Now we are closer to the
Sports Festival arch and I
have to ask, who should
Tomomi fight in the Fesitval?
for now, people from different
classes only. ...
Also, a crush is way different
from loving someone and
Tomomi will be the one to realize
her crush on Bakugou way sooner than
he will acknowledge his feelings
I just think it would be cute to
see her attempt to show she has
a crush on him and he's oblivious
at first.
( by the way, to get a feel of how
Tomomi's hair looks when it's wavy,
It looks exactly like Eri's hair, the middle
part and loose waves, just to let you know )
Listen to the song CRUSH by Tessa Violet
That is literally Bakugou and Tomomi's
theme song. ( amongst other songs )
When Tomomi and Shoto got home from school, she did her homework and then decided to do a little research. Which consisted of her watching a multitude of romantic comedy movies in the living room. She was unfamiliar with the feeling of romance and having crushes but she wanted to know why she seemed to always feel her heart beat fast whenever he was around her...
Or why she seemed to catch herself staring into his volcanic red eyes longer than a friend should. She knew what a crush was but she didn't know how to deal with these feelings. She learned how to make friends through movies, surely she can learn what to do with a crush the same way.
Fuyumi walked into the living room as she fixed her glasses. She paused when she saw her younger sister glued to the tv. There was a familiar high school romcom playing. Tomomi looked as if she was analyzing the actor's every moves. From the shy glances and smiles to the gift exchanges. It was honestly so cute to her to she Tomomi so curious about something like that.
She often forgot how much she missed out as a child because of their father.
"Hey, Icyhead, whatcha watching?" Fuyumi asked, sitting next to her on the couch. Icyhead was an old and cutesy nickname Fuyumi gave to her and it stuck within the family ever since.
"I don't get it." Tomomi mumbled, sighing as she sat back. "It's not telling me anything I need to do."
"What is?" The older sister asked, wondering what was on her mind.
"I have been feeling...strange lately." Tomomi confessed. "And it only happens when I'm around Katsuki-chan."
Fuyumi slowly started to smile after hearing those words. It all made sense. The romcom, the slight blush on her face. Her baby sister has a crush on this Katsuki kid and she doesn't know how to handle it.
"Awww, somebody's been bitten by the love bug~" She teased, poking her cheek. "You're experiencing your first ever crush, Icyhead."
"Crush?" Tomomi questioned, thinking about it. So that's why I have mini heart attacks around him?
"Does that mean I love him?" She asked, looking at her older sister with curiosity. "I think I'm too young for that.
"No, no sweetie." Fuyumi corrected. "It just mean you really like him. Maybe that like goes beyond friendship but it's not love yet. A romantic gesture, yes but you gotta like someone before you love them. That's how it works."
Tomomi understood now. So her crush on Katsuki was evident but she didn't love him yet. But what if this feeling was temporary? Would she be hurting him in the process? How does she show him her crush on him?
"What am I supposed to do, though?"
Another smile slowly graced her lips after she asked that. And something told Tomomi that she might regret it.
The next day came along like a silver bullet. It felt like Tomomi didn't get enough sleep last night even though she was out like a light as soon as she climbed into bed. All she could think about was what Fuyumi told her in the morning before they left to school.
"Remember, try to be yourself and also, when you catch him staring or glancing at you, tuck your hair behind your ear as if you weren't paying attention to him. I guarantee it will work." Fuyumi instructed as she fixed Tomomi's hair that morning.
She even made up her face a little. Just a little pink tint and mascara. There was hues of light blue around the outer corners of her eyes which looked like eyeshadow, also thanks to her quirk. So makeup was never a thing for her. But as her older sister, and since she always gets excited about bonding with her little sister in anyway she can, she wanted Tomomi to experience her first chance at young love.
"But he might yell at me again." Tomomi mumbled, fiddling with her fingers. "Every time I smile at him, he gets mad at me and I don't know why...Does he not like me?"
"What does he say when he yells at you?" She asked, pausing.
" 'Stop those damn sneak attacks! It's illegal!' " She imitated his voice as best as she could.
'So he DOES like her.' Fuyumi giddily thought, wanting to squeal. It was always cute with how oblivious Tomomi is. Especially when Shoto complains to her that he has to watch every boy in their class because they all think she's beautiful.
