The night was cold and a bit windy. Tomomi had just left the hospital after visiting her mother for a few hours and was about to head back to campus for a good night's sleep. She had already told Aizawa that she wasn't going to do the work study just yet since she was already dealing with therapy and volunteering at the kindergarten Mrs. Saiki recommended to her.

Wrapping her scarf around her neck a little more, she pulled out her phone once she felt it vibrate. "Hello?" She answered, not even bothering to see who was calling.

"Tomomi! Good, you answered!" Kirishima's voice rung in her ears. "I just wanted to tell you that I got it. I'm going to be working with Fatgum and Amajiki! I'm so happy!"

Tomomi smiled as she began walking to the train station. "That's great to hear, Kiri-chan." She praised. "I told you, you would get it. You didn't have to worry about anything."

"Haha, yeah, thanks, Avalanche." He chuckled happily. "Hey, you down to go out tonight? Denki and Sero wants to show Akira the huge arcade in Shibuya Square. The same one Momo's uncle owns. I also convinced Bakugou to drop his old man bedtime and come with us."

"Umm...sure, I guess I can-" In the middle of talking, Tomomi paused. She heard something in her left ear. She frowned and turned to look to see if anyone was behind her. "Uh...Yeah, I'll...I'll go with you."

"You okay, Avalanche? You sound unsure."

"I'm okay, I just thought I heard something." She replied, feeling on edge now as she turned to continue her walking.

"Oh, do you need us to meet you at the hospital? I don't want anything to-"

"Hey, weird hair, who are you on the phone with?! Get dressed already!"

"I'm talking to Tomo-chan and-"

Tomomi heard wrestling over the phone and then she heard Kirishima scold Bakugou about snatching his phone out of his hands.

"Frostbite, what the hell are you doing walking at night?! You should have told me you were going to visit your mom! I would have went with you."

Tomomi rolled her eyes. Always so protective and paranoid. It was still amazing to think he didn't even care about her when they first met. "I'm going to be okay, the train station isn't that far-"

There it was again, that sound in her ears. This time, it was louder and more high pitched. So high, it actually hurt her ears a little. "Ah!" She winced, holding her right ear. "What the-"

"Give me my damn phone back! I'm sorry about him, Tomo-chan. So anyways, hurry back! We'll meet you in the common room."

The sound left as soon as it came. Tomomi shook her head a little as she resumed her walking. "Yes, okay...I'll uh-"

Suddenly, a pair of hands covered her mouth and eyes. Causing her to panic and scream. "Ahhhh!" her muffled screams did not go unnoticed by Kirishima, who was still on the phone.

"Tomomi!? Tomomi! What's going on?!"

Tomomi thrashed against the person's tight hold, causing her to drop her phone. Another person in all black came and picked her up by her legs as the guy behind her held up her upper half.

Tomomi started kicking and swinging her arms, but to no avail. A third guy came, holding a syringe filled with light blue substance.

"Hold her down!" He yelled. The men did as they were told and he stabbed the syringe into her neck, emptying the substance into her vein.

The light blue substance immediately knocked her out, making her fall into a numbing sleep. Her body went limp as her eyes immediately fell, rendering her completely unconscious.

Once they wer sure she was out, the three carried her body over to a black van. They locked a metal and bulky shock collar around her neck and then wrapped her arms and upper body in a cylinder metal clasp.

They tossed her into the back of the van and closed it.

One of the men pulled out his phone and called someone.

"Chisaki, sir?" He said. "We got her. She put up a hell of a fight but we got her."

"Good. bring her back. We'll start the procedure as soon as she's here."

"Of course."

( 30 minutes later )

"Guys!" Kirishima ran all the way to the common room, where everyone was currently hanging out at. "Guy! Where's Mr. Aizawa!?"

He looked very razzled and frantic. Like he has experienced the most horrifying thing in the world.

"What's going on with you, Kiri-bro?" Denki asked, returning from the kitchen with a bottle of water. "Also, is Tomo-chan almost here? I want to show off to her and Akira that I am the best at Skee Ball."

"You got lucky once." Sero replied, scoffing. "Besides, you still have to beat me at air hockey."

"Nevermind all of that!" Kirishima yelled rather loudly, making everyone jump and quiet down. "Something happened to Tomomi!"

