362. Keigo Takami (Hawks)

A.N. — From one fan favorite to another... though whenever I hear this guy I can't help but think of another character his English VA voiced. To be fair, both characters in question are young blondes being held under the thumbs of others. Anyway, happy birthday to Keigo Takami, better known as Hawks. He should've been No. 1!

362. Keigo Takami/Hawks

Hawks was a wildly popular young pro with a mysterious aura. But neither his distinctive wings or renowned speed could let Keigo Takami escape all his troubles.

The cheerful façade he put on as a public front, the strict rule-abider he presented himself as to the HPSC, the morally questionable hero he used as an in to the League... all were faces Keigo donned, and none were his true self. That had been sold off long ago. What was left was a caged bird presented with the illusion of freedom but well aware of the imposed limitations shackling him.