The Todoroki curse. Fuyumi knew it would happen. She and Shoto were good looking kids. They were bound to have a few admirers.
"Well, this Bakugou kid would have to an idiot to not like you."
"Good morning, Katsuki-chan~" Tomomi greeted a tiny bit enthusiastic after Bakugou made it to homeroom that morning. Or a little happier than she usually is. Which wasn't much. Given the fact that she tends to keep a neutral face and a cold aura.
Anyone who watched could easily tell she was showing some type of interest in Bakugou. Everyone but Bakugou, of course. Who didn't think much of it as he took his seat next to hers.
He grumbled, not being a morning person at all. "Why are you so damn smiley in the morning, Half and Half Weirdo?" He mumbled, still very much tired and not wanting to be there. "But good morning."
Tomomi smiled softly at him. That meant he was happy to see her, right? "I drew this for you." She said, pulling out a very detailed picture of Bakugou in his hero costume, comicbook style. It was even colored and shaded really nicely.
He had to admit, Tomomi had a very gifted talent in art. Bakugou took the picture and looked all over it. Apart of him was very impressed with it and another part of him wondered why she suddenly decided to draw him. She was surely acting a little out of character today.
"Not bad." Bakugou complimented with a condescending smirk. "You're making me look like even better than I already do."
"I even drew comic books for you and everyone, look." She said, happily pulling out one of her sketch books. The two suddenly got into a quiet conversation about her drawing and even started sitting closer to each other as she showed him all of the comic books she made.
Unbeknownst to them, most of the class were looking right at them.
"They are so cute!" Mina squealed, snapping a photo of the two. "This is so going on social media someday."
"Bakugou must be the luckiest guy in the world." Denki sighed, dreamily. He pouted as he rested his chin on his hand. "He managed to get Tomo-chan's attention effortlessly. Oh, how I wish to be him."
"I think at some point we all wish we were him." Sero added, also pouting a little. "But I must admit, they do somehow look good together."
"Todoroki-kun, does Tomo-neechan act like this when she likes someone?" Asui asked, after tapping his shoulder to get his attention.
"Let's put it this way, Tomo doesn't show her drawings to everyone. Only to those she feels are special." Shoto explained, still glaring at Bakugou. He still didn't like him and he was genuinely being a over protective big brother.
Maybe he was a little jealous also. He had been so used to it being just them two ever since they were kids so to see her suddenly becoming interested in boys, it made him a little jealous knowing that it wasn't gonna always be just the two of them anymore. But no matter how he felt about Bakugou, Tomomi's happiness came first.
And he was always happy to see that she was coming out of her shell more. Class started once Aizawa finally climbed out of his sleeping bag and the rest of the morning went by pretty slowly.
"For today's hero training, it's now a class with three instructors." Aizawa informed the class the next day during hero course. "All Might, me and one other instructor."
"Excuse me, what will we be doing?" Sero asked, raising his hand.
"Disasters, shipwreck, and everything in between, it's rescue training." Aizawa replied. But before he could continue, everyone began chattering away in awe and excitement. "Hey, I'm not done!"
Once everyone silenced, he continued on. "You can decide if you want to wear your costumes or not because there are probably costumes that limit your abilities, too. The training will take place off-campus so we're taking a bus. That is all. Start getting ready."
Tomomi followed the girls to the girls locker room in silence. She wondered what they will they be doing this time. She hoped that it wasn't too tough like the last time.
After everyone got into costume, everyone met at the buses. Iida began taking his Class Rep role very very seriously as the bus doors opened. He made everyone get into a line as he instructed everyone to climb in the bus in a orderly fashion.
Tomomi sat next to Tokoyami near the middle of the bus. He sat on the outer seat while she sat next to the window. Shoto sat in a seat behind her where he laid on the window and fell asleep. He didn't get much sleep the night before and the effects were finally hitting him.
She felt bad because she knew why he sometimes couldn't fall asleep. Like her, he experienced nightmares or fever dreams. Causing him to often bolt out of his sleep and not be able to go back to sleep.
Once the bus ride started, everyone started talking about who would be the most popular heroes once they graduated. Tomomi only listened to bits and pieces of the conversation. Like how Denki said that Bakugou's personality was garbage, making said explosive boy lash out at him. Or how Asui concluded that Shoto and Midoriya would be very popular.
