In U.A. High, all Class 1-A students began reminiscing about Endeavor's finishing blow on High-End Nomu and Aisha's ultra-psychic assault on Synthezoid.
"Jeez, Endeavor was amazing yesterday, don't ya think?" Kaminari said to Kirishima.
"Yeah!" Kirishima agreed as he raised his arm and clenched his fist. "Gotta admit, I was scared stiff when Nomu knocked him down, though. Talk about guts." He held his fist high in the air as if he's trying to duplicate Endeavor's victory pose in whimpering tears. "And the way he stood proud when he won? It was so manly!"
"That's why he's the number one hero now." Ojiro said.
"Don't forget, Hawks was amazing!" Uraraka added.
"Not to mention dreamy." Hagakure flattered.
"There's a reason people say he's too fast for his own good." Sero said.
"Hey, let's not forget Aisha." Jiro said. "That fight with that mysterious robot was intense. Not to mention that her crazy power she unleashes on that thing. Talk about a major Quirk upgrade."
"I know, right? She was incredible." Kirishima agreed with a smile.
"Also, that plant woman who helped her was amazing too." Mina grinned. "I wonder if they know each other though."
Izuku and Luna smiled at the conservation. They then turned their heads to the door and ran up towards Shoto, who just entered the classroom and closed the door. Iida, Selene, and Diana also walked up to Shoto.
"Hey, Todoroki. Is Endeavor doing okay?" Izuku asked.
"Yeah, sounds like his condition isn't serious." Shoto responded.
"And what about Aisha? Is she okay too?" Luna asked.
"Oh, her condition isn't serious either, so she will be okay too." Shoto replied.
"Oh, wow. So glad." Izuku smiled in relief.
"Guess you can be pretty proud of you pops, huh?" Mineta remarked.
"Yes, that's true." Shoto agreed offhandedly.
"I'm sure Aisha is glad to have someone like you to be proud of her efforts." Selene commented.
"Yes…she does." Shoto agreed warmly.
Shoto walked past Izuku and Luna as he strolled on his way to his seat.
Then suddenly, the door opened and Aizawa entered the classroom.
"Right, the bell already rang, so..." Aizawa spoke.
But Aizawa was taken aback by the fact that everyone is properly seated in complete silence.
"Okay." Aizawa said. He walked to his desk and faced his students. "It's time to stop playing around and be more serious. Things gets harder from here. Even though you only have provisional licenses, you've been given the certification at act as heroes in an official capacity. Or at least, most of you have. Three of you remain in supplemental courses, despite Rozu's absence today."
Yaoyorozu looked at Shoto with a sidelong glance while Katsuki only pouted with a "tch" irritatedly.
"From this moment on, we'll be kicking your training up a notch. So be prepared." Aizawa continued. "Now, then. For today's homeroom lecture..."
Suddenly, an emergency alarm blared throughout the classroom.
"Emergency drill! Emergency drill!" A robot voice called out in alert. "Hypothetical villains have infiltrated U.A. High School grounds! Assistance from Hero Course Class 1-A requested!"
All Class 1-A looked unexpectedly surprised at the emergency drill.
The wall started sliding out into different rows of the students' hero costumes that has their signature seat numbers on them.
Everyone stood out of their seats with their game-on faces, especially the satisfied Katsuki, while Aizawa looked completely calm during the emergency alert.
"Please change into your hero costumes and report as soon as possible!" The robotic voice continued.
"You heard the announcement, everyone! Let's do this!" Iida instructed as he stood up from his seat.
"Yeah!" Class 1-A students shouted.
Class 1-A students headed into their respective locker rooms and changed on their hero costumes. After that, all the students sprinted their way towards the training location: Ground Beta.
All Class 1-A students arrived at Ground Beta. They stood on a building rooftop and notices the smoke billowing in the distance.
"At the moment, our tactical information is limited. But we know that villains have infiltrated Ground Beta." Ingenium spoke. "Even if this is only a drill, we will carry out this mission as though lives are on the line."
"We need to understand the situation better." Creati said. She turned her head to Anima, Tentacole, and Earphone Jack. "Reconnaissance squad, if you will."
"We're on it." Earphone Jack smiled.
Anima stepped forward and whistled his Quirk through a voice-amplifying device over his jaw.
"Bird friends, please look for damaged buildings and people in need!" Anima called out.
At Anima's command, a flock of birds began flying to assess around the area.
