He remained in his quarters for most of his time, rarely leaving. He used both silently, and audibly the council for their failure to protect one of their own. He knew anger wasn't the Jedi way, but neither was betraying your own. Obi-Wan knew that Anakin needed some time to accept Ahsoka's choice, so he left Anakin alone. Whether or not that was the correct choice plagued his mind, but reluctantly he decided to leave his former padawan alone./p

p class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0cm; font-size: 12pt; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;"The council had also been divided. The whole affair had been a major embarrassment, and many council members felt guilty; however, others, such as Windu, whilst regretting what had happened, saw no errors in their process. Windu had rationalised that they saw the evidence, and they followed the proper course of action by allowing Tano to face a fair trial in the republic courts. Others, such as Master Koon, were deeply saddened by the affair and saw it as a major injustice where the council had been entirely wrong. Obi Wan was also greatly affected. He saw Ahsoka as a second padawan, and they were close. However, he was also very loyal to the council. He had opposed expelling Ahsoka, but he didn't do much more than that; he hadn't helped Anakin prove her innocence, nor did he help Ahsoka's case. Whilst he respected Ahsoka's decision to leave, he was also rippled with guilt for failing to help her, but he also feared what it might do to Anakin./p

He had meditated daily for the past week in search of answers; in those times, he had been questioning his actions and the council's actions rather than reaching into the force for guidance on how to move forward. He repeatedly thought, "Failed I have", and other similar thoughts. This time was different, however. He blocked all of his thoughts and instead reached deep into the force. For what felt like days, he concentrated solely on the force that surrounded him instead of any passing thoughts that may be plaguing his conscience. After some time, he started to hear undistinguishable sounds which soon turned into random single words from unknown origin. His dark, meditative void transformed around him as he saw glass-looking bridges appear. He could now see his entire body and was able to move in this environment. He felt a distinct force's presence guide him along one of the bridges to a portal-like door. The door initially looked like an empty void, but soon it changed, and he saw a boy, aged around 15, kneeling on the floor of a temple. The scene within the doorway changed, and the boy was now in a similar void to what he himself was in./p

He understood what his future self meant, but it was still hard to take in. Perhaps the Jedi was willing to join the conflict; perhaps Barris's offee had been right. The name Vader also peaked his interest./p

He remained in his quarters for most of his time, rarely leaving. He used both silently, and audibly the council for their failure to protect one of their own. He knew anger wasn't the Jedi way, but neither was betraying your own. Obi-Wan knew that Anakin needed some time to accept Ahsoka's choice, so he left Anakin alone. Whether or not that was the correct choice plagued his mind, but reluctantly he decided to leave his former padawan alone./p

p class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0cm; font-size: 12pt; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;"The council had also been divided. The whole affair had been a major embarrassment, and many council members felt guilty; however, others, such as Windu, whilst regretting what had happened, saw no errors in their process. Windu had rationalised that they saw the evidence, and they followed the proper course of action by allowing Tano to face a fair trial in the republic courts. Others, such as Master Koon, were deeply saddened by the affair and saw it as a major injustice where the council had been entirely wrong. Obi Wan was also greatly affected. He saw Ahsoka as a second padawan, and they were close. However, he was also very loyal to the council. He had opposed expelling Ahsoka, but he didn't do much more than that; he hadn't helped Anakin prove her innocence, nor did he help Ahsoka's case. Whilst he respected Ahsoka's decision to leave, he was also rippled with guilt for failing to help her, but he also feared what it might do to Anakin./p

He had meditated daily for the past week in search of answers; in those times, he had been questioning his actions and the council's actions rather than reaching into the force for guidance on how to move forward. He repeatedly thought, "Failed I have", and other similar thoughts. This time was different, however. He blocked all of his thoughts and instead reached deep into the force. For what felt like days, he concentrated solely on the force that surrounded him instead of any passing thoughts that may be plaguing his conscience. After some time, he started to hear undistinguishable sounds which soon turned into random single words from unknown origin. His dark, meditative void transformed around him as he saw glass-looking bridges appear. He could now see his entire body and was able to move in this environment. He felt a distinct force's presence guide him along one of the bridges to a portal-like door. The door initially looked like an empty void, but soon it changed, and he saw a boy, aged around 15, kneeling on the floor of a temple. The scene within the doorway changed, and the boy was now in a similar void to what he himself was in./p

Did that suggest they had been wiped out? What was his future self trying to say? He was also concerned by the part about the Jedi's arrogance. He understood what his future self meant, but it was still hard to take in. Perhaps the Jedi was willing to join the conflict; perhaps Barris's offee had been right. The name Vader also peaked his interest./p
