"Let me explain myself, Dante, you know my father-in-law, right?"
Dante nodded his head as Nero, continued his story.
"You know that the marriage to my wife was arranged ever since we were younger, right?"
Although, Dante knew this fact he still fell in love with Nero anyway...
"While you and I were dating, my father's company was going bankrupt, the pressure for us to get married was even greater... and since, the wedding would be held within a month's time I knew that after I got married that I would no longer be able to see you so, I broke up with you in order to protect my heart."
Hearing Nero's reason for their breakup, infuriated Dante.
"You selfish bastard!" Dante shouted.
"I know you're mad but I never stopped loving you, please believe me. I hope one day you can find it in your heart to forgive me."
Dante stood there taking it all in and hearing that Nero still loved him, put a smile on his face but he wasn't going to admit it.
Although he was still angry at Nero, he wanted to help him and besides, he still loved him too.
"I'll help you."
"Thank you."
