my energy for the camp arc.
which will be pretty long and
sad.

btw, the number of hero offers

It had been two days since the Sports Festival. Tomomi won 3rd place for her fight with her brother and how she performed during the event. Shoto won second because he wanted to do one last thing that would make their father mad. Which, in result, caused Bakugou to win the Sports Festival as the 1st place winner. Much to his dismay.

He wasn't mad about being 1st place. He was mad at the fact that Shoto didn't put up more of a fight during the battle. He really wanted to fight him and see his fire side up close. But because Shoto didn't give him that satisfaction, he was pissed off. Or more than usual.

Tomomi and Momo hung out together as soon as the twins made it to school that morning. Shoto left to class rather early that morning because he didn't get much sleep the night before and he didn't feel like standing around.

The two rich best friends began talking about the festival and other random things as Tomomi rummaged through her locker.

"That fight you had with Shoto was...intense." Momo said, clutching her books in her arms as she was brought back to the festival. "I swear, I have never seen two people fight so hard before."

Tomomi chuckled, closing her locker. She moved a stray strand of her hair out of her face. Her hair was braided in a loose fishtail braid with a few pieces of wavy white hair framing her face. Courtesy of Natsuo and his weird talent for braiding hair.

"That's nothing. The both of us rarely ever argue but when we do, its much worse than what we showed two days ago." She said as they began making their way to class.

Momo frowned a bit. What was worse than nearly shredding your brother into ribbons? Surely, she's joking. Because if their fights weren't as bad as their arguments, she would hate to have to be around when they get each other mad.

"Besides, Shoto and I are used to it." She mumbled, shrugging. "We train together on our free time."

"You and your brother are surely interesting beings." Momo chuckled a little.

As soon as the two girls entered the class room, Tomomi was bombarded by most of her classmates. All expressed worry for her and her brother. She had to still be in the infirmary during the award ceremony so Shoto accepted her medal for her and gave it to her as soon as she was cleared that same day.

So none of them saw her after that day untill now.

"TODO-CHAN~!" Mina yelled, tackling her in a big hug like always. This time, Tomomi was prepared so she skillfully caught her before she could cause them to fall. "I was so worried about you!"

"Yeah, you and Todoroki really beat the hell out of each other." Kirishima added. "But it was so cool how you changed the weather like that."

"What do you expect from our very own Khione." Denki praised, grinning a prize winning grin.

Everyone, except Tomomi and Momo, looked at him with confusion. "Who?" Sero asked.

"Khione?" Denki tried again, looking at everyone with an expectant look. "You know...Greek Mythology? The goddess of the northern winds and snow? Am I the only one who is interested in history in this class?!"

"We're surprised that you're interested in school, at all." Kirishima replied, deadpanned.

"Be that as it may, that fight was so awesome." Denki said, ignoring his insult. "We had no idea the two of you could do so much."

"Well, yes-"

"Out of my way, losers." Bakugou interrupted her by shoving Denki out of the way of the door. He had a sour look on his face as he made his way to his desk. "Hey, Frost Bite."

The rest sweat dropped. Of course, everyone else gets his asshole remarks while Tomomi gets his kind greeting. That guy had it bad and he refused to acknowlege it.

"Good morning, Katsuki-chan." She greeted back, smiling at him as she made her way to her desk.

Soon, Aizawa entered the classroom and he was without his bandages. He looked way better than what Tomomi remembered at the Sports Festival. It was good to see he was healed up, finally.

"Ribbit, , your bandages are gone." Tsu pointed out. "I'm glad."

"The old lady went overboard with her treatment." Aizawa grumbled, setting his cup of coffee down on his desk. "More importantly, we're having a special hero informatics class today."

The entire class looked at him either confused or nervous. So before he could say anything, Tomomi beat him to it. "He means code names or hero names."

Soon, the class finally got it and cheered. But Aizawa shut them up quickly by using his quirk, making them fall into silence.

"That is related to the pro hero draft picks I mentioned the other day." He explains. "The drafts begin in earnest in the second and third years, after students have gained experience and can become immediate assest to the pros. In other words, for them to extend the offers to first years like you, shows that they are interested in your future potential. These offers are often cancelled if that interest dies down by graduation."

"So even when we are picked, we still have to worry about keeping the interest alive?" Tomomi asked, thinking everything over.

"That's right." Aizawa said, showing the offers to the students. "So here are the totals for those offers with offers."