Earphone Jack plugged her jack into the ground, detecting for any enemy movement by sending out vibrations.
"Northeast, 900 meters out." Earphone Jack reported. "Something's definitely going down!"
Tentacole crouched on the building rails and swiftly created multiple arm-like tentacles that reproduced eyes and ears.
"I confirm smoke from an explosion in that direction." Tentacole confirmed through his handheld communicator.
One eye replica from Tentacole's arm-like tentacles zoomed forward and spotted a blazing building collapsed by the river from a mile away.
"A building's collapsed near the river. It's currently ablaze." Tentacole reported to Ingenium. "I don't see any villains in the area."
The rest of the Class 1-A students already set foot on the ground below.
"Roger that." Ingenium understood. He stored his communicator away in his hero costume. "Our foremost priority is to put out that fire."
"I can help with that." Creati said.
Creati started opening her cleavage that shone in a pink light.
Kaminari held up a thumb-up at Creati with a smile. Grape Juice stared at the everything hero lustfully, paying no attention to Pinky and Invisible Girl holding large circular pots from behind. Pinky and Invisible Girl slammed the pots hard at Grape Juice to prevent his annoying prevent tendencies.
Then, Creati materialized a two-wheeled carriage right in front of her for transportation.
"No time to waste." Creati instructed. "We need an extinguishing squad to race to the scene. Ingenium?"
Ingenium understood with a nod.
"Shoto." Ingenium said to Shoto.
"I've got this." Shoto replied.
Ingenium and Shoto ran to the rolling carriage.
"I'll join as well." Tsukoyomi said, following after Ingenium and Shoto.
"Me two." Sugarman said as he ran after his teammates.
"And moi." Can't Stop Twinkling said.
"I'm coming too." Chakra added.
"Oh, no." Anima informed to Ingenium from his communicator. "Someone got swept away by the river!"
"A victim?" Ingenium asked.
"It's our turn now, Grape Juice." Froppy said to Grape Juice. "We'll save 'em."
Grape Juice grunted in agreement as he stood up with determination.
"Rescue squad and Extinguishing Squad moving out!" Ingenium ordered.
Ingenium grabbed the handles of the carriage cart after Creati, Chakra, Shoto, Tsukoyomi, Sugarman and Can't Stop Twinkling have jumped onto the cart. He then took off towards the designated area to extinguish the fire, towing the carriage cart full of heroes simultaneously.
"We'll bring up the rear!" Deku ordered to the others.
"Great!" Uravity nodded.
Deku, Stardust, Dazzler, Pinky, Creati, Invisible Girl, Tailman, Cellophane, and Uravity followed behind on foot.
Unknown to them, Katsuki dragged a drowsy Chargebolt and headed in the other direction. Red Riot followed Katsuki as the trio walked towards a deserted car to search for villains.
Earphone Jack, Anima, and Tentacole stood behind to relay new information to the teams.
Ingenium hurried forward to the smoking building. Once he arrived, he immediately halted to a stop. The carriage cart bumped the large rubble, sending the teams of heroes flying out of the vehicle. Only Grape Juice went flying to the ground while everyone else landed themselves in one piece.
"Shoto, you're up!" Ingenium shouted to Shoto.
"No problem." Shoto said.
With a swipe of his hand, Shoto quickly extinguished the fire with a giant, glacier-like wave of ice.
"Excellent job!" Ingenium smiled.
"Crisis averted." Sugarman said with a clenched fist.
"C'est magnifique." Can't Stop Twinkling complimented with a shrug.
"Froppy, are you at the river?" Tsukoyomi asked as he held a red handheld communicator in his hand. "Report in."
"I found them." Froppy responded.
Chakra manifested herself with orange aura and soared up in the air. She saw Grape Juice, Sugarman, Ingenium, and Tsukoyomi ran to the river, where Froppy was affixed on a concrete wall by the river. The civilian that was being swept away by the river was none other than…Mirio Togata!
"Togata?!" Chakra exclaimed. "What's he doing here?"
Chakra watched the Quirkless upperclassman being swept away in the water. But her eyes widened when she detected an upcoming collapsing bridge that Mirio was heading towards. Before she can alert her teammates, Chakra looked down to see Grape Juice and Froppy are thrown straight towards the bridge by Dark Shadow and a powered-up Sugarman. Grape Juice threw several sticky spheres out of his head at the collapsing bridge, holding the falling rubble in place successfully. Froppy then extended her powerful long tongue out of her mouth and grasped Mirio out of water as she clung herself onto the unbroken side of the bridge.
