( keep in mind that my writing skills are terrible and i am going to be looking for someone that can help fix my mistakes in future chapters, sorry in advance for the slow start up and the fact the story is starting in the past, but i felt that some backstory would be needed before i just start making a story that makes no sense at all, and since this is an alternate reality then the normal mha, expect some unexpected changes )

There are infinite possibilities in the multiverse, more often then not those who think of themselves as heros create they're own villains, this is a tale of such, how a man known as All For One became the greatest villain for his own personal justice. the main character of this novel is not All for one but in order to reveal the MC we must first take a look back of how he came to be, and look at his connection to All for one, it all started about 120 years ago...

july 28th 2043-

A man walks down a long hospital corridor, he was one of the first heros to ever hold the title in a world where superpowers suddenly became real and called quirks, he is a man who is able to take quirks and or give them with his quirk All For One, many think he has the means to be a deadly villain but he uses his quirks daily to help keep the peace, when the world just started seeing quirks, and society was in chaos it was he that rose up to protect others by taking the quirks from those that misused or couldn't control them. When it was a quirk that was incompatible with himself he would look for worthy would be heros to offer it to them. thanks to the many quirks he has taken and added to his arsenal against villains he has done so much good in the name of peace that most of the public think of him as the strongest hero there ever could be. The public loved and adored him as the mighty invincible hero who was always ready to save the day. Sadly despite all the good he has done and heros he has helped create, as per usual, anyone with great power, loved by most of the public, uncontrollable by force, had ultimately created fear within the leading branches of society, a few military leaders, the head of the newly formed Hero Association, even a few leaders of various countries had become doubtful if a man this powerful could be contained if ever needed.

The man is very protective of his loved ones thus he has only gone by his hero name which he named after his quirk " All For One " in the public's eyes and kept his civilian identity secret , he is currently not wearing his trademark tuxedo, or wearing his latest mask that covers his features, no, today he is just a loving husband and soon to be father waiting on good news from the doctors about his wife's condition, he walked to a chair and sat down impatiently with his arms crossed and foot tapping on the ground, he didnt like that he was asked to leave the room by the doctors, he tried to refuse but his wife had reassured him that everything will be ok. A doctor comes out of the room and informs the waiting husband that his wife has been put into induced labor because of special complications, they are trying to do everything they can to save the twins before it is too late.

The man tries to rush to his wife's side in the operating room only to be stopped by the hospital staff.

???: "Sir please calm down, we are doing everything we can! you trying to rush to your wife will only get in the way of the other doctors, please be reasonable!" says a short doctor, who looks like he's in his early 50's he also has a particular mustache and is wearing thick glasses.

???: All for one gathers his thoughts as best as he could before replying. " Do everything you can, i don't know how i or we could handle losing her and or the children... " He takes a moment before leaning forward and taking a look at the doctor's nametag. " please Dr. Tsubasa, make sure they get the best care possible, i dont care about the cost... "

Dr. Tsubasa: puts on a false smile full of hope before replying, " Of course Mr. Yasha, now if you'll excuse me, im going to be needed. " He turns around and opens the door to the operating room, he shuts the door before watching the other doctors begin the operation before he walks to the corner and grabs the phone on the wall before dialing a number quickly, the phone rings a few times before it is answered.

???: " Hello? " asks a woman on other end of the call. " Hero Association of Japan, can i help you? "

Dr. Tsubasa: " its me Dr. Tsubasa, put me through to the chief. " A few moments go by and the call is transferred.

H.A. Director: " this better be good Dr. , I'm busy as usual. "

Dr. Tsubasa: " I understand sir but this is important and time sensitive, do you remember project All For Us? "

H.A. Director: " Of course, but it's just another one of your insane never going to happen what if plans. why do you ask? "

Dr. Tsubasa: looks a bit annoyed as he looks around the operating room to make sure no one is listening. " I found him just in time Sir, and the current situation is better then I ever hoped, his wife is having twins."

H.A. Director: pauses for a moment before replying. " your telling me that you have not only discovered All For One's civilian identity but also the rumors that he accidentally spread about his wife being pregnant we're true, and your about to commence project All For Us?"

Dr Tsubasa: " exactly Sir, I do feel guilty for what I'm about to do, but we both know its better to have a way to defeat him if ever needed than not having one."

H.A. Director: He knows that what they are about to do is wrong in so many different ways, he has mixed emotions on the situation, on one hand he and his family almost worships the hero known as All For One at an unhealthy level, on the other hand he knows that if the hero loved by many ever turned villain then the casualties would be unthinkable and the very idea of stoping him would be insane, they needed a plan just in case. This lead to the idea of project All For Us, but the idea is just so cruel... the very thought of switching out anyone's child with a corpse of another infant is just unforgivable, and at this moment he is being asked for permission for it, not just for one but two! " can we at least swap them with living orphan infants? " He asked hopeful that he could at least not put his favorite hero through the pain of losing his children.

