Kidnapping
Team Yamato all crouched around a map Ino had just drawn. She had completed her arial sweep of Gato's compound. Possessing a bird and soaring though the sky had always been something she loved. This was the first time she used it as a ninja and it felt great. During her sweep she did sense a few chakra signals above normal but they were nothing in comparison to Naruto, Zabuza or Yamato.
"There might be a couple of ninja in the compound but none are jounin level," Ino said to the team.
"Then we are going to change the plan. Ino and I will handle the extraction while Naruto and Sasuke will handle the assault. Since I wont be there you shouldn't use more than one tail of chakra Naruto." said Yamato
Naruto nodded in response. He and Sasuke left to approach the front of the compound.
Flashback
Sasuke had been fighting for two days his sharingan had yet to evolve but shusui and kakashi had said he was starting to improve. They had taken a break so Sasuke could recover some Chakra.
"Sasuke, do you know why the Uchiha clans symbol is a fan?" asked Shusui
Seeing Sasuke shake his head he continued
It is because our clan is known for our Katon ninjutsu and one of the ways to enhance fire is to fan the flames. One of the reasons that you were picked to be one of Naruto-sans partners was because you are a fire style user. Naruto has very little ability with fire ninjutsu but he is one of the most powerful Futon users in the village despite not mastering even the second stage of his nature transformation. So when the time is right the combined power of your ninjutsu will exceed that of even myself or Kakashi." explained Shusui
Flashback end
"Naruto- san can you do that wind style from the end of the fight with Zabuza? I have an idea." Said Sasuke
"Do you want me to fan the flames? Shusui and I have practiced it before." asked Naruto
"That's the idea"
Naruto and Sasuke stood side by side on the road 50 yards from the front gate of the compound. They both went through handsigns at the same time
"Katon: Goukakyuu no Jutsu"
"Futon: Daitoppa"
Sasuke's fireball bloomed into existence and then a moment later it was hit from behind by the great breakthrough. It grew and size and turned white then there was a 'thump' as it sped up. The resulting blast took out the gate and half of the wall of the compound.
There were a few groaning voices heard from the blast site but not much else.
"What the hell is this?" came a voice from the smoke. It was a ninja neither Sasuke or Naruto recognized. He was big wearing and wore a vest so probably a Chunin or Jounin. He had a headband with the symbol of the village hidden in the grass. He said nothing else, he just started throwing kunai at the two.
Naruto and Sasuke dodged his opening move easily. The grass ninja then appeared above Sasuke, a flying kick already in motion. Sasuke blocked the blow with his forearm.
'He is strong' thought Sasuke as he gripped his arm where he blocked the kick. He activated his sharingan just in time to dodge the followup taijutsu combo and backflip to safety. Naruto threw a kunai at the ninjas head causing him to dodge backwards.
"Careful Naruto he is strong." said Sasuke
"Good maybe he can withstand me!" Naruto yelled the one tailed cloak forming around him.
Naruto made a dash straight at the Kusagakure ninja aiming to take him out in one blow. His punch threw up a large cloud of dust but he didnt feel in connect. The ninja suddenly disappeared in a haze and reapered at his original position.
"He is a genjutsu user!" yelled Naruto as both he and Sasuke used the released technique.
"If that's the case let me deal with him Naruto-san." said Sasuke
"Are you sure Sasuke?"
"Don't forget who I am an Uchiha" Said sasuke his Sharingan glowing and spinning slowly.
Sasuke stood still staring at the grass ninja who then made a fatal mistake and made eye contact. 'Magen: Kasegui no jutsu' the grass ninja froze in place. It was a powerful Genjutsu Sasuke's strongest and an Uchiha clan speciality.
Frozen in place the grass ninja couldn't dodge Naruto's punch that sent him flying through several trees.
"Good work Sasuke! He wont be getting up from that anytime soon." exclaimed Naruto
"Looks like we aren't done yet." said Sasuke pointing at a band of mercenaries that were coming out of the gaping hole in the compound's wall.
"Yes we are!" Growled Naruto his voice getting deeper
"Leave or die! Its your call weaklings!" he yelled at the mercenaries turning up his killing intent as high as he could make it go. The mercenaries saw a spectral vision of the Kyuubi looming over them. Their choice was obvious so they ran.
A loud chirp of a whistle burst through the air
"Thats the signal!" yelled Sasuke
Naruto still overflowing with chakra made a single shadow clone focusing all of the nine tails power into it. The shadow clone charged into the center of the compound and detonated with enormous force completely leveling the area.
"Lets fall back to the rendezvous point." said Naruto looking drained
Sasuke nodded and they disappeared in a gust of wind.
Team Yamato were huddled in there dugout rendezvous point constructed by Yamato. Gato was bound and gaged in the corner. They were going over the documents that Ino and Yamato had recovered from the compound.
"It seems that we have all of the relevant papers to seize control of the Gato corporation." stated Yamato
"Look sensei, it's Zabuza's contract. It has a contingency that he will be paid even if Gato is not around to pay. The funds are held in escrow by a group called Akatsuki." Said Ino
"Hmmm, I have feared that might be the case. It is fairly common among underworld figures to use that system of payment since they rarely trust their clients."
"What does that mean, sensei?" asked Naruto
"It means Zabuza will still be after the bridge builder and we will need a plan to handle that. I will meet with Kurenai to update her. You three should guard the our new guest." Yamato instructed gesturing to the terrified Gato.
