders lionheart. Its best that you simply hand the relic over to me"salem said from the seer.
"Even if i could…i have no way to open the vault to the relic. Plus it require both the maiden and the artiiffact. Neither of which i ahev in my possession"lionheart stated
"Oh that is easily solved lionheart. The one you seek is someone your close to raven branwhen. She carries the power of the spring maiden. As for the artifact…i'm sure it'll show itself in due time. The lion ring is what you seek"salem replied
"And what does attacking my academy provide me?"lionheart added
"A diversion. Long enough for my people to take the relic. As for your academy i could care less about what happens to it. Remember what i have your loving wife along with your daughters and granddaughter. "Salem stated making the man freeze, slightly shivierng.
"I..i know"lionheart said. Just then their was a kock at his door and the seer vanished into thin air immeidialty so that it wasn't spotted
"Oh um…come in!"he called out as the doors opened revealing two people he wasn't expecting to be at his officer.
"Hello leo. Been a while old friend how you been"qrow greeted
"Q-qrow brnawhen. I wasn't expecting you if i've known i would've prepared something more apprpate"lioheart added
"Yeah well come on leo its fine besides you love surprise…oh wait you don't"diamona jabbed
"Though sorry were dropping in on anything but this kinda important so i'll amke this quick"qrow started
"What is it that you need to tell me?"he asked
"I believe that haven academy is going to be attacked by the same people that attacked beacon"qrow stated which sort of surprised the headmaster
"Are you certain of this?"he questioned
"I am. I'm also certain of the identity of the four that assisted in the attack of the academy and are more than likely planning the attack on this palce as well. their names are rosemary kuchisake, scar watts, adder tannin and lastly bonnie thanotos. Though we also got the white fang"qrow added
"Along with that the unseen eye, your own capital local gang the knuckledusters. Then hired guns known as the crimson talon. And their are about seven more knights of grimm, the beowulf knight is attacking menagerie a while back i heard"he continued
"That…i…this would be disastrous if they got into the academy"lionheart said
"Are there any students here right now?"diamona asked
"Only a short few. All the others have gone home for vacation but i tend to have classes resume by the end of the week"lionheart answered
"If these students can fight then were going to need all the help that we can get"qrow said but just then lionhearts scroll buzzed as someone was calling him.
"Yes. what is it?"he asked putting it on speaker.
"Sir, we have caught a small group coming into mistral from the north side. One of them is claming to be a schnee. The other is raven branwhen and we currenlty have them detained"an officer stated to qrow surprise as he internally chuckled.
"Ver good. I'll come down their and see what the problem is. Did they say anything else?"lionheart aksed
"No sir. Saying they needed to speak with you personally. Also our patrols spotted an airship approaching they have access codes. One of them said her name was nadia walker"an officer stated again peeking diamona interest now.
"I'll be their soon"lionheart said before disconnecting
"Qrow would you mind accompanying me? Perhaps you can help and see what your sister has gotten into now"he asked
"Sure i'd love to see sis again. Though what about that ship carrying this one teammate"qrow asked
"I'll have shen mei accompany her while she greets them."lionheart said though qrow mind he was wondering if raven brought haru along and if his niece is okay. But if they came from north they must'ee come from windpath. But diamona was excited to see her old friend after so long which might be an interesting talk.
Hours before weiss and company were about half a days walk from mistral as they could see mistral straight ahead of them.
"Were almost their. Just a little further and we'll be in mistral by noon"Adam added
"Great. Because after all that walking i could really use a bath right now i feel digsuting"Zephyra replied
"I full hearteldy agreed but we have to speak to the headmaster first. Then just drop these thugs off and hope he listens"oscar mentioned as they continued on their way as gole and his thugs were bounded up being pulled foward as they continued their march to mistral.
However part way through their walk adam heard a squawking sound coming from above them. Adam looked up covering his eyes from the sun and noticed a raven flying direcyl toward them more accurately toward him but it looked like it was carrying something on its leg.
"Thats an strange looking raven"eria replied looking at what he was staring at. That when it hit him at just what who this raven was and smirked.
