Everyone left for Royal Woods as Savannah smiles. "Wasn't that nice?" She asked.
"I'm going back to my lab." Penny says.
A few hours later, Emma was snoring as the bus was coming for cheer camp.
"Are you sure you want to go to a high school cheer camp, sweetie?" Skylia asked.
"I gotta get better." Emma says.
She then stepped on the bus as the Oakley Academy high school cheer squad stopped talking and stared.
"We can't have our pre-camp party tonight…" One squad member says.
"We're gonna have to babysit…" Another squad member grumbled.
Shane saw Emma and smiled.
"Hi!" Emma says as she sat next to Shane.
"What brings you to a high school cheer camp?" Shane asked.
"Best coaches." Emma says.
"Fair enough. Just don't get in everyone else's way." Shane says. "These are high school cheerleaders that come to hone their skills and do traditional camp stuff in the process."
Soon, the Oakley Academy bus arrived at camp. Everyone got off, gathered their luggage, and went to the Oakley Academy cabin, which was pretty spacious.
Meanwhile, Kat checks on Ana, who was watching news reports of the whole luck thing. Ana couldn't believe Luke went through all that.
"Ana?" Kat asked as Ana sniffed.
"Luke was hurt so much, Kat!" Ana sobbed.
"Let's go train or do something else." Kat says, holding their dog. Ana smiles a little as they head to the park with their dog, accompanied by Charity.
Mugman, Cuphead, Luke, and Shane were all hanging out in the cabin room they shared.
"So…is it true?" Luke asked.
"What do you mean?" Cuphead asked.
"Is it true that you and Mugman have your birthdays on the last day of camp?" Shane asked.
"Yes, we'll both be 17." Cuphead says. Luke and Shane grinned.
"Well, that will be a cause for celebration, whether we win the camp competition or not." Luke says.
"A grand party! I'm talking big!" Cuphead says. "Multiple universes!"
Luke and Shane looked at Mugman, who looked unsure of that.
"I'm not so sure…" Mugman said.
"I ain't too worried about it." Cuphead said. "It'll be fun, big or not. And I need to find fireworks for it, too."
That night some kids decided to put something in Emma's drink to make her sleep.
Emma fell asleep as they drew on her face and snickered.
Meanwhile, Kat and Ana were washing their hands for dinner when Lola came back.
"Hello, everyone, I'm back!" She says.
The siblings look in her direction. She noticed Luke was gone.
"He left for his camp today." Kat says, sword in hand. "And you abused him. Now you pay!" Kat says and tries to cut Lola but Lola hit Kat with a crystal fist, knocking her down. Charity broke the fight up.
Meanwhile, Emila was training.
"I need to surpass Oliver." Emila says.
Sabrina woke up. "You're still training?"
"Yeah, I need to work extra hard." Emila says, shooting magic beams, making some trees turn into tree soldiers.
"Don't turn this into a fight. Oliver isn't around to beat you." Sabrina says.
"I'm going to beat him in the magic competition this December." Emila says.
Meanwhile, the pre-camp party was going on as kids were doing crazy stuff like dancing hard and drinking soda.
Emma yawned, sleepy as she noticed she was in a box.
"Hey." Emma says as the kids didn't want her to be a part of the party.
"I'm hungry." Emma says as she tries to free herself using her powers but they had the nerve to bind her.
Cuphead skateboarded off a roof into a pool as kids cheered. Mugman did it next as more kids cheered.
"It's good to be adored." Luke says.
Cuphead and Mugman passed out invitations to their Spectacular Seventeen party. It was going to be held on the last day of camp, after the camp competition. Everyone cheered as that party would be the most important thing after camp.
"I thought about it and I asked Master Hand…oh, boy, our party will be the biggest party in the multiverse. He's going to force everyone to come. You all wanna go big, right?!" Cuphead said as people cheered.
"Isn't the multiverse dangerous?" Mugman says.
"Stop playing small, Mugsy. Go big and quit worrying!" Cuphead says. But telling Mugman to not worry is like telling him to not eat sweets.
The party continues with fun and games.
The next day, Luke got ready for the first day of camp activities.
Emma yawned, waking up. She saw the Oakley Academy high school cheer squad heading to breakfast.
She was still tied up and tried to get free. Shane untied her.
"Sorry about last night." Shane says. "High school parties are pretty wild."
Emma looked hungry.
"A word of advice, don't hog all the food. Everyone else has to eat, too." Shane says.
"I missed dinner, thanks to them." Emma says.
After breakfast, the squads went to their respective cabins for squad meetings and in-cabin cheer practice. Luke led the Oakley Academy squad meeting.
"For the next two weeks, we will practice and we will have fun." Luke says.
In Diamond City…
"Okay, let's do this!" Mona says, training her team. They cheered.
Mona notices an invitation at her feet. She saw this and smiled. "A multiversal party for Mugman, huh? It looks like fun." She says.
"Are you going to it?" Lulu asked.
"Go home, Lulu." Mona says.
In a different part of the camp, a girl put on a cheerleading outfit.
"Kickin' butt and takin' names, We're the school they call Saint James!" the teenager sang to herself.
She looked in a mirror. "I'm back after saving the world. It's time to do what I do best, I'm Sasha Waybright!" She says.
Back with Luke, he was hissing at Oliver, who kept getting the Oakley Academy squad's routine wrong.
"Sorry." Oliver says.
"Again, from the top!" Luke screamed. Oliver nodded as he did the routine with the others.
"Golden Knights, Golden Knights, when the going gets tough, we fight, fight, fight! Goooo, Oakley!" The squad says with Oliver and Luke doing six cartwheels at the end.
"Very good!" Howard McBride says. He had recently become the high school cheer coach for Oakley Academy. "I think you all have earned a break."
Emma smiled. The squad was sitting and drinking Gatorades and water, hydrating after that practice.
"How did I do?" Emma asked.
"You were great!" Shane says. She smiled.
