Eat Your Vegetables
Note: This is a slight crossover between Teen Titans and the Batman animated series. I nice mix between Teen Titans and the DCAU. We will only see one character from the Batman series and that will be the villain.
It was dark and calm in Jump City as many were eating dinner while others were walking the street with nothing on their minds. Some people were at their jobs working the night shifts while others were at home with their families. Tonight there was no crime going on anywhere in the city as all of the citizens were happily enjoying themselves and going about their business. Thanks to their protectors the Teen Titans all was peaceful in the city and there was currently no crime going on. The Titans had a busy week of fighting villains and protecting the city from many different dangers and most of their enemies were currently in jail. The Titans were at their home getting some much needed rest and relaxation now that the city was safe from evil. They were talking with each other in the main room of the Tower while Beast Boy was working on dinner for the others.
But all was not well, for a notorious villain had just arrived in the city as she rose up, standing on a giant leaf of a plant that was sprouting from the ground. She was a woman with a shapely body and a slim hourglass figure that made her quite attractive. She had green skin, though it was a brighter shade of green compared to Beast Boys, and she had shoulder-length red hair. She also had a lovely face with bright green eyes and dark green lipstick that contrasted with her green skin. She wore dark green shiny boots that went over her ankles, she had long dark green gloves that went past her elbows, and she wore a dark green dress. Her dress covered her body was quite revealing as it left her shoulders bare and the bottom showed all of her legs, much like a leotard. The woman was none other than Poison Ivy, a dangerous criminal who had come all the way from Gotham City.
She stood on her giant leap with her hands on her hips as she smiled at the city and said, "Jump City. Things got a little too uncomfortable for me back home, so I need to find a new place to grow a little. This seems like a good place to put down roots."
She smiled deviously as she glanced around at the city and said, "I think I'm going to like it here, though I'm going to have to do a little redecorating. It could use a little more green."
She turned her head and looked toward the bay where she saw Titans Tower shining brightly in the night.
Poison Ivy had a sinister grin as she stared at the Tower and said, "And not even the Teen Titans will be able to stop me and my sweet children."
A couple of her plants stretched out beside her as the roots sprouted high and moved around, seemingly obeying her commands. The roots stretched down and grabbed two men and lifted them up toward Poison Ivy as they cried and whimpered in fear.
Poison Ivy smiled seductively at them as she said, "Hello boys."
They both stared at her in fear as one of them said, "Oh no! Poison Ivy! What are you doing here?!"
The plant she was standing on moved her closer to them as she smiled seductively and said, "Oh a certain bat forced me out of my old place so I need somewhere new to stay."
Both the men stared back at her nervously while she blew a kiss out them and blew some gas at them and infected them with her pheromones.
The two men then smiled at her with longing expressions as one of them said, "You can stay with me if you want."
Poison Ivy chuckled and smiled evilly as she said, "Thank you but I'd like to find somewhere with a little more green. Do you happen to know any places?"
They both kept smiling at her as one of them pointed his finger, "The park is right over there."
She looked to where he was pointing and smiled as she happily said, "Thank you so much."
She then made her plant move down and drop the two guys in a dumpster before the root grew longer and the plant she was standing on carried her forward.
She smiled evilly as she stared forward and said, "It's time to do some gardening. But first I'll need to get some more seeds."
Opening theme song
Poison Ivy's mutant plant carried her over some buildings as she glanced from side to side, searching for something in particular. She stopped when she saw a large store that sold potted plants, flowers, and other agricultural products.
She smiled evilly as she stared at the store and said, "Just what I was hoping for."
Meanwhile at Titans Tower, the Titans were happily getting ready for breakfast as Beast Boy finished his cooking. Robin, Cyborg, Raven, and Starfire were sitting at the table while Beast Boy finished cooking dinner for his friends.
Beast Boy smiled happily as he brought the food over to the table and said, "Hope you're hungry amigos. Dinner is ready. When you're finished with this I've got a great dessert that I know you'll all love! Bon appetit."
He put plates of food down in front of each of his friends as Raven stared at her plate and deadpanned, "Gee, I wonder what it could be."
Cyborg stared at his plate and complained, "Tofu chicken?! Come on man!"
Beast Boy had his arms folded with an offended expression as he said, "Hey, I worked hard to cook that for you guys! You could at least try it!"
Starfire was already eating her food while Robin looked at Raven and Cyborg and reasonably said, "Beast Boy's right guys. He went to all this trouble to cook dinner for us, we should at least give it a taste and see if we like it."
Robin politely began eating his tofu chicken and smiled as he enjoyed it and kept eating it along with Starfire.
Raven picked up a piece of tofu chicken as she surrendered, "Okay, fine."
Raven took a bite of her tofu chicken and savored it as she glanced around in thought before she swallowed it.
Beast Boy smiled at her as he asked, "Well, what do you think?"
She then shrugged as she admitted, "I've had worse."
Realizing that was probably the best he was going to get from her, Beast Boy smiled proudly as he folded his arms. Cyborg nervously stared at his tofu chicken before he shut his eyes and urged himself to take one big bite of it.
He then spit it out in disgust and immaturely whined, "Come on man! Why can't you ever cook any REAL meat?!"
Beast Boy was annoyed as he pointed his thumb at himself and stated, "Helloooo! I'm a vegetarian! Duh!"
Raven showed a bit of annoyance as she looked at Cyborg and said, "Yeah Cyborg. What did you expect?"
Cyborg held his right hand out toward Beast Boy as he said, "Well why can't you just make tofu for yourself and cook meat for the rest of us?"
Beast Boy waved his arms around as he argued, "Dude! I'm trying to share my great taste and cooking with my friends, but you treat it like garbage!"
Starfire smiled at Beast Boy as she sincerely said, "And we are most appreciative of your generous gesture Beast Boy."
Robin smiled in agreement as he said, "Yeah, this is really nice of you."
Beast Boy smiled proudly as he said, "Thanks guys. It's nice to be appreciated."
Cyborg shot a small glare at Beast Boy as he then asked, "Then why don't you make something that we can all eat?"
Beast Boy folded his arms as he shrewdly asked, "Like what?"
Cyborg smiled as he daydreamed about different kinds of meat while he replied, "Like maybe baby back ribs, steak, porkchops, ham, or some seafood. Like smoked salmon, steamed lobster, fried oysters, or grilled trout."
Beast Boy glared at Cyborg as he pointed his thumb at himself before pointing his finger at Cyborg while he angrily said, "I am not eating any of that stuff! You guys can eat it if you want, but I am not eating meat!"
Cyborg looked at Beast Boy as he held his palms out and said, "I honestly don't understand how you can refuse the delicious taste of meat."
Beast Boy glared at Cyborg as he angrily said, "Dude, I've been those animals!"
Cyborg held his palms up as he argued, "So? Animals eat other animals. It's nature. Survival of the fittest. Maybe you should try it sometime."
Seeing that this was not going to end well, Robin nervously tried to stop Cyborg as he said, "Uh… Cyborg…"
Unfortunately he was too late, Beast Boy felt insulted as he angrily exclaimed, "I'm an animal! Not a cannibal!"
Starfire raised her finger as she tried butt in while she said, "Friends… Please."
They did not listen to her, Cyborg glared at Beast Boy as he angrily said, "Well maybe you ate more meat you'd be a little tougher and do a better job of kicking butt."
Beast Boy held up his plate of tofu chicken as he said, "Hey! This stuff is way healthier than most of the stuff you eat!"
Cyborg angrily stood and yelled, "Oh yeah?!"
He stood up and raised his right fist over his head and prepared to slam it down while Starfire yelled, "No!"
He didn't listen and then squashed Beast Boy's tofu chicken with his fist and Beast Boy angrily said, "Hey! That was mine!"
