Lucent Saccharyn, the young and ambitious Head Gamemaker, has produced two popular Victors, but she needs to play this year just right in order to stabilize the fractured government and restore Panem to its former glory. President Snow is a cruel man, we know that, but his cruelty has reached a new low. Victors, when of age, are forced to procreate with Capitolites to give Snow even more leverage over them and ensure good behaviour. These children are raised in an isolated facility in the Capitol, where their lives are abysmal and they are nothing more than puppets for President Snow. (SYOC open!)

In the aftermath of the war, Effie and a now sober Haymitch find themselves drawn back together. As they navigate the complexities of their past and present feelings, sparks reignite between them. Nicoletta was the winner of the 68th Hunger Games, a Victor from District 12, the only one apart from Haymitch. For the past 6 years, she was a mentor, forced to watch kids die. The Games caused problems for her like every other Victor. She thinks this will be continuous and nothing will change, but will these two tributes change what's been going on for 74 years previously?