CLASS A NO. OF OFFERS:

Tomomi Todoroki : 51523 offers

Shoto Todoroki: 51422 offers

Katsuki Bakugou: 41022 offers

Fumikage Tokoyami: 670 offers

Tenya Iida: 534 offers

Denki Kaminari: 520 offers

Momo Yaoyorouzu: 489 offers

Eijiro Kirishima: 342 offers

Ochaco Uraraka: 22 offers

Hanta Sero: 14 offers

Tomomi was very shocked to see her name as first on the list, having the most offers. She was a few offers ahead of Shoto. She, for sure, thought Shoto was going to get more than her. Or even Bakugou.

"In other years, it's been more spread out, but all eyes were on these three this year." Aizawa pointed to their names on the board.

"Woah, Tomo-chan, Todoroki and Bakugou are the top three!" Mina gasped looking at the amounts next to their names.

"Its the opposite of their placements in the Sports Festival." Kirishima added.

"Some people are too scared to ask for a guy who had to be restrained on the podium." Sero said, chuckling a little.

"WHAT'RE THE PRO SCARED OF?!" Bakugou yelled with fire in his eyes.

"I can understand why the Todoroki twins are top two." Mineta said. "Their fight shook the entire arena, literally! So a lot of pro heroes would be interested in them."

"Especially with them being the kids of Endeavor, the second best hero known." Denki added, agreeing. "They saw what his kids can do so naturally they would want them to work with one of them."

Tomomi grimaced at the mention of their father. She didn't want nor needed her father's name to get her anywhere in life and she wishes she could tell people to stop without spilling their secret.

"Keeping these results in mind whether or not anyone asked for you, you will all be participating in interships with pros." Aizawa said, interruping the talking. "Which also brings me to this. Miss Todoroki."

"Yes, ?" Tomomi replied, slightly jumping at the mention of her name all of a sudden.

"I was told to pass on a message to you." He informed. "The Famous Hero, Miruko, wants to let you know she's interested in having you intern for her and would like to know your answer as soon as you can give it."

"WHAT?!" Nearly everyone in the classroom exclaimed so loudly, Aizawa was so sure that the entire school could hear.

"THE Bunny Hero, Miruko?!" Denki yelled, stunned.

"She is known as like...the toughest female hero ever!" Kirishima added.

"And she wants to work with Tomo-chan?! That's so cool!" Hagakure cheered. "You're so lucky!"

Everyone turned to see Tomomi's reaction but all they got was a girl staring blankly into space at the news. Her face slowly began to turn hot and red, her eyes were the size of dinner plates and she seemed to be stuck in time.

Her...her favorite hero and one of her role models...wanted her to intern with her? Was this reality? What was happening?

"Miss Todoroki?" Aizawa waved a hand in front of her face, trying to get her to come back to reality.

"I think you broke her, Mr. Aizawa." Momo said, chuckling nervously.

"Miruko must be her favorite hero." Shouji pointed out.

"You have no idea." Shoto said, nearly chuckling at his sister's frozen state. "She draws and writes made up manga about all of her favorite heroes. She's currently 23 books deep into hers."

"Your sister draws and writes manga?" Denki asked, incredulously. "Can this girl get any better?"

After Aizawa explained the interships, Tomomi finally snapped out of her daze enough to see that they have already moved on to the hero names. She even noticed that Midnight was in the classroom now.

"Well, that's how it is. So Midnight will be making sure your names are okay." Aizawa said, sitting down. "I can't do stuff like that. When you give yourself a name, you get a more concrete image of what you want to be like in the future and you can get closer to it. This is what it means when they say 'Namea and Natures do often agree' like "All Might" or something."

"You all have 15 minutes to think up a name." Midnight said, signalling them to start.

After 15 minutes, Tomomi had trouble thinking up a name as her classmates presented before her. She didn't really hear all of their names as she kept thinking of a name that best suited her.

"King Explosion Murder." Bakugou's voice made her pay attention.

She looked up and saw his white board did, indeed, say King Explosion Murder. Which made her sweat drop. How...violent...

"This is what I thought of: Uravity." Uraraka said, after Bakugou was sent to think of another name.

Midnight smiled at her. "All that is left is Bakugou, who needs to rethink of a name, and Miss Tomomi Todoroki."

Tomomi sighed, making the final decision on the name she randomly put together. She looked at her whiteboard nervously before making her way to the front of the class. Midnight gave her the floor and an encouraging smile, allowing her to speak.

"The Arctic Hero: Sub-Zero." She stated, showing her name on her mini white board.

"Badass name, Miss Tomomi." Midnight complimented. "It's nice to see strong female heroes taking their stance and that name speaks volumns. May I ask what made you think of this name?"