Cyborg pointed his finger as he angrily argued, "I'm not eating that stupid tofu! And if I don't eat dinner then you can't!"
Beast Boy took off his chef hat and threw it away as he said, "Fine! We'll both go hungry! With no dessert!
Cyborg glared at him as he angrily said, "Fine with me!"
Beast Boy then angrily stormed out of the room as he said, "See you in the morning!"
He then stormed out in a huff and Cyborg stared at the door before looking at the others, all of whom glared at him.
Cyborg looked at them as he cluelessly said, "What?"
Robin folded his arms as he sternly said, "You should go apologize."
Starfire also glared sternly at Cyborg as she said, "Agreed Cyborg. You must go ask for forgiveness from our friend."
Cyborg pointed at the tofu on his plate in disgust before looking at the others as he said, "I'm not saying I'm sorry for refusing to eat that stupid soybean meat imitation! I get how Star likes it but I don't know how you two can stomach it!"
Robin looked at the remains of his tofu chicken as he honestly said, "I don't mind Beast Boy's tofu. It's pretty good."
Starfire smiled happily as she ate one last bite of tofu while she said, "It reminds me of the carnivorous stink traps from my home planet."
Raven leaned next to Cyborg with her left hand next to her mouth as she whispered, "It's way better than what she usually cooks."
Cyborg shuddered as a dream cloud appeared over their heads showing chibi versions of them as Starfire held out a plate of her alien food. It looked like a sandwich but it had tentacles sticking out of it that were moving and the sandwich opened up and roared. Starfire smiled happily while the other Titans raised their arms over their heads as they ran away screaming.
The dream cloud vanished and Cyborg shuddered before he stubbornly said, "Okay, it may not be as bad as Star's food but it's still nasty!"
Robin then glared at Cyborg again while he said, "Either way you should go apologize to him for acting like such a jerk."
Cyborg was shocked and baffled as he said, "Say what?!"
Robin stood up with his clean plate as he seriously said, "You went too far. You didn't have to eat the tofu if you didn't like it, but you shouldn't have snapped at him like that or smashed his tofu."
Raven got up as her plate was encased in her black magic and floated next to her as she said, "He's right Cyborg."
She floated over toward the sink with her plate floating beside her while Cyborg's jaw dropped and his eye bugged out as he stared at Raven.
He was shocked as he asked, "Yo, since when do you take BB's side?!"
Raven looked back at Cyborg as she seriously said, "I'm not taking anyone's side, I'm just saying that you should be more considerate of his feelings. You overreacted and behaved out of line and inconsiderate toward him."
Cyborg denied her statement and said, "No I didn't!"
Raven shot him a small glare while she said, "You told him that he couldn't have dinner just because you didn't get what you wanted."
Robin agreed as he pointed at Cyborg and said, "She's right. It was bad enough you acted so rudely to his tofu, but you didn't have to ruin his dinner too."
Starfire shot Cyborg an ugly look as she wagged her finger and said, "Yes, on my planet only a spoiled child would act so rudely."
She and Robin put their dishes in the sink while Raven said, "I know you prefer real meat but Beast Boy's tofu really isn't that bad, and it is healthier."
She started washing the dishes while Cyborg held his hand out toward Raven as he argued, "Come on Raven! You can't tell me you actually like his cooking!"
Raven turned back to him as she honesty said, "I'm not a big fan of Beast Boy's tofu, but I respect that he doesn't eat meat, and you should too."
Starfire looked at Cyborg as she reasonably said, "Beast Boy is sensitive Cyborg, we should not judge him on his vegetarianism."
Robin agreed as he said, "Yeah, we eat meat but Beast Boy doesn't because he turns into animals. I can understand that. You should respect his lifestyle the same way he respects yours."
Cyborg frowned and folded his arms as he looked to the side and pouted, "Well he could at least cook some real meat for the rest of us."
Raven lost her patience as she said, "Just go apologize to him already."
He lowered his arms and surrendered, "Fine!"
He turned around and walked through the door of the main room on his way to Beast Boy's room while the others watched him.
Meanwhile in the city
Poison Ivy entered the gardening store and smiled as she looked around and saw people shopping and she saw many potted plants.
She smiled evilly as she looked around and said, "Time to do some shopping."
She pulled some seeds out of her pocket and threw them on the floor and mutant plants started growing from them. They dug themselves into the floor and sprouted up high as they made noises and as their roots went everywhere. The plants grew bigger and bigger as the roots flailed around wildly and the people started screaming in fear while Poison Ivy watched with an evil smile.
While her plants continued to grow and spread their roots she evilly said to herself, "They grow up so fast."
Back at the Tower
Cyborg was standing in front of Beast Boy's bedroom door as he groaned in annoyance before knocking on it.
Beast Boy answered and stood in the doorway as he glared up at Cyborg and said, "What do you want?"
Cyborg took a deep breath as he calmly said, "Okay man, I'm sorry for badmouthing your taste in food and squashing your tofu chicken."
Beast Boy kept glaring at him as he angrily said, "You should be! I cooked that tofu for you guys and you just threw it away like it was trash!"
Cyborg then got angry as he argued, "Hey! I never asked for tofu! You know I hate that stuff! You should've thought of that!"
Beast Boy folded his arms as he stubbornly said, "I was trying a new recipe because I was hoping you would like it!"
Cyborg pointed his finger at Beast Boy while he angrily replied, "You should've asked us what we wanted to eat!"
Beast Boy kept glaring at Cyborg as he argued, "The others liked it, you're the only one who has no taste! All you ever eat is meat!"
Cyborg held his palms up as he angrily argued, "If you talked to me we could've maybe found something that we'd both eat!"
Beast Boy pointed his finger at Cyborg as he angrily argued, "I was just trying to get you to eat a little healthier but all you ever put in your mouth is meat and junk!"
Cyborg lost patience as he tried to drop it as he said, "Look! Let it go! I came here to tell you that I'm sorry!"
Beast Boy shot Cyborg a stink-eye as he angrily asked him, "You said you were sorry, but did you really mean it?"
Cyborg said nothing and replied with awkward silence, prompting Beast Boy to say, "That's what I thought."
Cyborg then put his fists on his sides as he glared down at Beast Boy and rudely said, "Okay you're right! I'm not sorry for not eating your stupid tofu, you little green veggie! I hated it! It was nasty and I'm not gonna eat it ever again!"
Beast Boy glared up at Cyborg as he angrily retorted, "Well at least now we'll both go to bed tonight without supper! Thanks to you!"
Cyborg bent over and gritted his teeth angrily as he and Beast Boy glared and stared each other in the face. Suddenly an alarm sounded while a red light flashed and they both looked around with startled expressions. Beast Boy and Cyborg took off running as they both hurried to the main room, where Robin, Starfire, and Raven still were.
Robin hurried to the computer while Beast Boy and Cyborg rushed into the room as Beast Boy asked, "What's up?!"
Cyborg showed concern as he also asked, "Yeah, what's going on?"
Robin turned off the alarm and read information on the computer screen before turning and saying, "We've got trouble!"
Raven then curiously asked, "Any idea who it is?"
He looked back at the computer and read the crime report and his eyes widened in shock and horror as he said, "No!"
The others became concerned as Starfire asked, "Robin?"
He turned to them in fear as he urgently said, "It's worse than I thought! We have to move now!"
Later in the city
People were screaming in terror and running in fear from the large gardening store as mutant plants had completely overrun it. Roots, vines, leaves, and other plants were all over the store and there were small mutant trees and bushes growing out of the floor. The lights were out and the shelves were destroyed and roots were spread across the floor and the walls. There were also some vines hanging from the ceiling as some roots did reach up that high, along with some branches from trees. There were also some mutant plants that stood and moved with humanoid shapes, and others had more animalistic statures. These mutant plant creatures were not rooted to the floor and were able to walk around like living creatures.
