Omni-Magic Summer Ep 22: The House of Ghouls Part 2

Intro:
A Galaxy is shown with some planets as outer space music is heard.
Just for a flash of green light to occur and shows the Omnitrix symbol with Ben's silhouette in the middle as the song picks up.
"It started when an alien device did what it did."
The 1st clip is Ben, discovering the Omnitrix as it latches onto his arm as he panics.
He then presses down on the dial and it transforms him into Heatblast and he cries out.
"And stuck itself upon his wrist with secrets that it hid."
"Now he's got superpowers, he's no ordinary kid. He's Ben 10! (Ben 10!)"
The logo flashes a bit, before showing off aliens:
Grey Matter, Overflow, Shock Rock, Heatblast, Tear-Wolf, Lodestar, and Astrodactyl.
"So if you see him, you might be in for a big surprise."
"He'll turn into an alien before your very eyes!"
The boy is then shown transforming into Tear-Wolf as 6 more aliens appear and zoom in:
Upgrade, Shock Rock, XLR8, Four Arms, Heatblast and Tear-Wolf.
" He's slimy, freaky, fast and strong, he's every shape and size."
"He's Ben 10! (Ben 10!)"
Just then, a flash-animated Ben is running towards the screen and then flips and morphs into Tear-Wolf.
He bites at the screen as a black and green '1'. appear next to him.
2: Four Arms is next as he grins and raises his arms and flexes.
3: Grey Matter leaps at the screen, only to go splat comically.
4: XLR8 appears and zooms away.
"Armed with powers, he's on the case!"
"Fighting off evil from Earth or space!"
5: Upgrade wiggles his legs around as he raises his arms.
6: Shock Rock generates lots of power and blasts a large beam of blue energy across the screen.
7: Overflow flies upward on his water blasts.
8: Astrodactyl displays his whips and then rockets away on his jetpack.
"He'll never stop 'till he makes them pay!"
"'Cause he's the baddest kid to ever save the day!"
9: Lodestar raises his claws as they generate a green aura as several pieces of metal float around him.
10: Heatblast chucks a fireball at the screen as Ben himself lands on the ground with his fist, cracking it as he gives a big grin.
"Ben 10! (Ben 10! B-B-B-Ben! Ben 10! B-B-B-Ben!)"
Tear-Wolf is then shown leaping from some trees as he looks fierce.
Shock Rock poses as he finishes transforming.
Sunset and the Rainbooms are shown powering up into their magic forms.
Heatblast chucks a fireball.
Ben is then shown slapping down on the Omnitrix.
The Mane 6, Spike, the royal sisters, the royal crystal family, Discord, Starlight Glimmer, Trixie and reformed Changelings, and Ben in griffon form stood together as they glared at an adversity as the Omnitrix boy just smirked with crossed arms.
Twilight is shown fighting a giant bird monster as she uses her Geode's magic to slam it down on the ground.
Four Arms roars out as he finishes transforming.
XLR8 is shown running on top of the water.
The opening finishes up with the aliens all getting sucked into the Omnitrix Ben shows it while green rays came from it as the title appears next to him.
Ben 10: Omni-Magic Summer.
Ben took some breaths, rested up for a bit, and took cover behind some barrels. He peeks out to spot some skeletons, dressed like pirates, having a conversation in their language as they then leave. "Whoa... Talk about a skeleton crew." He then sneakily made his way to the door that led above deck, peeking out a crack as his eyes widened at seeing zombie pirates as he closed the door. "I'm going to need some serious muscle if I'm going up against undead pirates. Four Arms of muscle!" The boy grins at the big guy's icon on his watch as he slaps down on it. FLASH
Ben felt himself shrink until he was the size of a grain of rice as his skin became metal green wings popped out of his back while his became claws.
Nanomech blinks in surprise as he looks at himself as he hovers. "I said muscle, not mini metal, you stupid watch!" He shrugs as he decides to go with it, flying into and shrinking through the keyhole, effortlessly making his way through and out the other side. He then hides behind a barrel, looking around to spot all sorts of skeleton pirates and zombie pirates as well. But as he looks around, he spots Rainbow Dash and Pinkie Pie, both tied to the main mast and gagged as well. "Well, at least I managed to find Pinkie and Dash."