Meaning Bakugou wouldn't because of his personality and quickness to getting angry at every little thing. Which made him yell at her, proving her point.
"I also think Tomo-neechan would be very popular." Asui continued. "She has a strong quirk and she's very popular with the boys. Also, she's role model and she's wicked tatical and smart."
"Obviously, I mean, look at her." Mineta butted in. "She has a very curvaceous body and her looks would get her pass a lot. I wouldn't mind being crush by thi-"
"You finish that sentence, you sticky sack of smashed assholes, and I'll make sure to make grape juice out of your head." Bakugou threatened, letting his hands ignite a little. To show him that he was not playing around.
"We're here, stop messing around!" Aizawa yelled as the bus came to a stop.
"Everyone, I have been waiting for you!" Some guy said as they exited the bus. They all recognized him to be the Space hero, himself. Thirteen.
"It's the Space Hero, Thirteen!" Midoriya exclaimed in complete awe. Uraraka looked at him with the same awestruck expression on her round face. Tomomi even found herself a bit awestrucked. She has drew manga of him many times. You can consider her a fan of him.
"The gentlemanly hero who has rescued tons of people from disaster." The three mumbled as they looked at him, clearly starstrucked.
"Shoto, it's really him." Tomomi whispered, tugging at her brother's costume sleeve.
He couldn't help but to give her a soft amused smile. Tomomi had always been a fan of Thirteen and Miruko. Two of which she had always wanted to meet before. Shoto never really cared about having favorites but he endured it for his sister.
Once they were inside the building, the students were very shocked and amazed by the inside of the place. They were even more shocked to know that Thirteen was the one to make it. "Woah! It looks like Universal Studios Japan!" a student exclaimed.
"It is a training ground I made with different types of accidents, and disasters." Thirteen said "It's called Unforeseen Simulator Joint or U.S.J for short."
"Woah..." Tomomi gasped slightly, looking around the place. "How amazing..."
"Thirteen, where's All Might?" Aizawa asked, walking up to him.
Thirteen chuckled a little nervously while rubbing the back of his head. "About that..." He trailed off.
Tomomi didn't pay no attention as she was still looking at everything. But suddenly, a chill went up her spine and frost bites began to form. That only happened when she was either very very stressed or she felt something was going to happen. And she didn't feel nervous about anything at the moment.
"You okay, Tomo?" Shoto whispered to her, noticing the frost bites over her hands.
Tomomi pushed back those feelings and quickly rubbed the thin frost bites off of her hands before anyone else could notice it. "I don't know, I-"
"Everyone, I'm sure you all are aware of my Quirk, Black Hole." He began. "I can suck up anything and turn it into dust."
Uraraka kept nodding her head vigorously and Tomomi listened diligently, still at awe of his presence.
"You've been able to use that quirk to save people from all kinds of disasters, right?" Midoriya spoke up.
"Yes, but it is a power that could kill easily." Thirteen said, "Some of you also have quirks like that, right?"
Tomomi looked down at her hands, feeling insecure with her quirk. Whenever someone brought up how far she could go with her quirk, even to a deadly measure, she began to feel insecure. But she pushed those thoughts aside and continued to listen.
"In a superhuman society, personal quirks have been certified and regulated, so that doesn't seem to be a problem at first glance," Thirteen explained. "However, please do not forget that there are many quirks that can easily kill with one wrong step. With Aizawa's physical fitness test, you have found out about the possibility of your hidden powers and, with All Might's person-to-person combat training, I think you experienced the dangers of using your powers against each other."
Midoriya and Bakugou couldn't help but look right at Tomomi when he said that. The both of them has seen what she could do and were thoroughly surprised at how strong she can be when in dangerous situations.
The way she held her quirk long enough to block Kaachan's blast was very impressive. Midoriya thought, looking at her hands. He remembered how her body nearly froze over. Her body became so weak after that, he was shocked to see she had fight in her after that. But I can tell she has her limits...and she nearly went over that.
Not gonna lie, that ice punch she gave be nearly broke my jaw. Bakugou thought, having a flashback to that exact moment.
Tomomi quickly delivered a swift punch to his face, her fist covered in solid ice. The punch was so hard, he flew a couple of feet away from them. "That's for nearly hitting me." She sneered at him, glaring right at him.