Poison Ivy stood in the center of the store with a collection of different seeds as she evilly said, "Excellent! With all these seeds added to my formula I'll be able grow enough plants to turn this city into my own jungle!"
She raised her head in surprise as she heard a familiar voice say, "If you want to do some gardening, you'll have to wait until after we finish the yard work!"
She turned to see the Titans standing at the entrance glaring at her as they stood heroically and fearlessly.
Poison Ivy smiled deviously at them as she put her hands on her hips while focusing on Robin and said, "Hello bird boy. Long time no see."
Robin glared at her as he said, "Poison Ivy!"
Starfire was surprised as she looked at Robin and inquired, "Robin, you know this mysterious plant woman?"
Robin kept glaring at Poison Ivy as he seriously said, "I've run into her before."
Raven stared at Poison Ivy as she seriously asked, "Is there anything we should know about her before we start fighting her."
Robin kept staring at Poison Ivy as he replied, "She has an act for growing and controlling dangerous mutant plants."
Beast Boy looked around at the plants with an impressed expression as he said, "Cool."
Robin kept glaring at Poison Ivy as he seriously said, "She's also one of the most dangerous villains I've ever encountered."
The others looked concerned while Cyborg pounded his fist and said, "Well we can handle this crazy tree hugger!"
Poison Ivy condescendingly stared at the Titans before smiling at Beast Boy while she said, "So these are the Teen Titans. Not very impressive. Although I do like the little green one. You seem like a special boy to me."
Beast Boy was flattered as he smiled arrogantly with his wrists on his sides and bragged, "Yeah, I know. I've been told that a lot."
Raven showed an annoyed expression as she slapped him upside the back of the head, then Robin demanded, "What are you doing here Ivy?!"
Poison Ivy glared at Robin as she said, "Well, if you must know, things got too uncomfortable for me back home thanks to your precious mentor."
Beast Boy and Cyborg immediately became interested as Beast Boy pointed at her and said, "You mean…"
She frowned before smiling evilly as a plant sprouted up and raised her in the air on a big leaf while she said, "Yes! So I decided to pack up and move somewhere more peaceful, and here I am. I have to say, I starting to like this town."
Robin pointed at Poison Ivy as he hostilely said, "Don't get too comfortable Ivy! We're here to stop you and send you back to Gotham!"
She looked down at them with her hands on her hips as she grinned sinisterly and said, "Well then, I'll let you and my children get acquainted."
The roots and vines around the store started moving like tentacles while some of the other plants started shaking and making noise. The plants with humanoid shapes started walking toward the Titans with their arms out as they all prepared to attack. Robin pulled out a few birdarangs while Raven and Starfire floated in the air, Cyborg made a chainsaw come out of his left wrist, and Beast Boy morphed into gorilla.
They all prepared to fight as Cyborg activated his chainsaw and fiercely exclaimed, "Time to trim some hedges!"
Poison Ivy smiled evilly as she kept standing on the giant leaf and said, "I think you kids need to learn some more respect for the green kingdom. Attack!"
The plants obeyed her as the roots and vines stretched toward the Titans, while the humanoid plants ran at them, and the other mutant plants did different things.
Commercial break
A huge green root lashed at the Titans and tried to smash them, but they all scattered to avoid it before getting back up.
Robin threw out his birdarangs while he fiercely yelled, "Titans go!"
His birdarangs went flying through the air and cut several vines and roots before several others came at Robin. Starfire quickly flew in front of Robin and destroyed the roots and vines with her starbolts, then shot her eyebeams and burned several plants to a crisp.
Poison Ivy became enraged as she yelled, "How dare you!"
One big root lashed at Starfire and knocked her out of the air, but then Cyborg came and used his saw to cut off the root. He ran by as he used his saw to cut more vines and roots and then cut down one of the small mutant trees.
He stopped and smiled proudly as he said, "Pesky weeds."
Suddenly some roots wrapped themselves around him and tried to restrain him, but Raven came and shopped them up using a barrier of her black magic. She floated in the air and saw roots and vines coming at her from the walls and ceilings but she showed no fear.
She held her hands out and chanted, "Azarath Metrion Zinthos!"
She formed several blades of her black magic and sent them flying out as they chopped off dozens of vines and roots. She stopped and floated in the air but then noticed some plants that had small fruits growing on them that looked like small pumpkins. The plants then threw the fruits at Raven and the fruits exploded like grenades when they hit her and knocked her out of the air. She fell to the floor when one of the humanoid plant creatures came at her, but Beast Boy jumped in front of her as a gorilla and charged at it. He punched the plant man and knocked him down but he got back up and hit Beast Boy, knocking him across the floor as he fell on his back. Beast Boy reverted to his human form and glared at the plant man before he heard his stomach growl, then he smiled as he got an idea.
He stood up and smiled deviously as he said, "I'm a hungry hungry hippo!"
He morphed into a hippo and opened his mouth as wide as he could before biting down on the plant man. He shook him a bit before chomping down on him and finally swallowing him, eating the humanoid plant creature whole.
The other Titans watched and were surprised while Poison Ivy was horrified as she exclaimed, "My baby!"
Beast Boy changed back to his human form and smiled in delight as he said, "Tasty!"
Starfire smiled as she happily exclaimed, "Bravo Beast Boy!"
Poison Ivy glared at him as she angrily exclaimed, "You ate my plant!"
Beast Boy looked up at her and smiled happily as he said, "I'm a vegetarian and I didn't eat dinner. My compliments to the chef."
Poison Ivy became furious as she pointed her finger and yelled, "How dare you! You'll pay for that! Destroy them!"
Her mutant plants did as she commanded but the Titans stood in fighting stances while Beast Boy morphed into an elephant and charged forward. Robin threw a few explosive discs that destroyed a bunch of mutant plants while Starfire flew through the air and burned many roots and vines on the walls and ceiling with her starbolts. Beast Boy charged forward and grabbed a bush with his trunk and ate it up as he shoved it into his mouth. Some vines stretched toward him and wrapped around him, but he changed into a Daeodon and escaped their grasp before he ate them. He then changed into a rhino and charged at a bush and used his horn to rip it out of the ground before eating it. He changed into a Diprotodon and ate some leafy plants as well as roots that came toward him to attack. Animalistic plant monsters came at Beast Boy but he turned into a moose and charged at them with his antlers, then he ate them. Some vines lashed at him again but Beast Boy changed into Troodon and cut through them with his teeth and claws before eating them.
Beast Boy turned human as he smiled and said, "These would go great with some soy milk and barbecue sauce."
He morphed into a bat and flew and ate some smaller plants, then he turned into a monkey and swung from vines hanging from the ceiling. Cyborg swung his fist at the humanoid plant creatures that came at him and destroyed them, then he activated his left sonic cannon and blasted several bushes and trees. Raven floated in the air and formed a force-field around herself as more mutant plants threw exploding fruits at her. They stopped and she dropped her force-field before shooting beams of her dark energy at them, destroying them. She then encased one tree in her dark energy and lifted it out of the ground before throwing it at more mutant plants. Some of the animalistic mutant plants pounced toward her but she shot a ray of her black magic and destroyed them. Robin threw more birdarangs that chopped up vines moving on the ceiling, then he threw an explosive disc that destroyed one of the bushes. Suddenly a tree moved near him and hit him with its branch and sent him flying through the air before he landed on a counter.
Starfire was shocked as she yelled, "Robin!"
She flew to his aid as he groaned and started to get up, then she turned and saw several roots coming toward them. Her eyes glowed green as she yelled in righteous fury and threw a bunch of starbolts that destroyed all of the roots.
