Chapter Eleven: Lucifer and his "Master Plan"

February 23rd, 2018

The Bunker

Lebanon, Kansas

Morning/Afternoon

Dean moaned as Cas blew him. It is a rare morning where they both wake up like this, and Castiel uses the opportunity to blow Dean into oblivion. Something about the way that Castiel does this just makes Dean literally explode with pleasure. Dean's hands are resting under his head, he's looking down at his Angelic boyfriend, blowing him. Their eyes meet, Castiel in between his legs, cock in his mouth, lips red, eyes blown out, and sex hair. If the Hunter said that he didn't have a photo on his phone of Castiel like this, he would be lying. It's encrypted of course, but he still has one. For the times where he just needs to jerk himself off. Cas runs his hands up Dean's legs, up over his hips, up his toned torso, to his nipples, teasing them, before bringing his hands back down, massaging his butt, and legs and… this is Heaven… the Hunter thinks to himself, never having been to Heaven, this is what he imagines that his will be like. He sees one of Cas' hands disappear into the Angel's boxers, obviously getting a grip on himself, whilst also still blowing Dean. That sight right there, is what causes him to come, shooting into Cas' mouth, gripping at the sheets as he lets it all go, before calming down as he returns to earth from his high. Castiel crawls up his still naked body, pressing himself against the Hunter, and kissing him, legs either side, to straddle the man beneath him. Dean feels himself getting hot again, seeing Cas tenting for him, makes him so hot for the Angel. Dean whispers that he wants Cas to jerk himself off for him, and the Angel pulls back, sitting back against Dean's legs [and his cock which takes an interest again], removing his boxers, so that he's now straddling Dean, his cock erect in front of the Hunter, Dean using all his willpower to not touch the beautiful specimen in front of him, groaning when Cas grips himself. Dean's hands go to Cas' thighs, the closest he can get without touching what he really wants too. The Angel uses slow movements on his penis, every stroke, he softly grinds himself against Dean, feeling the hardness grow beneath him again. One thing that he has come to love so much, is just watching Castiel do this. Only for him. The Angel's movements get faster as he drives himself to climax. Dean's hands are rubbing his thighs, he can feel Dean's erection against his arse crack, and grinds against it as he moves his hand up and down on his own erection, the other hand teasing at a nipple. Cas' grinding gets faster, Dean presses a finger into his crack, caressing the hole, and Cas moans as he comes, all over Dean, shooting right up to his face, the Hunters eyes widen, as if he's just tasted something amazing for the first time. The Angel collapses onto the body of his Hunter boyfriend, both needing a moment to calm themselves down again… especially before Gabriel shows up.

After their morning sex, Castiel and Dean get up, shower, dress, and head towards the library. When they enter the room, it's full of people. Jody, the girls, Charlie, Bobby, Mary, some other Hunters that they know… Garth and his wife, and their small pack… they're all gathered around, listening as Michael is debriefing them. Dean moves over to Sam, whispers to ask his brother what is going on, but Sam just shooshes him, and points to Michael, who is glaring at the eldest Winchester brother. Dean rolls his eyes but picks up one of the files on the table. Claire locates Castiel, hugging him tightly. Dean obverses the conversation, but can't make out what they're saying, although she's probably telling him to stop being stupid, because she punched his arm, and that's usually what follows that action. Castiel rubs his arm where Claire punched him, before hugging her. Dean looks away when Michael calls his name, asking him why he was late. Dean clears his throat and holds up another piece of paper that he had printed last night, you know… just in case Michael asked him and he had to deflect so that he isn't smote by the Archangels for you know… fucking their little brother… although Dean wouldn't call it 'fucking'. He loves Cas. It's not just fucking to him. Michael raises an eyebrow at him, taking the piece of paper from Dean, glancing at it, before handing it to Elay, who nods to the Hunter, and hands the paper to Lucifer. Each of the Archangels look at the paper that Dean had brought with him, Sam watches them, confused, asking his brother what was on that piece of paper. But he never gets the answer because Michael calls them all to attention. He begins his spiel by explaining what is happening. The Rogues, how they're after The List, how Castiel is the last Called. How dangerous this is going to be. He offers for those who do not want to be involved, to leave, he will understand. No one does. No one leaves. No one. Michael grins, clapping his hands together, before continuing. He tells them that if they're working with Team Free Will, they're working with the Archangels, they're working with Lucifer. If they're not okay with that, they are welcome to leave now. Again, no one does, Lucifer stands tall in between two of the other Hunters, smirking, but still, no one leaves. Again, Michael gives them another out. He gives them opportunity to save their lives, the lives of those they love… and again… no one leaves. Michael thanks them all for coming to help them, thanks them for standing up and fighting, and then hands the reigns over to Gabriel who explains what is going on, and what they're going to need. After the meeting, it's all stations go. Most of the other Hunters leave, having been assigned to differed states and territories, asking to track and report and not to engage. Once all the jobs have been handed out, those who are left in the Bunker are the Winchesters, the Archangels, Castiel, Jack, Charlie, Bobby, Jody, and the girls.

