Chapter 22
The expression on Lucas's face softened.
Brooke smiled shyly. "I just had to honest with you. I've been feeling this way for awhile. You don't have to say it back. I'm relieved you know." She added in.
As she turned from him and wrapped her arms around herself.
Lucas reached out to her. Taking her in his arms.
He noticed in these quiter moments how much smaller she was then him.
"Look at me." Lucas said softly.
Brooke gazed up at him.
"I love you too. I am so endlessly and consumingly in love with you."
"Brooke Penelope Davis." Lucas said.
The smile on Brooke's face beamed. She leaned over to kiss him.
Lucas kissed her back.
"I'm ready now." Brooke whispered in his ear before they pulled away from each other.
Lucas knew exactly what she meant. He kissed her softly this time.
Running his hands through her hair caressing her face.
"It's going to be perfect. You deserve that." Lucas replied.
"Lucas what are you doing here.?" Bailey asked. As he entered further into the living room.
"I came by to see my favorite people. I'm taking you and you're mom on a trip." Lucas announced.
"I can't. My dad and I are going to have plans. He's going to spend time with me." Bailey replied.