Robin smiled gratefully at her as he said, "Thanks Starfire."
She smiled happily at him then they both looked up at Poison Ivy as she smiled mockingly and said, "So it's true. The Boy Wonder does have a new girlfriend. She seems strong and sweet. I wonder what she sees in him."
Starfire then angrily shot her eyebeams at Poison Ivy but the stem of one of her mutant plants stretched in front of her and shielded her. Starfire's eyebeams destroyed the plant and then Poison Ivy backed away as the plant she was standing on carried her away.
Robin got back on his feet and pulled out some explosive discs as he anxiously said, "I'll be fine Starfire! Let's fight!"
Starfire watched her boyfriend as he ran out and threw his discs as they exploded and destroyed several mutant plants. She then flew at the tree that hit Robin earlier and grabbed its trunk before ripping it out the ground, then she swung it like a giant bat and knocked away some of the humanoid plant mutants. Some roots stretched up and wrapped around Starfire as they pulled her to the floor as they tried to hold her still. She released a small shockwave of her starbolt energy that destroyed the roots before she flew to help Cyborg. He destroyed a few plants with missiles he launched from his shoulders, but then roots stretched from a bush and attacked him. Starfire helped him as she used her eyebeams to destroy the roots, then Cyborg blasted the bush with his sonic cannon. They separated and a bunch of roots wrapped around Cyborg's body and limbs and restrained him. He grunted in fury as he used his superstrength to break free and ripped the roots to pieces that fell to the floor.
The plant carrying Poison Ivy lowered her down toward him as she coldly said, "Machines, the natural enemy of plants."
Cyborg glared at her as he clinched his fist and said, "Yeah well it's time for your little plant kids to get a trim!"
He then made a chainsaw come out of his left wrist and Poison Ivy smiled evilly as she said, "I don't think so."
A huge root swung at Cyborg and sent him flying away while Poison Ivy turned and saw Raven fighting some of her mutant plants. Raven floated in the air with her hands out as she shot beams of her black magic at some of the trees and destroyed them.
Raven turned around as Poison Ivy came to her with a twisted smile of respect as she said, "Quiet but powerful. Mysterious and misunderstood. Beautiful but intimidating. I like you. You remind me of myself when I was your age."
Raven glared at Poison Ivy as she held her hands and said, "I don't know what you were like when you were younger, but I will never be like you are now."
Poison Ivy showed mild disappointment as she said, "A shame. Oh well."
She snapped her fingers and suddenly some roots grabbed Raven and started squeezing her tightly while Poison Ivy watched. Raven grunted as she struggled to break free until Beast Boy came as a grizzly bear and slashed his claws, cutting the roots to pieces before he started eating them. One root was still holding Raven, but Beast Boy ripped it off her and ate it as well while she watched in surprise.
Beast Boy turned human as he happily said, "This is better than tofu chicken!"
He then morphed into a horse and ran off while Raven took flight and kept fighting with the others while Poison Ivy watched.
She glared at Beast Boy with hatred as she said, "That little…"
Raven created a force-field of her black magic that protected her and the others from exploding fruits that were thrown at them. She dropped her force-field and they all shot their powers and weapons out and destroyed more of Poison Ivy's mutant plants. She was growing impatient as she watched them continue to destroy more of her mutant plants with their amazing powers and weapons.
Poison Ivy showed anger as she shouted, "Turn those kids into plant food!"
One of her plant men came to her and said, "Mother, we have a problem."
She watched Beast Boy fight many of her mutant plants by himself as he turned into several powerful herbivores and omnivores and ate them. Some roots wrapped around him but he changed into a sasquatch and ripped them off before shoving them in his mouth and swallowing them. He changed into a giraffe and ate some leafy plants that were on the wall as he swallowed them down his long neck. One of the animalistic mutant plants came at Beast Boy but he turned into a wolverine and pounced on it, he used his sharp claws and teeth to cute through it as he ate it. A couple of other animalistic mutant plants came at him, but he turned into a panda and gave them both a bear hug before he started eating them. He finished them and then noticed some plants throw their exploding fruits at him, but he turned into a hummingbird and dodged them. He flew at them and then morphed into an orangutan as he hung from a vine and ate each plant since they used up their fruit. He jumped down to the ground and morphed into a kangaroo and landed on a small shrub and quickly ate it up. A mutant bush lashed roots at him but he morphed into a giant ground sloth and used his big arms and claws to yank it out of the floor and then he ate it up. He then looked at a small mutant tree as it moved its branches, but he changed into a Triceratops and used his head and horns to knock it over before eating the branches.
Poison Ivy kept watching with a horrified expression as she pointed at him and said, "We can't stop an animal like that! It's time to go!"
She then had her plant carry her toward the other Titans, who were grouped together as they fought more of her mutant plants. She stood in front of them on her giant leaf and blew some mysterious gas from her mouth toward them.
Robin noticed this and frantically yelled, "Look out!"
It was too late, the vapor reached the four young heroes and then it caused strong wood and bark to grow over their bodies. The wood slowly began to cover their bodies as they struggled, but the wood was too strong and began to reach their heads.
Poison Ivy smiled evilly at them as she said, "You kids look a little stiff."
She grabbed all the seeds she needed and then her plant grew bigger and taller as it carried her out of the building on the giant leaf. Some of her other plant creatures also left with her, such as the humanoid plants and the animalistic ones. Beast Boy was an Iguanodon as he stood on two legs and used the claws on his pinkies to rip off branches of one of Poison Ivy's bushes and ate it bit by bit.
He finished and looked at his friends as Robin yelled, "Beast Boy! Help!"
The wood finally covered their heads and cut off their air supply while they let out final cries of fear and distress. Beast Boy hurried over to them and morphed into a beaver as he gnawed his way through the wood holding Robin.
He turned human and dragged Robin out with a concerned expression as he said, "Robin breathe!"
Once Robin was freed he took a deep breath and smiled gratefully at Beast Boy as he said, "Thanks Beast Boy."
Robin immediately turned to the other wood coverings and used a birdarang to cut the others out of their wooden prisons before they took deep breaths of air. While they caught their breath a few roots stretched toward them, but Beast Boy turned into a bear and cut them up with his claws before eating them.
He changed back to his human form and looked at his friends as Robin congratulated, "Great work Beast Boy!"
Starfire agreed as she happily said, "Indeed! You turned her vegetation into a nutritious meal!"
Raven cracked half a smile as she complimented, "Way to go champ."
Cyborg folded his arms as he begrudgingly complimented, "Not bad."
Beast Boy smiled proudly with his wrists on his sides as he bragged, "If you can't beat em, eat em."
Cyborg cringed a bit as he said, "I don't know how you could eat that stuff?"
Beast Boy glared at him with an annoyed expression as he said, "Hello! I'm a vegetarian! And I was really hungry since someone wrecked my dinner!"
Cyborg glared at Beast Boy as he argued, "Yeah, well it's a good thing I did otherwise you wouldn't have been able to eat all that!"
Beast Boy pointed his finger at Cyborg as he argued, "I can eat a lot more than that! I can eat way more than you if I want!"
Cyborg smiled mockingly at Beast Boy as he said, "Then why are you so skinny?"
Beast Boy put his fists on his sides as he angrily said, "Because I eat healthily, unlike you!"
The two of them kept arguing with each other until Raven's eyes were on fire as she angrily yelled, "QUIET!"
Beast Boy and Cyborg immediately shut up as they both looked at Raven, who calmed down and seriously said, "This is no time to argue! There's a dangerous criminal on the loose and she just got away with whatever she was after!"
Robin spoke urgently as he started to turn around while he said, "Raven's right! We need to find out what Poison Ivy is up to and stop her!"