"Oh, thank goodness." Chakra said to herself in relief.
Then suddenly, another explosion went off by the building.
"What the hell?! Shoto's ice didn't extinguish the fire?!" Chakra exclaimed in shock.
Meanwhile, Deku and the others began running towards the second blazing building.
"Another explosion?" Deku exclaimed with a gasp.
"The smoke looks denser than it was." Tailman said.
"This isn't good. We can't let the flames spread." Stardust stated.
"So, like, just put out the fire?" Pinky asked.
"Yes!" Creati responded.
"Then we've got a move for that! Uravity! Cellophane!" Pinky shouted to Uravity and Cellophane.
"Yeah." Cellophane said with a smile.
Uravity sprinted up and touched Pinky's back with her Quirk, allowing her to float up freely in the air. Cellophane ejected his tape from his elbow for Pinky to snag, launching her towards the fire. Pinky unleashed powerful acid to melt a ditch around the fire from her hands. Can't Stop Twinkling spun himself elegantly and shot successive laser beams at the building, causing it to collapse on the fire and remove the flames of oxygen. Shoto swiped his hand and produced a larger structure of glacier-like ice that quenched the fire at last.
Then suddenly, Earphone Jack's voice alerted the ground team.
"Be careful! Something's heading your direction!" Earphone Jack cried in alert.
As Deku's team continued running, they suddenly got hit by a spiraling blast of golden energy. The energy blast also managed to hit the floating Pinky, leading a familiar person to snag the tape in her hand.
"Wait. It can't be." Deku said.
That familiar woman was one of the Big 3: Nejire Chan. She was levitating herself in the air with small amounts of spiraling golden energy under her feet. Floating behind her was a tied-up Pinky.
"Hey! Hey! There are still villains to deal with!" Nejire Chan asked. "Do you remember me? I'm a villain today! Did you know that?"
"So, Hado's playing a bad guy in this drill?" Dazzler said.
"Not just her! I'm also a bad guy!"
Deku, Dazzler, Creati, Tailman, Stardust, Uravity, and Cellophane turned around to see another Big 3 member standing behind them on the opposite end.
"Amajiki's here, too!" Deku exclaimed.
"Man, why'd they have to drag me into this?" Suneater muttered anxiously. "I feel like everyone's staring. I'll just pretend they're potatoes. Yeah, there are no heroes here. Only starches."
Suneater then turned around and walked away.
"I'm going home." Suneater said.
That's it?! Deku exclaimed in disbelief.
Saw that coming. Dazzler sweatdropped.
"Wait a minute. Is he really just taking off?" Uravity muttered.
"I think maybe he's confused." Tailman replied.
"Hey! Stop this, Amajiki!" Nejire Chan shouted.
Suneater stopped and looked over his shoulders at Nejire Chan.
"You can't bounce! You have a big part to play!" Nejire Chan reminded. She looked back down at the Class 1-A heroes. "And don't any of you move, either! Or it'd be bad! Because I'm a fearsome villain right now!"
Ingenium, Shoto, Chakra, and Tsukoyomi watched Nejire Chan and a tied-up Pinky from afar.
"To think they'd pit us against members of the Big Three." Ingenium commented.
"She has Pinky as hostage." Tsukoyomi added.
"We can see that. But how are we gonna get her away from Chan?" Chakra questioned.
"We might be able to sneak up from behind." Shoto responded.
"Clever." Ingenium said.
Shoto, Chakra, Ingenium, and Tsukoyomi hurried over to retrieve Pinky. But Nejire Chan instantly turned her head over her shoulder and spun around as she raised her arm up in the air.
"I told you not to move! What didn't you get?" Nejire Chan shouted with a pout. She lowered her glowing hand forward. "Kids like you must be punished!"
Nejire Chan released a powerful wave of her Quirk in a long-ranged spiral energy surge, directing her attack straight at Shoto, Chakra, Ingenium, and Tsukoyomi at full force. But Chakra manifested yellow aura around herself and projected a large force field to shield the group from Nejire Chan's Wave Motion attack.
"Dang, I got washed away again, huh?"
Chakra dropped the force field as she and her comrades turned their heads at the broken bridge, where they saw Mirio fell back into the water in order to distract the surrounding heroes from focusing on Hado.
"What should we do?" Tsukoyomi asked Ingenium.