Just then, a set of double doors opens from the other side as all eyes turn towards it. Out of it lumbers another Zombie Pirate, only this one is different than the others! It is wearing a captain's outfit, more muscular and taller, and has a skull for a face with a scar down his left eye. He has a hat with a skull and crossbones on it and a bandana under it. His left hand is a hook with a sharp spear point and his left leg is a metal peg as he carries a wicked saber in his right claw, to which he puts it away. He has a dark long straight beard and long hair as well.
The being raises his arms as the undead cheers as Nanomech hovers closer to get a better look, flying above the undead pirate captain as it speaks out. "Rejoice, me undead laddies! Thanks to our master, Captain James Shadowbeard the pirate and his scurvy crew can roam the seas once again, ruling and plundering once again!" The undead crew cheers again as Pinkie and Rainbow glance at each other in worriment. As Shadowbeard gives his speech, Nanomech tunes him out as he looks around his cabin and notices a map of the house, with some spots that are marked, making him interested as he gets an idea.
He silently makes his way over to the ropes and blasts energy at a couple of them, burning through them and loosening the ropes as Rainbow and Pinkie notice, making Nanomech hover in front of them and shush them. "Rainbow, Pinkie! It's me, Ben!" The girls smiled behind their gags but kept quiet as they nodded at him. "I managed to loosen a few ropes, but you're both going to have to get the rest off." He said as he flew off as the girls worked on wiggling out of the ropes, as sneaky as possible.
Nanomech made his way to the map and slowly made his move to grab it, only for a familiar sound to come from the Omnitrix. "Oh, no! Not now!" FLASH The red flash of light was noticed by Shadowbeard as he and his crew turned back to see Ben stepping out of the cabin, holding the map in his hands as he noticed all eyes were on him. "So... We have a bilge rat, trying to steal me map?" Shadowbeard snarls out Ben has a sheepish smile. "Uhh? Permission to come aboard, maties?" "SIEZE HIM!" The undead captain hollers as the crew cries out and charges, making Ben get a scared look and make a run for it. "AAHHHHHHHH!"
He came to a stop as he saw one group charging at him in the front and another in the back, making the boy grab a rope and it took him up, just as the 2 groups crashed into each other. Ben manages to land near the Crow's nest and holds onto the mast, putting the map into his jacket and zipping it up as he pats it with a smile.
Pinkie and Rainbow manage to free themselves and get their gags off. "Let's go, Pinkie! Ben needs our help!" Rainbow activates her magic and takes off as Pinkie activates her and brings out some snacks from her hair. "Righty-o! Dash-o!" She starts throwing explosive treats as she takes out skeleton pirates left and right. Rainbow is using her speed to trick and hit and run zombie pirates as they try to cut her with their swords. As the girl slides underneath one blade, she spots and grabs a couple of discarded swords and runs over to Pinkie. "Pinkie, catch!" The party girl caught the blade by the handle with a smirk. "Thanks, Dashie!"
They then start swinging their new weapons, hoping to intimidate the pirates, only to be surprised that a gunshot blasted the blades off. They see a skeleton pirate blowing out his flintlock as the undead pirates snarl at the 2 teen girls. "Uhh... Oops?" Both girls sheepishly grinned as they both took off. The party girl quickly hides in a barrel, surrounded by a bunch of other barrels. Just as the undead crew ran past, Shadowbeard stopped and looked around.
Just as Pinkie pokes her head out, the zombie captain notices and glares as the girl yipes and ducks down. She then pokes her head out of another barrel and ducks back down, missing the blade of Shadowbeard. It then became a game of 'Wack-a-mole', as Pinkie kept popping out of barrels at random as Shadowbeard tried to chop her with his sword, missing as he then got winded and dizzy from all the turning and chopping at fast speeds. Ben then slides down on another rope, reaching the deck as Pinkie jumps out of a barrel and runs with the boy as Shadowbeard notices and glares at them, chasing the 2 kids.
