A Demon slayer Fanfiction.
Chapter 1
"Giyu, Shinobu. I'm counting on you."
Kagaya Ubashiki's words echoed through Giyu's head as he followed the insect Hashira through the trees. They had been tasked with infiltrating the city of Tayoshi, where it was rumored a demon was hiding. Multiple corps members had been reported missing after visiting the city.
"isn't the moon lovely tonight, Tomioka?" Shinobu said. She stopped walking as they reached a house. The door was painted with a wisteria crest. Giyu sighed. They stepped inside and were greeted by a young woman. They rested for the night, and the next morning, Giyu awoke to see Shinobu unpacking a box.
"Good morning Tomioka." She said. "We'll need to change clothes and hide our swords if we want to successfully infiltrate Tayoshi." Giyu nodded. Shinobu pulled a few things out of the box, pushed it towards him, and disappeared into another room. Inside the box, Giyu found a black men's kimono with a blue obi sash, a gold rope and a dark blue haori. He changed and packed his corps uniform and sword into the box. Suddenly, Shinobu stepped out of the other room, and he gasped.
She looked beautiful, wearing a white, flower-patterned kimono with a purple obi and a gold rope, her hair was down, and a red flower hairpin was clipped into it. She was also holding a white parasol with a wisteria pattern. She placed her uniform, sword and butterfly hair clip into the box and closed it.
"Do we have a place to put this?" Giyu asked, gesturing to the box.
"we'll take it to the next wisteria house. There's one in Tayoshi." She stood up. "let's get going, shall we."
