"Well, McKay showed up without warning and wanted to take the control device. He was barely in the door when he started insulting me. Cordelia heard him and basically told him to stop. Then he ogled her. She objected. He was insulted by her objecting to a middle age man sexually harassing a teenage girl. Like when he makes his idea of a pass at me, he seemed to think she should be flattered, not offended. She reminded him that only I have permission to study the control device and told him it was a gift from your parents. He demanded to know how she was going to make him stop and she pulled out a long knife from somewhere and jammed it in between his fingers. He fainted. The guards took her to a holding cell. They couldn't find the knife anywhere. I know I saw her stick in her boot."

"It's technically a dagger. A Buddhist monk made them special for her. And it's in a hidden sheath in a pocket dimension accessible though a concealment flap in her boots." Xander told her.

"A pocket dimension? You use pocket dimensions to transport things?"

"I currently have five of them connected to me. One of them holds our suitcases. Or did no one notice that we're not wearing the same clothes as yesterday?"

"The technology to create pocket dimensions is so far beyond us. Is this something Thor taught you how to do?" She asked excitedly.

"No, it's an elementary skill that my foster father, Duncan taught me. But it requires knowledge you don't have and access to something you don't know exists, so I can't just teach it to you."

"Oh, bummer."

"Sorry. Don't be sad, please. You still have the control device to study."

"Yeah, about that. Its previous repair didn't hold under the stress of the staff blast. The crystal shattered. I've replaced it with the one from our control device. Since we have the Quantum Mirror blocked so no one can come though it and no one is actively studying it, the control device is useless to us anyway. Once I close it back up, it'll be good as new."

"Thank you, I appreciate that. Maybe there is something I can do to thank you. I have something in one of my pocket dimensions that we acquired in another reality. It's a weapon and it's a staff weapon like the Jaffa people use, but more advanced. It's used by the equivalent of priests of a religion called Ori to force compliance with the religion. We first met Dr. Jackson in another reality where he and the Vala woman I mentioned when we met, were trying to deal with one of these people. He'd tried to burn them alive twice. They may exist in this reality too. Studying the technology of the staff might give you a chance to prepare. The priest people are known as Priors and have seriously souped up abilities. They augment them even more through the staff."

"That could be very useful. We've been trying to reverse engineer the staff weapons, but they require a power source we don't currently have access to. Reverse engineering these other staff weapons might give us a hand against the Gou'ald too."

Xander pulled the Priors staff out of its pocket and handed it Major Carter. "How long until the control device is ready for use?"

"A half an hour maybe. I just need to put it back together and seal it shut. Whoever did it before used super glue. I have something better."

"Well, let's go see your girl. You got any other weapons hidden in one of these pocket dimensions?" O'Neill asked.

"An ax made by the same Buddhist monk that made Cordy's daggers and a hammer."

"As long as you're not chopping heads off or smashing thumbs, I don't think I'll demand you turn them over. You guys will be leaving soon anyway. And thanks for giving Carter a new toy to play with. You made her happy."

"Never could deal with sad faced females. Makes me feel like I'm being a monster."

"I know the feeling. Well, unless your girl is homicidal right now and given that McKay has the tendency to make people homicidal, I think we can let her out. He sexually harassed her and he has a history of doing that to Carter. She opted not to press charges because she didn't want to make a big deal out of it, but it's clear he's doing it to other woman too. So I think that this time it won't take much to convince her to press charges since he was harassing her when your girl showed up."

"That'll make Cordy feel better. Me too, for that matter. He's the kind of guy who gives all guys a bad name."

"That he does." O'Neill agreed. "That he does."

Unfortunately getting Cordelia out of the lock up wasn't going to be that easy. There were men in civilian suits attempting to put handcuffs on her.

"What the Hell is going on here?" O'Neill demanded to know.

"She assaulted Dr. McKay. She's being arrested." One of the suits said.

"He sexually harassed her and tried to steal her personal property. This is just another NID grab. You think she'll give you access to advanced technology or knowledge. Let her go! Charges are not being pressed against her." Colonel O'Neill insisted.

"This isn't your call, O'Neill. Stay out of our way." One of them retorted.

"I think this is where we exit stage left." Xander said. "Sorry, Colonel. You've been a great host, but it's time for us to go. Cordy, Major Carter should have the control device put back together by now. Shall we?"

"We shall." And the two shimmered away.

"Personal transporters. Got to give those kids points for style." Was O'Neill's observation.