"Very well." Tomomi turned back to the class after glancing at Midnight. "I was born with my quirk developing at an early age. At a young age, I could already freeze half of my entire home, I could stop and make snowfall, and I was able to change the temperature in any place I am in. I thought this name would suit me better than anything else."

"How well thought out that was." Midnight praised. "What a way to use your past to make such a nice name."

Tomomi smiled at her, causing the male students ( excluding Shoto ) to suddenly fall in a love struck daze again. She blinked when she noticed the looks she was getting from them.

Midnight hid a chuckle as she watched the entire moment. This girl must also have a hypnosis quirk or something because she has this whole class in the palm of her hands.

After Tomomi sat back down, Iida came up and decided to just use his name as his hero name, much like what Shoto decided to do. And then Midoriya went up and he used the name Deku.

Which she learned he didn't like at first but decided to change the meaning of it by making the name his own. Something Tomomi found so admiring about him.

Bakugou went back up but his new name was just as violent as the other one so Midnight gave up trying with him and allowed it.

"So Miruko wants you to intern in her agency, huh?" Tokoyami said as he leaned on a locker next to his friend's.

Lunch time rolled in and Tomomi told Bakugou and Shoto that she and Tokoyami will meet them in the cafeteria because they had to do last minute prep for today's Literature Club meeting.

"Seems so." She mumbled, pulling out two stacks of greek mythology books. "I am reluctant, though...I know Shoto is sticking with our father and I don't want to leave him behind."

"What does Shoto say?" Tokoyami asked, taking the books from her.

"He wants me to go for it." She said, closing the door and leading the way to the library in the West Wing. "He says if one of us has to be tortured by actually spending time with him, then it should be him."

"Maybe it's because you are more likely to actually do something if you were interning with him." Tokoyami scoffed out humorously.

Tomomi chuckled a little. With what little she has told Tokoyami about their father, he already could tell the level of hate they had for him. Even though his information as to why is next to nothing. But he doesn't want to question her about it. It's better if she told him, when she's ready.

Just as Tokoyami was about to say something, he was interrupted by another voice.

"Well, hey there, princess."

Tomomi recognized the voice belonging to Shinso. The same student who gave her that advice about Monoma at the Sports Festival. Tokoyami remembers him because he insulted him and his class when they first met.

"Shinso-san, hello." She greeted, bowing a little and flashing a smile at him.

Shinso rubbed the back of his head and fought back a small blush that was forming on his face. "Uh...You and your friend doing light reading?"

"No, these are for our literature club." She informed, gesturing to the stacks of books Tokoyami was currently holding. "The library didn't have enough for all of the new members so I bought some of the same issue. This week, we're talking about Greek Mythology."

How can I not know about the literature club? There's a waiting list to even be in the club because of her. Most of them are guys. Shinso thought to himself.

Tomomi and Tokoyami's literature club got so full in a short period of time, they actually have a waiting list just to gain access. Mostly by the male students. And it didn't matter which grade they came from, either.

Tokoyami likes to think Tomomi became an unknown spokesperson for their club. Because most of the male students that join the club aren't actually into books and the history of reading and stories. They only joined because they wanted to get close to Tomomi, thinking they all had a shot with her.

Some boys are even placing bets to see who would have the balls to go up to her and talk to her in the hall ways. Their only obstacles, Katsuki Bakugou and Shoto Todoroki. Two of which are known around the school to be very protective of her.

With Shoto, they can understand. That's her twin brother. But with Bakugou, most thought they were dating with how protective he was with her. So they got too scared to say anything to her.

"You're welcomed to join us, if you'd like." She offered.

"No, reading mythology isn't my thing, princess." Shinso smirked a little at her. "But that doesn't mean you won't see me there some other time."

Tomomi turned pink at his nickname to her while Tokoyami raised an eyebrow at him. Shinso was definitely an interesting character. He just hopes that Bakugou doesn't run into him when he's talking to Tomomi.

"See you around, princess." Shinso said, flashing her a lazy grin before walking away from them.

"What an interesting character he is." Tokoyami said. Tomomi chuckled lightly at his words.

"Come on, Bakugou is an impatient boy."

Just before the day ended, Tomomi stopped by Aizawa's classroom as Shoto waited for her in the hallway. She thought about the offer he gave to Tomomi in class and with much thinking, she didn't want to pass up a chance like this. So she decided to do the internship with MIruko's agency. " ?" She said softly, clutching her books close to her chest as she slowly walked in. She didn't want to wake him if he was already asleep. Which he tends to do when the day is over in school.

