I was dragged into some kind of arena, there was a huge crowd cheering. The rat threw me in and the door closed, trapping me in. I was surprised to see Raph and Splinter in here as well.

"Raph?" I said and he left Father's side, coming to me. "Karai! Are you ok?"

I nodded. "I'm fine. What about you and Father?"

"I'll be fine but the soldiers punish Splinter pretty badly, he's in a lot of pain but I think he will be fine." He answered.

"What happened?" I asked.

"They just came out of nowhere!" Raph exclaimed. "I tried to fight them off but there were too many and Splinter tried to fight but he was too injured to fight for very long then they just threw us in here! What about you?"

"The RatKing snuck up behind me. He tried to get me to agree to be the ruler of the 'Rat Kingdom' but I refused and he got one of his pets to drag me in here!" I growled and the giant rat hissed at me through the door.

"M-Miwa?"

My eyes softened when Father called me. I went to him and knelt down beside him. "Father, are you ok?" He looked at me. "I-I'll be fine." He said, shakily.

Raph stood behind me. "Those stupid rats really did a number on him. He's very weak and I think he lost a lot of blood. We need to get him out of here as soon as possible."

I nodded in agreement. "Yeah, but how? I've run out of ideas." I said before a big bang suddenly turned our attention to the throne where RatKing stood. The crowd cheered as he grabbed a microphone.

"Welcome my family! Tonight, will be the best fight this Kingdom has ever seen! For tonight, we have very special guests! First opponent, the great Hamato Yoshi, the first humanoid rat to have been created!"

Splinter glared at him as he groaned in pain and as the crowd screamed louder. "Our second opponent, Hamato Yoshi's only daughter, Hamato Miwa!" My eyes turned serpent and I hissed under my breath. "And finally our last opponent, one of Hamato Yoshi's sons, Hamato Rapheal!"

Raph growled and walked a few feet in front of us. "If you think we're going to fight each other RatKing then you must be more crazy then I thought!" I stood next to him. "There's nothing you can do to make us!"

RatKing smiled wickedly. "Are you two sure about that?"

Suddenly, we hear Splinter moaning and gripping his head. He rolled around back and forth trying to fight off whatever was happening to him. I didn't know what to do, all I could do was watch. "Father!"

He then stopped and slowly stood on his feet when he opened his eyes, they were glowing bright red...like in my dream. Both Raph and I took a step back.

"Oh no, not good! This is bad!" Raph said, fearfully.

"Splinter, kill your son and fight the girl but keep her alive! I need her for a test subject!" RatKing ordered and my heart was pounding in my chest.

Someone threw a sword at Splinter, he caught it and before we could do anything, he attacked. He went after Raph first. "Sensei, snap out of it! Come on, Father, I know you can fight him!"

He yelled desperately but his words weren't getting through. I jumped on Splinter's back trying to get him away from Raph but he ripped me off and threw me away. Raph was blocking Splinter's attacks with he's sais as best as he could but Splinter managed to kick him, sending him in my direction.

"We gotta find a way to snap him out of it!" Raph said in determination but I shook my head. "I don't think we can, Raph! RatKing and the soldiers drained every bit of strength he had left, I doubt he will be able to fight him out of his mind!"

"Well, we gotta try!" Raph said and attacked Splinter. I followed soon after. "Dad, it's me! Remember Leo, Mikey, and Donnie! They need you to come home, I need you! Please Sensei, fight it!"

Raph said as he blocked Splinter's sword. Splinter hummed and threw Raph to the wall, knocking him out. He was heading to him but I stopped him. I threw my sword at him but he blocked it. He then pushed me back and I tried to kick him but he caught my leg. He threw me on the ground which caused me to hit my head and then threw me far away from him. I sat up and moaned.

"I have to find a soft spot." I muttered to myself, trying to think of how I can get Splinter off guard. He went to Raph and picked him up by his neck. My eyes widened. "No! Don't!"

Splinter lifted the sword as Raph tried to squirm away. "Finish him, Splinter!" RatKing and the crowd cheered.

"Father, don't! It's Raph, your son, you can't kill him!" I yelled desperately, knowing I wouldn't be able to get there in time to stop him.