"Hugninn!"he shotued as the bird immediately flew down toward him as he put his arm out allowing the bird to perch on it. On it right leg was a minute carrying care for carrier birds to carry around. He gently unwrapped the case from the birds leg before the bird decided to perch itself on raven shoulder. Then it nuzzled against it slightly.
Dravan laughed"guess that not all your name is, the little bird likes you"he cooed as she shot a stern gaze making him back off.
"So what does it say?"neptune asked
He opened the letter that only had a few words in it as it said"the white fang are on the move. Four days". This made him scowl before crumbling up the letter.
"This came from a spy within the white fang. I know whos bird this is, and their on the march it'll take them at least four days to get to mistral"aam said
"Then we need to hurry and get to the spider gang"lazuli said before adam turned back to the bird.
"Thank you huginn. Now return to your master"adam said as the bird squawked before taking to the skies again.
"What did it say?"oscar asked
"The white fang are on the move. They'll be in haven in about four days we need to get to those cells"adam said as the group picked up their pace to get to mistral. Three hours later as the sun was just at its highest point they noticed the city of mistral was just ahead of them as they were nearing the front gate.
"Front gates just ahead so everyone be careful let me handle this"Raven warned as they were starting to approach the gates. Much to their luck the gare has posted guards their armed with spears as they noticed their group heading their way.
"Hold it!"one of the guard shouted making them all stop in their tracks.
"State your business here"the guard ordered
"Were on our way to haven academy. I'm a student bashira benkei we need to talk to headmaster lionheart"bashira replied
"Oh like i'll believe that and whats so important?"a female guard asked
"There going to be an attack on haven academy. We need to warn the headmaster"eria stated
However the guards wenre;t that much convinced as they stared at them puzzled.
"Really now? Why should we believe that coming from a faunus and a possible bandit?"the guards mentioned which made the group flinch. Raven regretted hearing that guessing vernal actions ruined their reputation.
"How did you.."weiss said but the guard spoke again.
""More importantly from the looks of it you all walked a long way to get here. My guess is from the wind path correct"the guard mentioned
"Yes. we may had come from their but i assure you were not the criminals if thats what your implying. These men are who helped kidnapped me the hine heirness"zephyra stepped forward as some guards walked over still pointing their weapon taking gole and his men away. Then snatched zephyra.
"Hey! Where are you taking her?"eria questioned before suddenly she was grabbed by the guards being dragged away right now. Dravan growled about to step in but raven put an arm up stopping him.
"And it seems you lot are the kidnappers for the hayley and hine heiress. "A guard replied as weiss decided to play their trump card hoping it works.
"Well then what about me i',m the shcnee heriness weiss schnee and i urgently ask you to let us pass"weiss added
"A schnee huh? Well have to be sure on that pending that we further inveistgate this"the other guard said as he snapped his fingers as the other guards surrounded them pointing their spears at them.
"Hey! Whats the deal?!"dravan shouted not particularly happy about whats happening.
"You wretched–"Adam started going for his sword but raven stopped him shaking her head.
"Let this play out"she wshipered
"Hey farm boy!"the guard shouted toward oscar.
"Y-yes"he said nerovusly.
The guard motioned him to come to him"get over here away from that filth and those bandits. Probably tried to sell you off to slavers"the guard said. Oscar gulped before glancing at raven as she motioned to let him go to them and so he did as the guards let him pass.
"As for them take them to the holding cell till this matter is sort out"the female guard stated. The guards then pushed the group past the gate while the others stayed close to socar like they were protecting him as they escorted to inside toward a nearby jail.
Once they were inside they were relived of their weapons all but dravan arm couldn't be removed and placed inside a large cell which was not spacious as all.
"That should hold you lot for the time being. I'd get comfrotbale you'll be here a while"the female guard said
"Oh i hgily doubt that"weiss said smugly. The guard only huffed as she walked away from them.
"Well this is a fine mess we got ourselves in. came all this way just to be arrested while eria, zephyra and oscar are with the guards. What else can go wrong today?"adam said clear upset.