When she entered the classroom, she noticed his sleeping bag ( she calls it a 'Sleeping banana ) was no where to be seen. She then noticed that he was still awake, grading papers at his desk. He didn't notice her walk in at first but when Tomomi cleared her throat, he looked up at her finally. "Oh, Miss Todoroki, you need anything?" He asked, stopping his writing.

"Yes, I wanted to give you my internship paper." She said, pulling out the slip and handing it over to him.

Aizawa took it and looked over it. So she decided to work with Miruko, after all. "Ah...Miruko will be happy to know this." He said, placing it with the other slips. "You know, she spoke highly of you during the games."

"R-Really?" Tomomi blushed, getting shy at the fact that her icon was watching her and complimenting her.

Aizawa let a very small grin grace his face, noticing her flustered face. "You've made an impression with her. She was very impressed with you. Couldn't stop talking about you."

His words make Tomomi smile shyly. It made her happy and yet, very nervous about this entire thing. But she didn't want to waste this offer, either. Anything to get away from her father, right?

"Thank you, Mr. Aizawa." She said, before turning to the door.

"No problem, munchkin." Aizawa blurted out, pausing right after he said that. Tomomi's hand paused right as she was about to open the door to leave. Silence fell between then as she turned to give him a rather curious look as Aizawa stared into space for a bit.

"M-Munchkin?" She stuttered out, wanting to laugh a little.

Aizawa sighed, rubbing the back of his head. "Don't tell the other students, Denki still wants me to call him Pikachu, for some reason."

Tomomi giggled at him. Aizawa was a weird teacher but he was secretly kind. "Don't worry, I won't tell anyone. Good bye, Mr. Aizawa."

"Good after noon, Miss Todoroki." He said in his usual blunt voice, resuming his work. Tomomi looked at him once more before leaving quietly. Aizawa wasn't only just weird to her but she felt like he could be the parental figure most of the students in this class needed. And he cared more than he let on, that's for sure.

Blue flames surrounded her as Tomomi tried to move. Only to find out that she was chained down. Cold and silver chains wrapped around her entire mid-section and arms, she couldn't move from the chair the surgical table she was laying on. The flames kept getting hotter and hotter. Making her panic more and more as she desperately tried to stop whatever black glove covered hand was holding her neck, turning her head to the left.

"Please...please, don't let them do this!" she cried and screamed a blood curdling scream as she felt a sting penetrate her neck, where her one of her veins were locate. The room grew hotter and hotter as she felt herself melt. She felt dizzy all of the sudedn, her vision became blurry and her eyelids felt heavy.

She was finally able to move her head forward. There was nothing else but a beaming lightbulb swinging above her, a ring of sapphire flames around her and the surgical table, and suddenly...she heard that laugh...That same laugh she heard when she was only five years old. Too weak to scream, she suddenly looked to her right to see a large and dark figure walk through the flames in a slow manner.

Everytime she blinked slowly, he got closer and closer. The laugh grew louder and Tomomi's heart picked up the pace.

The figure now stood right next to her but she couldn't look up. All she heard was an evil laugh and saw a sudden hand rush and grab her neck again, nearly crushing her wind pipes. "HAHAHAHAHAHAHA!" the guy, who's face was hidden in the dark, belted out, squeezing harder. "HAHAHAHAHAHAHA!"

And just as she just about lost what life she had-

"TOMOMI!" Fuyumi whispered violently, shaking her sister's screaming figure. The whole house began feeling like an iceberg around 2 am and she happened to be up watching tv when Fuyumi felt the entire manor shake and frost bites began forming on all of the furniture. So that meant she was having a nightmare again. Judging by the nearly frozen furniture, it was very very very very bad.

Worried and scared, Fuyumi rushed over to her sister's room and immediately barged in. Her room was covered in ice and snow. Fuyumi waved her hand over the frozen floor, making the ice disappear, and quickly ran to her bed side. Where she began to shake her awake. "Tomomi! Wake up!"

Tomomi shot up, breathing heavy and covered in a thin layer of sweat. Her eyes were wide and alert as she noticed that she was in her room again. She was okay...she was okay...But she was petrified and shaken up. Noticing Fuyumi, Tomomi immediately started crying.

Fuyumi sighed in sympathy as she pulled her into her arms. "It was only a dream, Tomo...You'll be okay,"

Tomomi said nothing as she circled her arms around her older sister's neck, muffling her cries into her shoulder. Her arms were shaking violently as she tried to convince herself that it was not real. The monster...the flames...they aren't real and they will never be real...right? She wasn't even convinced by her own words. And that terrified her.