"What?!" Bakugou suddenly stood right up as everyone felt how serious he was being. "What happened?!"

"I don't know! I was talking to her and then suddenly, I heard her screaming and then some guys were yelling to hold her down but that was it!" Kirishima explained rapidly, his hands were shaking. "I have to tell Aizawa and the police! I think someone took her!"

Kurayami was busy watering his sunflowers on his window seal that night. He had kept the same flowers there since he received them three months back and everytime they began to wither, he would bring them back to life.

He may be a scary looking man but he enjoyed simple things in life. Such as plants, attending Pride Month Parades, and baking. Not everyone had to know of his hobbies and interests.

"Hmmm." He hummed to himself as he sat his watering poit down next to the potted flowers.
He felt uneasy for some reason. Something in him was stirring and he, at first, didn't know why he was feeling this way.

Kurayami frowned as he suddenly felt his nerves jitter. "What the hell is..."

Just before he could finish his thought, he felt something more. He felt dread fill his veins as his eyes widened a bit.

"Chisaki..." He whispered as his eyes widened even more. "You fucking idiot!"

With that, he grabbed his hoodie off of his couch and raced out of his home. He had a feeling he would do something so stupid after he didn't like the fact that he threatened to kill him again.

But Kurayami didn't think he was this stupid. Especially for a very smart guy.

Chisaki, you fucking stupid inssect!

Water splashed into Tomomi's face as she suddenly jolted awake. Her vision was a bit blurry and she quickly realized her entire upper part of her body was confined in a big cylander case. The metal trap was like a straight jacket but high tech and it confined her arms and hands completely.

She shook her vision straight as she felt a smaller metal device around her next. It kept beeping.

"Sorry about that, you're a pretty heavy sleeper." A deep voice rung in her ears. "I think I had my men inject way too much of that knock out serum into you."

"Where am I?" She mumbled, still feeling dizzy as she couldn't see his face. The room was light and all white. The lights were harsh on her eyes as her hair was dripping wet with water.

"You are somewhere safe." He said, sitting in a chair in front of her.

She realized that she was sitting upright and her legs were strangely crossed together. Once her vision became better and her alertness climbed, she looked at her captor.

He had short dark hair and dark eyes. He was wearing a strange looking mask on his face. Like a Plague doctor but it was deep red with gold outlining it. He was wearing an all black suit with gloves on his hands.

He looked at Tomomi with the coldness that rivaled hers.

"For now, at least." He said, leaning back. "My name is Kai Chisaki. You're Tomomi Todoroki...It's nice to finally meet you."

Tomomi glared at him, remaining silent. Allowing him to continue.

"Don't worry, this will be temporary." He said, looking at her blankly. "I can't be sure that you won't escape if I put you in a regular cell...Shigaraki made that foolish mistake. I assure you I don't plan on being that idiotic."

"..." She remained silent as her glare deepened. She didn't care who he was or what he wanted. She was completely done with villains.

She even resisted the urge to roll her eyes at him.

"In due time, you will be released from this cell." He explained as he stood up. "Just know, for now, you will be serving a great purpose for me."

Tomomi watched as he began walking towards the exit. "Also, I hope you don't mind the gown...Not too big, right?" He asked, rhetorically.

She scoffed inaudibly as he opened the door.

Before he left completely, he turned to her and said, "You remind me of Eri...So beautiful...So disposable."

Eri? Tomomi thought in confusion as she noticed that she wasn't in the clothes she was previously in. Instead, she was in a light blue medical gown of some sort and she was barefooted. Who the hell is this guy and why the hell am I the one who has to deal with this?

"In time, I hope you will understand why I'm doing this, Miss Todoroki." He whispered, mostly to himself before he walked out of the room, closing the door behind him.

Leaving her to her thoughts. But all Tomomi could think of was...How the hell was she going to get out of this one this time.

we are getting to
meeting eri now.
I am excited about
this...

i'm kind of skipping
some things about the
season but the main
plot will be followed

for example, while
she was worried about
therapy and volunteering,
midoriya and mirio has
already met eri and
has seen overhaul.

so the events of last
chapter was a little
bit after all of that
the hero commission
are already on overhaul
and her kidnapping is
only amplifying it.

also i'm sorry if
bakugou's appearance
is very scarce. again, its
hard to write him in when
he wasn't even involved in
this arc until the remedial
arc so i'll try my best, anyways

don't be a ghost reader please
i love reading your comments

love you all and happy reading!