But even she has limitations, huh? He thought again, remembering how near the end, her body was covered in frost bites.
"This class is a fresh start." Thirteen continued. "You shall learn how to use your quirk to save people's lives, you do not have powers to harm others. I hope you leave here understanding that you have powers in order to help others. That is all. Thank you for listening."
Thirteen ended it with a bow and a graceful smile. Everyone wholeheartedly began to applaud him, cheering and yelling. It was all fun and games for a moment. Until that cold chill hit Tomomi again.
She looked to see her arms were emitting little frost bites at a rapid rate, letting her know that there was something going on. Or something was about to happen. She suddenly looked up to see a strange portal forming.
Something about it felt very serious. So she urgently called to Aizawa.
"Mr. Aizawa! Look!"
Aizawa, along with everyone else, looked to where she was looking. And just like she expected, Aizawa quickly became serious and horror strickened. "GATHER AROUND AND DON'T MOVE!"
Tomomi's heart rate increased the more she tried to stop the frost bites from forming on her skin as, what it looked like, villains were coming out of the portal. "What's that?" Kirishima worriedly asked. "Is this like the entrance exams? Where the test has already started?"
"No, those are real villains." Tomomi mumbled, her eyes widening. Midoriya tried to move forward but Aizawa stopped him. "Don't move!"
All the students suddenly felt the reality of the situation as both teachers suddenly got into defense mode. Those were real villains and they were terrified at the moment. It was truly a adrenaline filled moment for everyone.
Tomomi couldn't stop her heart from beating too fast as the area around her grew cold. She could only pray they make it out alive.
oh shit! we getting close to the sports
festival arc and we have finally arrived
to the attack at usj arc.
which means once the sports festival
arc start, tension between Shoto and
Bakugou will thicken and part of the
reason will be because of Tomomi and
their care for her.
also Tokoyami and Tomomi
seems like they will have the
cutest bro-ship in this story
because of how both are so
calm and collected. They could
quietly judge idiots together.
don't forget to vote and comment
I might do a double update today
if I get a shit ton of comments .
Love you all!
? ンミユ?. ? ンミモ? ンミタ? ンミハ ? ンミヘ ?.?.?
So I have been given
a lot of good ideas for
who Tomomi should
fight during the sports
festival. Some even said
she should fight Shoto,
which might happen since
I like that idea very much
I also like the idea of her
fighting the vine girl because
ice is not the best thing for
plant life and that would be
a good fight.
my friend even suggested
she fights Monoma, because
literally no one in 1-A likes him
anyways and she just wants to see
bakugou get super jealous and
protective if he starts flirting with
her.
so many ideas and its all thanks
to you all. it'll be hard to pick
one.
also I kinda improvised the
part where the students got scatters
in the building by the villains
so that it can fit the story
more. So you'll see more of
what Tomomi can do with her
quirk as a stand alone scene.
Also, I made up a villain just for
her to fight. and i changed the scene
to fit into the story and give it
drama. because we all love drama
here are some headcanons that
will become true or is true about
Tomomi:
- She and Momo are known as the "classy
rich girls of 1-A" and they spend time shopping
and going out for lunch together
- Tokoyami and Tomomi both spend time
bird watching together and meditating.
- Bakugou secretly likes when she
calls him 'Katsuki-chan' he thinks its
cute.
don't be a ghost reader, please. love
you all and happy reading
for next update to come sooner,
i need to see a lot of you spam this
chapter with comments because it's
a long one.
The villains all began making themselves known one by one. The sight made Tomomi's anxiety shoot through the roof. She stood closer to Shoto as the students all huddled behind Thirteen. Aizawa placed on his goggles, getting into a fighting position.
"Thirteen and Eraserhead, huh?" one monsterous creature said, looking around with a sinister gleam in it's eyes. "The teacher's schedule we received the other day said that All Might was supposed to be here. " a Mist looking guy said.
"The trespassing the other day was the work of these scumbags after all, huh?" Aizawa dissed, glaring at there harshly.
"Where is he? I went through the trouble of bringing this whole crowd." The mist guy said again, gesturing to the other villains with a creepy smile. "All Might...the symbol of peace...I can't believe he's not here...I wonder if he'll come if we kill some kids?"