Ben and Pinkie split up and ran into 2 doors, they were part of a group of 5 doors. Shadowbeard was about to open one of them when he saw that somehow, Pinkie was on the 2nd level and went into another door. The undead pirate runs towards the door she had just entered, only for Ben to come out of another on the 1st floor and tiptoe to another door, entering as the undead pirate runs towards it. Pinkie and Ben look out of doors on the 2nd floor and panic as the pirate is after them, making them quickly switch doors.
As Shadowbeard is about to open one of the 2nd-floor doors, he notices Ben, who has his hands in his pockets and whistling innocently. He is about to go to one of the 1st-floor doors, only to turn back as he looks back at the undead pirate while he goes back into the open door and closes it behind him. Just as Shadowbeard came down the steps, he saw Pinkie poking her head out of the door near him, screaming as she quickly shuts the undead pirate grins as he opens the door. Only to see a cannon pointing at him! He quickly shuts it, just for the cannon to blow him and the door away as Ben and Pinkie run out of the other door.
Ben quickly climbs up a rope ladder to the main sail as Pinkie starts throwing more explosive treats at more undead pirates. Rainbow removes a sword from a barrel and clashes blades with another pirate. They struggle as they circle, only for the teen girl to kick the Zombie Pirate into a group, knocking them down. But as she smiled, she felt a tap on her shoulders. She glanced back to see a bunch more undead pirates, right behind her, making her run away as she dropped her sword as well.
As Pinkie and Rainbow slow back to the side of the ship, they find themselves surrounded by undead pirates. "Uhh.. Rainbow? Any ideas?" Pinkie asks as she realizes she is out of treats to throw. But before the athlete could respond, a green flash of light came from above as they glanced up. "Hey, you undead sea dogs! Get ready for the thunder because here comes the lightning!" Shock Rock cries as he gathers a big ball of energy above his being and leaps up high, slamming it down as Rainbow quickly grabs Pinkie and ponies up, taking off with her wings and flying to safety as the energy blows up and shocks all the zombie and skeleton pirates, sending them flying overboard.
The alien then grabs onto and climbs onto the sail as he smirks out. "That takes care of them!" He smirks as he dusts his hands off. But what the alien hero does not know, is that Shadowbeard is climbing up the rope ladder as he glares at Shock Rock and stands on the sails and draws his blade. "BEN! BEHIND YOU!" Pinkie cries out in horror as Shock Rock turns around and confronts Shadowbeard. "All right, you scurvy, thieving rat! No one steals from Shadowbeard and destroys his crew and gets away with it! Time to send ye to Dave Jones' Locker!" "A sword fight, huh, seaweed breath? You're on!" Shock Rock smirks as he creates an energy saber as well.
And so, the 2 clashed swords as sparks and energy bolts flew from the alien's weapon, beginning a duel on the seas. As Shadowbeard tries to stab Shock Rock, the alien deflects the blade as he creates a Sai dagger in his other hand and blocks the undead pirate's hook hand as well.
Shadowbeard then aims and fires his hook on a chain, entangling the alien's weapon as they get into a tug of war. Struggling with one another, Shock Rock quickly slices the chain with his sword, throwing the hook away as Shadowbeard stumbles back. "Gaah! Me hook!" "Looks like you've been disarmed, ha!" Shock Rock grins at his pun as Pinkie giggles out. "Disarmed! That's funny because he cut off his metal arm, ha!" "Yeah, less puns, more zombie butt-kicking, dude!" Rainbow calls out. "Hey, it's a good one!" Shock Rock shrugs.