'So, who is ready to kick some Rogue Angel butt?' Donna asked, slapping her hand down on the table, making Michael jump slightly at the unexpected sound

'Definitely not you. Not yet. You can't just walk up to an Angel and fight them like a human. You must think like they do. If they get a hand on you, you're gone. Just… like… that…' Gabriel says with a click of his fingers, as to prove a point, making a pen disappear from the table, Donna's eyes go wide and she's gaping now

'Don't scare them Gabe. We need their help. We will train you. Train you to think like an Angel does. To fight like an Angel does. If we're going to have any chance of getting people out of this alive, that is essential. Now, Lucifer is going to take you through a quick rundown of Angels, feel free to ask him questions… he'll be happy to answer them… won't you bro?' Elay asked, slapping his shoulder as he left the Library, Lucifer's fear quickly turning to smug satisfaction

'Sure. Anything you want to know, I'm over a billion years old. I've seen it all,' Lucifer said, leading Jody and the girls out of the library, Sam quickly following on Dean's cue.

Down in the training room, Claire was the first to ask questions of Lucifer. Like, how he became who he is, and why he did what he did. The Devil paused in the middle of the hallway, Sam stepped up behind Claire, as Lucifer looked down at the young Huntress, smirking at her. He clasped his hands together and told her that he… unlike his brothers and sisters, didn't see the world the way his father wanted him too. He saw the pain. The suffering. The anguish. He knew of the humans, and their affinity for choosing the wrong path, for choosing things that were… evil. He didn't want to bow down to humans as his superior. He didn't want to worship at their feet. Claire didn't break eye contact with Lucifer, he smirked at her. Sam told Lucifer to get on with it, they have things to do. Standing, the Archangel rounded on the girls, asking them what they though the world had become. None of them answered, they all knew anyway. Lucifer smirked at them, asking them if they really thought that this world, the world they have fought so hard to save, was really worth what God had put it through. What he had put humanity through. Turning away from them, Lucifer told them about his life. His brothers, who had been so close at one point, but had turned against him the minute he questioned his father. The minute he chose to use Free Will. What his father had designed for the Humans, the Angels were not allowed to use. He asked Claire what she thought of Sam, and she answered honestly, Lucifer explained that he and Dean had long been prophesised in Heaven. That ancestors of Cain and Abel would come to be and would die fighting each other. Yet, Heaven had been surprised by the stubbornness that the Winchesters had employed. By the… hope. Claire looked over at Sam, who was glaring at Lucifer, who was smirking again. Then his eyes darkened slightly, Sam moved to go to Claire, Lucifer raised his hand, and told them all that he wants to kill the Rogues. He doesn't want to hurt anyone, or anything else… just the Rogues. He wants Solomon gone. He wants them all gone. That is why he needed them to believe him. To fight with him. Claire asked him if he sees good, if he knows the difference, but Lucifer just pushed open the door to the training room and gestured for them to enter. They did, Sam patting Lucifer's shoulder and whispering that he's 'doing good'. He hid the smile, closing the door behind them. The stories that had been told over the years, had been warped into many different things. No one had ever seen this side of Lucifer. No one had ever stood beside him and fought for the same cause, and maybe it would have gone to his head, if Elay wasn't around to keep him grounded. Do they trust him? No, of course not, that would be foolish. But they tolerate him enough to know that he won't turn against them… not yet anyway… the common goal of eliminating the Rogues is what keeps them on the same path.