Tomomi didn't even realize she fell asleep last night until she woke up and was in a different room. It was dark and the floor was
cold and hard. She noticed that her body was out of the restraints, showing that she was still dressed in a light blue medical gown that stopped right at her knees. She was still barefooted and she still had that metal device around her neck.

The annoying beeping gave it away immediately.

She looked around and saw that there was one bed and one door. She was smart enough to know it was locked and her neck device probably meant that if she tried to use her quirk, it would trigger it. So she was rendered useless. Completely useless.

Which pissed her off completely. She moved her hair out of her face and sighed loudly. She sat upright on the floor and crossed her arms and legs. She was livid. In fact, livid wasn't even the right word for it.

She was pissed, furious, annoyed, and every synonym of the word. Tomomi could only think about one thing and that was how the fresh hell was she going to get out of this one.

Man...how unfortunate...She thought, glaring at nothing. I have to get out of here. No telling what he plans to do with me...I was almost a blood bank and a involuntary organ donor...What's next? I turn into a zombie?

After the summer events, she was just about done already and this was only the second time. She promised herself that this would be the last time a villain tries something like this with her.

She didn't care if she would die fighting.

"...I wonder what he meant last night." She mumbled to herself.

She remembered what he said to her before he left her. She would serve a higher purpose? She was disposable? She reminded him of someone named Eri? Tomomi could only guess that this Eri was someone close to him.

And, for some reason, she reminded him of her. Great, not only was this Chisaki a sociopath, he was completely nuts. Just what she freaking needed.

"Man...this su-"

"H-Hi..." a small and dainty voice interrupted her thoughts.

Tomomi almost jumped when she heard the voice. She turned to a dark corner of the cold and spacious metal room. Which was where the voice was coming from.

But she didn't see anyone there.

She waited a moment before whoever said that started to slowly crawl out of the shadow. Tomomi's eyes widened at who was there.

It was a little girl. She had to be 4 or 5 years old. She was wearing the same type of gown as she was, her hair was white with a hint of silver and very long. It was also wavy like her own.

Her eyes were round and doll like and they were a bright and bold shade of red. she had one horn sticking out of the left side of her forehead and her arms were covered in medical bandages. As if she was severely hurt recently. But the way she was able to move them freely let her know that she was healing.

But the fact that this little girl was even here not only made her heart break but it awoken something in Tomomi she never knew she had in her. It also made her cold blood boil.

What the hell was this man doing to this little girl?! Why was she here?! What were they doing to her?!

"Hello." Tomomi greeted back as gently as she could. To let her know that she wouldn't hurt her.

The little girl was hestitant when she actually spoke to her. Her arms and shoulders shook a little but the look in the nice lady's eyes let her know that she was not going to do anything to her. But she was still very scared.

"It's okay." Tomomi tried again, moving her body towards the little girl. She lifted one of her hands towards her, beckoning her to come closer. "I'm not going to hurt you."

The little girl looked at her with fear and nervousness in her precious eyes. She didn't know what to do. Of course, this girl may be in the same situation as her but she didn't know if she was nice or not.

Everyone she has met has been so mean to her. Except a green haired boy and a tall blonde boy she met before. But after she ran to him, Chisaki got super mad at her and tossed her into this cell until she had to go back to the metal table.

And she didn't want to make him mad again.

But Tomomi didn't stop. "I-I'm Tomomi..." She introduced herself, seeing as she was too scared to move. "Can I know your name?"

The little girl stayed quiet for a little while before she answered her. "I-I'm Eri."

Tomomi smiled gently at her. Letting her that she can be trusted. "That's a very pretty name, Eri."

"Your hair looks like mine." Eri gasped a little, her trembling hands touching her own hair.

Tomomi also touched her hair, grinning a little. "Yeah...I guess it does."

Eri stared at Tomomi with nothing but curiosity this time. She wasn't like the other people she's met. She wasn't mean like them. She was displaying kind gestures.

"How old are you, Eri?" Tomomi asked.

"I-I'm 5." She stuttered out, holding up five fingers.