"Arrggg! So, you managed to take down me hook, lad! But there's one thing ye forget about pirates! We like to cheat!" Shadowbeard grins as he reaches into his coat takes out a mini-cannon and places it on his left hand, locking it in place as he aims and fires a cannonball at Shock Rock, who crosses his forearms to block as the iron ball sends Shock Rock over! He quickly stretches his arms out and grabs onto the beam, swinging around as Shadowbeard fires more cannonballs at him. Shock Rock gave a fierce yell as he swung into a double drop kick into Shadowbeard's back, knocking him off and sending him flying into the water and crying out. "CRUSSSEEEEEEEESSSSSS!" SPLASH
Shock Rock lands back on the beam as he and the girls look over and see that all that is left of the undead captain is his hat. "Looks like he walked the plank!" Rainbow Dash smirks as Shock Rock gets down as he slides down a rope. "Yep! Glad you 2 are okay! I've been looking for you and others, all over this madhouse!" "Well, he was planning to, until you came along and helped us!" Pinkie grins as Shock Rock times out as the party teen gives him a big hug. "Glad to see you 2, Pinkie. Now, let's see if we can steer this oversized tub back to shore."
But, unbeknownst to the 3, a figure is watching them from the land as it sits in a tree as the boat slowly turns towards the docks and sails towards it. Snarling at the humans, it flew off to the haunted house.
Deep in a dark room, a lone male figure is busy, reading a book. Just as the figure from before came in through the doors and knees before the man. "Speak." "I have some news, master! Captain Shadowbeard has been defeated and 2 of those magical girls have been liberated by that changeling child." "Doesn't matter. He was cocky, believing nothing can stop him if he has numbers on his side. I say he got what he deserved. No matter, the others will keep the rest of the girls and the campers under lock and key until it's time."
"Understood." The figure spoke again. "And the boy?" The man shuts his book as he walks towards a black crystal that stands out of the ground. It displays Ben, along with Rainbow and Pinkie, making their way through rooms as they fight throughout the ballroom. As the man narrows his eyes at the tween, who is bashing away zombies with a chair, he responds. "If he keeps getting in the way, then he'll just 'disappear' into the night." He chuckles to himself as he narrows his eyes at the kid.
Ben, after dropping Pinkie and Rainbow back on the bus outside, is currently walking through the grand hallway, which is devoid of monsters at the moment, looking at the map he got from the ship. "Hmm... That pirate must have kept this map for some reason. But what?" He ponders as he gazes at the map and he notices something. He notices a series of rooms on the right side of the main entrance leading to one of the spots on the map. "Well, might as well check out there, for a start." The boy placed the map back in his jacket and spotted the door, opening it as he went into a cloakroom and passed through a sitting Room. He arrived at a music room, walking and looking around until he spotted an open door near some windows. "Bingo!"
But before the boy could even approve, he heard something snarling as his instincts were telling him to dodge! The boy quickly ducks and rolls, just as he glances back to see more imps as they cackle and unsheath their claws. "Where did you guys come from?!" Nonetheless, he puts that question aside as Ben looks at the Omnitrix and grins that it's ready to go! "Just a little cooperation for once..." FLASH
The watch sinks into his arm as veins protrude out of his arm, traveling up to his eye as he shuts it before shooting a shot open, making it all green. 2 extra arms, made out of muscles pop out of his sides as he spins around as he clothes changed and grew bigger. Four Arms faces the 4th wall and then cries out, pumping his arms as he hollers out with a grin, posing as the transformation is complete.
"Now this is more like it!" The gladiator alien grins out as gets ready to fight, throwing and landing hard punches that send the imps flying and even grabbing 2 by their tails and slamming them into each other. He then grabs a large drawer and tosses it at a group, crushing them as he then grabs a piano and swings it, bashing the rest of the monsters. Some skeletons pop out of nowhere but are swiftly crushed when Four Arms slams the piano down on top of them. "Done and done!" He grins and dusts all hands off and rushes out the open door.
The alien saw he was in some sort of Walled Garden as he walked past the bushes and he passed by a large snake statue in the middle of a small pond of water. "Now that's a face only a mother can love." The alien grins as he continues looking around until he comes across a doorway in a corner of the wall that has a bunch of bricks and boards sealing. Four Arms hums to himself as he feels the wood and taps it a few times, narrowing his eyes. "I wonder..." He reared back both his right fists and smashed them into the wood and bricks, breaking them apart as the dust settled and revealed the doorway was open. "I knew it!" Four Arms times out as Ben takes out the map and checks it. "Looks like this path leads to this certain spot, whatever it is!"