He started walking out while Raven and Starfire followed him, then Beast Boy and Cyborg followed them while still glaring at each other.
Beast Boy pouted as he glared at Cyborg and softly insulted, "Meat head!"
Cyborg also pouted as he glared down at Beast Boy and replied, "Leaf eater!"
Later in the park
Poison Ivy was sitting on the leaf of her plant as she stared at her seeds but looked troubled while she said, "I have everything I need to grow my new garden but those Titans are going to try and ruin all of my hard work. The others are tough but we should be able to handle them, but that Beast Boy and his wild appetite are a threat to us."
Two roots stretched toward her as they made noises and she caressed them as she affectionately said, "Don't worry my babies. I won't let that horrible animal sink his teeth into you. Once we get rid of him we'll be able to stop the others."
Poison Ivy then placed her finger to her chin with a devious smile as she said, "And I think I know exactly how to do it. Maybe I should give him something a little sweeter. It's time for him to learn an important rule about nature: eat or be eaten."
One vine stretched over and gave her a vial of her formula and another gave her a different vial, and she missed the two together before pouring them on a flower. The flower began to mutate and grow bigger while also taking a human shape as Poison Ivy watched with a malicious grin.
When it was finished she grinned ear to ear with a sinister expression as she said, "Let's see how our little green friend handles a dose of pheromones with a real biting flavor."
Meanwhile at Titans Tower
The Titans were gathered in the main room while Robin typed on the computer, which showed a picture and information on Poison Ivy.
Robin stopped typing and stared up at the screen as he said, "Poison Ivy, a brilliant botanical biochemist and an insanely dangerous criminal."
Starfire curiously asked, "What did the Poison Ivy want at that store?"
Robin typed some more and the screen showed pictures of seeds while he said, "She's known for growing dangerous mutant plants and records show she stole a bunch of seeds. These seeds were for exotic plants from around the world."
Cyborg stared at the screen with a nervous expression as he said, "With her mutation formula applied to those seeds, she'll be able to grow a whole jungle of killer plants."
Robin narrowed his eyes as he seriously said, "Not if we stop her first!"
Raven ruined his moment as she pessimistically said, "First we need to figure out where she's planning to grow them."
Beast Boy had his arms folded as he said, "She's probably in the park."
The others looked at him with surprise as Cyborg said, "Huh?"
Beast Boy glanced at them all as he calmly explained, "She's gonna need a place with a lot of soil for her plants to take root and they're gonna need a lot of room to grow. The park's huge and has plenty of soil and water for her plants."
Raven was very impressed as she said, "That's actually really smart."
Beast Boy had a proud smile as he said, "I know a thing or two about planting."
He smirked smugly at Cyborg who folded his arms while he glared down at Beast Boy with an annoyed expression.
Robin smiled as he pulled up a map and said, "Right! Good thinking Beast Boy! The park would be the perfect place for her to grow her new garden!"
Cyborg threw his arms up in enthusiasm as he yelled, "Well what are we waiting for?! Let's go kick her butt!"
Suddenly an alarm sounded and Robin used the computer to find out what was going on as he groaned in annoyance.
Raven then curiously asked, "An alert just came in that someone is drowning in the bay."
Starfire was shocked as she said, "We must save them!"
Raven showed a serious expression as she said, "But we have to stop Poison Ivy! We can't let anything slow us down!"
Beast Boy pointed his thumb at himself before pointing at the others while he said, "I'll save the drowning person while you guys head to the park."
Robin was uncertain as he hastily asked, "You sure?"
Beast Boy nodded as he said, "I'm the best swimmer! You guys head to the park and start fighting, I'll catch up!"
He then ran out and the others nodded in agreement before they headed out too, ready to do as Beast Boy said. Raven created a platform of her black magic that carried Robin and Cyborg as she and Starfire flew toward the city. Beast Boy jumped into the water and morphed into a sailfish as he swam as fast as he could until he came toward the drowning victim.
It was a young girl as she splashed around while sinking as she cried, "Help me! Someone! Please! I'm drowning!"
She then sank in the water as she started bubbling, but Beast Boy swam toward her and changed into a dolphin. The girl grabbed his dorsal fin as Beast Boy carried her to the surface and then swam toward the closest pier.
He turned human as he pulled her onto the pier and asked, "Are you okay?"
The girl coughed before smiling flirtatiously at Beast Boy while she said, "I will be, thanks to you. My hero."
Beast Boy got a good look at the girl and noticed that she looked approximately the same age as him and she was quite lovely. She had white skin, long red hair, and green eyes and she had a thin girlish figure with some curves and an hourglass figure. She wore a dark green one-piece bathing suit that showed her figure well as she sat on a box and posed seductively for Beast Boy.
Beast Boy smiled before shaking his head and pointing his thumb behind him as he said, "Glad I could help but I gotta go."
He was about to leave when the girl reached her right hand out toward him and pleaded, "Wait! Don't go!"
He stopped and looked at her as he politely said, "Sorry but I gotta bee somewhere. I gotta help my friends and kick bad guy butt."
She started walking toward Beast Boy with her arms out as she smiled seductively and said, "You saved my life. At least let me make it up to you."
Beast Boy was surprised as she came closer toward him and he started to feel strange as he couldn't help but smile with a goofy expression. The girl kept walking toward him, hiding some green moss she had on the back of her neck, revealing that she was Poison Ivy's creation. She was also emitting a small dose of potent pheromones that were affecting Beast Boy as he sniffed them.
While she walked she smiled seductively and said, "You're the best looking boy I've ever met. I love your fangs, and your ears are perfect, and your green skin is perfect."
Beast Boy was very flattered as he said, "Thanks."
The plant girl came closer to him with her arms out as she flirtatiously said, "And you're so kind and heroic. You came all the way to save little old me."
He kept staring at her with an adoring smile as he said, "I'd never let anything bad happen to someone like you."
She came toward him and cupped his face as she said, "You are so delicious."
Beast Boy smiled blissfully as he stared her in the face and said, "And you're beautiful."
She had a twisted yet seductive smile on her face as she said, "Thank you."
Poison Ivy was nearby as she stood on the leaf of a mutant plant and smiled evilly as she said, "Good work sweetie. Enjoy your meal."
She left them alone as her mutant plant carried her back toward the part, just as the rest of the Titans arrived. They stood at the edge of the park and were shocked as they saw that Poison Ivy had already grown a dangerous jungle of her mutant plants. They saw giant thorny roots rising out of the ground, huge mutant exotic plants and flowers that moved and made noises. There were small mutant trees that moved their branches as if they were limbs, some of them had strange fruits growing on them. There were also what appeared to be people made out of moss as they stared at the Titans in fighting stances. There were mutant bushes that had vines coming from them as they moved like tentacles as they flailed around wildly. There were also giant carnivorous plants of different species that were big and powerful enough to eat a human. There were also giant moving cactuses and other mutant plants that looked much like bamboo, but moved strangely. There were also walking topiary that were shaped like different life size animals that moved toward the Titans. Lastly, there were giant leafy stems that moved almost like snakes as they wiggled in the air while making noises.
The Titans stared at all of the mutant plants as Starfire commented, "Poison Ivy definitely seems to have a finger of vegetation."
Raven glanced at Starfire next to her as she corrected, "That's green thumb."
One stem stretched toward the Titans with Poison Ivy standing on the leaf as she smiled evilly at them with her hands on her hips.
She had a sinister grin as she said, "Hello Titans. So glad you could make it. What do you think of my new park? Isn't it beautiful?"
Raven glared at Poison Ivy as she bluntly said, "Not the word I'd use."
Poison Ivy smiled maniacally as she held her arms straight out and said, "Well this is just the beginning! With this growth I'll spread more of my beautiful plants across the city, and then this city will become a beautiful forest of green."
