Chapter 23 - Ever after, seeking answers, where it all began

On a strange unknown island Yushai wakes up from the fall he fell from he looks around and sees he is on a beach of some sort.

Yushai: where am I? This place is very strange… I better look for the others

Yushai then began exploring the coast then heading into the forest as he does he encounters some people who helped him Yushai asks where he was they tell him he was in ever after this confused him but he knew he can't stay for long he soon left the strange odd village which on the surface seems nice but felt wrong for some reason the same for the people to.

Yushai: … I don't like this place one bit everything about it feels wrong to me for some reason and I don't know why… I have to find the others quickly.

Thus Yushai continues on his travels to find his friends as he does Yushai encounter many things along the way many of it strangely is from fairy tales which confuses him more … and something is telling him that this ever after place feels wrong but can't put his finger on what it is but he chooses to move forward then he encounters Robin who is also trying to find the others as well.

Robin: Yushai is that you?

Yushai: Robin your okay.

Robin: yup I somehow survived but I'm confused on where we are since we fell down into that darkness.

Yushai: well this is going to be confusing but where in a place called ever after aka fairy tales.

Robin: … I'm completely confused here…

Yushai: your not the only one but we to continue on to find the others quickly.

Robin: care to explain why you are in a rush.

Yushai: … I don't know how to put this but there's something about this place I just don't like about it.

Robin: … well if that's true that this place is definitely dangerous then we better find thee others soon.

Yushai nods and the two continue there search for there friends but unknown to them an unknown entity is seen watching from afar the two continue there search running into a lot of strange things until they finally found Melia, Ren and Nora but there's no trace of Jaune to be seen.

Yushai: Melia!

Melia: Yushai!

Ren: looks like we finally found each other.

Nora: it's about time!

Yushai and Melia hug each other both are glad that they have all survived the fall but they had bigger problems right now.

Ren: everyone we have a serious problem.

Yushai: a problem? Is it about Jaune because I don't see him with you.

Nora: it's about Jaune and team RWBY we searched everywhere for him but can't seem to find him or thee others.

Robin: don't forget we have to deal with Shinn and Neo since they fell down with us to.

Nora: oh… I completely forgot about those two…

Yushai: *sigh* let's hurry and find him… including the girls before they do something that will screw us over again like what happened in Atlas…

The Group then began there search for thee others which is getting difficult since they now know this place is without a doubt very strange and Yushai still can't shack the feeling that this ever after place is giving off bad vibes almost like it's hiding something but what he doesn't know for now he and the Group continues there search until they are confronted by an unknown creature with a mask.

?: GRAAAAAAAAAHH!

Yushai: what's that thing?

Melia: I don't know but I think it's a resident of this place.

Robin: and it's very weird too including strange too.

Ren: let's focus on taking it down.

Nora: plus breaking it's legs!

Yushai, Robin and Melia transformed into Mega Men and prepares to fight the unknown creature.

Yushai and the others soon started fighting against the unknown creature as it tries to slash at them with its claws but they dodges it Robin fires homing shots at the creature hurting it a bit, then Ren and Nora attack the creature both smashing it and slashing at it this without a doubt hurt the creature even more angers it.

Yushai: it's getting hurt put more pressure on it so we can finish it off.

Everyone: right!

The unknown creature jumped into the forest then prepares to attack them at there blind spot.

Robin: everyone stay close it's planning to try and separate us so it can pick us off one by one.

Yushai: I think I have an idea how to pin it down Melia fire energy light into the Sky.

Melia: the sky? … okay.

Melia fires a light attack into the as Yushai told her then the group waits for the creature to strike first then it attacks them but at the same time the light attack that Melia sent upward then came down like lightning striking at it this was everyone's chance to attack.

Yushai: everyone now!

Soon everyone attacks it with everything they have the masked creature knew there was no way out as it's hit by all of there attacks hurting it to the point that it can't no longer fight against them anymore as it sees its final moments it sees Yushai charge directly at it looking at the boy filled the creature with anger, hatred but most importantly… fear it's scared of Yushai does a triple slash cutting it too pieces as it dies the creature says something in a hateful tone of it's voice directly towards Yushai.

?: curse you … Logos!...

Yushai: ?

(End of music)

With the fight over the group looks at the creature that is dead and wonders what it was then they hear something in the bushes and out of it was none other then team RWBY.

Yang: oh great it's you guys again…

Yushai: well at least we've found you guys.

Weiss: well we're not happy to see you and… and…

The girl looked at the dead masked creature which surprised them completely that they took it out.

Blake: you… killed it?

Yushai: yes?

Melia: is there something we should know?

Ruby: umm no, no everything is going good.

Yushai: … whatever anyway we need to find Jaune do you four know where he is?

Ruby: … we sort of found him…

Blake: but you guys are going to be happy on what you see…

Yushai: … take us to him.

Ruby: okay fine.

Weiss: don't say we didn't warn you.

Team RWBY then began to guide them to Jaune as for Yushai he still can't help but feel that this ever after place is something bad but doesn't know why he then remembered DUO giving him a device to call him and his instincts are telling him now's the time he brings it out and press's the button on the device and it somehow sends a signal to DUO as they walk a strange cat is watching them from afar at same time at a different location Yuna is seen exploring the strange place she is in after going into the portal and fell into ever after with no one noticing.

Yuna: well this is something I didn't expect to find on remnant hmmm yes Summer I feel it to there's something about this place that's wrong and it feels sinister… and evil too its time to find Yushai and thee others and get out of here quickly.

Yuna soon starts walking through the forest in order to find Yushai and the Meanwhile in outer space DUO sense the signal that Yushai sent he also feels the evil energy he was looking for that has been causing so much damage on other worlds then everything fades to black.

End of Chapter 23 - Ever after, seeking answers, where it all began

That's another Chapter done Yushai and the others find themselves in ever after which is a strange and odd place, they fight against a strange masked creature and killed it and runs into team RWBY, Yushai uses the device to call DUO at the same time Yuna is found in the same place as thee others both her and Yushai feel the same way that something is wrong with this place called ever after. Now on to the reviews.

To Kitsune of white: yup C-X made the ultimate sacrifice in order to save everyone and team RWBY is going to get punished.

To Gojira: yup after the next Chapter is done this will be the end of the second Arc and we will know the full truth about Remnant.

To Guest: don't worry team RWBY is going to get a big wake up call.
