Hello, this is the start of my story "This Isn't Suppose To Happen" Still featuring Tsundere Miku and stoic Luka. I'm sure you noticed SeeU so early in the chapter and that's because when I was re-reading my story, it just didn't feel real and it was actually quite silly. So now I gave her a kind of relation with Luka's life.

Anyways, I hope you enjoy reading this remake and drop a review on what you think. And thank you as always.

Megurine Luka woke to the blaring of her phone. Opening her blue eyes and turning the alarm off, she was off to start another day. Brushing her teeth and doing all of her morning routines, the pink haired girl that stared through herself in the mirror were not quite the most thrilling part of her day, but for its consistency she could say she enjoys it.

Breakfast wasn't all anything grand. A cup of coffee, two toasted bread, strawberry jam, and a sunny side up egg was her usual to-go, and she could say these few moments savoring the saltiness and creaminess of the egg she cooked, the crunch of the jam spread bread and the steaming cup of coffee made it all the more reason to enjoy the fine morning.

Luka's eyes trailed at her apartment door as soft knocks were heard. She stared blankly then checked the time. 'Ah.' she thought. Moving towards the door, she was greeted by a blonde girl almost the same as her height but still slightly shorter, and was wearing the same uniform as her school.

"Luka, good morning." The girl greeted softly and giggled as the other girl only stared at her. "Mom asked me to wake you up."

Luka nodded and ever so slightly smiled. SeeU Danhee was her neighbor who moved in with her family in the apartment three years ago. The first time they met was with the blonde giving her a homecooked meal made by her mother and introducing herself. Well, it was strange because Luka was sure it was supposed to be the other way around, but still she took the offer.

The second time they met was when Luka was coming back from school and saw Mrs. Danhee struggling to hold all of her groceries. The pink haired girl walked the older woman back to their apartment that day, and that was also the day she realized that she couldn't really start or hold a conversation with the blonde's mother. Living and growing up in Korea it was natural to have that barrier, but thank god for SeeU visiting her grandma in Japan and she served as their translator.

The third time was when SeeU knocked on her door in a particularly rainy night. It was stormy when she heard the knock. The lights were out and the wind were strong, Luka has to admit that she secretly enjoys the solidarity, but still she opened the door and was surprised to see SeeU standing outside shivering. Another thunderclap and she jolted clutching the front of Luka's shirt. Apparently she was all alone in their apartment because her mother was in Korea on a business trip bringing along her little sister

"...SeeU, good morning, and thank you for the thought of waking me up... I don't want to be a bother." The blonde gave her a smile and shook her head.

"Geez, you know my mom she's worry about you. Don't worry though, you aren't." SeeU assured. "Anyways, I'm just really here to see if you're ready." Blue eyes give Luka a one over and giggled to herself when she saw the other girl tilt her head slightly.

"Hmm, yes I am. Shall we?"

The walk to the school was uneventful. They chattered with one another, well SeeU did while Luka could only respond to her questions and staying silent most of the time, but still the blonde haired girl didn't mind. In fact she likes this little times with the aloof girl and that was enough to make her heart skip a beat.

SeeU wasn't really sure when she started having feelings, but she suppose it was that one time she stayed over the girl's apartment during a particularly bad weather and she was left alone to man the house while her mother and sister went back to Korea to settle some things. To be honest, the blonde was pretty sure was as straight as an arrow and had her fair share of boyfriends, but ever since meeting her pink haired neighbor she always wondered how Luka could be so gorgeous. But of course that wasn't enough to actually catch any feelings and it was normal for girls to appreciate another one's beauty, but when Luka stayed close to her when the thunder was particularly bad and placed a blanket on her as the pink haired lady let her rest her head on her chest was what made everything click and the sound coming from outside was surely forgotten as she could only focus on the gentle rhythm of her neighbor's heart.

It sounds cheesy when she thinks about it, but she can't help but describe it as that. Luka was very romantic and she was sure the other girl doesn't realize it herself when she does things like that, but still that's what made her more cuter.