"I knew you had nightmares before but I never thought it was this bad."

Fuyumi and Tomomi sat in her room after Fuyumi made all of the ice disappear. She quickly went to the kitchen and make the both of them hot cocoa with cinnamon. A comfort drink she would always make for her when she was having a bad day or was experiencing one of her nightmares again. They hadn't did this in years. Then again, Tomomi sucked at letting people in anyways so she would often try to hide the face that she was going through this.

Fuyumi just wishes that she would know that she can always come to her for anything. And that her family would finally be a family but both seemed a bit farfetched, at the moment.

Tomomi held her mug against her bent knees as she had a light brown knitted rug wrapped around her shoulders. Fuyumi sat next to her leg with her own mug of the chocolately drink. "Tomo...you know you can always talk to me." She said, placing a hand on her knee. Tomomi stared at her hand silently, not knowing what to say at the moment. Her eyes were a little red and puffy from the panicking cries she did not too long ago.

The older Todoroki sighed again, letting her hand drop. Thank god their father and Shoto were very deep sleepers. "You don't need to tell me now...I just want you to know I will always be here to listen to you."

"Am I becoming like mom?" Tomomi croaked out, her voice feeling a little rough as she looked at her window. Fuyumi paused and looked a little confused at her. What was she talking about?

"Everytime..." She started again. "Everytime...I just...Is it crazy of me to think that Touya is still alive?"

Fuyumi bit her lip. That was a name she hadn't heard in so long. Touya was like a taboo subject in her family. Enji would lash out at them whenever he was mentioned and Tomomi refused to go to his memorial. Everyone was still in pain of his absence. It was like a hole had been caved in and it could never be filled after Touya died. Time certainly didn't heal them over his death but it was pushed aside. But Tomomi was the one who felt his absence the most.

And whenever his birthday came around, she would become melancholy and shut everyone out. Touya loved Tomomi so much...he would go to the ends of the earth for her. Even going as far as to go against their father's wishes just to comfort her whenever she had a nightmare. He loved all of his siblings but he had a special bond with Tomomi. And it destroyed her when he died.

"I don't think it's crazy for you to feel that way." Fuyumi said, after thinking for a minute. "Sometimes, even I feel like he's still with us...Maybe he found happiness somewhere else...Maybe he's happier away from all of this."

Tomomi sat aside her mug on her night stand and ran her fingers through her hair, pushing it back. She folded her arms ontop of her knees. Of course, she would want her brother to be happy somewhere else but...she didn't know anything and it was frustrating her for thinking that he could be out there. Maybe she was crazy and delusional. Maybe she was wrong for feeling this way.

"I just miss him so much..." She whispered, looking down at her cold hands. She was only wearing a long sleeve black shirt and light blue pajama pants.

"I do, too..." Fuyumi admitted, looking down at her own mug. She missed Touya just as much as Tomomi did. He was always there for her and she missed that about him the most.

Deciding that Tomomi needed a pick-me-up, Fuyumi turned to her and placed her mug on her night stand. "Come on, move over." She said, standing up.
Tomomi looked at her with confusion but still moved over in her bed as Fuyumi got into her bed with her, leaning her back against her head board. "You need some of mom's wisdom and words,"

"Fuyumi, what are you doing?" Tomomi giggled out a little. But Fuyumi just opened her arms and gestured for her to lay her head on her shoulder.

"Scooch in." She said, beckoning her to lean in. Tomomi smiled a little, huddling under her sister's arms, cuddling her side as she circled her arms around her, pulling her blanket over her shoulders more.

Once she was comfortable, Fuyumi began to sing:

Where the north wind meets the sea
theres a river full of memory

Tomomi began singing along with her, harmonizing with her voice. She smiled and peered up at her through her lashes. "I know what you're doing" she playfully sing to her as the two sisters laughed a little before singing together again as Fuyumi started gently raking her fingers through her hair. A thing that would always get Tomomi to go back to sleep.

Sleep, my darling, safe and sound
For in this river, all is found...

Fuyumi noticed that she trailed off. She looked down in her arms and saw that Tomomi fell back to sleep, cuddling into her hug even more. So she smiled, getting comfortable in her bed and falling asleep, as well. For the rest of the night, Tomomi slept peacefully in her sister's hold. In fact, the two sisters slept peacefully for the rest of the night.

The weekend came and Tomomi held her bag as she entered Miruko's agency building. "Hello! How may I help you?" The front desk worker asked politely. She was a very pretty woman, too. It seemed that most of the workers here were women. But she did see a few male workers walk by.