"Father please!" I begged but Splinter didn't hear me and was about to bring the sword down. "Father! Father! Don't!" I called as the sword was about to hit Raph.

"DADDY!!!" I screamed and the sword stopped inches from Raph's face.

Splinter looked at me but he was still under RatKing's control. "His soft spot is...me?" I whispered and then put on a determined face before standing on my feet.

"Father, please, come back to us. You were right about revenge, I finally heard what you have been trying to teach me. Revenge won't heal the scar that was given to me, it will only make it bigger. It will hurt everyone around me but it will mostly hurt me. My greatest enemy was myself, I thought Shredder was giving me pain but I was just hurting myself because I didn't want to face my pain and allow myself to heal."

I paused. "Like you did when you were my age." His eyes seemed to widen a bit. "Please Dad, let's go home." I offered my hand but before he could take it-

"Don't listen to her, brother! Kill him! Kill your son!" Splinter turned back to Raph and squeezed his neck harder.

I gasped and did the only thing I could think of. I pulled out my sword and hung it over my head. "Dad, if you don't snap out of it right now I'm going to kill myself!!!"

He looked at me again and Raph's eyes widened. "Ka-Karai! *cough* are-are you crazy! What a-are you do-ing?!" He struggled to say.

Splinter still showed no sign that he was completely out of RatKing's control and I took a deep breath. 'Please let this work.' I slightly prayed before bringing the sword down, aiming for my stomach.

"Karai, no!" Raph yelled.

Everything seemed to be going in slow motion. Raph was screaming for me to stop and my sword seemed to be slowly getting closer and closer. Splinter eyes suddenly turned back to normal and he dropped Raph on the ground.

"MIWA!!" He screamed and grabbed the sword before it hit my stomach. He took it out of my hands and threw it away. He grabbed my shoulders and shook me a little. "Don't you EVER do something like that again!!"

I smirked at him. "I make no such promises." Splinter shook his head at me, still angry but then he smiled and hugged me. I hugged him back.

"No! Destroy them!" RatKing and the crowd yelled. I looked at the crowd and glared at them.

SPLINTER'S P.O.V

I glared at the RatKing. "No! I will not harm my daughter or my son!"

I looked at Miwa and she was glaring at the crowd. I watched as she went to the middle of the arena and stood tall. "Is this how you all want to live your lives?! Hiding in a mountain, away from your families, and following this psycho!" She yelled and everyone went quiet to listen to her.

"This man who you call 'King', took you away from your homes and mutated you against your will! Why are you following him?! Whatever promises he gave you are a lie! Don't you see that he is using you for his own glory?!"

I was surprised by this. This is a side of Miwa I have never seen before, she used to be so doubtful of herself and scared that she would fail but here she is, standing mighty and proud, making the crowd listen to her. I couldn't help my proud smile and I listened as she continued.

"He doesn't care about any of you! Do you really want to work for a man who treats you like animals, who treats you like your nothing?! Think about your families! Think about your mothers, your fathers, your sons, and your daughters! Would you ever treat them the way the RatKing has treated you?! He claims that you're his children and family but yet he treats you horribly!"

The crowd looked down, considering her words. "If we stand together, we can take him down and return you back home where you belong!!" She lifted her arm up in the air, making a fist. "WHO'S WITH ME?!!!"

The ground stood up and cheered. I had to admit, I teared up a bit. Miwa turned to me and gave me a smile, I smiled in return. My vision suddenly became fuzzy and I felt weaker than before.

"Father?" I heard Rapheal say concerned. I found it hard to stay standing and I landed on the ground. "Father!" Raphael yelled and my vision became black.

KARAI'S P.O.V

I watched as the crowd got out of their seats and destroyed everything in sight. I was smiling with satisfaction but then-

"Father?...Father!" I heard Raph yell. I look to see Splinter on the ground and Raph at his side. I ran to them. "What happened?!"

"I-I don't know! I think he lost too much blood! We gotta get him out of here, now!!"

I looked around trying to think and I noticed a huge boulder that was above the machine. An idea popped in my head...a stupid and reckless idea but hey...reckless is my style.

I looked at Raph. "You get father and everyone else out of here! I'll destroy the machine!!"

I ordered before running towards the boulder giving Raph no time to argue.
