Andre's First Friend
It had been the day before Andre would get his first Pokémon from Professor Elm who was an oddball, but he was still an important person in New Bark Town as he gave a new trainer their first Pokémon.
Andre had been too excited to sleep that he looked through his Pokémon trading cards he had collected.
"I can't wait to get my first Pokémon," the Fourteen-year-old Andre said.
"Well, you'll have to get some rest young man," said Andre's mother who happened to walk in saying how proud she was that her boy had the patience to wait a few extra years before going on a journey.
"Sorry mom, I'm just too excited that I can't sleep but I'll try," Andre said to his mother.
"Well get some sleep and I'll wake you up so you can have breakfast before your journey begins," she said, turning off all the lights and walking away.
The Next Morning
Andre had gotten up on time, eaten, and made his way to the professor Elm who had been talking to a blue haired girl. She had wild blue hair, she had a half white jacket on with a blue undershirt, sky blue and black short pants, and shoes that matched her pants.
"Professor Elm I'm all set for my first Pokémon," Andre said hopefully not interrupting the girl getting her first Pokémon.
"Oh no my boy I just finished explaining how hard a journey this will be," Elm said.
"Well hello I'm Sky, it's nice to meet you," she said overjoyed that she could possibly have a traveling companion.
"Oh, I'm Andre Martin, nice to meet you," he said to Sky.
"Well, I'm glad you two are getting along," Elm said as he presented two poke balls because Kris had already taken one.
"Well, if my option is fifty/fifty I'll take this one," as he grabbed the first poke ball in front of him.
"I chose you," Andre shouted and threw the ball and out came a grass Pokémon with a leaf over its head and green little body. It also was apparently female because it saw Sky and gave her a glare before running up to me and into my arms sticking its tongue out at my traveling partner.
"Aww it looks like I got a jealous one, but I love it. Chikorita, I'm happy to have you join the group," Andre said, patting the grass Pokémon on its leaf which it enjoyed so much it gave me an affectionate head rub when it began to rub its head against my face.
"That's astounding, it's your first Pokémon and you already feel connected to it," Elm said, getting Andre his Pokedex and his poke balls.
"What can I say, professor? It feels like it was destined that I would choose this chikorita and that we would go on this amazing adventure."
But suddenly a smoke bomb went off and after a few minutes we could all see again. But when Andre looked over at the table where Elm had the starters on, the last one was missing.
"Oh no, someone's taken the Cyndaquil that was meant for another starting trainer," Professor Elm said.
"Don't worry, we'll get it back for you professor," Sky said.
Elm thanked Sky for her words, and he watched Andre and Sky leave on their adventure.
The First Day
Andre and Sky had left New Bark Town to find the mystery thief and along the way both trainers had caught a few new Pokémon.
Both Andre and Sky decided to battle some trainers and make some money along the way to find the Pokémon thief and making our way too the next town.
For Andre, he had caught himself a HootHoot, a Horsea because he had been prepared and brought a fishing rod from home and went to fish in Cherrygrove city, and finally he had caught one last Pokémon and it had been a Heracross when his newly evolved Bayleaf had been head butting trees to get berries to fall down.
While Sky had her Totodile who after plenty of battles looked like it could evolve at any moment, with Andre's fishing rod that he let her use she battled and caught a Shellder, she had also opted to see what Pokémon she could get while in the forest and caught an Aipom.
The journey just started. and while it had been a good start Andre and Sky wanted to take a break and rest before continuing on but they didn't want to hit the inn just yet.

The rest of the day had been spent training and eating a nice dinner before both trainers had gone to bed at an inn in Cherrygrove city.
With the first day over and no clues on the mystery thief our heroes must continue their journey and become the greatest trainers of all time. Or will our hero's journey be over before it begins?