"We'll prioritize saving human lives." Ingenium said. "Leave Hado to Midoriya and the others. The rescue squad needs our assistance."
"I agree." Shoto said with a nod.
Ingenium, Shoto, Chakra, and Tsukoyomi headed back towards the river to aid Froppy and Grape Juice on rescuing Mirio.
Meanwhile, Deku, Dazzler, and the others are left to deal with Nejire Chan and Suneater on their own.
"What do you want, Amaj…I mean, villain?" Deku shouted at Suneater.
"To go home!" Suneater replied.
Deku, Dazzler, Creati, Stardust, Tailman, Uravity, Cellophane, and Invisible Girl sweatdropped at Suneater's unexpected response.
"Well then, why are you still here?" Tailman questioned.
"Beats me." Stardust remarked.
"Cause if I leave, Hado will get mad at me." Suneater stated. "Not to mention Mirio."
Hearing Mirio's name caught Deku and Dazzler's attention.
"He asked me to do what I could to help you become proper heroes as soon as possible." Suneater explained. "He's counting on me to push you." He began sprouting wings, chicken feet, tentacles, and a clam shell. "So, I'll stand and fight."
Class 1-A students got into their fighting stances as Suneater is ready to engage in combat with them.
"They're doing this to make sure we get stronger." Deku remarked.
"I'm grateful, but…this is not gonna be easy." Cellophane said determinedly.
Suneater examined the Class 1-A trainees as if he already noticed that someone is missing. Dazzler quickly noticed his expression.
"Uraraka!" Dazzler called out.
On cue, Uravity pressed her fingertips together.
"Release!" Uravity said.
Pinky gasped as Uravity's Quirk instantly removed her weightlessness. She started falling down from the air, dragging Nejire Chan down at the same time in the process. Invisible Girl jumped down, which Nejire Chan immediately noticed her unseen presence. Invisible Girl then warped sunlight in all directions, blinding Nejire Chan and Suneater with a bright flash. Pinky quickly closed her eyes before Invisible Girl released her blinding technique. Then, Cellophane ejected tape from one elbow and immobilized Nejire Chan. Creati held a net gun in her hands and fired a large net that managed to pin Nejire Chan to a large icy shard. Uravity then saved Pinky at the last minute before hitting the ground with her Quirk.
"No! Hado!" Suneater cried.
But Suneater immediately turned around to see Tailman spinning his tail swiftly around in a circle high in the air. As Tailman tried to strike Suneater with his tail, Suneater blocked the attack with his massive octopus tentacles and knocked the martial arts hero away. But Tailman wasn't done yet. Tailman began striking Suneater with fast and acrobatic martial art techniques in close-range combat. Suneater kept blocking Tailman's martial art techniques and wrapped his octopus tentacles that carried Tailman up in the air.
Stardust came up behind Suneater and conjured a large star-like orb of stellar energy from both hands before sending it to hit Suneater, who swiftly blocked the attack with his other octopus tentacles. Stardust created more star-like orbs around Suneater, striking him one by one at fast speed. But Suneater continued avoiding her attack and wrapped his octopus tentacles that pulled Stardust up in the air.
"Deku! Dazzler! Now!" Tailman shouted.
Deku and Dazzler sprang in the air behind Suneater on cue.
Deku dove down to strike Suneater with a low-percentage smash, but he wrapped his arm around Suneater. Dazzler noticed Deku's move and landed on the ground away in front of Suneater.
"Stand down and surrender." Deku said.
"Why didn't you two hit me?" Suneater asked.
"We just couldn't." Deku replied.
"Not following through to the end can be fatal." Suneater reminded.
Deku gasped. Suneater spun around and kicked Deku away with his chicken foot, leaving Dazzler to sprint forward. Dazzler activated Dazzling Trinity and launched herself at Suneater, spinning her upside-down body and delivering fast spinning kicks in rapid succession.
Suneater recovered and swiftly kicked Dazzler away in the air with his other chicken foot. Dazzler went flying in the air and started falling to the ground, but Deku quickly caught her in his arms.
"Don't forget that. Today, I'm your enemy." Suneater declared.
Suneater sped forward and lunged to attack Deku and Dazzler.
From the distance, a red car was speeding towards the battle. In the driving seat, Chargebolt emitted electricity through the wires in his mouth that allowed him to drive the car.
Red Riot stood on the hood of the vehicle before blasting forward and headbutting Suneater's back with a hardened skull.
"Hey, thanks." Deku said.
Deku stood up and placed Dazzler on her feet.