Back upstairs, Gabriel was grilling Dean about why he was late to the meeting this morning. Castiel wasn't being very helpful, in fact, Dean had it all worked out, stating that he had been researching last night, and this morning, he printed off everything he found, but that it took longer than expected, because he slept late. He knows that Gabriel knows. Gabriel knows everything. He's been trying to let them be, but he just can't stop that Trickster part of himself from wanting to mess with Dean for having relations with his little brother. The Hunter stood his ground, arms crossed, forcing Gabriel to back off a little. The Archangel raised his hands in surrender, nodding his head and stepping back. Castiel was frowning at a book when the two approached him. Dean asked why he was glaring at a book, and Gabriel moved around to stand on Cas' right side, to see what he was looking at as well. It was described at the 'Implosion of the Chosen'. The event described what had almost happened to Castiel in Tacoma last week, but in this, the Angel chose to implode, taking out every other Angel in the vicinity. It was, essentially, a remote smiting. Usually, an Angel must lay a hand on it's subject to smite it. It you're an Archangel, you may be able to do it if you're close by and can click your fingers. But this… this talks about being able to do it from the other side of the world. Gabriel ran his finger over one of the lines in the book, asking Dean if Cas' eyes had glowed on that day in Tacoma, and Dean nodded. Castiel was frowning again. Solomon was not that powerful. He couldn't have done something like that from a distance. He had to have been in Tacoma. Having said this out loud, Dean realised something as well. That the Shapeshifter they were following, had been killing the people it impersonated, but that the body's had their eyes burnt out… classic sign of smiting by Angels. Kicking a chair, Dean angrily proclaimed that Solomon had been the shifter, that he had been right there, right under their noses… and Gabriel claimed that he may have been 'closer than they thought…' nodding to Mary, who smiled at the boys as she entered the room. Dean shook his head, angrily threatening Gabriel against what he was thinking. But the Archangel, ever stronger than the Human, threw Dean off him, and ran over to Mary, testing her with a shifter test. She passed… this time. But he asked her if she had been with Castiel, and the boys when they were in Tacoma, and Cas had almost imploded. She tilted her head to the side, thinking for a moment, before stating that she had woken up late, in the hotel room, but her cell phone was missing. Dean's eyes widened, realising that the entire time they were with 'Mary' she was the shifter… she was the Angel… it was Solomon impersonating their mother. Mary sat down, rubbing her forehead.

'We know that Solomon is powerful, but he's not powerful enough to attempt this, and most likely, he has no idea about this,' Gabriel said, referring to the page in the book

'That's why he shifted into mom. To get into the Bunker. To get to this book,' Dean said, looking at Mary, who was gaping now

'Yes, that would be my understanding of it as well. But something went wrong. When he tried to smite Castiel, something went wrong, and he disappeared. The words that Castiel had muttered Ecklat fowrar nestest Solomon, he was trying to warn you that Solomon was nearby. After Solomon heard Castiel spouting that in Enochian, he ran away. That is why Mary didn't remember anything from the case, and that is why he shifted into her,' Gabriel said, Mary shivered from the story

'We have to test everyone that comes here. Every single person who walks through the doors of the Bunker, we test them. For demonic possession, for everything. We got way too close in Tacoma, I don't want that happening again. That's what you were about to tell us before Angel Radio kicked in. You were going to tell us that you thought the shifter wasn't really a shifter,' Dean said to Cas, who nodded, apologising for not getting there in time.

'Not your fault Cas, and it's not your fault either mom. Now that we know, we can deal with it. Gabriel, any luck in tracking Solomon yet?' Dean asked, opening his laptop as the Archangel approached the older brother.