He walks through and spots a pathway as he keeps walking, reaching the entrance into a hedge maze. "A hedge maze? Those things are impossible!" Ben frowns out. Nonetheless, he went in as he took a random direction. But after what seems like hours, the boy groans out. "I give up! There has got to be a better way through this stupid maze!" The kid frowns as he kicks the ground and crosses his arms. Only to hear screaming! "AHHHHH!" "That sounds like... Applejack!" The boy exclaims as he follows the sound.
Just then, he manages to reach the maze's center and is surprised to see Sunset and Applejack, tied and gagged in vines as they both are knocked out. "Sunset! Applejack! They both fainted!" He tries to shake them away, but no response. He then notices Applejack's hat on the ground and picks it up. "But what could make a cowgirl and a former unicorn faint?" The boy asked in a confused tone. Only for a growl to catch his ears as he notices something large is behind him. He can feel hot breath down his neck as he answers with pinpricked eyes and a terrified tone. "Ask a stupid question, get a terrifying answer!"
The boy quickly ducks and rolls underneath a claw slash as he turns around and gaps at the 9-ft monster behind him! The being is a black-furred werewolf that has vines coiling around its arms and goes into an 'x' style sash on its chest one vine acts as a belt for its torn shorts as the rest of its legs are bare and has claws on the feet and hands. It also has 4 arms as its teeth are razor sharp and it has yellow glowing eyes.
"Looks like Four Arms mixed with Tear-wolf!" Ben comments as he barely dodges the vines from the monster's arms that are like whips. "All right, Fido! Let's see if you can play dead!" Ben cries out as he slaps down on the watch and transforms into Lodestar. "Oh, man! I wanted Heatblast, not the alien magnet!" Lodestar groans, only to leap away from a claw slash as he grabs the monster's mouth, struggling to keep its fangs away.
He then kicks the beast away as Lodestar looks around, trying to find something metal to hit it with. "Come on! Something metal! Something metal!" He mumbles out, only to spot some discarded gardening tools. "That will work!" Lodestar fires his magnet waves at the monster, making the tools attach themselves to the beast as they are slowing it down, but it is not enough as the werewolf is still attacking Lodestar barely dodges a charge attack. "Okay! I need to think of something new, fast! Or that walking throw rug over there will tear me apart, bit by bit!"
Just then, the werewolf whips at Lodestar as the vines wrap around his forearms and the 2 start struggling with each other. The alien knew he couldn't outmuscle a 4-armed werewolf as he needed to think of a new idea! Just then, he noticed all the metal attached to the monster as his eyes winded in relaxation. "Hey, fleabag! Here's some shocking news!' He cries out as he generates his electric magnetism and zaps the vines, to which the electricity travels back and zaps the werewolf. The beast howls out in pain as the metal tools conduct the lightning and make it more powerful!
But just then, the werewolf explodes out of nowhere, making Lodestar quickly shield himself with his arms as the dust begins to die down. But when the dust settles, Lodestar is surprised to see a smoldering black spot where the monster was with whisps of shadows dancing around it and then vanishing into thin air. "Okay... What just happened?" Lodestar blinks out. Nonetheless, he managed to free Applejack and Sunset and tried to wake them up.
But, seeing that they are still out, Lodestar decides to carry them as he leaps out of the hedge maze and runs back to the house.
Meanwhile, back with Fluttershy, Cooper, and Amber, 3 have been waiting around, wondering what is taking Ben so long. "I don't like this... That kid has been gone for a while!" Amber mumbles as the blonde boy rubs his stomach. "And I'm starting to get hungry from all this waiting! Come on!" As the boy starts moving the barricade, the girls get worried looks. "What are you doing?" Fluttershy asked as the male teen explained. "Well, since I figured the monsters are long gone, we can slip into the Kitchen and grab a snack by now." "Or! We'll be caught and become monster food!" Amber points out with crossed arms and frowns, finding the idea to be bad.