Cyborg glared at her as he shook his fist and fiercely exclaimed, "Then I guess it's time to do some weed whacking!"
Poison Ivy had an amused smile as she gloated, "Fat chance of that happening without your little vegetarian friend."
Starfire became concern as she glanced around and asked, "Where is Beast Boy?"
Cyborg showed a bit of curiosity as he said, "Yeah, it shouldn't take him that long to save a drowning victim."
Robin pulled out his Communicator and urgently said, "Beast Boy report! We found Poison Ivy! We need you here now!"
There was no response and they all became worried as Robin said, "Something's wrong."
Poison Ivy smiled deviously as she gloated, "Maybe your little green friend lost his appetite, or wanted something sweeter."
Realizing what was going on, they all glared at Poison Ivy as Starfire demanded, "What have you done with our friend?!"
Poison Ivy smiled evilly before glaring and pointing at them while she said, "Oh don't worry, he'll go a much better way. You should be more worried about yourselves right now. Turn them into mulch!"
Her stem carried her high in the air as she looked down and watched her different plants obey her command. Poison Ivy's mutant plants made many noises of hostility as they attacked the Titans in a fit of wild botanical fury.
Commercial break
The Titans stared in shock for a moment as Poison Ivy's plants started to attack them; a huge root lashed at them like a whip but they scattered to avoid it.
Robin got on his feet and narrowed his eyes as he yelled, "Titans, mow this lawn!"
He and Cyborg ran forward while Raven and Starfire flew overhead; they all entered the park and started fighting the mutant plants.
Poison Ivy sat on her leaf Indian style and rested her head in her hands as she smiled and said, "This should be fun to watch."
Cyborg blasted a few bushes and trees with his left sonic cannon before he made his chainsaw come out of his right wrist. He started chopping up thorny roots that came at him as he used his saw to cut them to pieces before running off. Starfire flew through the air and shot beams of her starbolt energy and destroyed several mutant flowers and trees. She stopped firing the rays and cried in fear a she suddenly looked ahead of her and saw a giant mutant Venus Flytrap. It snapped its mouth at Starfire and seemingly ate her but suddenly it was destroyed as Starfire released a shockwave her starbolt energy that blew it up. She flew through the air again and threw several starbolts that blew up many more mutant plants as she kept fighting. Robin threw a bunch of birdarangs out that sliced several vines and roots to pieces, then he pulled out a special disc and threw it out, as it set a tree on fire. He pulled out another disc and threw it out and it opened up and spilled out a bunch of acid that melted a few of the plants. One of the moss people came at Robin and tried to punch him three times, but Robin dodged the first attack and blocked the other two.
He kicked the moss guy and knocked it back before pulling out a special birdarang that became a sword, which he used to cut the moss creature to pieces. A mutant carnivorous sundew moved toward Robin on a long stem and tried to bite him, but Robin threw an explosive disc into its mouth and blew it up. Raven was floating in the air as several mutant Venus Flytraps and sundews came toward her, intending to eat her. Raven's eyes glowed white as her black magic formed a giant raven around her and screeched as it slashed talons at the plants and destroyed them. The giant raven dissipated and Raven's eyes stopped glowing white as she looked down and saw some mutant trees. She shot bolts of magic black lightning that destroyed the mutant trees, then she formed a blade of her black magic that chopped off dozens of roots and vines. She looked down and saw Robin and Cyborg surrounded by mutant plants as they fought them off and destroyed them. They looked like they needed help so she and Starfire flew down and floated over them as they used their powers to destroy more plants.
Cyborg fired his sonic cannon as he yelled, "Come on guys! Let's turn these plants into compost!"
They kept fighting as they destroyed more of Poison Ivy's plants while she watched from above with a devious smile.
She kept smiling sinisterly as she commented to herself, "You kids should really get some more fruit in your diet."
She looked at some of her trees that were nearby and watched as they moved their branches and threw pumpkin-like fruit at the Titans. Raven saw them coming but was too slow as the fruits exploded like grenades and blasted the Titans back.
They fell down and got back on their feet while Starfire commented, "The Poison Ivy's garden reminds me of some of the dangerous gardens on my home world."
Robin brushed some dirt off of him while he said, "It's definitely more dangerous than any ecosystem on the planet."
They looked up at Poison Ivy, who overheard them as she smiled evilly and called out, "You're right about that, kids! It's a jungle out here!"
The Titans were then surrounded by a bunch of her topiary animals that towered over them as they faced down at them. Two of them looked like elephants, one looked like a hippo, another looked like a rhino, and two were shaped like African cattle.
The topiary animals made noises as they prepared to attack and Raven said, "I really wish that Beast Boy was here."
Meanwhile at the pier
Beast Boy was sitting with Poison Ivy's plant girl on a crate as he happily said, "You're the coolest girl I've ever met."
She stopped secreting her pheromones as she smiled flirtatiously and said, "Thanks. Say, I'm getting kind of hungry. How about some dinner?"
While they talked she turned her left arm into a root that stretched down toward the pier where Beast Boy couldn't see it. It stretched behind the crate they were sitting on and moved up toward Beast Boy as she was secretly planning to attack him.
While this was happening Beast Boy smiled and then noticed the moss on the back of her neck and his eyes widened while he said, "Sure! Hope you like vegetarian. If you like tofu I know some great recipes. Hey there's something on the back of your neck. It looks like… MOSS!"
He then realized what was going on and noticed the root coming up toward him, prompting him to back away from her.
Beast Boy stared at her as he angrily demanded, "Who are you?!"
She stood up and changed to a frightening humanoid plant creature as her fingers became long flexible roots that moved like tentacles. Her skin changed to dark green and her hair turned into vines, her toes became short roots, and she sprouted leaves and flowers on her body.
She smiled evilly as she answered Beast Boy's question and joked, "I'm your little flower."
Beast Boy understood the basics as he said, "That crazy plant lady made you and used you to distract me!"
She smiled as she sarcastically said, "You're a smart one."
Beast Boy then angrily pounded his forehead as he said, "I can't believe I fell for it! I'm so stupid! You tricked me!"
She smiled evilly and hungrily as she said, "Don't take it personally. It's the way the world works. Survival of the fittest. Eat or be eaten."
Her mouth then transformed to where it looked somewhat like a carnivorous sundew as she moved closer to Beast Boy, intending to kill and eat him.
Beast Boy glared at her as he said, "Then I choose EAT!"
He then morphed into a shortfaced bear and roared as he stood upright and attacked the plant girl with his claws. Shortly after he finished her off as he ate the last root that was left of her, then he changed back to his human form.
He put his fists on his sides as he spoke firmly before his eyes widened in realization while he said, "Never send a plant girl to trick a vegetarian! Take that Poison Ivy! GUYS!"
He finally remembered that he was supposed to help the others who were at the park, so he quickly turned into falcon and flew off.
Meanwhile at the park
The rest of the Titans were still fighting Poison Ivy's mutant plants as they were beginning to struggle; they had destroyed approximately 25% of the plants but the park was still full of them. Robin swung his bo staff and knocked a few animalistic plant creatures away, but then a cactus behind him threw a part of itself at him. The piece of cactus hit Robin on the butt, causing him to scream in pain as he jumped up and then pulled the piece off of him. He plucked out a few remaining needles but then a moss person jumped in front of him and prepared to attack.
It stopped when Cyborg yelled, "Yo moss man!"