The Bunker

Lebanon, Kansas

Morning/Afternoon

The others had been filled in on what Gabriel had discovered yesterday, and Sam was baffled. He told them that he had had a weird conversation with who he thought was Mary, about lore books, and the Bunker, but Sam had brushed it off, told his "mother" to stop acting weird, then he got distracted by the case. Dean filled in the blanks, telling Sam about the Enochian phrase that Cas had been muttering, how it was warning them that Solomon was nearby. Literally next to them… he had shifted into Mary. He had led them on a wild goose chase, just so he could get into their good books… literally. Jack had gotten mad at himself, for not realising what the Enochian meant, he just thought that it was babbling, because Cas was trying to keep himself calm, but he should have relayed what he knew it to be upfront. Dean patted his shoulder, told him it wasn't his fault, that they wouldn't have been able to stop Solomon anyway… and Jack asked then if it would have been because he was shifted as their mother… Dean sighed, turning around he hit his palm against the wall, and nodded. Jack nodded in reply, stating that he wouldn't have been able to either. He had been with Mary most of the time in Tacoma, apart from that morning. That morning he had left early to go for a run, and when he got back, Mary wasn't there. So, he just went to find the boys. Jody and the girls had spent most of yesterday training with Lucifer, which Claire admitted was 'interesting'. Castiel had tested them, asking them to fight him, as they would if he were a threat, and apart from almost killing Alex, things had gone well. Castiel was impressed that they knew as much as they did in the small amount of time that Lucifer had collaborated with them, and Claire promised that she would 'go easy on him next time they're fighting', causing Castiel to laugh. It was a nice moment, then the girls had left to return to Sioux Falls, where Bobby was coordinating Hunters in that area in the Rogues Hunt. Lucifer and Elay had gone to help with training, whilst Michael remained in Kansas with the others. Claiming that he is their muscle, and Elay is the other muscle. Gabriel asked his brother how he and Elay were going, now that they know about each other, now that they are back together, and Michael explained that they're 'getting there.' They have many differences, including the fact that Elay is more in tune with his humanity than Michael has ever been. Sean had been adamant that he wanted to go with Elay, but Dean had convinced him to stay at the Bunker because he's human and not an idiot. Michael had been enthralled by the fact that Elay was married to a human, and had been getting to know Sean, which was surprising for everyone, but most surprising for Sean, who had been ready to either die fighting, or just die. But neither happened, and Michael learned some things about humanity that he didn't already know.

Something else that happened, as the afternoon rolled around, Gabriel had been working with Sam on some leads, when the taller brother had received a phone call from who Gabriel could only assume was his girlfriend, when the name Eileen Lahey flashed on the phone screen, and Sam scrambled to answer, quickly leaving the room. Smirking, the Archangel, ever the annoying Trickster, when to play a joke on Sam, but stumbled across something else. His little brother being ridden, by a horny Hunter. Dean had made the mistake of having Castiel in the middle of the small Den, rather than going to their bedroom, where the door locked, so he was both surprised, and not surprised, when Gabriel appeared in the doorway, shouting something in Enochian, and causing him to dive for cover, finding something to cover both himself and Castiel, who was angrily shouting Enochian at his brother, who was smirking, dodging the things that Cas was throwing at him, and laughing manically as he ran from the room. The moment ruined, Castiel and Dean re-dressed, sharing soft kisses and apologies, and promises to 'pick up where they left off later', before exiting the room. Dean desperately wanted to just punch Gabriel in his smug, Archangel, Trickster face. But he didn't. He didn't because he doesn't want to be that person. By the time the three men had returned to the library, Sam was already back, his conversation with Eileen noticeably short. She is helping them out with the Rogues, but she's in Santa Barbara right now, working on a different case as well, but Sam had called her to check in, and had given her the information she would need. If not for her to help them out, then at least for her to stay safe. Sam smirked when Gabriel whispered that he had 'cockblocked their brothers', looking over at Dean, who was muttering things under his breath and glaring at the Archangel, and then at Sam when the younger Winchester made stupid noises. Castiel, on the other hand, was blushing and quickly left the room after the comments. Things were mostly quiet, until about two o'clock. At that time, Jack came bolting into the library, shouting that something was happening, and that Michael had contacted him, asking them to prepare themselves. Castiel came running into the room as well. The Bunker began to shake, like something was trying to get in. Lucifer and Elay appeared, followed by Michael and Gabriel. Jack closed his eyes, fighting against the force trying to get inside, calling out words in Enochian. Suddenly, the shaking stopped, the Angels were knocked to the ground, there was silence. Too much silence. Then the screeching, like the first time Castiel had tried to talk to Dean. Jack threw his hands into the air, palms up, facing each side of the Bunker, opening his eyes to reveal the golden glow as he fought against whatever it was.

'Nami, warack narg gondoing rehe,' Gabriel was listening, then he shouted to them to stop in Enochian [something that Sam knew]. It stopped again, Gabriel stood up

'Vrope sreflrousy,' he said in Enochian again, then disappeared

'What the hell was that?' Dean asked, Sam ran to check the warding, just in case something had been broken against Jack's hold

'This is Nanami. She is an Angel, and she wants to help us. I have blindfolded and bound her, so that you can run all your tests, but I assure you, she is just an Angel,' Gabriel said, sitting the young woman who the Angel was possessing down in the chair

'Please, I know things about the Rogues. I do not want to hurt people anymore. I want to help,' Nanami said, and Castiel exclaimed that she is a Rogue… Sam wanted to interrogate her, so Gabriel took her downstairs to the dungeon, against the wishes of Castiel and Dean.