"Well, I'm not going to spend another moment, listening to my stomach rumbling!" Cooper spoke back as he got the last thing out of the way and slightly opened to peek out as the girls followed as well. "See? No monsters in sight!" Cooper grins to see the grand hallway is empty. "Huh... I guess it's safe." Fluttershy states as they make their way out as they then make their way downstairs. But just as they reached the bottom, the 3 looked around and were not aware of a large dark hole appearing out of thin air, behind them, or some clawed hands reaching out for the teens.
Ben managed to get Sunset and Applejack back to the bus. He went back through the front door, dusted his hands off, and shook his arms to get some rain off his jacket. "Well, at least the storm stopped a little while ago. Guess I should check up on Fluttershy, see how she is holding up.' But just then, Ben heard a creak and realized it didn't come from his shoes. Thinking it might be another monster, Ben glanced at the Omnitrix only to frown to see it was still glowing red. Looking around, Ben spots a chair and picks it up as a makeshift weapon. "This will do."
He quickly pressed against a wall as he spotted the shadow of something approaching, waiting for it to draw closer and closer. He felt his forehead sweat slightly as he steeled his eyes, preparing himself. "All right... Here goes." Once the shadow was close enough, he leaped out and yelled, holding his chair up high to bash whatever he saw! Only for the being to scream as well, while waving his arms around while his eyes were as wide as dinner plates! The 2 kept screaming for a bit as Ben and the other person stopped.
Ben gets a good look and is surprised to see a small, pink fur with black spots dog that is surprisingly standing on 2 legs, something Spike himself can do, but only briefly as this dog can walk around on them with no problem. The dog is holding a flashlight as he takes some breaths to calm himself. "Whoa! Hey there, little guy. I didn't expect a stray dog to be here. Hope I didn't scare you too much." "No problem! Not my 1st time getting scared, being honest." The dog apologizes as he dusted himself Ben blinks at what he heard.
"Another talking dog, like Spike? Go figure!" Just then, the dog's eyes widened in surprise as he stared at Ben with a shocked look. "YOU CAN UNDERSTAND ME?!" "Well... Yeah." Ben shrugs as he is unsure what is up with the dog's reaction. The dog starts thinking to himself as he paces back and forth. "Humans can understand me, now? I wonder if this has something to do with the Grim Reaper, bringing me here?" As Ben scratched his head in confusion, he heard a loud noise as he heard someone coming, quickly grabbed the dog and slammed a hand over his mouth as they ducked behind a pillar and the boy shushed the small canine.
The 2 peeked and spotted an Imp running around the corner, only it was taller than the others, around the chest level of Applebloom, Sweetie Belle, and Scootaloo, and had folded wings on its back, sharper horns and leather belts wrapped around its biceps and thighs, braces on its wrists and a ragged vest and has a slightly red skin color. "Come on, fatty! You're telling the master, this time!" Another Imp shows up with the same horns and wings, only its skin is light blue and hefty than his brother's. It has a scarf around his neck and has fingerless gloves with ragged wraps around his calves and a tattered vest as well. "How many times do I have to tell you: It's not fat! I'm just big-boned! Besides, I'm gaining muscle, thank you very much!" The blue imp scoffs.
"Anyway, I'm not telling him! The last time I did that, he crushed my hands, 2 nights ago when he slammed his organ cover on them! I had just had them recovered..." "Fine! We'll tell him together. By the way, where did those vines take that Diva-looking girl and that one with the glasses?" The red Imp replies. "Oh! Those 2? Last I heard, they are at the old Chapel by the Graveyard." "The one that got that secret passageway, connected to the Catacombs under the house?" The red Imp rolls his eyes as he sarcastically replies. "No! I mean the other creepy graveyard that's got an old chapel around it." "Wait! There's another one in this forest? A lot can change in over 5 years." The blue Imp scratched his head in confusion as his brother facepalm. "JUST GO!" He shoves his brother as they move out of sight.
Ben and the dog poke their heads out and look to see if they have left. "They're gone..." Ben whispered as they walked out. "Okay! That was super close." The dog breathes out as Ben can't help but wonder what those 2 imps were talking about. "What did those 2 mean by 5 years?" "Who cares! Let's just get out of here!" The dog replies, but Ben frowns as he glances back at the door that leads to the basement. "No! I've got some friends to save!" "Are you crazy?!" The dog asked as Ben went up to the door and he frowned at the dog.