"Don't say that or you'll jinx us"neptune whined
"Give it some time. They'll probably call leo right now. For now all we can do is wait"raven replied
"Yeah…but while we wait can i have some space because seriously its crowd in here."drvan said as his entire form took the entire cell giving them barely any space right now. This made lazuli and adarm bump into each other by accidnet which made lazuli blush a little from the action and adam turn away slightly with a blush of his own.
Raven was right for the time being all they had to do was wait until something happened as weiss noticed one of the guards outsides getting on their scroll dialing a number.
"Yes. what is it?"the voice asked

"They're in here sir. Careful though they might be a little feisty"the guard said as the door opened with the guard leaving two people inside. Raven immediately saw an oldman who she knew what the headmaster but sighed in relief seeing someone she knows by blood.
"So they are the ones you've caught"lionheart asked
"Yes sir lionheart. This ones says she a schnee which i highly doubt and this right here is your sister sir"the guard replied as qrow steppeed forward to the jail cell with a smirk
"Heyya sis came for a visit hows prison life treating you"qrow smugly asked
"Better than living with you. Now please tell them that were safe because its getting cramped in here with drav. I know someone might be excited if i know whos with you"Raven replied
Lionheart looked toward qrow with a questionable look but noticed one of his students int he cell"gaurd release , along with mrs. benkei. But as for the rest"he started
"Their fine. This is the genuine ice queen weiss schnee. She partners with my…daughter and a friend of my niece. Oh and that chick she a friend of her, blue hair is friends with that monkey faunus, dravan hayley you know that old dog."qrow said before eying one person he wasn't expecting to see in a jail cell.
"Him though…hes.."qrow started but surprisingly raven cut him off.
"Hes coming with us. Thats not up for debate right now"she said sternly which surprised him alot right now.
"Alright so hes with them apparently. Don't mind if i take them off your hands will yah"qrow said. Lionheart motioned to the guard to unlock the cell door and with a disgruntle noise the guard did just that as their group walked out with qrow and raven hugging each other quickly.
"If you don't mind we'd also like our weapons back. Give us back our friend oscar, zpehyra and princess ice queen"lazuli mentioned. The guard went to go gather their weapons and retireve the three they had guarded.
Qrow raisd an eyebrow at this"whos oscar?"he asked as raven chuckled smirking at him.
"You'll see when we all meet with my niece, your actually calling her your daughter now. I also have some good news on your wife and my sister in law"raven said as his interest was peeked. Within moment their weapons were returned and the three walked out seeing them all okay.
"You all okay?"eria aksed
"Yeah and you guys are okay"Weiss said
"They were trying to get us to turn against you guys but we were all rather firm telling them that i we were with you and how you saved us. But they didn't listen which wasn't surprising. "Oscar said as the guards handed him his cane back but just as he was about to store it away qrow noticed what it was eyeing his sister who nodded.
"Well well…well nice cane you got their"qrow asked
Oscar rubbed the back of his neck neoruvsly"um…its kind of a long sotry"oscar said
"I'll bet but lets get to the academy, though heard some tiger chick coming to town. She might be here with some others you know"qrow said as everyone left the guard house and began heading toward the academy.
Though a half hour ago high above in the skies arriving in mistral right now was yang and company. As they were flying the cackling gull fast through the skies making good time as piloting it was falk and surprisingly zane. Who actually had some experience flying a airship.
"I can't believe were actually going to be heading to haven and all our friends will be their"Velvet said excited right now.
"Same here because man we have alot to catch up on over the last couple months. Seriouslys its going to be a riot"cardin replied smiling right now.
"Yeah though i'm more excited to see my big sister"neo signed with a cheerful look.
Nadia chuckled as she was packing up a bag"yeah though lets just hope your friends don't have what happened in menagerie. Because were not repeating that again got it"she frimly stated as they all understood. Because they do have those dossier and the flashdrive which nadia was studying right now which may noticed then glanced at the cockpit.
"So are we going to tell them about the flashdrive or hide it until the right time"may said
"Yeah because it might be a bad idea with that guy up their. He might freak out if he even sees anything on their"cardin said with worry as the tiger thought for a moment before opening a hatch on her prosthetic arm then placed it inside it.