The Bunker

Lebanon, Kansas

Afternoon/Evening

Sam had been talking with Nanami. All the tests had proven that she is, indeed, an Angel, but that she is also telling the truth about no longer wanting to kill people. She had told Sam and Dean that she found out about the Bunker from listening to one of their conversations a few months ago, before the Rogues became a threat, and that it was this one in Lebanon, but that she couldn't get in, as they had warded it heavily against outside forces. Sam lamented that the warding was 'doing its job', and Nanami chuckled, nodding to herself. Sam wanted to know why she had chosen now to come forward and ask to join the cause against the people who had given her everything she has. Nani explained that she learned recently, of the casualties of this war, of what it's going to do, and that she discovered that the man she loves had been murdered by Solomon, to get her to join him. She had tried to kill him and had almost been killed. She wants Solomon dead, and she knows that doing it on her own isn't going to get her anywhere. Dean asks how they can trust her, and Castiel, who had been leaning against the doorframe read the girl's mind. He spoke something in Enochian, and she nodded. The Angel sighed, telling the brothers that she's telling the truth, that she wants to be on their side, that he can't sense any deception in her. Sam asks her to explain herself more, tell them where the Rogues base is located, but she doesn't know. Honestly, she doesn't. She never saw their main headquarters, she was in Oregon, but that is all she knows. Dean asks her what she knows about Solomon, and she tells the eldest Winchester brother that he's not someone to be messed with, and if they're going to mess with him, they better be ready. After the interrogation, they let Nanami go, and Elay took her to meet with Lucifer and Gabriel, leaving the Winchesters, Jack, and Castiel at the Bunker, twiddling their thumbs. Once again, the humans are left waiting on the Angels. Solomon is getting stronger the longer they're all sitting around doing nothing. Dean asked Sam if he knows anything about Rogues in Oregon, but he shook his head. There hadn't been any Supernatural events that had made the news anyway. Castiel couldn't sense anything that was happening in Oregon, he's not powerful enough, and today, his wings are hurting him more than usual. He just wants to go back to bed. Dean, sensing that something else was going on with Cas, told the Angel to go and relax in their room. Cas nodded, rolling his shoulders as he moved silently through the Bunker, to the bedroom that he and Dean share with each other. Sam asked Dean what was going on with Cas, but the older brother changed the subject, asking Jack to find all the information that he can on Nanami, and asked Sam to find some way for them to understand all the Enochian gibberish that the Angels were spouting. Sighing, the taller brother turned back to his laptop, whilst Dean escaped to his room, where he walked in on Cas, half naked, lying on his stomach. The black and blue bruise looked to be worse.

Dean closed the door, and crawled on the bed, kneeling carefully on Cas' legs, running his hands up the Angel's back, kneading softly to begin with, smirking at the moan that escaped Cas' mouth, as the Angel rolled his shoulders again, enjoying the feeling of Dean massaging him. The Hunter pressed his thumbs into two areas that were particularly sore for Cas, unable to head Cas' warning, before he was thrown back against the bedroom door. Cas was profusely apologising, but Dean couldn't hear it, he was staring at the two large wings that had escaped from their tiny hiding spot and had now filled the bedroom. Dean moved forward slowly, carefully extending his hand. When his palm hit the top of the wing, it fluttered beneath the touch, and he watched Castiel as his eyes closed, his breathing evened out, and he looked… peaceful. Dean slowly, and carefully ran his hand up and down the damaged wing of his boyfriend. As he was doing this, he noticed a feather, growing back in front of his eyes. Cas opened his eyes, asking Dean if he's okay. The Hunter asked if he was okay, with him doing this, and the Angel just stared at the Hunter for a moment, before nodding. He explained how sore his back has been because he hasn't been able to let his wings out. Dean scolded him, telling him that he can let them out whenever he wants, and Castiel smirks, thanking Dean, as his feathers fluttered as Dean's hand ran over them. Whilst the Hunter rubbed Cas' back, the Angel told Dean about the Wings of the Angels, how sacred and personal they are. To show them to a human, is a sign of loyalty, and trust. Dean reminded Castiel of the first time he flared his wings at him, but Castiel chuckled, shaking his head. What he had shown to Dean, had been the shadow of his wings. What he is seeing now, is the real manifestation. Something he's never seen before, regardless of how many times he's looked at Castiel over the years. Dean suddenly caught on to the meaning behind Cas' words, the Angel just nodding before he could say anything. Michael may have accidentally healed his wings, but he's going to be glad when they're back, although he's also kind of scared of what that will mean. Dean spent the rest of the night just wrapped in Cas' wing, softly stroking along the feathers that had already grown back. The binding on his wrist sparkled as his fingers stroked a feather, the navy blue, offset by the gold border was magical. Sam then decided to intrude on the moment, walking into Dean's room as if he was just welcome to do that, spouting off something about Angels and Oregon. Dean felt the wings tense up around him, but Castiel shook his head, telling Dean that Sam can't see them, he is the only human who he trusts to be able to see his wings. Sam took a seat at Dean's desk, the large book on his lap, smiling as he looked up at Castiel and Dean, practically curled together. Unbeknownst to Sam, Dean was surrounded by two very large, still healing, but beautiful navy blue and gold lined wings of his Angel.