"I am here for the internship." Tomomi said, almost stuttering. She was very nervous. She was about to meet someone she has looked up to for the longest and the fact that she personally asked for her still shocked her. She could feel her inner shyness ready to burst at any second.

"Ah! You must be the famous Tomomi Todoroki." The blue haired lady said with a smile. "You know, you had made such an impression on Miruko. She's very excited to work with you this weekend."

Tomomi was about to say something when suddenly, a loud voice stopped her.

"THERE SHE IS! THE WOMAN OF THE HOUR!" Tomomi turned and immediately felt her jaw drop a little.

Miruko, dressed casually in a red tank top, black pants, boots and a black blazer, walked over to her with a huge grin on her face. She was the most beautiful woman Tomomi has ever seen in her entire life. And she had the prettiest smile, she felt very insecure in her presence. Her heart began to race rather rapidly the closer she got to her.

Miruko stopped right in front of her, smiling as she surveyed the young student. Endeavor may be a huge asshole with a metal rod up his ass but Keigo was right. He sure made some very good looking kids. When she was Tomomi's age, she was experiencing the worst side of puberty and unwashed hair. this girl was so gorgeous. She pulled off that off the shoulders blue sweater and black jeans really well.

Even her hair was nicely waved. But she could see that insecurity in her eyes and Miruko wanted to focus their time together, building up that confidence she knows she has hidden in her.

"I gotta say, little one, you are prettier up close." She said, pointing her finger up and down at her. "And someone like you, I can use around here. Us girls gotta stick together, right?"

Tomomi, despite feeling like she could faint, smiled sheepishly as her face grew hot. She was really complimenting her. She felt like she was in a dream in that moment. This cannot be real. Wait until she tells Shoto abou this!

"T-Thank you, Miss-"

"Ah ah," Miruko cut her off, wagging her finger disapprovingly. "No formalities in this sanctuary. We're all friends here! Think of me as your crazy big sister!"

"O-Okay, Miss- I mean, Miruko-neesan." Tomomi quickly corrected herself, not wanting to offend her. Miruko nearly squealed. This girl was too cute for words, she had to resist the urge to trap her into a big hug. "What will we be doing today?"

"Well, seeing as I am free from patrolling duties and I have a photoshoot for a athletic fashion company to get to, you are going to come with me." She said, crossing her arms. "Also...we might need to go shopping afterwards."

"Oh?" Tomomi said, looking down at her outfit. Was she not in proper attire?

"Nothing wrong with your outfit, you're killing it." Miruko quickly explained. "I just think you need a little...Miruko-esque fashion added to your closet."

"Um..okay." She said, a little unsure but deciding to trust her, anyways. Miruko clapped her hands together, wrapping an arm around her shoulders.

"Now, let's be off!"

"The key to being a strong female figure is to always have confidence." Miruko taught as her driver drove the two to the photoshoot sight. Tomomi and Miruko sat in the stretch limosuine when she began telling her all the way in being a female role-model to the people of this city. "Because no metter where you go, there will always be some simpleminded pick-me person or stupid man who will try to sexualize you and/or degrade you because they don't think you're capable of being a top hero. But look at me now! In the top five best heroes of Japan!"

"Wow..." Tomomi whispered, looking at her with admiration. "How...inspiring. Does it happen often in the industry?"

"Ugh, you don't know the half of it." Miruko rolled her eyes. "Trust me, when I started off, not many trusted me to save their lives because I was "too erratic" or "too loud, women should be soft and quiet" It's gonna happen, little one. But don't worry, Auntie Miru will teach you how to prove those simpletons wrong."

Tomomi smiled a little at her encouraging words. She could tell she was going to have fun during this weekend. She wondered how Bakugou was doing now. Probably also having fun with his internship. She hopes he is. And she hopes that Shoto isn't too mad about being with their father. He got mad at her for not wanting to intern with him. But she just ignored him and went with it. Despite how mad their father was. Tomomi knew Shoto must be pissing him off now.

"Looks like we're here!" the Bunny hero announced as the car slowed down. "Let our day begin!"

"Miss Usagiyama! You've made it!" aa man in all black, holding a camera exclaimed as the two walked onto the indoors set. Tomomi gasped as she looked at the studio. Lights hung everywhere and there was a single stool sitting in front of a white background. Professional equipment was set up everywhere and there was a makeup station on the right of her.

"Sorry if we were late," Miruko apologized sincerely. "This is Tomomi Todoroki, she'll be interning with me for the weekend."

