Hey, hey!
This chapter was fun to make, simply because I like making Uchiha and Hyuga head butting scenarios. So, enjoy!
WARNING: **LEMON** **NARUHINA LEMON**
This lemon, I would say it kind of can be compared to when one is just so FRUSTRATED. So stressed that they just HAVE to have that stress relief. So, just keep that in mind.
So, this is what it's like to see Naruto in love.
Sakura sat beside Sasuke in the five person booth. To the right of Sakura was Kakashi, than Hinata and finally Naruto. The booth was shaped like a horseshoe and they all ate in content at the barbeque restaurant.
Naruto was eating, but his focus was also on Hinata. He couldn't help himself. It was so adorable watching how flustered Hinata got with public display of affection. She had gotten use to his PDA the last few months, however with familiar faces of people from Konoha. She was being shy again and Naruto had a love-hate feeling about it.
There was no need for her to regress.
Naruto knew Hinata's problem wasn't going to be fixed overnight. That she was going to struggle here and there for a while. It could be years. He understood that and he was willing to follow Hinata through her own personal path of redemption.
Every day Naruto wanted to remind Hinata that she was special. That she was beautiful and that she was loved unconditionally. Sometimes she could get lost in her dark thoughts and Naruto has seen Hinata full on at her worst.
How skinny she had gotten. Pale and clammy her skin became. How mentally gone she had drifted. How cold and numb to the world she had become. It was a scary sight for Naruto to see her like that, compared to how he remembered her. Hinata still wasn't out of the woods yet. She still had her moments when her memories kept her up at night. Leaving her crying and in a frenzy, but they have lessened.
It wouldn't go to say that he had his own personal demons that he battled against. Hinata right by his side as he fought them off and figured himself out.
That's why he says this journey proved to not only be good for Hinata, but for himself as well.
Naruto had his arm hung over Hinata's shoulder and instead of putting more meat on his plate, he leaned over in Hinata's person bubble and picked at her plate. She was so nervous and slightly uncomfortable to be around his side of the family, that she wasn't eating.
So, Naruto would nibble on some meat with his chopsticks, and then carry a large remainder of the meat to Hinata's mouth. She knew what he was doing, and half of her wanted to shy away from the affection. To box herself off from the world right now, but she appreciated what he was doing.
So, Hinata let Naruto feed her.
Sakura watched Hinata shyly take a bite to eat and look at Naruto as she did so. He had this gentle and calming smile on his face as he stared at Hinata with relaxed eyes. In return, Hinata would use her chopsticks to push a steamed broccoli to Naruto's mouth. He made a face of slight protest, but it was in a joking manner, before he slowly took a bite of the broccoli. Still giving Hinata his undivided attention and his best charm.
"You two are so lovey dovey. I think I'm going to be sick."
Naruto ignored Sakura's joke and smiled at Hinata. Talking to her in a tone barely above a whisper. "I'll eat all the vegetables. Only if tonight, you show off for me. That one dress I got made for you. Wear it for my birthday."
The restaurant was pretty busy. A very popular restaurant. So Sakura and Sasuke couldn't really hear what Naruto was saying to Hinata, but they saw her whole face turn red and watched her close her eyes to get herself together.
Kakashi coughed and cleared his throat, because he heard Naruto just fine. He got Hinata a dress made? That's some heavy fixation the two had. "That's right. The four of you are going out tonight for your birthday. Right? I'll be sitting it out, I'm much too old for that. I'll be spending time getting much needed rest."
Naruto grinned at Kakashi and nodded his head. Naruto just finished work himself. It was 6 in the afternoon and they went out to have an early birthday dinner for Naruto. He turned 20 today. "You were knocked out sleep this morning, sensei. You even slept in. Konoha is overworking you?"
Kakashi chuckled at this. Clearly amused. "Yes, but rebuilding a village from a great depression must be ten times exhausting Naruto."
Naruto shrugged his shoulders and smiled before turning his sights back on Hinata. Back to whispering to her. "Please. For me. It is my birthday." Hinata opened her eyes to see Naruto's big blue eyes looking at her with a slight pout on his face. She knew this would make him very happy. Especially to see her do this for him.
Naruto had been robbed of basic human love and affection for almost two decades. Just recently has he felt these heartfelt emotions from people. So, the person he decided to love, Naruto wanted to show that person off as much as possible. Love was so precious to Naruto. He just always wanted to show and feel it with Hinata.