'I found what Nani was talking about. Solomon has been busy since the last time Cas saw him, and it's not only in Tacoma. He's been in Oregon, where he recruited at least five people, one of them was Nani,'

'Is there a pattern forming?' Cas asked, slightly leaning forwards, his wings fluttering behind Dean as he did, the older brother gaping as he watched them, looking like a complete idiot to Sam

'Ah… no. It doesn't look like it. Although, there is just something…. There must be something we're not seeing. Could there be any way that Solomon has the List? Because Nani said that she was destined to be a Vessel?' Sam asked, watching as his brother looked like he was patting the air

'Sam, the only way that Solomon could get the names on that list, is if he went in my head, and to do that, he'd need the Angel tuning rods that Crowley used on Samandriel and… well you/Gadreel. I haven't had my head messed with since Naomi messed with it five years ago, and I don't plan on a repeat. So, no Sam, there is no way that Solomon could have the List,' Castiel said, his wings flaring with his frustration, calmed by Dean's soft touch

Lucifer, Nani, Gabriel, Michael, and Elay stood on the corner of a darkened street in Philadelphia. It's not like that's creepy or anything, it's just that in the cover of darkness, people won't ask as many questions. What they have observed since they have been standing here, is that in their current location, they have seen at least seven Angels. For whatever reason, those seven have not sensed that they are here, and they're all powered down enough to not draw a lot of attention to themselves, yet they think that perhaps they should be. They need the attention… or Lucifer does anyway. Elay places a hand on his brother's shoulder, silently telling him to stay, but the words come across loud and clear in Lucifer's mind, as he shrugs the hand off, and turns back to Gabriel. The light above them flickers, then goes off. The five Angels each draw their respective blades, holding them in case something happens. Michael looks at Lucifer, wondering how he got his Archangel blade back, but he doesn't get the answer to the question, as out of nowhere, they are attacked by three Angels. Gabriel overpowers one, and Michael and Elay overpower the other two. They ask about what their mission is here, but none of the Angels talk. Nani tells them to check their shoulders, but above the blade, Gabriel moves the side of one's jacket out of the way and sees a symbol. Nani pushes her shirt to the side, revealing the same symbol. Solomon followers. She nods, looking over at Michael, who pulls the Angel to his feet, asking him what he thinks he's doing, turning against all that their father created, all that humanity has done. The one that Michael is currently holding by the collar of his shirt, says something in Enochian. Gabriel recognises it as some kind of summoning line and clicks his fingers. The three Angels immediately light up, before burning out, their vessels lifeless on the ground beneath them. Gabriel kicks the garbage can nearest to him. He hadn't wanted the vessel to die. Lucifer snaps his fingers, and the bodies disappear. He tells Gabriel that they need to leave, but none of them are able to get away before five more Angels appear. Putting his grief aside, Gabriel once again, draws his blade. Lucifer smirks, making some crack about them 'already having tried this', to which he pretends to get into a fighting stance, and points at one of the Angels, before motioning for him to 'come at him'. Nani fighting alongside them, somehow breaks the binding that Solomon had put on her, and she feels the slight twinge as the mark on her shoulder disappears. Elay, distracted by this happening, is caught off guard by two of the Angels, who flank him, sending blades into his vessels body, causing him momentary pain. He doesn't want to harm the vessels, but the Archangel in him takes over, and he smites the two that stabbed him, whilst healing himself. Seeing the power that Elay has, sends the other three Angels running, but Michael snaps his fingers, and they vanish.