Cyborg fired his right sonic cannon and blasted the moss guy away from Robin, who smiled at him gratefully. Cyborg deactivated his sonic cannon and activated the chainsaws in both of his wrists before running out and yelling in fury. He used his saws to chop up several plant roots, cut the stems of some carnivorous plants, and chop down some mutant trees. He stopped running and retracted his saws before launching six missiles from his shoulders that blew up some of the mutant cacti. However, a mutant plant aimed a fruit at Cyborg that looked somewhat like a squirting cucumber. The mutant fruit was huge as it detached from the stem and sprayed seeds and liquid that launched it forward like a rocket. The large fruit propelled itself at Cyborg and hit him and knocked him on his back while he let out a cry of pain. Above, Starfire was floating in the air as she threw some starbolts that destroyed some of Poison Ivy's walking topiary. Some moving topiary animals actually flew as they were shaped like large birds and flew at Starfire. She saw them and destroyed a couple of them with her eyebeams but the others hit her in the face and made her flinch a bit. She still remained in the air as she watched the flying topiary, not paying attention to a nearby mutant tree which swung its branch and hit Starfire with a giant pinecone.
It sent her crashing to the ground, which Robin saw as he yelled, "Starfire!"
He ran to help her but was grabbed by a vine and pulled away from her while a bunch of big roots grabbed Starfire and Cyborg and carried them away. Only Raven was left as she floated in the air and stared at some mutant plants and trees that launched and threw their dangerous fruit at her. She quickly created a force-field of her black magic that protected her, then she dropped it and turned to face a larger mutant tree.
She focused her power as she held her hands out and chanted, "Azarath Metrion Zinthos!"
She encased the tree in her dark energy and used her telekinesis to rip it out of the ground and then she swung it at dozens of other mutant trees and plants, destroying them all. She stopped and dropped the tree as she lowered herself down, suddenly some roots came and restrained her as they pulled her away. All four Titans were finally trapped as the roots had restrained their bodies with their heads and shoulders sticking out. They all grunted in exertion as they desperately struggled to break free but roots were too strong for them.
Poison Ivy was lowered down in front of them as she smiled evilly and said, "Good show kids but the game's over."
Robin kept struggling before he glared at Poison Ivy and defiantly said, "The game's never over!"
Poison Ivy smiled overconfidently as she said, "Well it's over for you and your friends Robin. But before we finish I'd like you kids to stop and smell the roses."
Some of her mutant flowers moved behind her on the stems as they emitted green gas that was poisonous. They all looked frightened until Starfire started taking bites out of one of the roots that was holding her.
Cyborg was confused as he said, "Star, what are you doing?"
Starfire looked at him as she answered, "I am attempting to devour our plant enemies like Beast Boy did. On my planet, vegetation such as this would be considered a delicacy."
Poison Ivy smiled as she gloated, "I'm glad you like it, because your little green friend isn't coming to save you."
Suddenly she heard a bird cry and turned her head in surprise as a green falcon flew down to the grass and then turned into Beast Boy.
Robin smiled with faith and confidence as he said, "Looks like you spoke too soon."
Beast Boy smiled as he confidently said, "I'll have a salad with ranch dressing!"
Raven looked at him as she sarcastically said, "Good line."
Poison Ivy was irritated as she said, "You?! What are you doing here?! What happened to the plant girl I sent to take care of you?!"
Beast Boy smiled triumphantly as folded his arms and said, "She was delicious."
He let out a loud burp and Cyborg happily said, "Atta boy man!"
Poison Ivy's plants all started moving toward him as she angrily yelled, "Well I hope you saved room, because now it's time for the main course!"
Some of the animalistic plant creatures ran at Beast Boy, but he morphed into a buffalo and charged at them. After he knocked them down he quickly ate them all up, then he turned to see a few small thin trees hitting him with their branches. Beast Boy morphed into a stegosaurus and swung his spiked tail and chopped down the trees before eating the leaves off their branches. A few moss men approached Beast Boy but he transformed into a hippo and ate them each in one bite. He then morphed into a Paraceratherium and ate branches off a bunch of mutant trees, then he morphed into a Chalicotherium and used his claws to cut a mutant bush. He then picked it up and ate it and did the same thing to another bush as he chopped its vines with his claws. He then changed into a Castoroides (giant prehistoric beaver) and gnawed through the trunk of a small tree and knocked it over. A mutant Venus Flytrap moved toward Beast Boy, but he changed into an Ankylosaurus and swung his clubbed tail at it. Once he smashed it on the ground he turned around and started eating it, then he changed into a Gigantopithecus and climbed up the stalk of a tall mutant plant and reached the top where he started eating its leaves. The flying topiary came at him but he swung his arm at them and grabbed them before eating them as well.
The others watched him eat more of Poison Ivy's mutant plants as Raven commented, "I never thought I'd be so happy to see Beast Boy eat."
Cyborg was also surprised as he watched and said, "Yeah, I guess we should be glad that he's a vegetarian."
Beast Boy kept changing into different species of animal and continued to fight and eat more of the mutant plants. Some mutant trees and plants threw their dangerous fruits at him, but he changed into a hummingbird and dodged them. He flew at them and changed into a Megacerops and charged to knock over the plants and small trees before eating them. He then went over to some cacti and changed into a camel to eat them without getting hurt, then he changed into a giant panda and ate some of the bamboo. Some vines and roots came to attack him, but he morphed into a Therizinosaurus and slashed his claws to cut them up before eating them. He then used his claws to rake some plants toward him and ate them before some of the walking topiary came at him. One was shaped like an elephant while the others looked like lions as they closed in on Beast Boy. He transformed into a Deinocheirus and slashed his claws to cut the topiary animals up, then he lifted them toward his duckbill and ate them. He did this again on a few more small topiary animals when another came that was shaped like a life-size Tyrannosaurus Rex. Beast Boy morphed into a Triceratops and charged into it, knocking it over, then he started eating it up.
Poison Ivy watched with an annoyed expression as she commented, "Oh the irony."
Some more of her carnivorous plants moved toward Beast Boy, but he transformed into an Argentinosaurus, the largest sauropod to ever live. Poison Ivy stared at him with her mouth agape as he towered over even her biggest mutant plants, then he lowered his head down and started eating the tallest of her plants. He continued to change into different species of herbivores and omnivores and kept eating her plants while the Titans watched with amazed expressions.
Cyborg was amazed as he said, "Yo! B wasn't kidding! He can really put it away!"
Raven was very impressed as she said, "I guess he does have plenty of room for it."
Robin watched as he encouraged Beast Boy and yelled, "Come on Beast Boy! You can do it! Eat! Eat it all!"
Starfire smiled as she happily cheered, "Yes! Change into various creatures and devour all of the mutant vegetation!"
Beast Boy managed to eat a large portion of the remaining plants as only approximately 25% percent of the park still had them.
Poison Ivy watched and became even angrier as she furiously ordered, "I've had enough of this! Destroy him!"
Beast Boy was a giant ground sloth eating a bush when a bunch of roots came and wrapped around his body and limbs while he struggled.
Poison Ivy kept watching and smiled ambitiously as she exclaimed, "Yes! Let's see if your bite's as bad as your bark!"
The roots pulled Beast Boy to the ground as some vines came and started strangling him while the other Titans watched with worried expressions.
They all gasped in fear as they simultaneously cried, "Beast Boy!"
Beast Boy managed to break free as he morphed into a sasquatch and ripped the vines and roots off his body before eating them.
Thinking he had prevailed, Cyborg happily said, "Yeah! Way to go BB!"
Beast Boy clinched his fists as he stared forward but then frowned before changing back to his human form with a sick expression. Cyborg's smile vanished as he and the others watched Beast Boy and realized what was finally going on.
He got on his knees as he sickly said, "I don't feel so good."
Raven watched with disappointment as she said, "Guess he finally reached his limit."
Poison Ivy's plant lowered her down as she stepped off the leaf on the grass, grinning as she said, "Or maybe my plants didn't agree with you. Not surprising since a lot of those plants you ate were poisonous."