As they arrived school and made their way to their classroom, they were immediately greeted by a busty young lady who beamed up at their arrival.

"Heeyy! SeeU, Luka!" An enthusiastic voice broke the calm that the other two found themselves in. Luka nodded in a curt greeting while SeeU smiled brightly as the person in question ran towards them. "You have nooooo idea what happened to me yesterday."

SeeU giggled. "Good morning to you too, Meiko."

"Aww, good morning SeeU. And Luka! I missed you!" Meiko walked towards the pink haired girl and found herself in a headlock while the brunette ruffled her hair. "It wouldn't hurt to say good morning but don't worry about that I still love you!"

Luka didn't resist the treatment she was having and in fact it was futile to do so when her friend gets like this so she just lets it happen. Meiko was a very cheerful girl, one of the few she was surprised to know that actually wanted to be her friend. At first, she wasn't exactly thrilled when the girl buts in every little thing she does but through the years of tolerating before eventually admitting to herself that Meiko was there for good intentions, she would occasionally be delighted at the other girl's antics.

"So anyways, you won't believe what happened yesterday." SeeU gave her a smile and already has a hint of what the other girl was about to say. "Remember that boy I told you about? The one I was seeing? Well, turns out he was real big jerk!"

"What happened this time?"

"Well, we were suppose to be going on a date on that cute cafe I kept telling you about, but when I got there and waited for god knows how long he suddenly messaged me about breaking up! I mean seriously if you wanted to break up atleast tell me beforehand so I didn't have to waste my time picking out what looks good on me!"

SeeU looked at her with worried gaze, because really isn't that just horrible? "Oh my god! Are you okay?"

"Hahaha, yeah I was planning on breaking the relationship myself so what he did saved me all the trouble, but still! Is that a way to treat a lady?! You understand right, Luka?"

The pink haired girl, who just removed herself from Meiko's hold, fixed her skewed glasses and straighten her uniform before she shook her head. "Well, yes. A lady shouldn't be treated that way, in fact they should be handled more delicately. Hmmm." She looked up from her uniform and saw the other two staring at her. "Did I say something odd?"

Meiko was the first to react, giving her best friend a wide smile. "Exactly as you say! Awww, Luka you think I should be handled more delicately? I knew beyond your expressionless everything you care about me! Come give momma a hug!"

SeeU laughed at Meiko's antics while Luka could only resign to her own fate. But immediately she stared at the person she liked and wondered to herself. If there was a chance, would Luka treat her delicately? She wonders how would the pink haired girl do so. Would she kiss the back of her hand gently? Embrace her securely like she was in heaven?

Just thinking of all the possibilities made the blonde flare up as she placed both her hand on her cheeks and didn't notice the looks both her friends were giving her.

"Do you feel unwell, SeeU?" Luka asked, as she once again removed herself from Meiko. "Why don't you sit down? It would be bad for you to faint in our class. But please don't hesitate to tell me, I'll bring you to the infirmary if you can't handle it.

'Seriously Luka! Stop being so damn chivalrous it's bad for my heart!'

"Ah! No! I'm fine don't worry about it and we should probably sit down classes are about to start!

And just on cue their teacher entered the room and the chatter died down.

After classes, Luka gathered her things and placed it neatly inside her bag. Both Meiko and SeeU were doing the same and was discussing about heading to that cafe the brunette mentioned and asked if she wanted to come.

"I'm sorry, I have an arrangement with the newspaper club today." Luka said as she fixed her glasses. "Both of you could go ahead, it might take a while."

Quizzically, Meiko asked. "You finally entered a club? I thought you didn't want to?"

"I didn't, the president asked for a favor and I just accepted." She grabbed her bag, ready to depart.

"Oh...So you're really not gonna come with?" SeeU asked, careful not to show any disappointment in her face, but Meiko was too sharp for that. "I guess, I'll see you home?"

"Of course." Blue met blue and the blonde couldn't keep the lovestruck expression she made.

Luka nodded and bid her friends goodbye and as she exits and disappeared from the view, Meiko looked at the blonde. "Okay, am I missing something here?" SeeU looked at her, confused. "You sounded disappointed back then and you had a strange expression on your face, what gives?"