"Well use it as a last resort, show them the stupid dossiers first. But if i have too i'll show them the dumb drive, but we need to set rules with them before we show them. Along with that making sure he doesn't see them at all"nadia said as they nodded in agreement.
Asani was packing her bag neoruvsly right now as she seemed rather tense which didn't go unnoticed by miyuki along with a few others.
"Hey are you doing alright over here?"miyuki asked startling her a little as she jumped but saw it was them. Asani hugged herself scared right now.
"Oh..umm i'm just nervous…h-how they might react seeing me…they might not trust me"asani stuttered slightly but nadia sighed rubbing her daughter head gently as she flinched slightly.
"Calm down sweetie for starters you helped them free alot of innocent people from those villains. They'll be excited to see you i'm sure"nadia reassured making her mask display a relief emoticon.
"Yeah and theirs also adam tarrus. God how would those guys react with him being around because i'm sure it'll be a hoot"yang said as from the front a few walked over to the two plitoing their ship steadily approaching the capital as they looked through the window.
"Whoa thats the capital..i never thought i'd be here i've been to menagerie now here. This is beautiful"miyuki said admiring the view until something came through the radio.
"You in the cargo ship identify yourself immediately! If you do not comply or answer we will be forced to shoot you down. Along with sending a boarding party"a officer voice came through the radio. Outside the window where three mistral airship all with their weapons trained on them.
Zane sighed before taking the radio pressing down on the button"relax sir. We have I.D to prove we are no threat. We mean no harm where just simply transporting some people here to the academy"he replied as the officer got quiet slightly.
"Can you confirm your I.D"he asked as falk grabbed the code that bastet gave them holding his breath. Then he typed into his console sending the code as it began to transfer over to them. All of them held their breaths right now waiting for the results.
Luckily they didn't have to wait long"codes received welcome home mrs. neaman. I take it your here on business to see your father"the man asked before nadia took the radio
"Nah tell him nadia walker is coming by for a visit. I gotta tell him something that his daughter wanted me to tell him. We'll be needing escort to the academy"nadia asked as the man answered again.
"Alright i'll have a couple of my ships escort you. Welcome back to mistral then"the man asked as they began to be escorted to the academy. They began to follow them toward the capital right now at a steady pace. After maybe about ten minutes they soon arrived as they were landing as one of the airship landed to greet them. But as they stepped into the back of the hold they had a problem.
"So how are we going to keep him hidden before those guys with guns start shooting at us?"falk asked pointing at zane who looked down because they didn't expect this.
"I don't know we didn't plan that far ahead, anywhere we can hide him that we can use to take inside"may suggested as they thought for a moment before onxyia eyed something they could use. That being a long metal case that could store their luagaueg and things…but it was very small on the inside.
"Ummm heres a suggestion we could hide him in their"onxyia said pointing to it regrettable as imemdialty zane froze up beginning to visible shake taking rapid breaths trying to calm down which they were surprised about.
"Whats up with you?"neo siged confused until the others concldued he was claustrophobic which didnt't surprise them.
"Right your claustrophobic….look this might be the only way for you to get in without being shot on sight. "Cardin regrettable said pushing him slowly forward but as he did his legs froze in place before covering the back of neck as tears began to form.
"I..i don't wanna go in the room again…not again"zane quietly cried in fear as they tried to think of something to do to help sneak him inside. Then as they did velvet thought of one trick that might work.
"Heres an idea why don't you play some music on your music player, sometimes it helps people through being near their fear. And don't worry it'll be only five minutes"velvet reassured as he hesitated severely on it but sighed in defeat as he slipped inside the metal coffin. Fear started to slowly sink in as he slowed his breathing down still shaking slightly.
Nadia had the lid in hand with a worried look"Sweetie are you sure you'll be alright?"she asked as he slipped his headphone on giving a thumps up with a forced smile. Yang and her closed it then they placed a few of their things atop of him as they placed it on a cart.