It made her heart soar. It made her feel warm and at peace. It brought her joy.
"O-Okay." She was still nervous and Naruto could see it, not of wearing the dress, but of what their guest would think. Here in Amegakure people didn't judge her. They didn't know she was Hiashi's daughter. The vast majority of the people here barely knew she was a Hyuga. Hinata felt way more free here.
Not so much when Konoha ninja's were around.
Naruto smiled and leaned his forehead against Hinata's temple. This finally brought a genuine smile to Hinata's face and she held her blushing cheeks. "Naruto-kun."
"That's my girl." He finally let up on the affection now that Hinata was more relaxed, and dinner went along a lot smoother.
A few days prior, Hinata ordered a special cake for this dinner. Naruto told Hinata that Sasuke wasn't a fan of chocolate or sweets in general, so Hinata modified it to be a half and half cake. One side pure dark chocolate, so Sasuke might enjoy it.
The group sung 'Happy Birthday' along with the servers and when it was time to eat the cake, Sasuke silently declined. Hinata wasn't going to even say anything, however she just wanted him to know that some of it was made for him.
"I special ordered this cake. Half is a rich milk chocolate mousse cake, and the other half is for you Uchiha-san. It is dark chocolate, which is bitter."
Sasuke's eyes immediately snapped over to Hinata. "I know what dark chocolate is, and how it taste." He also could tell the hidden meaning of what Hinata was saying to him. It was rather hard to tolerate this woman. She only seemed to be soft around Naruto, but she was still kind to everyone else, but him.
It was rather annoying for Sasuke, because he never talked to her. That being said, he didn't really care if she liked him or not, but he was trying for Naruto and Sakura.
Hinata didn't bother to answer Sasuke back. He now knows the other half of the cake was meant for him, so it was up to him if he wanted to try it or not.
Naruto watched the two of them and spared a glance over to Sakura, who looked at him just as uncomfortable. How was their family going to work out if their spouses didn't like each other? Sasuke was brash and standoffish, while Hinata was reserved and unexpressive. Both traits from their families. Both qualities giving the appearance that they were rude people.
Except Sasuke wasn't really a bad person. When he was in a clear mind frame. He was reliable and just quiet. He valued his precious people, and was loyal to them to no end.
Sasuke looked at Naruto. Expecting him to talk to his woman. Sasuke was a very, 'on the spot' type of person. If he was pushed to annoyance enough, he would want an answer, about right now, on why this Hyuga woman was acting this way. He wanted to know now, before he really lost his temper, and his words could be just as reckless as Naruto's.
Still. Hinata pretended Sasuke wasn't even there and continued to eat the cake and drink her beverage.
"Sasuke-kun." Sakura mumbled this, but since Sasuke was sitting beside her he heard. He looked at her and caught her frown. She wanted him to stop and behave. To calm down and try the freaking cake. Why was he being so stubborn? Hinata was clearly offended that he wouldn't even try the fucking cake. That she went out her way to have custom made so he would enjoy it.
All of this over CAKE.
Sasuke looked at Sakura like she was insane. She wanted him to actually be nice when this Hyuga woman was anything but nice to him. She wouldn't even look at him half the time. She wasn't trying. He was.
In reality they both were barely trying.
Sasuke grunted when Sakura had the disappointed look on her face and he hated for her to look like that. Sasuke promised himself, after that insane stunt he pulled for almost three years, that he'd never disappoint Sakura again. So, he started to cut himself a slice of the cake.
Naruto watched as Sasuke took a bite of the cake and silently ate the whole thing. When he finished he looked at Sakura. "It's actually very good." Probably the best cake he's ever had. "Try it."
Sakura made a cute 'Eww' face. "Sorry. I don't like dark chocolate. What about you Naruto?"
Naruto made the same face. "Eh. Sorry teme. I agree with Sakura. I don't like dark chocolate either. It's…too bitter for me. Not being funny either." Naruto stuck his tongue out in distaste.
Kakashi shook his head as well, showing that he didn't like that type of cake either. However, Hinata silently cut herself a slice of the dark chocolate part of the cake and started to eat her slice. Not looking at anyone or sharing a thought in her mind.
Naruto frowned at this. His arm that was around Hinata's shoulder pulled her close to him and he whispered in her ear over her hair. He turned his head more into her, so his words were private. "Stop it. For me. Please."