"Oh, it's nothing. Just that it would've been more fun with the three of us."

"Well, you're not wrong about that. But we've hang out before without Luka, what makes this any different?" Meiko raised her eyebrows as she observed the fidgeting figure before her. "Don't tell me..."

"It's...I'm not! I...I just...Please don't tell her."

"Oh my god! You like her! But... For real? Luka?"

"Please don't say it out loud." SeeU begged with flushed face. "She can't know!"

"Alright, alright geez, I won't tell her anything. But still Luka? Dead to the world Luka?" The brunette wondered when the hell all this happened or what Luka did to make the blonde catch feelings and now she all the more curious.

"Are you...Do you think it's strange?"

Meiko looked at the poor girl and gave her a hug. "Aww, don't be sad. And for your information, of course I don't! You can't control what you feel even if I'm still surprised that you like our emotionally constipated friend." She heard SeeU mutter a thanks before pulling away. "Now we definitely need to talk about your crush. So come on! I want to try their infamous crepe."

"Job well done as usual, Miss Megurine." Gakupo said with a smile as he read through the passage the pink haired student wrote and looked at her. "You really would make a fine addition to the club, so have you thought about it?"

"I'm afraid I still have to decline. I'm happy to help if ever you needed any assistance though."

"Oh, I'm sure we will." The purple haired boy turned his gaze back to the paper and ever detail written on it was very articulate. It was of course about the very hot topic among the students. The Life of Hatsune Miku, it read. It wasn't that mindblowing to say the least and to be honest as part of the news paper club he wanted more. At first, he wasn't really sure that the infamous Megurine Luka would ever agree in partaking such a piece so imagine his surprise when she easily accepted.

"You certainly captured her charms down to every minute detail I must say. Are you really sure you don't want to be a part of this club? I could assure you our members would be delighted to have you."

"I still have to decline."

Gakupo chuckled. "I see, well-" He placed the paper down and smiled at the girl as she stared back with her own dull ones. "You're still welcome here if or not you decided to apply."

"Thank you. Are you satisfied, Mr. Kamui?"

"Hmm? Oh, yes but..." He trailed off. "Is it possible to ask for another favor?"

Luka looked at him through her glasses. "I don't mind."

"Great! Well, you see I noticed students are not as engaged with our pieces with Hatsune. They lost interest as you will, and I was hoping to change that." He smiled, but Luka didn't like that look. For some reason it looked devious.

"Do you have something in mind?"

"Oh, yes. I talked about it with other fellow members and we all agreed we needed something new. We wanted to write something more personal. Behind the curtain as they say. I heard Hatsune tend to have this sweet personality around her and despite being confessed to almost every day, students who partake in those told others that she still does not distance herself with them and in fact became friends with them."

The pink haired girl hummed as she placed her thumb and index finger on her chin. It was true, some of her classmates who confessed to the second year was still in high spirits even if they were rejected. Some were even more enamored with the beauty just by the way she handled the situation, they say. Even Meiko was a fan, telling her that one time she bumped their junior and was immediately asked if she was alright, and that apparently made an impression on her friend.

Gakupo leaned forward and rested his chin on his hand. "We wanted to know if those were all true. Because despite all the jovial praise the students seem to throw at her there were a handful of people who thought differently. Some of those 'suitors weren't as happy after, saying that she wasn't really the angel they pictured." He leaned back and opened the compartment beside him and obtained a pink paper. "This would reveal everything whether it's true or not, but all that matters is that you get the scoop. So what do you say?"

Luka looked at the paper being handed to her and contemplated. She wasn't thrilled about any of this, in fact she felt like this is way too...what was the word?

But still, she has given him her word that she'll help in any way she can. With a breath, she carefully took the paper in her hand and examined it. The first thing she noticed was that it was scented and the butterfly patterns that adorned it made it more obvious that this was a love letter. The name 'Hatsune Miku' was scribled elegantly on the back with a heart looped at the end of the 'e'.

What was the word she was looking for?