Aizawa's scarf immediately started floating, which looked really scary. Thirteen stood in front of the class, who were scared beyond belief. Tomomi kept feeling her arms emitting cold smoke the more terrified she became. It was then she really understood the reality of the life of a hero.
It was a dangerous one, indeed. Not for the weak minded or weak hearted.
The group of villains started slowly advancing towards the students. Tomomi didn't really hear anyone around her talk as she began thinking rapidly. "Did they only appear here or around the whole school?" Shoto asked, gaining everyone's attention and bringing his twin sister out of her thoughts. "Either way, if the sensors are not responding,"
"That would mean someone let them in willingly." Tomomi finished his sentence. "That means we have a traitor within the school grounds."
No one could believe what the twins concluded but it did make a lot of sense. Especially to Thirteen. Given how the sensors didn't go off, the only logic explanation was that someone had to know how to disable the sensors or they let them in. Which meant they did have a traitor.
"An isolated area, separated from the main campus during a time when class is supposed to be here." Tomomi continued.
"They might be fools but they're not dumb." Shoto finished. "This surprise attack was carefully planned with some sort of goal in mind."
Smart kids, Thirteen thought looking at the twins. He knew who they were. They were children of Endeavor and though he wasn't his biggest fan, he could admire how intelligent his children were. But it made him curious about them.
"Try calling the school. These villains even had something to counteract the sensors." Aizawa said. "It's possible that someone with a radio-wave type power is interfering. Kaminari, you try contacting the school with your quirk, also."
"Yes, sensei." Denki said, looking away from him. Tomomi slightly frowned, noticing his sudden change of mood. Something was really bothering him and she was wondering if she was the only one who noticed it.
"What about you, Mr. Aizawa?" Midoriya asked, looking at how many they came in. He couldn't possibly fight all of them off by himself like that. "Will you fight by yourself?"
"You can't be a hero with just one trick." Aizawa replied, gazing at Midoriya. "I'm leaving it to you, Thirteen."
Thirteen nodded as he watched him run into battle. Three of the villains ran towards him at once only to be stopped due to Aizawa already nullifying their quirks. Which he could do with just one look.
"Idiots! He's Eraser Head! He can erase quirks just by looking at them!" one of them shouted angrily.
Meanwhile, The students of 1-A were instructed to run to the nearest exit. All while they were near the exit, Tomomi noticed that Midoriya was not with the group. "Where's Midoriya?" She mumbled as she looked behind herself. She saw the green haired boy frozen, watching Aizawa fight off three of the villains.
As much as she liked him, now was not the time to analyze a fight between three villains and a hero when they could damn well die if not careful. Sighing, Tomomi broke away from the group and ran back to Midoriya, which didn't go unnoticed by the class.
"Tomo, what are you doing?!" Shoto yelled after her. "Get back here!"
But she ignored him as she caught up to Midoriya. "Midoriya-chan!" She exclaimed, grabbing hold of his hand which brought him back to reality.
"Tomo-chan..."
"We have to go!" She scolded him. "Now isn't the time to observe! Let's go!"
She ran back to the students as she pulled Midoriya with her by the hand, which he had a strong grip on. Once they regrouped, the students almost made it to the exit only to be stopped by that mist using villain, blocking their way.
With a sinister smile, he began reintroducing themselves. "Nice to meet you. We are the League of Villains. It may be presumptuous of us, but we invited ourselves in to the home of heroes, U.A Academy...In order to have All Might, the symbol of peace, take his last breath."
Midoriya gasped, widening his eyes in horror at his words. He kept rambling on about wanting to kill All Might, which was getting rather old to the cryomancer. Does he know how to shut up?
"Has there been some kind of change?" He spoke rather politely. "Well, that's neither here nor there. This is the part I am to play."
Thirteen was about to use his quirk against the guy but both Bakugou and Kirishima ended up attacking first. "Katsu-BAKUGOU!" Tomomi yelled at him for doing something so reckless and probably stupid. She turned pale just thinking either of them could get hurt.
"Did you consider that you'd get beaten by us before you did it?" Kirishima shouted right after Bakugou made a huge explosion, making the entire area get blanketed into a thick storm of dust.