Sakura watched Hinata's cheeks puff out and grow red. This was kind of amusing to watch. Sasuke and Hinata. They were two people that when they shut down. They shut DOWN. Hinata boxed herself off to her own little world, and Sasuke turned cold and vicious. The right partners brought out the best in them.
Hinata felt awful. This was Naruto's birthday dinner and they were supposed to go out tonight to do whatever Naruto wanted to do. So, for Naruto. She'd get a hold of herself. "I like dark chocolate."
Sasuke took another slice of cake as he spoke. "So you got the cake for yourself as well. It's bitter. In case you forgot."
Sakura's head snapped over to Sasuke. "Sasuke!"
Hinata finally looked at Sasuke and the two made eye contact. Looking at Sasuke, it reminded her of looking at Neji a little. Except Neji wouldn't have done what Sasuke has done. He wouldn't have put so many people's lives at risk.
Neji risked his life to try and retrieve Sasuke. Neji fought in a war that was built by Uchiha's. Neji died because of an Uchiha.
Her cousin wasn't perfect, but he changed for the better. Neji was making a difference. He was making up to his precious people from what he did in his past. Looking at Sasuke just made Hinata so ANGRY. She didn't know why. Hinata doubted Sasuke even cared. He only cared about a select few and casted everyone else in the world aside like they were beneath him.
Like he was telling the rest of the world to suck up what he did. All his wrongdoings. Just, get over it.
Hinata doubted Sasuke cared anything about Neji. So, why should she bend over for this man exactly? "Yes. I know."
Sasuke never broke eye contact with her. "As long as you know there is no difference between us then. Whether it's cake. The air we breathe. The ground we walk on. The blood in our veins. We are all humans and we're all the same. Hyuga."
Hinata caught eye of the server and asked if they could box up the remaining food. She smiled at the server before focusing back on the table. She picked at her fingers and thought long and hard before she couldn't contain herself anymore. She wouldn't hold her tongue anymore for people that didn't have any care for her.
"I don't agree Uchiha-san. There will always be a difference between us."
A Hyuga and Uchiha will never be alike.
Naruto shut the door to their bedroom. Kakashi was out getting more personal tours by Rex and planned on slouching around the cabin for the rest of the night to take a break from his busy life. So, even though they were alone, Naruto still wanted their bedroom door to be shut. Just in case Kakashi came back early.
He looked at Hinata as he leaned his back against the door and had both of his hands lying flat on it. He leaned his head back to rest on the door and looked at her as she motioned around their room like nothing had happened.
Naruto loved Hinata, but she was just as rude to Sasuke as he was to her. It wasn't like she was defending herself. Naruto would have immediately butted in if Sasuke went that far. They were both being nice-nasty to each other. "Can you stop for a second Hinata, and just talk to me."
She had planned to pretend the whole thing didn't happen. That she was going to come home, shower and get ready for tonight. Ignore Uchiha the whole night and see him off the next day with Kakashi and Sakura. That was Hinata's plan.
Still, because Naruto asked her. Hinata stopped shuffling through her closet and looked at Naruto. "I'm sorry. I do not wish to ruin your birthday Naruto-kun. I will be very respectful and keep my composure tonight."
Naruto tilted his head as he looked at her. He could feel her energy. She was scared. She was nervous. Hurting. In a bad mental space right now. "Come here." He opened his arms to Hinata and immediately she came to him and he embraced her.
Naruto held Hinata protectively and she held him tightly. Clinging to him because she had a series of emotions going on in her mind that pulled her into a dark place right now. She didn't like feeling this way. She was struggling to pull through right now. "It's okay Hinata. I'm not upset."
He heard her let out a little sob as she shook her head in his chest. "I must apologize to Sakura and Kakashi-sama. I was not myself and behaved horribly."
Naruto smiled at this. "You call that horrible behavior? You didn't curse at Sasuke. You didn't call him bitter. You hinted at it, from his sour behavior, but you didn't call him bitter. You bit your tongue almost the whole time. Quiet as always. Hinata, all you said to Sasuke was that you didn't agree with what he said. I'm sure we all know that was another jab at him, but you didn't do anything 'horrible'."
He cradled her face, and wiped away her few tears she had. "You're over thinking things Hinata. You're getting stuck in your head again."
Hinata sniffled her red nose and Naruto chuckled at this. She was such a beauty. Even in a state like this.