The camera man smiled at the ice wielder, making her feel a little shy. "Welcome, Miss Todoroki. It's a pleasure to meet you."

"It is nice to meet you, too." She said, bowing a little at him. He chuckled wholeheartedly at her mannerism.

"So proper, I like it." He said, training his eyes on Miruko. "If you will, we can begin the shoot right after you get ready."

"Great!" Miruko said before pointing at Tomomi. "Also, she's going to be joining me in the shoot."

"What?!" Tomomi exclaimed, looking at her as if she grew three heads. "B-But I-"

"The best way to build confidence is to feel confident." She explained to her, placing one hand on her shoulder. "You are a beautiful young lady. You shouldn't be afraid to feel beautiful. No one should ever dictate how you should see yourself."

Tomomi never thought of herself to be beautiful. She was just average. Nothing special. But Miruko's words had a way of filling her heart with a warm feeling. She had only known her for an hour and Miruko was already making her feel rather warm inside. She was truly something special.

"Now, let's get you ready!"

"Miruko-neesan, I don't think I should wear this."

"Come on! It's age appropriate and you get to keep it! I'm sure you look great!"

After Miruko forced her to get makeup done, one of the stylists picked out a last minute outfit for her and took her to a dressing room. While they waited for her to come out, Tomomi started feeling very self-consious about her appearance after getting one look at herself in the dressing room mirror.

The makeup artist only really enhanced what was naturally there because he felt that she didn't need a lot of makeup. But he did put light auburn eyeshadow and some gold sparkles on her eyes, mascara and red tinted lip stain. Her hair was curled and she was wearing a black sports bra, matching black capri yoga pants, black sneakers and a black zip up hoodie with the companies logo on the left side of the hoodie and on the back.

"Tomomi, remember what I said!" Her voice muffled behind the door. "No one can dictate how you feel about youself!"

Be confident, Tomomi...be confident. she recited over and over in her head as she took a deep breath. Deciding to push herself into going through this, she turned to the door and grabbed the door knob. You can do this, Tomomi...be confident...

"Well, look at you!" Miruko praised as soon as she saw the young student walk onto set. Miruko was wearing the same thing but in all white, She looked at Tomomi with approval as a hairstylist fixed her straigthened hair a bit before leaving. The photographer was getting ready to take photos of them. "You have some serious curves for a girl your age. And your abs are so defined!"

Her and Shoto had rather fit bodies. And that mostly came from their childhood. Being forced to train was why the twins had very fit bodies. Tomomi turned pink as she got into position, after being directed by the photographer. "Thank you." She thanked politely.

"Okay, are you two ready?" the photographer asked, getting his camera ready.

"The best way to model is to think of a comforting eviroment." Miruko mumbled to her. "I used to be scared of the camera, as well but my mom always told me to think of a comforting place and the rest comes natural."

"Comforting place...okay." Tomomi repeated, thinking of her comfort zone. Which was on the beach. She had dreamed of living on the beach one day after she was done with high school. Somewhere that was quiet and calm. Thinking of that place, she felt at ease. Miruko's advice worked well. "Okay! I'm ready!"

As soon as the photoshoot started, Tomomi never thought she would say that she was having the time of her life. After the first couple of minutes of her being too shy to smile, she started remembering what Miruko told her and soon, she started feeling just as care free as her mentor. She began having fun and in that moment, she felt pretty for the first time in her life.

The staff started playing music during the shoot as the photographer added yoga balls to the set. They took some silly pictures together, some serious looking pictures, even some playful pictures with Tomomi jumping on her back and Miruko carrying her. The two laughed as the flash of the camera kept blinking.

At one point, Tomomi decided to try and balance the yoga ball on her head and Miruko couldn't help but double over in laughter. The photographer saw the chance to capture the playful scene and took about a dozen pictures of them. Everyone was having fun when a newcomer made their presence known.

"Looks like a party is going on and I wasn't invited." a very cool and masculine voice interrupted their session. The two girls looked to see Keigo Takami aka Hawks walk in with a charming smirk on his face. He was dressed rather casually, as well. Only wearing a white t-shirt, dark blue jeans and sneakers. It looked like he just came back from hanging out with someone.

Miruko rolled her eyes after the photographer granted them a 30 minute break. "Keigo, what are you doing here?"

"Stopped by your agency to see if you wanted to come hang out with Snipe and I later in the evening when they told me that you were doing a photoshoot and you happened to have a certain someone interning you." He said, walking onto the set. He looked right at Tomomi and gave her a handsome smile. "Hey! You're the famous Ice Empress Mic kept calling you, huh? The name's Keigo Takami."