Tomomi couldn't see anyone through the dust but she saw more portals start to form around them. Before she could want the people around her, she was suddenly being dragged into one of them, making her fall to the ground really hard. It was like dark arms just wrapped themselves around her body and began dragging her through the portal.
Her screams caught their attention. "Tomomi!" Shoto shouted, running at top speed. It was then he realized what was dragging her. It were three very long and pitch black tentacles wrapped around her legs and waist. "Tomomi!"
"Wha-" Bakugou looked away to see Tomomi being dragged into one of the portals by the black tentacles. "TOMOMI!" He yelled, running after her.
Just before he or Shoto or even Thirteen could grab her hand and pull her back, Tomomi disappeared into the portal, leaving nothing but an echo of her screaming behind.
Tomomi fell some feet from the air after being dragged into the portal by black tentacles, only to be submerged into a large body of water. Tomomi struggled underwater as she tried to loosen the grip on the tentacle that was wrapped around her neck, three more bounded her waist as it pulled her further down into the water.
Struggling for air, Tomomi thrashed and kicked at the tentacles as best as she could all while trying to get free from its hold. Being able to freeze one of the tentacles, she peeled it off of her neck broke free from its hold.
Thinking fast, she quickly swam upwards as she felt the tentacles chase after. But a stroke of luck, she was able to make it to the surface before they got her again. crawling out of the water and onto a makeshift destroyed platform, she realized this place must be the Tsunami area. there were big bodies of water which showcased flooded homes and destroyed areas all around her.
Coughing up water, she stumbled on her knees as she tried catching her breath. Her neck was already red and swollen and she felt like her windpipes were shattered.
She didn't have time to collect herself as a dark voice rung in her ears.
"My my, aren't you a pretty little thing." it said. despite the voice sounding near, there was no one in sight. "I can't wait to ruin you, pretty."
Tomomi looked back into the water to see a man slowly emerging from the water. He was dressed in all black, his skin was very pale and colorless, his eyes were a bottomless pit of black and his hair looked like octopus tentacles. She widened her icy blue eyes at the sight.
Anyone who knew her would know she is petrified by octopuses and squids. They were her biggest fears so the sight of his hair being pitch black tentacles made her heart stop and her entire body turn pale.
"You seem scared, little bunny." He taunted as he landed a few feet away from her. "Aww...you're pretty cute when you're scared."
Tomomi tried to get up and run but his tentacles quickly wrapped themselves around her body, dragging her on the ground towards him. He made his tentacles lift her in the air, allowing him to draw his face close to hers as she struggled to get herself free.
His eyes surveyed her face as she thrashed against his hold. "You're even prettier up close...You have such white hair, like a snow bunny."
Before he could touch her face with his slimy hands, Tomomi blew shards of ice from her mouth, directly into his eyes. The pain of the ice shards was enough to weaken his hold onto her and allow her to drop.
As soon as she landed back on the ground, she made a run for it. "Argh!" He yelled in pain as he rapidly whipped the ice from his eyes. His eyes began to bleed blood as he glared at nothing, seeing as she disappeared. Not even bothering to wipe the blood from his face, he grinned darkly.
"Come out, come out, wherever you are, my little bunny."
Tomomi felt like she ran for an hour before she hid into a fake house. She ducked under a table, facing away from a broken window. Having time to breathe, she felt her entire body shake violently as flashes of the tentacles resurfaced her vision.
She knew she got away by pure luck. Not because she was good. And the reality of the situation began beating her entire mental state. She wanted to cry and hide away but she knew that would only get her killed. And as scared and alone as she currently was, she had no plans of dying today.
"I can smell your sweet sweet scent, my little bunny~" The tentacle guy drawled creepily as he began destroying homes and torn down buildings just to find her. "Hmm...In fact, I can hear your rapid heart beat...You must be so nervous to see me...Don't worry, I'll silence the fear in your heart by BATHING IN YOUR BLOOD."
Tomomi could hear him getting closer to her. Thinking faces, she looked through a broken mirror which reflected outside the broken mirror. She watched as he came into view of the mirror.
He stopped right next to the broken window. He looked all around the area before his eyes landed right at her through the mirror, which made her breath hitch in her throat.
"Got you!" he said, making his tentacles burst through the window, breaking the wall completely.