"Whoa she can rival your size…heck even your dads. And this chick is a therapist she does not fit the bill at all"cardin said
Onxyia neoruvlsy laughed"yeah but lets hurry this up before he freaks out please"she reminded with haste as the guards began to step forward as mei walked alongside them.
"Walker! Its so nice to see you oh how long has it been? Two…three…four?"diamona asked trying to recall how long its been.
"Been bout three since i came by for your son birthday. Although speaking of kids i'd like you to meet my newest daughter"nadia said bringing asani forward nerovusly as she slinked down hiding behind the tiger as she found the women to be quite intimating.
diamona relaized that sighing getting down on her level"well i'm surprised you adopted another kid though i'm diamona ghastly. A very good friend of your..new mother i guess"She sweetly greeted as for some reason most of them felt calm all of sudden as asani shoulder untensed. Then she stepped forward slightly bowing.
"Umm hello…i'm a-asani walker…nice to meet you"asani greeted making nadia smile hearing that.
"I'd hate to cut this short. But are you here to tell something that is important?"mei asked
"Yes we believe that havan academy is going to be attacked soon. Mainly by the white fang, unseen eye along with the knuckledusters. The crimson talon is also involved and we have word of grimm knights coming to attack it as well. But we have good news the one known as alpha and the beowulf knight is dead"yang answered to their surprise right now.
Mei laughed slightly"Well thats great news the three who started that tragedy are dead. Good riddnaces burning in the pits of hell right now"she said as some eyed her down because one is right here. diamona noticed her friend fighting the urge to punch the women knowing why.
"Yeah…look were on a schedule. Is their anywhere we can go to drop out things off along with docking our ship somewhere"falk asked not worried since they empty his ship of any contraband that might make them considered criminal. Before diamona spoke up.
"Nah come with me, actually qrow and some others arrived early hell even heard raven in town. "diamona said to their shock hearing that right now immeidalty following her as diamona wondered where one of them was.
Meanwhile with everyone at the academy bombay had just returned from her errand in town and was greeted by ruby and her group. They all decided to catch up on things that have been happening in mistral as they were all in the lounge area of the academy dorms.
"So bombay. Anything new that has happened lately?"ruby asked
"Well not much really. I've been trying to take the reigns as leader for our group tracking the outgoing and incoming transmission from the CCT towers here and trying to sort the date here with ame so its been relatively tiring. Though i'm relieved to hear bashira on the way here though naca in vacuo right now."bombay said
"She'll be fine i'm more worried about the others hearing they were with you guys. But we shouldn't worry"perun said but kept pacing around like crazy.
Rogue snorted at that"oh really says the guy that been pacing the floor back and forth for the entire time. You worried about my sister you swapped spit with"rogue teased making him glare slightly.
"I can be worried about my girlfriend after her sister runs away from home making her worried sick"perun growled making her flinch slightly.
"So whats the plan right now? Because hearing that…that..c-c–conri is…attacking m-menagirie is.."bombay couldn't finish beginning to have a panic attack starting surpsing them as ren walked over using his semblance to calm her down as she grayed out sighing in relief. But balled up holding her tail for dear life.
Mercury sighed"our plan would to be speaking to the headmaster here. And wait for the others to arrive with some backup. Maybe he can hopefully help us out fighting four armies"merucyr answered
This made all the havan students look at each other for a moment as they silently agreed on something.
"To be honest with all of you i woudln't trust lionheart just yet"thsiite said

"Hes been acting, how would you say…very weird lately"thsiite answered
Bombay nodded"yeah. And hes been pretty silent for the last couple weeks and doesn't even tell us antyhing. I mean i knows he the headmaster but still we like to be kept in the loop on whats he doings. Then whenever we try talking to him its like he gets scared out of his wits or something like that"bombay added
"And how long has he been acting like this?"ren asked
"About a few weeks now. Plus he keeps having secret meeting with someone that we don't even know about. Maybe his wife"perun answered
"Yeah but she hasn't been seen lately either which is very weird. She usually comes by everyday in the afternoon to have lunch with him"ame said. Just then the door opened inot the lounge as qrow stepped inside seeing the whole group.