"Look! I don't care if you're a cowardly dog! But-" "That's my name." The dog points out as Ben raises an eyebrow. "What?" "That's my full name, actually: Courage the cowardly dog." Ben blinked for a bit as he asked out. "Your name is Courage, yet you get scared, easily?" "Yeah, I know. It's sort of an irony name thing." Courage shrugs. Ben took a few seconds to process this, only for him to shake his head as he spoke out. "You can run away, for all I care! I'm not leaving this house until I find my friends! Cause that's what a real hero does! And friends help each other, no matter what!"
But as Ben kept walking, Courage couldn't help but be surprised by what the boy said, making him ponder about it. "That kid is kind of acting how I would if Murual is in danger. Looks like I have no choice... Can't believe I'm doing this." Courage mumbles as he runs up to Ben. "Wait! I'll come with you! For my sake." Ben nods in response. "Come on! Let's head down to the basement and take that secret passageway through the Catacombs." "Okay..." Courage shivers as he swallows and steps ahead. "I got the flashlight, so I'll go 1st!"
Courage opens the basement door as he mumbles. "The things I do for love, or in this case, friendship... Hey!" He calls out as he shines the light around the dark staircase. "Any monsters down there?" Only for a scary shadow to roar at him as the dog screams and shuts the door, laying on the floor and Ben blinks in surprise as Courage's heart is pounding out of his chest, like in cartoons. Ben decides to take a peek as Courage gets worried. "No! Don't!"
But as Ben opens and looks through the door, he frowns as he glances back. "There's nothing down there!" The boy starts going down the stairs as Courage recovers, scratches his head in confusion, and follows after him.
The 2 made their way down into the Catacombs as they kept walking. "Looks like all the mummies and skeletons bailed from my 1st time down here. You know, Courage... For a dog who is supposedly scared of everything, you're being quiet. I thought you would be screaming a lot." "Well, Ben. Believe it or not, this isn't the 1st time I ventured into something downright scary. And I am looking for something that brought me to this creepy house in the 1st place. I just want to go back to Nowhere." "You came from nowhere, at all?" Ben raises an eyebrow in confusion as Courage explains. "It's really a town in Kansas that is called Nowhere. And don't let the name fool you, there are a bunch of creepy things there."
Ben smirked as he spoke out. "From the sounds of it, after all you've been through, a haunted house like this should be a piece of cake to you." "Trust me, Ben. If you've been through what I have experienced, you would be scared silly!" They managed to reach the end of the Catacombs as they both stood in front of a stone door. "This is it! Ready?" Ben gets ready for a fight as Courage whimpers as he looks up. "I just know something bad is going to happen." "I'll take that as a yes."
The 2 open the door and peer outside. They looked and they saw they had arrived at a small, yet spooky-looking graveyard as the 2 exited and looked back to see the door was part of a crypt. "And the horror cliches just keep on coming..." Ben mumbles as Courage shakes like a leaf. But just as the 2 take a few steps, the ground rumbles briefly as multiple, decaying arms shoot out of the ground from the graves. The zombies pull themselves, out, groaning and moaning as skeletons appear from behind random trees as well, seeming to come out of nowhere.
Courage's eyes are super wide until he leaps up and his skin bursts off as his skeleton with his eyes remains and he screams in a high-pitched tone as what sounds like a car horn is heard. As Ben blinks at what he just saw, he notices Courage has leaped into his shirt and jacket and hides in there. The boy decides to just ignore him as he focuses on the undead. Ben frowns as he dials the Omnitrix to Cannonbolt's icon. "I say this fight requires something strong, fast, and tough! Good old Cannonbolt will send these undead freaks back into the ground!" He slapped down on the watch as it made a flash of light. FLASH
Ben felt the watch sink into his skin as he started bloating up like a balloon and his head shrank into his body, just as his eyes flashed open as they turned all green. His shell forms on his back as he spins and rolls for a bit and poses, ready to rock and roll!