That sick bastard she angrily thought, clenching her fists. She couldn't believe villains were this low. Then again, she could. If they kidnapped her, they showed to show not boundaries.

But still...To do this to a child...It made her want to-

"I'm sorry!" Eri shakingly apologized, bowing her head as she let tears fall onto her folded legs. "I didn't mean it! Please don't be mad at me!"

Tomomi blinked, releasing her fists. She was suddenly reminded to a time where she was her age. Whenever she messed up something, she would bow her head and apologize. No matter how small the mistake was.

And the sight only made her want to cry.

"You don't need to apologize, Eri." She reassured, quickly crawling over to her and placing a hand on her shoulder. "You did nothign wrong."

Eri wiped the tears from her face as she sniffled. She looked up at Tomomi with a heartbreakingly sad expression on her face.

"Y-You looked like him when...when he was mad at me..." She sobbed out. "I-I thought I d-did something bad..."

What the hell did he do to her...Tomomi thought furiously. She really wished she could do something about him now.

He instilled so much fear in her, it made her submit at even the slightest sign of anger.

But as angry as she was, she took a inward breath and gently rubbed Eri's back, trying to calm her down.

"Hey, hey, hey." She whispered, pulling her into her arms. "I'm not mad at you and you did nothing wrong, okay?"

Eri was surprised that she was hugging her and despite the fact that her body was cold, she felt warm when she was in her arms. So Eri hesitantly circled her arms around Tomomi's neck, hugging her for dear life.

"It's okay, Eri." Tomomi calmly cooed, hugging the little girl close. "It's okay...It's going to be okay, Eri...I promise."

"Not only are we dealing with a case of a quirkless serum but a kidnapping?"

Once Kirishima informed Aizawa of the kidnapping of Tomomi Todoroki, the proper authorities were called and the Hero Commission were right on the case. It has been about three days since that night.

The news spreaded like wildfire around UA and everyone in Class A were on high alert and filled with worrisome. But none more than Shoto and Bakugou, who were not able to completely focus on anything else but the case at hand.

But what bothered the both of them more was that they couldn't do anything about it. They couldn't even participate with the others because of the fact that they weren't witnesses of the crime. Not like Midoriya and Mirio, who saw Overhaul and the little girl he had while with Sir Nighteye.

"Seems so." Nighteye mumbled, thinking. "But why would he even want her? What is so special about her?"

Miruko, who immediately felt like she had to be on this case, grumbled, crossing her arms. "The only thing I could think of was the fact that Tomomi has the X Cell...Shigaraki wanted her blood to profit off of it, seeing as it is very marketable in the black market."

"No, I don't think they're that hard on money to do what he did." Rock Lock deducted. "I could be wrong but...Maybe he needs her to perfect his quirkless serum. To make the effects last longer."

"Or permanent." Nighteye added. "After Eraserhead informed us of Tomomi's evolving quirk, it would stamp a big target on her back."

A picture of Kai Chisaki showed on the big screen in the meeting room, displaying his face. Midoriya and Mirio's body's felt rather heavy as they both suddenly remembered that little girl's pleas and how she clinged onto Midoriya.

Her petrified face really struck a big nerve in them and to know that Tomomi was now in that same position only made the green haired boy shake even more.

"Chisaki had a daughter named Eri. There was no records of her birth, but Mirio and Midoriya encountered her." He explained. "She had a large number of bandages wrapped around her arms and legs."

Everyone in the room felt disgusted. They didn't need to think too hard to realize what he was doing to that little girl and it didn't take a rocket scientist to figure out what they were probably doing to Tomomi.

"Don't tell me..." Ryukyu mumbled, feeling sick.

"It's a society of superhumans." Gran Torino said bluntly. "If you can dream it, you can do it."

"W-What are you talking about?" Kirishima asked, he felt his hands shake a little. "W-What could they be doing to Tomomi?"

"Are you sure we need these kids here?" Rock Lock asked, noticing the UA Student's horrified expressions. "We're wondering if he's turning his daughter's limbs into bullets and selling them..."

"Which only means Chisaki might need Tomomi's blood or even parts of her body to perfect it." Miruko added, nearly breaking the pencil in her hand. "It's not a quirkless serum...it's a quirkless bullet. He must want the Yakuza to be back in power but because people now have powers in this world, they can't take over like they once did."