"Good your all here because i got a surprise"qrow added
"I thought you went to talk to lionheart with miss ghastly. Where is she and what took so long?"merucyr said
"Oh…lets just say i had to pick up a few people up. Sis brought some guest you all know"qrow said stepping aside allowing some in as they walked in. ruby noticed someone familr with a head of white hair that came through the door. With a girl with a prothseitc leg, a blue hair boy, a tall girl. Ruby immeidaitly jumped up from her seat knowing who that was.
"Weiss…"ruby said. Almost immeidlaty wiess ran right toward her leader/partner as she leaped into her arms. Joyful tears came down weiss face with ruby and her embracing each other.
"You're okay"weiss said through the tears.
Rogue stared at someone who looked just like her that being eria actually standing on her two feet. She didn't know what to say as tears began to well up in her eyes.
"I…i..sis..i'm so sorry..i.."rogue got cut off before her sister embraced her happy she was safe with tears herself.
"Thank god your okay…i missed you so much"eria cried in joy as rogue returned the embrace tight. Before a set a footstep apporahced her as someone placed a hand on her head, she opened her eyes going wide eyed seeing her uncle dravan standing their with a somber look. The two just stared as he sighed.
"Heyya kiddio i.."he was stopped as she separated from eria hugging him burying her face into his chest beginning to hick and sob hugging him right now.
"I…i…you aren't dead"rogue cried in joy as the man tail wagged hugging her back as the hayley family just held it as bombay and thisitie bothed hugged their leader happy to see her again. Though ruby let weiss go before feeling something hit her side but noticed yang was missing.
"Wait…you have a tail?!"ruby shouted as they drew attention to that catching them offguard as nora walked over petting it making weiss blush from the touch.
"It feels real…and fluffy"nora said trying to touch it again but she smacked her hand away growling as it thrashed.
"That is attached to my body you orange hair dolt! And…yes i have a tail which i'll explain later"weiss said
"But where is yang along with emerald are they…"merucyr was stopped before raven put a hand up.
"Their fine they went to menagerie right now to check up on the others seeing if their mission was successful. Because it was the grimm knight known as conri gran is dead"raven answered as they were overjoyed by this but not as much as bombay who manically giggled for a moment making her look crazy.
"Alright that isn't creepy…though you guys gotta be prepared who you meet next because just don't freak out whos with us"bahsira said as the other two walked in. from what everyone could see the first to walk in was a farmboy with a familiar looking cane. While the next was someone they weren't expecting as mercury growled with a death glare in his eyes as everyone was ready to attack.
"Yeah. not a big surprise about this"adam said waking into the room"adam said walking in
"Give us a good reason not to knock your dam head of"merucyr growled ready to attack until from behind someone spoke up.
"Oh chill out metal legs the stupid bull is on our side. He wants to stop the white fang, hes got intel on them i'm sure"a female voice said as they turned shocked to see yang their waving to the group. Immeidlaty both ruby and weiss stood their as they offered a spot as she walked over joining them. Then the others started to walk in as lazuli began to have teary eyes at who she was seeing with a familiar bowler hat.
Before neo knew it she was pulled into a loving embrace by her sister who began to sob holding her little sister close.
"Your okay…your okay..i…i'm so sorry…i'm sorry for not coming to check up you"lazuli said crying as neo smiled before returning the embrace tight herself. Then as the hayley twins separated stepping into the room right now was someone the two were very familiar with. That being a wolf faunus who stared at the two sisters.
Rogue blinked trying to fight the tears"i…i..your…"She said smiling bright right now as onxyia tail wagged without a word walking over pulling the two into a comforting embrace with tears.
"I've missed you two so much"onxyia cried as the two returned the embrace happy to see their faunus teammates again. All of them were ovejroyed right now seeing their friends again before someone asked something.
"So i take it everyone on their way from menagerie with those ships jaki provided?"raven asked
"Yep because we got great news the beowulf knight is dead and–"Cardin was stopped by the source of loud banging as all eyes turned toward the metal crate they had. But it kept getting louder and louder like someone wanted out.