Dr. Tsubasa: " I thought you might think of this so i did my best to find suitable replacements from infants that were given up recently here in the hospital, sadly i could only find a replacement for the baby girl."

H.A. Director: thinks for a moment before asking. " why not only switch the girl, surly we don't need both children for the plan? "

Dr. Tsubasa: " yes and no sir, the reason i advise taking both to be raised by the selected heros is because there is no guarantee either twin will get the same quirk as the father, our chances getting what we want increase if we take both, if we are unlucky then neither will get his quirk but it could possibly still appear again in a later generation. choose what we do quickly, we are short on time. "

H.A. Director: curses himself for this choice, but he finally decides. " take them both, when doing the swaps, make sure the girl is swapped with the living orphan, and of course be discreet, only a few of us here in the association will know of this dreadful secret project in order to ensure it is never revealed... "

Dr Tsubasa: hangs up the phone and checks on the situation, after seeing everything is in order and going smoothly, he orders everyone except his personal assistant out of the room so he can apparently finish the operation himself, he waits until everyone leaves before talking to his assistant.

" the plan is a full go, the orders are as i predicted, use your warp quirk to do the swap secretly before anyone else comes back Ms. Kurogiri. He watches as she warps away and comes back moments later holding a case, the dr knows this must be the corpse, she warps away again as the Dr checks on the unconscious woman who has just finished giving birth to the twins. Ms. kurogiri warps back in while holding on to the sides of two cradles.

" it's a shame that your quirk isn't as powerful as your own son's Ms. kurogiri, what did they name it? warpgate? if only he was older, i would love to have such a useful assistant "

Ms kurogiri: " don't speak to me about my son, I'm a mother and im being forced to help in this ungodly project, we will both pay for this one day. "

Dr. Tsubasa: " believe what you want but this is for the greater good, now lets hurry up and finish the switch. "

???: " huh, what switch? what are you two doing?! where's my husband?! my babies?! " Ms Yasha, has woken up and caught them attempting to switch out her babies.

Dr. Tsubasa: " you were heavily sedated and should have been asleep anther few hours, its a pity that you are awake... " he takes a filled needle and uses the drug to overdose her, she dies quickly. " no witnesses, I'll tell your husband both you and your son died during the birth... "

Ms. kurogiri: is furious at what just happened. " what the fuck?! no one is supposed to get hurt, were supposed to be heros! "

Dr. Tsubasa: smiles broadly before replying, " it's for the greater good, now hurry up and do as your told girl, I must prepare to inform the husband of this poor woman the awful news, but at leaat his Daughter survived right? " he chuckles as Ms kurogiri is shocked to how such a twisted man could be considered a hero no matter how brilliant and useful he was, she knew that he was truly evil now.

The Dr. stands there smiling as he thinks to himself how it all had come to this, yemade this plan with ulterior motives, he sees All For One as a possible god amongst mortals, only problem is that he is held back from his true peak by morality that society has pushed on him, the Dr. knows that if this great man will ever become a true god then there needs to be enough reason for All For One to abandon his morals and do as he pleases, so he came up with the the project with all intention of revealing everything to All For One eventually, knowing it would break him, everything has been going according to plan so far except for the incident of the mother waking so soon, but he decided to be bold and work with the situation, he killed her on the spot to later frame the H.A. Association which will push All For One even further, this plan will take many years to pay off but luckily he had developed a longevity quirk which will increase his own lifespan, in about 10 or so years he will leak information about the project and what happened today to All For One knowing it should be what break him, by that time the world will think Dr. Tsubasa is long dead, and he would already had his appearance and identity changed after wiping his memory of any involvement in the project to be safe, this way if a quirk is used on him to tell secrets he would have nothing to hide, he will offer his service and dedication to All For One, and ensure he becomes a god. He will prove the other scientists wrong, it would not he the later generation quirks that will rule the world but the first generation instead.

The swap was finished and Ms Kurogiri came back after taking the twins to a safe location. All evidence of any kind was removed and the Dr. went to inform the waiting All For One the terrible knews, he will then try to comfort him and tell him he still had to try to be strong for his new born daughter...

( chapter one has not finished, it will receive another update before i bring it to a close and begin on the next chapter, I hope you all got somewhat into the backstory, can't wait to get to the current day for the real story at UA to begin but first we need a few chapters skipping forward as far as we can each time to fill in some more backstory until we get to the present, if i had to guess, the next two chapters will still be set in the past before I feel i have given enough explanation with the backstory flashbacks, hope you all will enjoy the suspense, action, drama, and even love this will bring in the future!

I thought about not continuing to write this fanfic after i started reading a few others because i felt that my possible fanfic would be an insult to the great authers here on the site, but as i was debating on deleting it out of self doubt, someone actually followed and favorited both me and the story which has motivated me to try writing an amazing story, i will give a shout out to this person at the beginning of the next chapter as a thanks for motivating me to continue. )