He watched Hinata lean up and kiss his lips. She pecked his lips about three times before she pulled away and messed with the hem of his pants.
On this healing journey the two of them have been on. It wasn't foreign for Naruto to have a rough day, and to have his way with Hinata as a stress relief. He'd keep her up throughout the night until he could shake off his dark thoughts from a delicious sexual release.
She'd let him too. Hinata didn't mind if Naruto was gentle or rough or anything else, she wanted to help him and vice versa.
Naruto wanted nothing more than to help Hinata. When she had the same desires and needs for him. To help her get her mind right, and her thoughts thinking clear again. She'd come to him to bring her the release she needed.
Sometimes Naruto needed Hinata to just love him. To take his deep strokes. To let him stretch her painfully and get his dark thoughts off his chest in the middle of their fuck session. He'd fuck her on the bed. Against the wall. On the stove. On their patio. He didn't care. As long as Hinata was there to destroy the demons in his head while she clamped down on his hard dick.
Hinata was the same way. She'd kiss him. Give him clues that she needed him. Sometimes if she was really having a bad day, she'd beg. Naruto has learned, Hinata loved sex. She was someone that orgasmed from penetration and would want sex more than Naruto sometimes. So, Hinata would ride him until they both lost their minds. She'd want him to fuck her from the back. Holding her hair and bending her over. Her favorite was on the bed, her on her back and her legs dangling on Naruto's shoulders as he pounded her. Taking her mind somewhere amazing. Making her forget she even had nightmares.
Hinata needed one of those sessions right now.
"I need you Naruto. Can I have you before tonight?"
Naruto cradled her cheek as he tilted her head and kissed her neck. Hot lips danced along her neck and Hinata immediately melted to his touch. "It's hard Naruto. I am trying to not give in to my dark thoughts."
Naruto felt Hinata impatiently start to unbutton his pants as she spoke. He started to nibble on her neck and leave love bite marks as he pushed her towards their bed. "I know Hinata. I don't want you to run away from your nightmares. I want you to conquer them."
Hinata's hands urgently roamed through his hair as she kissed him. She pulled him desperately into a heated kiss and Naruto picked her tiny body up and pinned her onto the bed. Hinata immediately wrapped her legs around his waist. In too much of a frenzy to realize she needed space to get to the part of him she craved the most right now.
Naruto watched as Hinata forced a hand between them and fixed the issue. She was very much in the mood. Very much in need of a release. He's been there before. Felt this desperate. Felt the need to have her and only her, because only Hinata understood what he needed and what was going on in his mind.
Naruto bit her bottom lip hard and decided any markings shown, he'd just pretend it wasn't there later tonight, in front of Sasuke and Sakura. He doubted there would be any, this wasn't a love session. This was a needy, quickie. The fulfillment of an itch, so she could make it the rest of the day.
Hinata pulled away to look into Naruto's eyes. Her own eyes danced and Naruto creased his brows a little because she seemed a bit different. He could have sworn he saw a hint of blue and a flower pupil shape in the discoloration of her eyes, but it faded before he could even see it clearly. "Hinata?"
"Please Naruto."
She didn't want to talk anymore. Hinata's mouth hung open as Naruto started to fill her. He watched as her eyes rolled in the back of her head before closing. Naruto grunted to himself as he buried his face in the crook of her neck. She was soaked. This wasn't going to be long for both of them.
Hinata's hands fisted in his hair and she threw her head back as she felt Naruto's hard and warm erection. His pace, his strokes, it was all painfully good. He knew what she wanted right now and she didn't even have to say it.
Like he read her mind. Naruto immediately put his hand over her mouth as Hinata let out a loud moan. The bed started to rock and he prayed it didn't start to hit the wall. What if Kakashi walked in the house? He didn't want him hearing them losing themselves to each other.
Hinata wasn't one to push off her chakra, but it was seeping out her pours right now. This clarified that what Naruto saw moments ago, wasn't his eyes playing tricks. Something was off, and he'll definitely make a mental note to bring it back up.
Hinata was lost in the pleasure. She was almost a little ashamed, but the way Naruto was angled. Filling her perfectly, she felt like her clit could feel him fucking her amazingly. She clinched on him. Biting his hand hard and pulling him close to her as she rode out the hard orgasm that hit her.
It takes much self-control on Naruto's part, when they don't plan sex, but he was able to hold off and pull out to rub out his orgasm.