Nora tilted her head"is someone in that crate or something?'she asked before it hit the rest of them they forogt about him.
"Crap! Let him out before he starts to break down crying from being in their"may ordered peeking their interest as nadia tore the case off before the laugage was shot out from beneath it. Then they all stared in shock as someone sat up gasping for air that being zane. Rogue and eria stared in shock seeing their leader right now, as jaune was smiling seeing his friend.
Bashira grabbed her sword at the ready as some of them did which the others noticed"so it seems you brought that thing here…okay why isn't he locked up."she asked but nadia glared at the girl before grabbing her by the throat squeezing hard on it as she dropped her sword.
"Lay a hand on my son and your dead. That goes for the rest of you dam little brats"nadia warned as a few kept their weapons but raven shot them a look making them holster them, as bashria was let go gasping for air. Though zane kept choking on sobs taking rapid breaths crying which confused some who were surprised seeing him act like this.
"So goliath in the room theirs a dead guys their and…why is he freaking out?"mercury asked surprised. Diamona noticed immeeidlaty seeing him in the midst of a panic attack guessing he was afriad of tight spaces. Walking over she placed a hand on him causing him to yelp flinching before jumping out of the crate shaking visable.
"Hey take it easy kid…take a few breaths"diamona insutrcted using her semblance as he let out a few claming breaths to get his pulse under control. Soon enough he did but noticed everyone staring at him not liking this but he saw two he regretted seeing right now. Rogue stared at him slowly waking forward before poking him in the face as a smile came to her face.
"Your…your alive"rogue said teary eyed as he slightly smiled but then she growled before reeling her fist back socking him hard in the jaw sending him to the dirt. They didn't expect that.
"Ohhh i didn't take that she might be mad at him"falk said as zane spat to the side with a slightly bloody mouth standing up before someone began to ball their fist up pounding on his chest.
"You jerk! Why would you go off to try and kill yourself?! We could have helped you, you didn't need to go off and try to kill yourself!. Were partner! Were suppose to watch each backs no matter what even in our worst times!"rogue cried continuing it as she began to slow down as he let it happen staring at the ground. The others let it since she needed some aggression out.
"I…i made those stupid upgrades to keep everyone safe! You could have come with us…you didn't need to go missing…why would you..wh–"she couldn't continue choking on her words as he pulled her into an embrace beginning to cry himself.
"I'm sorry ... .I'm so sorry ... .I was so scared…I didn't want to hurt anyone. I didn't want to kill anyone…i'm sorry"zane cried making her crack before wailing kneeling right now hugging him crying into his chest. Eria sniffed, walking over joining the embrace overjoyed.
"You stupid clown ... .god i thought you died looking for me"eria cried overjoyed to see her leader again.
"Well..i..i went into a coma…not alot of fun""he replied as onxyia eyed them walking over joining in the embrace right now as their team was whole again after being apart for so long. It felt nice to finally be together as they separated but immeidlaty a blade was pointed at his neck curiosity of qrow.
"Great your alive kid. But we know whats in your back along with whats in each of the grimm knights. You in control?"qrow asked before he sighed as his eyes switched to crimson red making them all draw their weapons.
"Oh crap its in control hurry up and stop–"neptune was stopped
"Oh would you all chill out. Because unlike my siblings I'm much more sane than them, though seriously get that blasted thing out of my face."bane said pushing qrow blade away, not even attacking them which surprised them.
"Why are you not attacking us…because your a monster"tyra said with her sniper out as bane slightly flinched at that. Though raven eyed oscar for a moment recalling what ozpin said.
"Let me guess this is why your called a traditor. Let your host go now"Raven ordered as he relented, switching back to deep blue eyes. But zane hugged himself throwing his hood up, but then jaune walked over toward his friend as the two eyed each other down before he hugged him smiling.
"Its great to see you again, i missed you"jaune said making zane smile hearing that from his friend. But they might have information that may be beneficial for them to use that can combat what will be coming toward them in the future.
It seems that everyone is back together again after being apart for so long. I wanted to keep the team reunion apart longer but I thought it'd be for reading!