She grabbed Beast Boy's chin in her hand and tilted his head up to face her while he sickly said, "I think I need to lay down."
Poison Ivy showed an impressed expression before smiling evilly while she said, "Frankly I'm impressed that's all they did to you. It's amazing that you're still alive. I guess your condition does make you immune to some poisons or toxins. Oh well, you ate all your vegetables, now it's time for a goodnight kiss."
She puckered her lips as she planned to kiss him and infect her with a more potent poison, the Titans all gasped in horror as Robin explained that to them. Cyborg struggled desperately as he finally managed to pull his right arm free, and then he got an idea.
He looked down toward Beast Boy and fiercely yelled, "Beast Boy! Skunk Rocket!"
Beast Boy smiled slyly as Cyborg launched his right arm and sent it flying toward Beast Boy, who immediately turned into a skunk. Cyborg's arm flew by and grabbed the skunk in his hand while the index finger stuck out with the camera in the tip seeing everything. Cyborg's arm flew over Poison Ivy's plants while Beast Boy let out all the spray that he could secrete from his butt. The fire from Cyborg's arm thrusters ignited the skunk spray on the plants and set them on fire and Cyborg's arm quickly flew all over the remaining plants before Beast Boy finished spraying. The skunk spray lit all the plants on fire and it grew bigger and hurt them as they moved and cried in pain.
Poison Ivy watched in fear and horror as she cried, "My babies! No!"
The roots holding the Titans became weaker as they started to burn and the Titans finally managed to break free. Cyborg's arm returned to him and reattached while he put Beast Boy down as he reverted to his human form.
Beast Boy smiled up at Cyborg, who looked down at him and happily cheered, "Booyah!"
Beast Boy then looked sick again as he held his stomach in discomfort and Cyborg smiled as he gently patted his back. Poison Ivy was devastated as she held the sides of her head and stared in horror as she watched her plants continue to burn. She turned around only to see Robin run and jump toward her as he kicked her and knocked her to the ground.
She looked up at Robin as he stood over her and glared down at her while he said, "Sorry Ivy! The park's closed!"
The Titans handed Poison Ivy over to the police, who were planning to transport her back to Gotham City. They put special cuffs over her hand as they loaded her in the back of the prisoner transport truck and prepared to leave. She sat down on the bench and glared back at the Titans, especially Beast Boy who was starting to look better. She kept glaring as the police shut the doors and drove off with her while the Titans watched the vehicle leave.
Robin smiled at Beast Boy as he congratulated him and said, "Way to go Beast Boy! You really came through."
Raven showed a small smile as she complimented, "Good job."
Starfire put her hands together as she happily said, "Indeed! You were most impressive!"
Cyborg smiled as he commended him and said, "I gotta admit man, you really can put it away."
Beast Boy smiled at his friends before holding his stomach while he said, "Thanks guys, now can go home so I can lie down."
Later at Titans Tower
They were in the main room as Beast Boy laid on the couch while the others did various other things around him.
Starfire walked to him and kindly asked, "Beast Boy, you are feeling alright?"
He sat up and smiled as he said, "Feeling a little better."
Robin smiled as he walked up behind the couch and said, "Good, you definitely ate way more than your fair share of vegetables today."
Raven was reading a book as she commented, "That's one way of putting it."
Cyborg then walked over to Beast Boy and sincerely said, "Yeah, listen BB, I'm sorry I snapped at you about dinner tonight. I really am. I shouldn't have said all that stuff and I'm sorry I squashed your tofu chicken."
Beast Boy smiled as he said, "Thanks Cy, I'm sorry I said all that stuff about me eating healthier than you."
Cyborg spoke honestly as he said, "It's okay man, honestly you're right. I do hate the taste of tofu but I should try to eat healthier food."
Beast Boy smiled as he kindly said, "Still you don't have to eat like me if you don't want to. If you really want to eat meat it's cool."
Cyborg was touched as he sincerely said, "Thanks little man, I'll be more respectful of your veggie lifestyle in the future, and I'll try to appreciate your cooking a little more, even if I don't like it. I'll try not to be so stubborn about food."
Beast Boy smiled as he stood up and said, "Sweet! So if I keep trying some new recipes will you keep tasting to see if I can cook something you like."
Cyborg smiled as he nodded and said, "Sure dude."
He then gave Beast Boy an affectionate noogie while Beast Boy laughed happily and the others smiled and watched.
Starfire then happily said, "Glorious! Friends are no longer fighting and have finally made up!"
Raven had a small smile as she said, "It is sweet."
Beast Boy then pulled away from Cyborg and walked toward the fridge while he said, "Speaking of which… I know it's kind of late but if any of you are still hungry, I'd like to share the dessert I made for you."
Raven turned and started walking to the table as she respectfully said, "Sounds good."
The Titans gathered by the table as Cyborg smiled politely and said, "Sure little man. What'd you make? Tofu waffles? Tofu pancakes?"
Beast Boy smiled as he brought them the dessert and said, "Banana cream pie."
Cyborg's jaw dropped in amazement as he stared at the banana cream pie like it was a something beautiful.
He smiled as he happily grabbed a fork and knife and said, "Oh yeah! Lay it on me!"
Beast Boy cut four pieces of pie and put them on plates for the others as Cyborg happily ate his up in a matter of minutes. The others ate their pieces at a slower pace while Beast Boy watched with a proud smile on his face.
Robin smiled at Beast Boy with appreciation as he said, "This is great. Thanks Beast Boy."
Cyborg was thrilled as he happily exclaimed, "Yeah man! This banana cream pie is amazing! You should make this more often!"
Starfire smiled as she happily said, "Sweet and mildly nutritious, like the bloro berries on my home planet."
Raven couldn't help but smile at Beast Boy as she said, "I have to admit, this is delicious."
Beast Boy smiled happily as he said, "Thanks guys. I guess I finally found something I can make that you'll all eat."
Cyborg smiled as he gave him a thumbs-up and happily said, "Yeah dude! Way to go!"
Raven then noticed that Beast Boy hadn't touched his banana cream pie and curiously asked, "Aren't you going to have some?"
Beast Boy smiled awkwardly as he answered, "I'm not going to eat anything for a while, since I already ate the biggest salad in history."
Robin showed an understanding smile as he said, "Yeah, you shouldn't eat anything until you get Poison Ivy's plants out of your system."
Beast Boy's eyes widened as his body made a gurgling noise and he frantically exclaimed, "Speaking of which, nature's calling! BATHROOM!"
He then ran out of the main room and hurried down the hall to the closest bathroom to dispose of the plants he had eaten.
Back in the main room, they all stared at the door as Raven commented, "We'd better not go in there for a while."
She smiled while Cyborg, Robin, and Starfire laughed happily and Beast Boy kept using the bathroom as he made sounds of extreme discomfort. That last shot showed the outside of Titans Tower as Beast Boy kept using the bathroom while the others laughed happily.

Author's note: I got the idea for this oneshot partially from the Codename Kids Next Door episode "Operation N.O.-P.O.W.U.H.". In some ways Beast Boy and Number 2 are alike. I'm sure people would generally compare Number 2 to Cyborg but personality wise he's a little bit more like Beast Boy. Anyway, this is a small crossover between Teen Titans and the DCAU, even though Poison Ivy is the only character from the DCAU that we see. I thought it would be nice to have Beast Boy beat Poison Ivy by eating her mutant plants. I mentioned many extinct prehistoric animals, if you didn't know what they were look them up. Also, it was nice to see the others come to appreciate Beast Boy's vegetarianism more and Beast Boy finally made something that Cyborg liked. In one of my future Teen Titans seasons I plan to have them face Honeysuckle, Poison Ivy's young sidekick. I have big plans for Honeysuckle, but that will have to wait. Please review.