The tentacles wrapped itself around what it seemed like her legs but when he was about to drag her towards him, her leg collapse into a pile of snow. "What the-" He said, seeing as her decoy body turned into snow. "Hey, where-"
Before he could react, Tomomi appear behind him and delivered five punched to the back with her fists covered in crystalized ice. The hits sent him flying through the house and through walls and more walls until he hit a brick wall face first.
He groaned before letting out a pained chuckle as he peeled himself off of the wall. "Wow...this rose has thorns, I see." He said, slowly turning to face her. "We've barely got to know each other. My name is Shimesu and I love girls with a little bit of ice in her veins."
"I really don't care who you are." Tomomi growled venomously as she made water around them freeze up and surround her. Her eyes glowed light blue as her hair began floating upwards the more ice shards flew all around her.
Shimesu smirked, casually leaning on the wall. She was going to be a pain in the ass but it was worth it because she was very pretty. This was going to be fun.
"Look at us, having our first fight already and we aren't even done with our first date." He teased, his tentacles floating all around him. "It is such a shame I have to kill a hottie like you...But duty calls."
The fight began as Shimesu used his tentacles to break through her ice blasts the closer he got to her.
Once he was close, she quickly countered his kick with a small ice shield and blasted his chest with her own kick, sending her flying in the air. Just as she was about to create some distance, a tentacle she didn't see stabbed itself right through her side, creating a bloody and painful hole.
"Ahhh!" She screamed out in pain as she fell from the air only to be caught by him and his tentacles.
Her arms were held above her head as he held her up. Once again, allowing her to come face to face with him. Shimesu smirked as he leaned close to her. Feeling the cold aura she radiated off of her body.
"That's for making my eyes bleed, my little bunny," He said, his eyes still bleeding.
Loosing blood, Tomomi felt herself get weaker and weaker the longer she was held up.
"You know, instead of killing you, why don't I just keep you for myself." Shimesu said in a suggesstive tone, tracing a finger on her soft face. "We're not that far apart in age, despite me looking a little older that I should but that doesn't matter...I am going to ruin your entire body and soul when I am done with you, princess."
With weak eyes, Tomomi slowly held her head up and glared into his eyes. "Not...if...you...can...catch...me...first." She said.
Just before he could reply, she used her last bit of strength to freeze her wrist in ice so cold, it burned his tentacles. The tentacles that held her up rapidly froze, and was solid. Ceasing movement as the ice traveled all the way down to the rest of his head.
"Ahhhhh!" he screamed, trying to stop the process but the burn like sensation was too much for him so he let her go. But even that didn't help him as the ice now started covering his feet and legs.
Tomomi quickly ran, covering her fist into a thick layer of crystalized ice and punched him so hard, it created a vibration around them, breaking windows and glasses all around them.
Ice flew everywhere as Shimesu, knocked out, flew through walls and walls until he finally hit the back of the building in a powerful thud. The impact caused a giant crate into the metal walls as his body slumped forward, rendering him completely unconscious. Ending the fight.
Tomomi looked as she stood up, holding her bloody wound. She heaved, coughing up blood a little as she tried to catch her breath. The amount of power she used was too much for her and her body began forming frost bites.
"Agh!" she exclaimed in pain as she felt the ice become too much, making her fall to her knees. She clenched her chest with her free hand as her vision became very blurry and her head felt dizzy and too heavy to hold up.
The more the pain radiated through her body, the weaker she felt. Soon, she fell onto the ground, back first and her eyes shut themselves as her blood began pooling around her. The frost bites still slowly covering her skin as she fell unconscious.
After some of the villains got away and most of them ended up getting arrested thanks to the other heroes that showed up in time, including All Might, The class gathered around. The entire situation was crazy beyond belief and to say they were all still buzzing about it was an understatement.
While the other students were talking about their experiences, Shoto only cared about finding Tomomi. It made him panic when he realized she was no where to be seen amongst the small crowd of students and heroes. Aizawa was currently sent to the infirmary for his injuries.
"Where's Avalanche?" Kirishima said, noticing that she was still gone. Soon everyone else realized it, as well.
"There was one more student." Thirteen said to the detectives. "Her name is Tomomi Todoroki."