"I'll get it done."

To say that Hatsune Miku was nothing short but a princess was a complete understatement. She was the angel walking among the halls of Crypton high and with just one look she could have almost all of her male peers melt.

It boosted her ego so much to a point that most of her female peers can't help but hold such deep disapproval of her. But why would she care? It wasn't her fault they weren't as gifted and beautiful as her. Her papa told her that she was the most beautiful girl in the world, and right now she can't help but feel that it was true. I mean who could resist such wide eyes and soft looking features? Even if she was lacking in some department of her body, the way she handled herself confidently and cutely made the other stop to just admire her.

Miku has built a reputation on herself and she wasn't intending to let any of it go any time. Sure it was annoying to be confessed to almost every day with guys who think they ever had a shot, but it was funny whenever she sees their crestfallen face whenever she rejected any of them. It has become a sort of entertainment on her part.

There was a time when a good looking senior tried asking her out and was flat out rejected by her, and the face he made was so funny she had to tell Rin all about it. Well, the event that came next wasn't as fun when his supposed girlfriend shouted all kinds of things to her about how she 'stole her boyfriend'. She could only scoff at that because it wasn't her fault her boy toy was trash.

Despite all the confessions she had, there was only one who she would not think twice to accept. And that was Shion Kaito. His dreamy eyes, perfect build, grades and everything about him makes him the likely candidate to be her husband. It shouldn't even be a surprise, she thinks that perfect people should be with perfect people.

Miku smiled to herself as she thinks about her own crush. Thinking things like 'Shion Miku' or how many kids should they have all those typical things, and she didn't even notice the twins looking at her with a hopeless expression on their faces.

"Anndd she's gone." Rin said as she threw a piece of crumpled paper on her friend's head, which was ignored. "Back to her own delulu land."

"I got to say, this makes it the fifth time she's done this. It's kinda worrying you know?" Len said as her poked the tealette with his ballpen, which returned Miku back to reality.

"Wha-?"

"You're drooling you know that?" Rin said.

"What?!" Miku took out her hankerchief and wiped the offending fluid away from her picture perfect face before groaning when the boy told her that his sister was messing with her. "You really need to stop doing that." She glared at the snickering girl while her brother could only sigh.

"Well, you really need to stop thinking about perverted stuff." Rin stuck her tongue towards her and that got Miku to blush.

"I don't! besides aren't you suppose to do your math homework? You know I'm only here to actually see if you do it or not. I don't worry about Len because somehow he's the better twin." She looked at Len. "Don't change, please."

"Ouch, after all those torture I had to endure with you talking about Shion and all I get is this? That's it I'm putting my foot down!" Rin said dramatically. "And seriously? The better twin? This guy? Dude can't even watch horror movies without clinging to me." Len blushed and punched his sister on the arm. "Ow!"

"Dumbass. Anyways, Miku's right, you really need to finish this before we head home."

"But Len! I could do it in our house!"

"Uhuh, all you do is slack off when we are and seriously we're almost graduating so have some more thought about studying." He sighed.

The blonde girl looked at her brother, disgusted. "Eww, and are you high? We're second year doofus, graduation is like a billion years away."

"You really should listen to your brother. We won't always be here to take care of you, you know?" Miku pointed at the opened notebook on her desk. "So start now, or no treat later."

Rin grumbled as she eventually did as she was told, because the tealette was being unfair by bringing up the 'treat' talk. She really had to use the big guns on her.

"You guys suck, by the way."

"We know, we love you too." Len said robotically.

They were at it for thirty minutes, and some of the students went home while only a handful of people were present in the room doing the same as them. Miku could almost fall asleep at the calm room and the sound of Rin's scribling was slowly lulling her to sleep.

"Uhm, Hatsune?" The tealette looked up to her classmate who pointed at the door. "Miss Megurine is looking for you."

Megurine?

Miku looked to where she was pointing at and saw a rather disheveled looking girl with fashion glasses to boot. She could tell the person was a senior by looking at the shoes she was wearing. What could this person possibly want?