The two stayed in each other's embrace as they collected their thoughts. Hinata now less clingy and frantic. She massaged Naruto's hair and kissed his forehead. He smiled at her gentle kiss. Oh, how he knows how she feels when in that bad head space. "Are you feeling at least a little better Hinata?"
Hinata hummed in content. "I want more, but I can wait. I'm okay now."
Naruto chuckled at this before he sat up to look into her eyes again. Like he was double checking to make sure he wasn't imagining things. Her eyes were fine and her chakra has settled down. It was odd. Naruto has never felt or saw that from her before. "Something happened to you. When we were having sex."
Hinata's face immediately grew red and she shrunk in his hold. Embarrassed and not willing to dive into the sex talk since it was being postponed till after the birthday celebration. "Naruto!"
Naruto arched his brow and looked at Hinata. Really? "Seriously. I just want you to know. You're eyes, they changed. It wasn't your Byakugan either. It was bright and blue, and like a flower shape, but it disappeared as soon as I saw it. Are you okay? Is there anything you want to tell me?"
Hinata blinked at Naruto. Completely confused. She shook her head and furrowed her brows together. "No. I promise there isn't. Do you still sense this?"
Naruto bit his bottom lip as he really focused on her face. "No. It's gone. Are you feeling sick? Are you okay?"
Hinata now was in thought. Thinking about how she's been feeling lately. "Since the war, I've been getting headaches in the morning. They go away maybe 20 or 30 minutes after I wake up and get moving. I will say, since being in Amegakure, they've lessened dramatically, but are still present from time to time. I do not believe it is a medical problem. If that is what you are concerned about."
Naruto adjusted himself and got up from the bed. Still looking like he was in deep thought, "No. This looked like it had to do with your chakra and dōjutsu. Is the Byakugan anything like the Sharingan? Any advancements? I just want to know, because Sasuke went through pain when he advanced his. I don't want to be caught off guard and have you in pain. It just sounds a lot like what he went through. Headaches. Mood swings. Chakra imbalance from the advancement. Like, I'm a little worried Hinata."
When Sasuke snapped. That's how Hinata has been acting a little. She usually had a better control of her emotions. Even if someone like Sasuke triggered her.
Now that Naruto thought about it. Hinata taking a nose dive and having to leave the village. Could it all be connected? Her emotional state. It really felt like de ja vu with Sasuke all over again.
Hinata got out the bed and held Naruto's hand as he looked at the floor with a frown on his face in thought. "Please do not worry. If it happens again. Tell me, and I will reach out to my father and find a solution. If it means going back to Konoha I will do that. I do not want you to worry."
Naruto looked at Hinata and smiled softly at her. She'd do that for him. Even though he knew she didn't want to. "You don't have to do all of that Hinata. We're adults. We can figure it out. Besides, your dad leaves the village for business trips all the time. He could venture out here to see your new life if it came down to it."
He leaned down and kissed her. They pecked each other's lips a few times before Naruto pulled Hinata flush against his body and she giggled at what this was leading to. "Naruto!"
Said person smiled against her lips. "I want more too."
Hinata would love to give in to the request, but would hate to let Sakura down and be late or cancel. That would be beyond rude and Hinata wanted to make up for her behavior during dinner. "Naruto. Later tonight."
He gave her a foxy grin that made Hinata blush. He bit her cheek before licking it. "Promise?" Hinata giggled in his arms as she wiggled away. "I promise."
Before she got too far, Naruto held her hand and tugged on it gently. "Also, promise to tell me if something isn't feeling right. Okay? Don't hold it in just because it's my birthday or because you don't want to be a burden Hinata. I know how you can get."
Hinata smiled lovingly at him. Naruto had to be the most caring human being in the world. She was so happy to have him as hers. "I promise."
End of chapter.
So, like I said, when you get that need. When you reach a stressed out point and just need that peak to unwind. That was Hinata this chapter, but as you guys just read, there are underlining reasons for Hinata's stress. Actually, now you're seeing there is an underlining meaning for a lot of Hinata's struggles.
The dots will be connected later on in the story.
Sasuke and Hinata. I like writing them at odds when they first meet, because honestly, what is the reason for her to really be super nice to him other than him being in Naruto and Sakura's circle.
Next chapter is their night out. Still Naruto's birthday. I'll let you guess the song theme for next chapter. If you have any thoughts.
See you Sunday!
