A new conspiracy? or just a very old one that lies just beyond, like Shadows in the Dark.

Unfortunately, that doesn’t last forever: following the murder of Gazelle comes a new drug that threatens the city’s population, and Nick and Judy must stop the suspect while also trying to survive their new relationship.

From Judy's leg injury, to her reinstatement, her convincing of Nick to join her, awkward family conversations on both sides, Nick's training, and many more. This is a story of how a fox and bunny helped each other through those times, grow close, and develop a certain feeling for each other they never thought they would.

The Missing Mammals case is all wrapped up, Nick and Judy are kicking tail as partners, and everything seems right in the world. Problem is in a city like Zootopia things don't stay quiet for long. Nick and Judy must prepare for a new role in the ZPD. While at the same time figure out what they are to each other. Get ready, this one is going to be a blast.

A month-old unresolved police report leads ZPD officer Nick Wilde back to the Natural History Museum, to gather evidence that reveals a more fundamental conspiracy against inter-species relations. Along with Judy Hopps and ZBI agents Jack Savage and Skye Winter; he embarks on a dark exploration of mammalian society's development, structure, and the fractures that lie beneath it.