Michael knew that they would need more Angel power. He's not strong enough to return Raphael or Zachariah from The Empty, nor is he strong enough to create more Archangels on his own. For that, they would need Chuck, but they know that he's not going to help them, he knows that deep down, they're on their own. But he still believes. Or at least, deludes himself enough to think that Chuck gives a modicum of a shit. Elay is the one who makes Michael realise two truths. The first one, is that for all his spiel about being the favourite son, and worshiping his father, the man has done nothing for them. The second truth he realises, is that from where they're standing now, the five Angels realise that they're up against something much bigger than just some rebellious half-arsed Angels. Solomon has them all bound with the symbol that was on Nani's shoulder. He has them basically on his beck and call. Gabriel closes his eyes, sensing Castiel (even though he knows that it won't work because Castiel has warded himself against all Angels, and the only way to contact him, is if you know where he is, like Gabriel does), the Archangel sends a message to his brother in the Bunker, explaining about the marks, and the bindings, and how they were practically ambushed by at least eight of Solomon's Angels in Philadelphia. Michael turns to Elay, his twin, and asks him what they should do now. How they need to proceed. Because sure, there are four Archangels here, and together, fully powered, they could destroy most of the world, but the Rogues are the true threat, and they're going to need their own force of Angels, the ones who still believe in Heaven, still believe in their father's work. Michael can sense the shift in Lucifer before the Devil has even opened his mouth to speak. Elay raises a hand in front of Michael, shaking his head, looking at Lucifer who slowly turns to look at them, making some smart remark about none of the Angels having faith in their father, and that he warned them that that would happen. That the minute things got tough… Chuck got going. Nani broke through the tirade between Michael and Lucifer, called them 'immature little children', smirking at the look on Lucifer's face when she said those words, before explaining that she knows of some Angels, just like her, who wanted the world that Solomon had created, but had grown tired of the constant plights, just like she did. Lucifer turned to her, asking her how many of them wanted to switch sides, and if they would be willing to burn off their bindings as well. Nani wants peace in Heaven. That is what she wants. The Rogues will never let that happen. Gabriel gave her the look that simply said 'elaborate', and she sighed. Nani moved over to a seat on the side of the path and sat down. Lucifer sat down beside her, Elay on her right side, and Michael and Gabriel standing in front of her, arms crossed, looking down, asking her to share with them the information that she has, because it's important.

'There are about forty of us, who realised the truth behind what Solomon was doing, and left. We went into hiding, because if he found us, he would no doubt kill all of us. The bindings are there so that he has some control, but they can be broken, like mine did, when you completely lose sight of Solomon's plight. They may be willing to work with us, they'll definitely work with the Winchesters, but you'll have a hard time convincing them to work with Lucifer,' she said, looking at the Archangel on her left, who just flash that stupid grin at her

'I'm very charming when I need to be sister. Don't worry about that. Besides, I have something they all want,' Lucifer said, standing and walking away slightly, smirking back at them, the others rolling their eyes

'Oh, and what is that, Luci? What do you have that they all want?' Gabriel asked, shaking his head

'A plan on how-to take-out Solomon and rid the world of the Rogues… once and for all,' the Devil said, clapping his hands together, then smiling again… Michael really wants to punch that smile off his brother's face.

