[DISCLAIMER: I am not literate at all so don't expect long ass descriptions. But do expect grammatical errors. I'm prone to them. And this is my twenty-ninth time ever writing a fanfic so it will probably be trash. If you have any constructive criticism, by all means, give me. Just don't do it in a manner that makes you an asshole. Anyways, let's begin
CHARACTER SELECT:
ABRAHAM TOWERS: the chief commander of G.U.N (Guardian Units of Nations)
AGE: 64
ROUGE: spy who works for gun with shadow. She's also a jewel thief who loves to get on the nerves of that knucklehead.
AGE: 28
SHADOW: the ultimate lifeform. He was created in the space colony ark by Professor Gerald Robotnik with the funding of G.U.N. They got word of how dangerous it's become and sent soldiers to kill everyone but Gerald and Shadow. Everyone including Maria. Gerald's granddaughter and shadows best friend. When awakened by Eggman, shadow wanted revenge on the planet, until he realized that wasn't what she wanted. He sacrificed himself to save the world but woke up with amnesia.
AGE: unknown
E-123 OMEGA: a killing machine made by Eggman. However, he really only used omega to keep an eye on shadow. Not using him to his full potential. Omega has since gone rogue. Destroying any Eggman robot that crosses his path
AGE: DONT MAKE ME TAP THE FUCKING SIGN
COPY CHAOS 2: a copy of Chaos, the watery god of destruction. Eggman created it to try to take over the world
AGE: ageless
DR EGGMAN: he's the eggman! He's got the master plan! He's an evil genius who just wants to make a theme park. With the world in his hands or not. He's created a lot of giant robots and airships in his days.
AGE: 46
SAGE: Eggman's sassy little AI daughter
AGE: Child
Eggman and Chaos walk into the main room of the base, the egg carrier MK II. Eggman walks over to the master computer
EGGMAN: "Sage! Pull up the emerald scouter!"
SAGE: "Pulling up the emerald scouter, Father"
EGGMAN: "That's a good girl. Now let's see… GUN has 2?! And the restoration has 1! Eh, GUN is closer, plus has more chaos emeralds. Sage! Set destination to GUN hq"
SAGE: "Setting destination, father. But, shouldn't we go for our enemies first?"
EGGMAN: "It's really tempting… but with 4 emeralds, chaos will have a better chance of crushing those rodents"
SAGE: "true"
Meanwhile, at the GUN HQ, shadow, rouge, and Omega sat in the lobby, waiting for their next mission
SHADOW: "So for chaos, I've got an idea on how to strike him if he raids the base"
ROUGE: "Oh? Do tell"
SHADOW: "Omega will retreat. Water and machinery do not mix and he's a powerhouse that's good for the team. So we need him around. Rouge, you'll use your bombs to distract him. I'll use Chaos Spear. Strike for the brain. It's his weak spot"
ROUGE: "Sounds like a plan!"
OMEGA: "NORMALLY I HATE RETREATING. BUT SHORT-CIRCUITING MEANS NO MORE EGGMAN ROBOT SLAUGHTER"
SHADOW: "Good. Thought omega would be the hardest to persuade"
OMEGA: "I RESENT THAT"
Just then, part of the ceiling collapses as the egg carrier is seen above the base. Eggman speaks over an intercom
EGGMAN: "Ahhh, GUN! My second most formidable adversary! Your annoyance has lasted long enough! Time for a play date with my little friend!"
Just then, chaos 2 jumps out and lands through the ceilingless spot. He immediately charges to the west where the emeralds are held
SHADOW: "ok time to take the plan into action! Omega, run! Rouge, follow me!"
Omega runs east while Shadow and Rouge follow Chaos 2. Rouge throws a bomb at Chaos 2, it explodes but does minimal damage as Chaos 2 keeps running for the emeralds. They eventually make it into the room with the emeralds in it
SHADOW: "ok, you keep distracting him! Give me enough time to charge a chaos spea- oh no"
Chaos 2 grabs emeralds and transforms into Chaos 4. A dolphin-like form. Chaos immediately books it back to the egg carrier
SHADOW: "Well, damn it. We lost the emeralds"
Later, Abraham comes to reprehend team dark
ABRAHAM: "As much as I condone your tries to protect the emeralds, chaos still got away with them"
SHADOW: "Sir, we tried to get him but he was too fast! I couldn't make a chaos spear in time and rouges bombs didn't do that much damage!"
ABRAHAM: "hmm… alright. There will be no punishment. But, don't let it happen again"
SHADOW: "Understood"
Meanwhile, back at the egg carrier, Eggman, chaos 4 and Sage congratulate a job well done
EGGMAN: "Alright, Sage. Set course for the 5th emerald in the restoration HQ"