Tomomi was so starstrucked, she did nothing but stare and smile at him. Her face, once again, turned red at his handsome face and...was that expensive cologne she smelled? My god, he was everything she dreamt of and more.

In a fit of awkwardness, she blurted out, "I draw and write mangas about you."

She gasped and covered her mouth with both of her hands, feeling herself shrinking into embarrassment as the two pro heroes chuckled amusingly. Why did she say that!? He wasn't supposed to know! Now, she was sure she couldn't show her face to him ever again.

"Oh yeah? You'll have to show me sometime, princess." Hawks responded, flicking her chin with his knuckle softly. "They are right, you know. You are very pretty."

Tomomi felt her heart stop at his compliment. She suddenly felt like melting into oblivion. Did Hawks...a hero she has had the biggest crush on...jsut say she was pretty? Was this real life?

"Okay, don't make the poor girl flustered, Keigo." Miruko chuckled out, pushing him off set. "We have a photoshoot to continue."

"Don't mind me," Hawks said, holding his hands up. "I'll be here watching. Nothing's better than to see two beautiful ladies work."

"She's 15, Keigo." Miruko deadpanned, placing her hands on her hips. "I don't need you giving this girl a heart attack already, we have so much to do after this."

"Hey, just being friendly. When I was her age, I wasn't nearly as good looking as her." He replied with a grin.

[ keigo, that's a fucking lie and you know it ]

"If you're gonna stay, be quiet." Miruko sighed, seeing as she couldn't get rid of him. "Can you do that?"

"It'll be like I'm not even here." Hawks confirmed, pretending to zip up his mouth and locking it.

After hours of the photoshoot, Miruko took Tomomi to a shopping district back over at the rich part of the city. Tomomi has only ever been there three times in her life. Once when she was a toddler and the other two times with Fuyumi. There was a groccery store she liked over there.

"I always say everyone looks beautiful the way they are." Miruko said as they walked into a lavished looking store. Hawks had left to hang out with Snipe after the photoshoot but he made Tomomi promise to show him those manga art of him whenever he saw her again. So it was just the two of them again. "But there is nothing wrong with enhancing your natural features."

"Is that what it takes to be a hero?" Tomomi asked, writing in her small notebook everything she learned from her so far. Keeping it for safe keeping.

"It's what it takes in being a strong person." She replied. "You see, us pro heroes are seen as a light of hope. Someone that is a leader and has a lot of confidence and strength. Someone who is there when no one else will call. Once you love yourself, others will love you."

"Hmmm..." Tomomi hummed, keeping those words in her mind.

Miruko used her quirk to zip around the entire store, picking up different outfits for her to try on. Her being so fast caused a big gust of wind to blow through, making hangers swing and people's hair to fly everywhere. Once she stopped right in front of Tomomi, she had four dresses in her arms. "I've noticed you have very strong legs and, despite your height, have long legs. I think these dressed will certainly show off your curves more."

Unsure, Tomomi looked at the dresses she picked out. They were all short skirted dresses. She doesn't usually where those type of things but it couldn't hur to try them on. "Umm...okay, if you say so,"

The first dress was a red spaghetti strapped silk mini dress with a dragon all over it, shining in gold. It was fitted to cling to her body right and it wasn't too short, as she feared. So she was happy about that. "How do I look?"

Miruko gave her one look and was at awe at what she saw. The dress was certaintly the right choice. She wasn't sure if red would be her color but after seeing the red in her hair, she thought that it couldn't hurt to try. And boy, was she right about her choice. Tomomi was gorgeous! If she wasn't on her way to be a pro hero, she would surely make a perfect model. She'd be famous!

"You. Are. So. Pretty!" She squealed, shaking her fists. "Look at yourself in the mirror and tell me you don't feel pretty!"

Tomomi looked at a body mirror near by and took a better look at herself. She did like the dress and she did feel pretty again. This would be the second time she has felt this way about herself in her life. And her hero was helping her along the way. She didn't know how lucky she was. Smiling softly, she kept looking at the dress on her. It was soft and the color looked right on her skin.

Miruko stood behind her, placing both hands on her shoulders. "You see? There's nothing wrong with knowing your worth, Tomomi...I see a bright future ahead of you."

Smiling even more, Tomomi felt confidence surge through her veins. She had to thank Miruko for helping out with her so much. She remembered exactly why she admired her so much. Why she was one of many reasons why she wanted to help people. She wanted to be just as admiring as her someday. And she vowed to be just that.
