Sakura woke up a few hours later, and she felt nausea rolling off of her. She threw the blankets off of her and run towards the bathroom. Kakashi who was woken up suddenly, tailed Sakura to the bathroom and gathered her hair out of her face as she hurled whatever is left of last night's dinner into the toilet.

Kakashi held her hair back, concern etched on his face. "Sakura, are you okay?"

Sakura groaned, wiping her mouth with the back of her hand. "I think the sake really got to me. Ugh, my head is pounding."

Kakashi shook his head. "No. I don't think so. You're a medic and your body should have burned the leftover alcohol in your system."

Sakura frowned, feeling a bit disoriented. "Then, what's happening to me? I've never felt this way before."

Kakashi glanced at her, worry deepening in his grey eyes. "Maybe it's something else. Let me check." He placed a hand on her forehead, checking for signs of fever. "No fever," he mumbled to himself. "Maybe it's a stomach bug or something you ate."

Sakura sighed, leaning against the bathroom wall. "I hope it's just that. I can't afford to be sick with the genin evaluations tomorrow."

Kakashi continued to hold her hair, his concern evident. "I really don't like seeing you like this, Sakura. Maybe I should call Tsunade, or I can take you to the hospital."

Sakura waved him off weakly. "No, no hospital. It's probably just a passing thing. I'll take some medicine and rest. You don't have to call Tsunade for a simple hangover."

Kakashi looked at her skeptically but decided not to argue further. "Alright, but if you don't feel better by 3:00 PM, we're going to the hospital, no buts, understood?" He said using his sensei voice, the one that means trouble if she disobeys.

Sakura nodded, appreciating Kakashi's concern. "Deal. I'll rest and take some medicine. Hopefully, it's just a temporary thing."

Kakashi helped her back to bed, making sure she was comfortable before going to the kitchen to prepare a simple meal. He returned with a bowl of soup and some crackers.

"Here, eat this. It might help settle your stomach," Kakashi said, placing the bowl on the bedside table.

Sakura gave him a weak smile. "Thanks, Kakashi. You're always taking care of me."

He sat beside her, gently brushing a strand of hair from her face. "I'm your husband. It's part of the job description. Just focus on resting, and I'll be right here if you need anything."

"Okay." Sakura said, and brought the spoonful of soup to her mouth when she caught whiff of garlic. "Ugh, did you put five heads of garlic here, Kakashi? It stinks."

"I did put some garlic but not five heads." Kakashi defended himself. "Why? Hey, Sakura!"

Sakura cannot take the smell of the offending garlic, threw up on the bowl of soup. Kakashi immediately placed a kitchen towel under her face, which in turned, caught the bile that she is hurling.

Kakashi held Sakura's hair back as she continued to vomit, the concern deepening in his eyes. "Sakura, this is not just a hangover or stomach bug. Something is definitely off. We're going to the hospital now."

Sakura weakly nodded, realizing that her condition was more than just a hangover. Kakashi helped her clean up, and without any further delay, he carefully escorted her to the hospital.

Upon arrival, Tsunade, who was still overseeing the medical facilities, quickly assessed Sakura's condition. After a thorough examination and some tests, Tsunade had a serious expression on her face.

She frowned and looked intently at Sakura. "Sakura, it's not hangover. You're pregnant." she told her and then looked at Kakashi. "You really can't keep your pants on and your hands to yourself, Kakashi?"

Kakashi's eyes widened in surprise, and Sakura stared at Tsunade in disbelief. The room fell into a momentary silence before Sakura finally spoke up, her voice a mix of shock and excitement.

"Pregnant?" Kakashi asked. "How?"

"Yes, pregnant, Kakashi." Tsunade reiterated. "Don't ask me how, Hatake! You were the one who made this. Why do you have to add another child to your spawn? You already have a girl and boy."

Kakashi backed away slightly. Tsunade is mothering her pseudo-daughter again, and a mothering Tsunade is more dangerous than an angry Tsunade. "I didn't plan this, Lady Tsunade."

Tsunade sighed, "Well, it's happening. Congratulations, you two. Looks like you're expanding the family again."

Sakura's initial shock slowly transformed into a radiant smile. She looked at Kakashi, her eyes gleaming with joy. "We're going to have another baby, Kakashi. Can you believe it?"

Kakashi, still processing the sudden news, managed a smile. "Another adventure, it seems."

Tsunade, despite her initial scolding, couldn't hide a small grin. "Well, make sure this one doesn't inherit Kakashi's reading habits. We don't need a baby born with a copy of Icha Icha in hand." She said. "It's bad enough that your seven-year-old sneaks that perverted books under your excellent nose, Kakashi, and reads the book in front of everyone. Seems like your daughter is craftier than you."

"I'll lock the books on my scrolls, Lady Tsunade." Kakashi promised. "And keep Kikyo out of our room."

Tsunade was about to retort something back when Sakura's shocked smile slowly transformed into joy, and she turned to Kakashi with a radiant smile. "We're going to have another baby?"

Kakashi, though still processing the unexpected news, couldn't help but smile in response to Sakura's excitement. "Looks like it."

Tsunade smirked at them. "I'll schedule a more thorough checkup to confirm everything and make sure the baby is healthy. For now, take care of Sakura. And Sakura, no more sake, please. Your baby needs nutrition not alcohol-induced drinks."

Sakura nodded, her eyes shining with happiness. "No more sake, I promise. Thank you, Lady Tsunade."

Tsunade waved them off, "Just take care of yourself, and make sure Kakashi doesn't accidentally get you into more unexpected situations."

"Wait, Kakashi. How about my genin team?" Sakura suddenly asked her husband.

Kakashi chuckled, his eyes gleaming with amusement. "I'll take over, Sakura. No problem. Just take care of yourself and our baby."

"Well, maybe I can tell Naruto to pull out Hyuga Neji from ANBU. And take over your team, Sakura. Kami knows he needs to get out of that place. He's my regular patient and he is always almost dying. He had the same aversion of hospitals like your husband, Sakura." Tsunade glared at Kakashi. "Though if Kakashi somehow manage to land on my emergency room again, I might just cut a piece of you."

"Okaa-san, don't frighten him. And don't cut anything. I like my husband as it is and I need every part of him." Sakura laughed, her eyes twinkling with amusement. "Neji? Teaching? That's an interesting idea, Lady Tsunade. Please talk to him. I can't leave my team without a sensei and I need Kakashi for now."

Tsunade chuckled, "I'll talk to Naruto. But you owe me a bottle of sake for convincing him. Now go, take care of yourself and that little ninja in there." She pointed at Sakura's abdomen.

As Kakashi and Sakura left the hospital, their hands intertwined, they shared a mixture of surprise, joy, and anticipation for the new addition to their family. The news of Sakura's pregnancy brought a renewed sense of warmth and excitement, turning an ordinary day into a momentous occasion.

As they walked home, Kakashi couldn't help but marvel at the unpredictability of life. From the trials they faced in the past to the joys of building a family, their journey had been anything but ordinary. Yet, in each twist and turn, they found strength in each other and a love that continued to grow.
