"Sorry that we're late," said Rena Rouge.
"We weren't expecting you, and you're in a lot of trouble later for telling Carapace too much if I'm right," said Ladybug.
"But I do have to thank you for coming so it won't be too bad later," she said.
"It does not matter how many heroes you have to face me with, there is nothing that can stop me now!" said the Master while he laughed uncontrollably. As if in response to his words, the lighting began to streak the sky more with a few bolts even hitting within the city.
"Dude your dad has really lost it," said Carapace.
"He's lost himself to the Kwami of Knowledge, we need to get the choker he's wearing to end all of this," said Cat Noir.
"And I have an ideal on how to do it," said Blazing Sun as he appeared.
"You two need to use your chains on them and say 'unlock the secret'," he said.
"What will…?" asked Ladybug before realizing the Master was preparing another attack.
"We don't have time, just do it!" said Blazing Sun as he made a wall of flames to protect them.
"Let's see what this is about," said Rena Rouge while facing Ladybug who sent a chain out to her right wrist at the same time Cat Noir did the same with Carapace.
"Unlock the secret!" said the two, causing Rena Rouge and Carapace to be engulfed in a bright light each which shot up into the sky.
"What… what's happening?!" asked the Master who stopped his attack to shield his eyes.
"Easy, they unlocked their ultimate powers," said Blazing Sun as the light faded.
"Alright, this is cool," said Carapace as he was revealed to have red and yellow spots on his shell and emerald chains around his arms.
"You can say that again," said Rena Rouge. Her hair had turned into a single ponytail while nine fox tails came out from under her cloak with a black chain like pattern running through each of them.