"Frost Bite?" Bakugou said, breaking away from the detectives. Concern etched it's way his heart as he noticed she was still missing. Shoto's eyes widened, growing more and more panicked the longer she was gone.
Everyone from 1-A soon grew increasingly concerned. The last thing any of them remembered of her was seeing her being dragged into a portal by black tentacles and her screaming as she fought the tight grip around her neck and body.
Although it was scary for everyone, no one was more scared than Shoto. He felt it was his fault that he wasn't able to get to her in time. In fact, he felt it was his fault for not being able to at least jump in after her.
Bakugou felt guilty because he did act reckless and he felt that if he didn't act so thoughtlessly, she wouldn't be missing.
"I'll check the Tsunami section." Thirteen said, creating a portal to the section. "She must be there."
As he walked into the portal, Shoto felt his body shake, praying she was okay. She had to be.
Thirteen made it to the Tsunami section and he was shocked to see the damage. There were destroyed homes and walks with huge crates in them. He quietly walked through the broken glass and cement, keeping his guard up.
Thirteen soon found a body laying in the middle of it all and quickly identified it as Tomomi Todoroki. He let out a breath of relief but suddenly took it back as he noticed the small pool of blood around her body.
"Oh no," He mumbled, qucikly getting to her. He kneeled down to look at her closely. Her eyes were closed and her face was covered in small frost bites. He even noticed frost bites all over her exposed skin.
His eyes landed on the bloody puncture wound on the side of her abdomen. If he didn't get her to the infirmary, she would surely bleed out. Thirteen checked her pulse around her bruised neck. she still had a pulse, slow but it was there.
Picking her up carefully, looked to see a huge crate in the metal wall where, he assumed, the villain she was fighting was but seeing as his body was gone, he must have escaped.
Thirteen sighed, creating a portal back to the group while Tomomi's head fell backwards and her arm falling limp in his hold.
Once Thirteen got back to the group, Shoto was the first to rush over to him but he stopped when he saw his sister in his arms. Limp, frost bitten and bloody. His heart began to stop as his body felt as if his soul left his body.
"No." he whispered, hyperventilating. "No no no no, TOMOMI!"
His shout caught everyone's attention as they noticed Shoto running to Thirteen as he gently laid her on the ground.
Shoto panicked as he kneeled next to her body. His hand grazing over her face as he felt tears about to fall from his eyes. He noticed he amount of blood that covered her abdomen area. The bruise around her neck also haunted him.
"What happened down there?" Nezu asked, looking over the girl.
"Whatever happened down there, she put up a fight." Thirteen answered honestly. "The place is semi-totaled and whoever had her down there escaped. But I can guarantee you, that person didn't walk away unscathed."
"So she won her fight," Tokoyami spoke up, staring at her wound. "But at an almost deadly cost."
"She's gonna be okay, right?" Momo asked whoever was willing to listen. "S-She's gonna be okay...right? She has too."
"Is she gonna be alright?" Denki asked quietly, looking at her with a sad look in his usually happy eyes.
The detective sighed as he stood back up. "She needs a hospital right now. if she's out here any longer, she's gonna continue to lose blood."
"Alright, Everyone back to class, Miss Todoroki needs to get to the infirmary now." Nezu said, waving them all off. Even though none of them wanted to leave her.
"I'm not gonna leave her!" Bakugou yelled angrily.
But Principal, as tiny as he was, stood his ground. "Mr. Bakugou, you must get back to class, now." He said sternly. "That goes for you, too, Mr. Todoroki."
Shoto ignored him as he held his sister's hand, shaking as he did so. He was panicking even more because she wasn't gripping his hand back. She always did that whenever he held her hand. Why wasn't she doing it now?
"Shoto." Principal Nezu said gently, placing a hand on his shoulders. "She's going to be okay. You'll see her back at the school."
Shoto didn't even look at him as his hair hid his eyes. He allowed the medic bots to place her body on the stretcher. As he stood up and walked passed everyone, he said nothing as his eyes were hidden in his hair.
"I feel so bad for the both of them." Sero mumbled quietly before he glanced back at Bakugou, who was also very silent. "Make that the three of them."
"I hope Tomo-chan wasn't too damaged." Mina added, "Did you see the ice around her skin?"
The reality of being a hero was both rewarding and scary. And Class 1-A saw first hand that day that displayed for the first time.