The Bunker

Lebanon, Kansas

Midday

The plan was completely insane, and one hundred percent not happening. Lucifer had returned to the Bunker, two days after the confrontation in Philadelphia, to fill the others in on what had happened, and where they've been. He explained to them his idea, of how to get rid of the Rogues, and of course, the Winchesters were having a field day with the plan. Castiel and Jack were the only ones who could see the reason behind it, which just infuriated the Winchester brothers even more, when Castiel agreed with the devil. Not something he ever thought he would do… ever… but in this case, Lucifer's plan might actually work. Dean volunteered Satan to be the one to execute it then, because it was his plan, but Lucifer shook his head, stating that they've recruited some other Angels, and they can use one of them to carry out the plan. Realising then, what was happening, Castiel stood up, Dean saw the flaring of the Seraph's wings, threatening to dismember the Devil if he put innocent Angels at risk for a long shot. Lucifer rolled his eyes, asking these people to have faith in him, is like asking them to build a brick wall using a wrecking ball. Castiel knows how Lucifer ticks, he knows what Lucifer thinks. The Devil has literally possessed him… looking down at the Angel before him, Lucifer takes a moment, before placing two fingers to Castiel's forehead, watching as the Angel just falls to the ground, holding his head as the voices get too loud. Shouting over the voices, Lucifer explains to Castiel what his plan is, showing the Seraph through the visions that play over the voices. Dean and Sam are rooted to the spot, being held there by Lucifer, whilst Jack kneels beside his chosen father, making sure that he's alright. Finally, when the voices subside, and Lucifer releases his holds on everyone, Castiel stands up, nodding to them that he thinks maybe they should hear him out. Jack, who had also seen the vision, agrees and the Winchesters share a look with each other, before Sam shrugs, and Dean throws his hands in the air, before stating that he's going to 'get a beer'. Lucifer grins that stupid grin, and Sam rolls his eyes, moving into the library, whilst Castiel leans against the wall of the Bunker, Jack beside him, asking him if he's alright. Lucifer knows that the plan is a long shot, and he knows that a regular Angel, someone of Castiel's power level won't be able to completely wipe out all of the Rogues, but if they need someone to implode and get them out of harm's way, if they're surrounded, then the book that the boys have in the library should give them enough information to rig up their own ticking time implosion. Sure, Lucifer might take a slight satisfaction in seeing the small, pathetic Angels completely giving into his plan and doing what he wants them too, but he also knows that Solomon won't be expecting it… and if he can wipe that smug look off his brother's face… then he will, and he'll do it with his own smug look. The one he wears so well.

There was, however, a part of the plan that Lucifer had failed to mention to the Winchester brothers, and that is that it would require the sacrifice of the Chosen One. Gabriel couldn't stop himself from punching Lucifer when he realised what the Devil was talking about. Michael had to hold them back from each other, to prevent them from killing one another, and neither of them could imagine what would have happened had he let the fight continue. Gabriel moved back over, to stand by the wall closest to the hallway, allowing himself to think about the consequences, and how they could possibly get out of this situation. It was unlike Gabriel, to be thinking this hard about something like this, but he knows how important Castiel is to everyone here, and telling them that Castiel is the catalyst, is like telling them how to walk. It's stupid, mostly because they already know that… and Castiel will do it. He will sacrifice himself for the greater good of humanity. He will sacrifice himself to save the Winchesters because that is his destiny. His destiny was to save Dean from Hell, so that he and Sam could save the world, and it will happen again. Gabriel knows that as well as the other angels. But he can't let it happen this time. Castiel, the Fearless Warrior. The one who saved them all numerous times. The one who has made mistakes but has ultimately tried to make up for everything that he has done, by fighting against the evils of the world. Gabriel can't let Cas do this, so he tells the others not to say anything, tells them to lie, say that he is the one who needs to take the responsibility, that he is the one who will take out all the Rogues. Lucifer rolls his eyes, pretending to gag at the humanity rolling off his brother, but Michael and Elay nod in agreeance with the plan. When the Winchesters get back, Lucifer tells them the plan, then adds that Gabriel will need to be the one, The Chosen One, to implode and take them all out. He's powerful enough to do it, and he could survive it, if he has the right training, and buffs up his powers some more. Castiel senses deception from his brothers, glaring at the two of them, but neither are looking at him. Dean asks what they need to do to set everything up, but Gabriel shakes his head, exclaiming that it's a plan 'for another time'. Dean rolls his eyes, but heads into the library with his beer and laptop, placing both down on the table. Castiel is still standing in the War Room, arms crossed glaring at Lucifer, who moves into the library, ignoring the look on his brothers faces, sitting down at one of the tables, picking up a book. Gabriel shakes his head, begging Castiel not to ask any questions, then leaves the room as well.

'What is this so-called plan?' Castiel asks Elay, before the Archangel can disappear

'All in good time brother, all in good time,' he replied, turning to leave the room

'Elay… Gabriel is lying, isn't he?' Castiel asked, watching as Elay looked at Michael, who shrugged, exiting the room as well

'All in good time brother,' was all he said, then left the room.
