'Hermione, will you marry me?' Ron held up a ring, as he asked if front of the room of family.

'Um, Ron, we need to talk first.' Hermione sputtered.

'Ok?' as he pulled her into the garden.

'Ron, I don't know? I want to finish my masters first and I still want to wait until my wedding night to…'

'Yea I know.' Ron snarled. 'So will you marry me?' holding up the ring.

'But I will curse you if you cheat on me.' he nodded in acceptance, 'Um, sure.' in a very non-convincing voice as he put the ring on her finger, she mumbled something.

'What did you say?'

'Fidelitas vel duplex consectaria.' she whispered.

'Oh ok Fidelitas vel duplex consectaria.' He spoke as if he knew what it meant.

'Well let's go inside and tell them.'

'Mione have you seen Ron? Miss. Bulstrode is looking for him.' Molly asked as she looked thru the crowd.

'Um I think I saw him going down by the loos.' Draco added as he was going by, they all turned to go find him. 'Um,' Looking embarrassed. 'I think I found him.' as he opened a door to find Ron mid shag, Lavender's legs wrapped around his waist.

'Ronald Weasley what are you doing?' Molly screeched.

'Mum, do we really need to tell you?' the twins asked.

'Ronald Weasley, you cheating whore. We are done you can marry her.' As she pulled the ring from her finger and threw it at them.

'Ron did I not warn you?' Harry snarled. 'I warned you that Mione would curse you, and you will regret it.'

*flashback*

'Ron, are you going to be able to keep it in your pants for at least two years? She will hex you or even curse you if you cheat on her.' Harry asked him. 'Why not just wait? Not like Hermione goes out looking for men.'

'I want her to go off on her studies with my ring on her finger, so nobody else will sniff around her.'

'Are you really going to give Lavender up?

'Yea. I am.'

*flashback ended*

'Warn him to what?' George asked.

'We all know Hermione and her curses, I'm just waiting for it to hit.' as Harry looked around to see the explosion.

'Oh, Harry it's already happened. He vowed Fidelitas vel duplex consectaria.'

'What's that Mione?' Fred asked.

'Well, Fidelity or double the consequences.' Draco smiled as he spoke.

'Oh, Ron…' Millicent spoke. 'You are about to get your consequences…for cheating on Hermione. You told me you two broke up, I'm sorry Hermione I didn't know.' Everybody turned to look at her.

'Millicent I'm not mad at you, it was him who couldn't keep his wand in his pants.' Hermione came over to rub her back.

'Will somebody tell me what is going on here?' Ginny asked.

'Ron, got Millicent up the duff?' Fred asked as Hermione nodded.

'So does that mean Lavender is also up the duff?' George asked.

'Yup and double the consequences mean twins.' Draco added.

'I'm pregnant? With twins? How dare you?' Lavender screamed as she slapped Ron.

'How could you?' Ginny screeched.

'Well, I told him no, I didn't want to get engaged but he insisted even after I warned him.'

'And I warned him she would curse him if he cheated on her, he didn't listen. Not Hermione's fault.' Harry quipped.

'You knew? And didn't tell him she, did it?' Ginny rounded on Harry.

'I didn't know she did it I just figured she would do it and I DID warn him he chose not to listen. And you as her friend didn't keep Ron in line either? So, you are also at fault.' Harry sneered at Ginny.

'I can't believe you, I'm done with you.' Ginny screamed.

'Good I was getting tired of listening to you harp on. Hermione, would you like to move to Grimmauld Place with me?'

'Yes, that would be nice. Let's go pack.' as they turned to leave.

'Congratulations to all involved.' Hermione said to the crowd.

'Mione, can I ask you something?' Harry asked as they landed in Grimmauld Place.

'Yea but can you stop calling me Mione? I hate it.'

'How about Miya?'

'Yea I like that. So, what do you want to know?'

'If you hadn't dated Ron, would I have had a chance?'

'Um, yes. But I always thought you didn't like me.'

'I have always fancied you, but I didn't want to lose Ron as a friend, but if I had known how things would turn out, I would have chased you down years ago.'

'Really?'

'Yea, I think you're beautiful, smart and sexy as hell. I know you want to finish your masters first and our honeymoon will be our first time.'

'Harry, really? What about Ginny?'

'Well, when I couldn't have you, I settled for her. I was never really in love with her. I want to wait to have kids, travel the world. Will you do that with me?'

'Yes, Harry I will.'