Courage blinks his eyes from the flash of green light, rubbing them as he notices he is taller now. "Huh?" He looks and spots Cannonbolt as he is on top of the alien as said hero glares at the zombies and skeletons. "I'm going to bowl a perfect 300 on your faces!" Cannonbolt then curls up and charges at the hoard as Courage falls off. As Courage recovers and sees Cannbolt, curb-stomping the zombies and skeletons into a paste, which went on for about 4 or 5 minutes, the pink dog blinks as he looks at the 4th wall as more fighting is heard. "I'm not sure if I should scream or question how a kid turns into some giant roller thing, right now." As Courage thinks about it, he sees Cannonbolt bowl right through the final group of skeletons with a crash.
The alien stops by Courage as the alien hero grins out. "STRIKE! Oh, yeah!" Just then, they saw more zombies coming out and the alien heard a familiar sound. Courage heard the time-out of the Omnitrix symbol as the dog asked and saw the red blinking dial. "What's that beeping and red light for?" "Uh, oh! Time's almost up! Get in!" Cannonbolt spoke as he grabbed Courage, curled up with the dog inside, and spun through the undead monster, heading toward a creepy-looking chapel as they were getting closer to the front entrance. "Almost there!" Cannonbolt cries out, only for the final beep to be heard as the alien changes back in a flash of red light. He and Courage scream as they stumble and roll to a stop near the front door.
The boy groans as he pulls his head up with a frown. "I hate it when that happens!" But as the kid recovered, he glanced back to see the zombies were practically 15 inches away from them! "RUN!" Ben cries out as he grabs the dazed Courage and quickly books to the door, opening and slamming the door shut as the kid presses his back on the door and feels the zombies trying to get in! Courage managed to notice what was going and the dog quickly acted, grabbing and placing objects in front of the door to barricade it as the boy saw and placed a board on the handles, locking it so the zombies couldn't get in!
The 2 then lay down on the floor and took a breather as they panted. "That... Was close!" Ben breathes as Courage states. "Yeah... By the way, what was that back there, with the whole turning into a rolling thing?" "That was an alien... This watch... Let me turn into all sorts of aliens with powers... Like a superhero..." Ben briefly shows the watch as the dog nods. "Okay... Next time you do that... Bring a discomfort bag... For all that spinning..." "Okay... Want to lay here for a few minutes?" "Sure..." The dog pants as the 2 decide to just lay on the floor until they recover.
Meanwhile, with the "master", he is at his private organ, playing Toccata and Fugue in D Minor. He was so into the song and midway when something showed up and called out. "Master!" It caused the man to mess up and made him grit his teeth as he felt annoyed at being interrupted as he glanced back at the imp brothers. "What is it, Shivers? Sparks? Have you forgotten about what I told you 2 before?" "We know! We know! Never interrupt you when you are practicing. But we have urgent news! The Alpha Forest Wolf has been defeated and the Elements of Honesty and Courage has been freed. And It was because of that changing boy." The red imp, Sparks, explains as the blue imp, Shivers just smiles.
The man grits his teeth as he growls, clutching his fists. But he took a breath and calmed down a bit. "Sit next to me, you 2." The beings did so as the master ordered. "Place your hands on the keys, but don't touch them while I play." The beings did as the master started playing. "Boss, what if he tries to break the spell you put on the Grim Reaper? I mean, we just got word that the escaped kids and the freed Elements were recaptured, but what if he stops you before the sun comes up?! This is our last night! it would be very big trouble for you!" Shivers ask.
But the man scoffs out. "I am aware of the time. And like I told Ravess before, I am not threatened." He then suddenly slams the cover on the being's hands as they scream out in pain as the man yells and slams his fist on the organ! "Tell Ravess to move all the humans to the 'spot! And make sure to take out the boy, if any of the ghouls spots him!" He then walks away as Sparks squeaks out. "We're on it, boss... Can I lift the cover, now?" "Not yet! Pain is the best teacher." As the imps groan, Shivers whimpers out. "I told you he would crush our hands... Ohhh..."