"Here he comes. The big bang." Red Riot said.
Katsuki ignited explosions from his hands and propelled himself through mid-air straight at Suneater. But Suneater swiftly swatted Katsuki with his octopus tentacles. Unfortunately for Suneater, Katsuki moved out of the way. Katsuki propelled forward with a murderous look on his face, quickly spooking Suneater in the process. Katsuki successfully pinned down Suneater to the ground in one hand.
"Yeah! Way to do it, man!" Red Riot cheered.
"You took out Amajiki. That's impressive!" Deku grinned.
"We've completed the drill!" Dazzler beamed. "Way a go, Bakugo!"
"The drill is over! The drill is over!" A robot voice called out.
Although the drill was over, Katsuki wasn't done yet.
"Fight me!" Katsuki shouted.
"Huh?" Suneater asked in confusion.
"You went easy on me earlier, didn't you?" Katsuki yelled.
"No." Suneater replied. "I was terrified of your face..."
"Don't you underestimate me!" Katsuki barked. "Besides, I don't care if you were acting or that you're an upperclassman! Villains have to be taught a lesson! You're done for, loser! Die!"
Katsuki angrily blasted Suneater with a large explosion, knocking out everyone around the detonation.
Later at night, Aisha was sleeping peacefully on the bed in the hospital. She couldn't help but recalled about Endeavor's victory after defeating the High-End Nomu. Even though her battle against the Synthezoid was victorious, it was nothing compared to her unexpected encounter with two familiar villains.
[Flashback]
Endeavor emerged victorious from the dust, standing with one arm held high and the other arm holding a semi-unconscious Aisha close to him. The High-End Nomu laid incinerated on the ground.
After the pro hero flashed his victory pose, Endeavor started to fall forward to the ground in exhaustion. But Hawks and Ophelia rushed over to catch Endeavor from tumbling.
"You do know that's the victory pose All Might used." Hawks said.
"No. Mine's different." Endeavor dismissed. "He used his left arm, fool."
"Yeah? I didn't realize that." Hawks smiled.
Hawks and Ophelia settled Endeavor and a recovered Aisha down to the ground.
"I'm so proud of you, sis." Ophelia smiled to Aisha. "You definitely surpassed your Quirk's limitations and showed the world your full extent of your powers."
"Thanks." Aisha said.
Endeavor looked down at Aisha and placed his hand on her left shoulder.
"Aisha, I saw what you did to that robot when I was fighting that Nomu." Endeavor said. "Good job."
Aisha looked at Endeavor with a surprise face and then wrapped her arms around his neck into a warm hug.
"Thanks, Endeavor." Aisha said sincerely.
Endeavor was taken aback briefly, but he slowly returned the hug back with one arm.
"Anyway, nice job up there." Hawks said. He handed a small towel to Endeavor. "You took care of things."
Endeavor took the towel and pressed it on his left eye.
"Is that a joke?" Endeavor panted. "He almost beat me before I got started."
"It was rough." Hawks said with a frown. His frown changed into a smile. "Still, you did pull off a win. Nobody will forget that."
"Isn't this precious?"
That voice instantly alerted Endeavor, Hawks, Aisha, and Ophelia. They turned their heads to see a mysterious figure walking his way towards them from the smoke.
"I wasn't sure what to expect from that fight." The mysterious figure said.
Endeavor narrowed his eyes in fury and Aisha's eyes widened wide when the mysterious figure walked out of the smoke, revealing himself to be none other than…Dabi!
"Let me introduce myself." Dabi said with a calm gaze. "This is our first meeting, right, Endeavor?"
Dabi then smiled sinisterly. But he wasn't alone. Nightshade stood on the edge of the building rooftop from above.
[Flashback Ends]
Aisha woke up from her recalling memory and sat up on her hospital bed.
Dabi and Nightshade. Aisha wondered. Why did they show up after Zircon and High-End's defeat? Could they have sent the Nomu and the dark-manipulating villain to fight me and Endeavor as some sort of test of strength?
Meanwhile, Dabi and Nightshade glanced at the newcomers walking inside an unknown warehouse. The strangers confronted the villains to discuss some unknown business.
"Hey, you two are late for our meeting." Dabi said with a smile.
"At least, they showed up." Nightshade remarked as she crossed her arms over her chest.
The two newcomers positioned towards Dabi and Nightshade with glares on their faces. Those strangers revealed themselves to be...Hawks and Rhina!
