MCUverse okay so I don't know too much about plot details or rumors so since its 18 episodes this would be 18 chapters. So this takes place after the Echo series (I've haven't developed it yet but if you want let me know)

Each episode will have three story arcs:
First story arc will involve Matt Murdock/Daredevil battling small time crooks and a villain involving Melvin Potter/Gladiator while trying balance out as a lawyer
Second story arc will involve Matt Murdock being targeted by someone
Third story arc...well, I think you're gonna be in for a shock
Also to make a note I don't know what they're going to do with the show, but hopefully its just as good as the Netflix series.

Chapter 1: Dance with the Devil
-Cue Marvel Studios Intro-
"So, what can I do for you miss uhhh..." Said Matt as he was talking to someone
"O'Breen" She answered
"Yes, Miss O'Breen what can I do for you?" He asked her
"There's" she tries to let out the words
"There's this group of men. They're after me for some reason." She said with tears in her eyes
Matt hears her heartbeat. She isn't lying
"I believe you, Miss O'Breen. Now, this group of men who were they?" He asks her
"I don't know." She answered
"Okay, This isn't easy for me to say this, but if you're in serious trouble Miss O'Breen. You're gonna need a really good lawyer, and I'm the only one you got. Unless you're uncomfortable answering my questions then there's nothing I can do for you." He said
"No...Please! All I know is I was walking down to take the Taxi, and this group of men try to kidnap me, and the next thing I remember was...nothing." She said
Matt sigh "Okay, I'll see what I can do. In the meantime, you should go home do not call anyone or answer anyone. It might stir into more legal troubles."
"Thank you, Mr. Murdock." she smiled at him as she gets up and leave his office.
A few minutes later...
Miss O'Breen is walking down a street when three men follow her. She tries not to turn around. she grasps as she sees the person in front of her
"Where ya going sweetheart." said thug #1
"Please..." she tries pleading with them as she cries and screams. Then comes a noise in the background something is thrown at someone. It's a billy club the only one that belongs to is Daredevil as he punches and kicks the crooks knocking their tooth out bleeding from their mouths. Miss O'Breen watches in awe. Daredevil has one crook left and he throws his billy club at him.
-Cue to Daredevil Intro-
-Present Day-
Daredevil was running across from the rooftops as he pulled off his mask and wipe the sweat from his face as he hears WHIH news
"And in other news, it has been five years since the catastrophe of the Blip continues. People have turned into dust and suddenly came back five years later. The effects have led to whether or not Superheroes such as the Avengers saved the world."
He shrugs it off, but he can't believe five years have gone by as if everything has gone back to normal. He thinks to himself has he done more for his city? Has he protected his family? The only time he left his city was to go to San Francisco to help with Luke Jacobson, but he's glad to be back at Hell's Kitchen. He relaxes and clears his mind a wave of sounds roaring up in the streets: kids playing. people arguing, police sirens, and alarm systems. He hears sirens not far from where he's at. Daredevil leaps off. Police report a kidnapping attempt of an elderly man. Daredevil pinpointed the location. It was still not too late as Daredevil tilted his head to hear the conversation.
-Bank-
"Okay, you shitty old grandpa! cash out!"
"What are you doing!"
He could hear the pocket knife ready for one of the criminals. As Daredevil rushed out and punched and kicked every criminal until one of them punched him in the face knocking him to the floor, but he hears the gun cocking and throws his billy club as the shot has been already been fired. Another criminal in a rage attacked Daredevil with a slashing blow knife only hitting the air. He repeated the attack, but Daredevil grabbed his wrist and twisted it. Every criminal is down. Daredevil looks at the elderly man
"Here's your money, sir." Said Daredevil
"Nah, you can have it." the old man insisted
"I...I don't take money." Said Daredevil
The old man chuckles "I've never seen a hero who's scary and intimidating who uses violence on criminals."
Daredevil smiled as he walks with the elderly man and have a conversation with him. Daredevil leaves him to be as he greets him goodbye. Two police sirens approach Daredevil's way. Bret Mahoney shows up at the scene and sees each thug on the floor with bruises and cuts on their arms and faces. As he comes to the corner he sees the Devil of Hell's Kitchen.
"So, this is you! You did all this!" Said Mahoney
"Been a while hasn't it?" Daredevil smirked
"You understand the jurisdictions are clear." Said Mahoney
Daredevil laughs and nodded
"These guys have been robbing the elderly for a while. Glad you showed up." Said Mahoney
"Thanks." Said Daredevil
They both continue walking
"Hell's Kitchen has been a hell of a mess not since... you know... the "blip." People have been wondering why did the Avengers take five years to bring us back? Some people don't consider them heroes anymore, but nothing more than cowards." Said Mahoney
Daredevil didn't want to say anything, but all he could say was "I feel the same way." Although he's just a lawyer by day and a vigilante by night.
"What do you mean?" Questioned Brett
"I've done more than I can to save my city. It needs our help." Answered Daredevil
Brett nodded at his response "We'll keep in touch."
-Elsewhere-
A woman is tied in the chair as she weeps for help. Her face is taped and her clothes are ragged. The two men are speaking
"We have his information. Make sure to deliver it to the Kingpin." Said men #1
"I thought you said we don't say his new name." Said men #2
"That's unimportant now. The sooner we give him this. The sooner we get paid." Said men #1
"What about the girl?" Asked men #2
"Never mind about her. Just get the job done." Said men #1
The woman continues to weep.
-Yacht-
He sits there waiting for the right moment to plot his revenge. He kept thinking about him. Oh, how he despises him the most. In his eyes, he feels all the rage locked onto him. One of his men talks to him.
"We have what you need." He said as he gives him an envelope containing the information. He smiles at this. and tells his men
"Bring me, Mr. Potter, I have a task for him. "
-Nelson Murdock & Page Law office-
Matt sits in his office alone reading some paperwork until he hears someone knocking on the door. He gets up walking with his cane nervously, but he recognizes a heartbeat. He approaches to the door and opens it. Its Blake Tower.
"Mr. Murdock how good it is to see you." Said Blake Tower
"Mr. DA, it's nice to see you too." Said Matt, in a polite manner
"So, I see you don't change the place much. Where's your partner and your secretary?" Blake asked
"They called it the "blip" that's what they're calling it now. My partner is currently in therapy. My..." he tries to get the words out "My former secretary is on leave of absence for a while. Right now, I'm working as an independent." Said, Matt
"Well, if you need anything just give me a call." Said Blake Tower
"Glad we had this." Said Matt as he thanks Blake for coming over and waves goodbye to his law office he approaches the door and raises his right hand and uses his fingertips to read the impressions written on the door Nelson Murdock & Page the look on his face is filled with sad eyes. He leaves his law office and walks into the streets. As he walks down to his apartment. He hears a heartbeat that he recognizes and knows who it is someone is sitting down on the steps...
"Excuse me...uhm..." Matt trying to ask the words
"The names Melvin. Melvin Potter." Said Melvin
"What are you doing here?" Matt asked
"They hurt her. They hurt Betsy. Police came in and locked me..." Melvin barely got it out before breaking down into tears
"I'm sorry, Melvin. Is there anything I could..." Matt pauses and notices something is wrong
"You should've killed me," Melvin said and pushes a button and blades come out striking at Matt as he dodges them except one or two coming towards his right cheek and torso knocking him out
Melvin picks up his phone "I have him where you do want him?"