Standing up she head towards the door to know what this was about and closed the door behind her. Face to face, she immediately noticed their height difference and the way the glasses had somehow obscure her eyes underneath. But despite the disheveled look, she held herself with grace.

"Yes? Uhhh, Miss Megurine?"

Luka looked at the girl in front of her and shook her head. She was still doesn't know the word she was looking for.

"I'm sorry to be a bother, Hatsune, but would it be alright if we talk somewhere more private?"

Don't tell her...?

With a smile, Miku smiled at her senior and accepted. What a rare situation, she's never been confessed to by a girl before! What would be her expression once she rejected her? Would she cry? Or better yet would she beg or look broken when she tells her she's disgusting? Oh! She can't wait!

"Let me just say good bye to my friends. You don't mind waiting, right?" She saw her senior nodded and stand to the side to wait for her and Miku couldn't help but smile at what she's about to witness later.

Bidding Rin and Len a quick farewell, she lead her senior ta a more secluded area of their school, being the rooftop. With her senior trailing a little bit behind her, Miku couldn't help but feel excited at what her senior would show her, and that showed with the continuing grin she was sporting.

Luka closed the door behind her gently as the younger student had her back facing her. The pink haired girl took out the paper in her bag and stared at it for a while before calling out.

"Hatsune, I would like to give this to you." She said with her usual deep voice, and Miku walked ever so slowly closer to her senior and took the paper in her hand and read with a smile on her face. Luka observed nodding to herself that what they say about Hatsune Miku being a kind person was-

"Seriously? You'll do anything?" Teal eyes looked up at her senior with mirth in them and she saw the pink haired girl nodded. "Then...Rip it apart?" Oh! She can't wait! Would she seriously cry? Oh my god, that would be embarrassing wouldn't it? A first year making her senior cry? Oh what would the others think?

She expected this Megurine to tell her to hear her out or cry as she hesitantly tear the paper but the last thing she expects was her senior to actually do as told without any hesitance or crying involved, in fact she looked uninterested.

"W-what?"Miku

"I'm sorry, but I wasn't really interested in partaking in your line of suitors." Luka blinked owlishly, her expression still as stoic as ever. "I'm sorry if you think otherwise."

"You...You!" Hatsune Miku, the picture perfect girl was enraged at her senior. Her reputation, everything she built would be...nothing just because of this annoying pest. Without a care in the world and anger fueled mind, the tealette immediately yanked her senior's collar down to her level as she glared at her while tears were starting to form in the corner of her eyes. "You think this is funny?!"

Luka stared at the angry girl, she notes the way Miku was shivering slightly and the erratic up and down movement of her shoulders. She...wasn't sure what to feel at the moment, to be honest this was probably all too much for the other girl and she wasn't exactly delighted at what her actions took her to where she was.

"You lured me here gave me all this...all this crap?! What do you want from me?!"

"I'm conducting a research currently about emotional capability and I wanted to know what being rejected feels like." Luka said and mentally apologized to Kamui for she can't tell something as personal as this, not when Miku was at the point of breaking.

"Then find someone else! Why did it hav to be me?!" Miku shouted.

"Choosing you would give me more success seeing as how students say that you reject everyone who try." The pink haired girl said and held the hand on her collar to slowly release the hand on her collar. "I'm sorry for all the trouble, but be assured that I won't let anything that happened here out."

Miku looked at her senior surprised, but still the anger she feels wasn't going away anytime soon. She looked at the other girl more closely and this was the first time she saw her eyes behind her glasses clearly, they held...nothing. It was a dull blue eyes as she waited for her to dismiss her and that only infuriated Miku further.

What was the best way to get her back?

The way that would hurt her senior in more ways than one?

...

If she...

"You want rejection?" Miku started in a quite voice before she glared at her senior one last time. "Fine."

"Oh, I'm alright with what you gave me. I wasn't looking for something in par-"

"I'll make you fall in love for me," Miku, despite her anger, placed a hand on her senior's face. "When you do I'll make sure you get your promised rejection."

Luka could only stare at her junior, a little bit perplexed, confused and-

"What?"