"I'm willing to bet Miss Todoroki is a huge threat to his operation." Gran Torino said. "He can't have someone like her, who has the power to end humanity and turn this planet into her personal arctic hell, walking around. Or at least people like her."

"What do you get when you put together two powerful quirks and make it into weapons?" Rock Lock asked rhetorically.

Uraraka gasped loudly, Midoriya's eyes widened, Kirishima's body began to shake and Mirio felt like screaming. No...no way could they really be thinking about doing that.

Was this what Shigaraki wanted to do with Tomomi?! Make her body into weapons for them to sell?! What's worse was that there was a little girl involved.

Midoriya felt like vomitting out of pure shock and fear.

"I could be wrong, though." Nighteye concluded. "Maybe...Just maybe...Tomomi was also taken because..."

"He could be using her." Miruko said. "There was a rumor going around that he also made a mind control device. If he can't use her blood, he can make her his own mindless zombie."

"The thought of this makes my blood boil!" Fatgum exclaimed angrily. The thought of him using children to his will...it made him furious. "Let's go find him!"

"Wouldn't all of this have been resolved if theses kids just took the girl with them?" Rock Lock asked, gesturing to Midoriya and Mirio.

Two of which bowed their heads in shame. They both felt that they made a mistake in letting her go.

"There was no way of stopping him at the time." Miruko reminded him. "Besides, they couldn't have known that he was planning on kidnapping Tomomi."

"Besides, I take full responsibility for what happened." Nighteye said, taking the blame. "Please do not blame them. Even though they didn't know the full story, they acted to save the girl. It's like Miruko said, there was no way of knowing that he would even target Miss Todoroki,"

Some hero I am...I can't even protect a little girl...Midoriya thought bitterly about himself as he clenched his fists tightly. And now my friend is abducted...Kacchan must really hate me now...So does Todoroki...

Even though it wasn't his fault for her kidnapping, he still felt responsible in some sense. But that blame turned into determination as he suddenly stood up.

"We will definetly take Eri next time." He said, gathering everyone's attention. "And we will save Tomo-neechan!"

He was determined to save Tomomi from his hold and stop him from damaging her more than she has already been. She had saved him many times before. So it was his turn to save her.

Three days into the abduction and Tomomi learned a little about Eri. When the little girl was a litte comfortable with her, she began talking to her even more. Which allowed her to know what she was up against.

"Do you have friends?" Eri asked as the two sat on the bed together.

They faced each other with their legs crossed. In those three days, they stayed in the room together, letting time slip away to just talk. She learned that Eri has never smiled before, Chisaki was her dad and that his quirk was to destroy anything he touches.

He was dangerous and a sociopath, like she intially thought. But to use his own daughter for his sick plans only made her want to harm him in the worst way possible.

"Yes, I do." She answered. "They are...an interesting bunch, I'll admit but they are loving and caring."

Eri looked at her in awe. They sounded nice. She only wished she could have friends. But she felt like she would never escape from here. And because of that, she remained unoptimistic about her life.

"I wish I could have friends." She mumbled, fiddling with her fingers.

Tomomi hated seeing her like this. So pessimistic about life. She hadn't seen her smile at all this entire time. And Tomomi was too familliar with that feeling. Which is why she didn't try to force anything on her.

"You can have friends, too."

"I can't." She shook her head. "If I did...He would kill them...I don't want anyone getting hurt because of me."

Tomomi remained silent as the little girl began crying again. Her hands covered her tears as she shook.

"I'm scared, Miss Tomomi..." She sobbed out, shaking violently. "...I don't know what to do..."

She knew the little girl wouldn't really believe her but it didn't stop her from making her a promise. No matter how feeble it may sound to her. If she could comfort her for at least one moment, she would.

"Eri." She said, slowly pulling her hands from her face. "I promise you...I will get you out and you will never, ever have to see him ever again."

Eri sniffled, not really believing her but her words comforted her. Tomomi made her feel safe and warm in this hellish nightmare. And even though she was doubtful that she could ever help her, the tone of her voice made her want to believe her.

Just before Eri could crawl into her arms, the door to their room swung open and in came a man in a long white doctor's coat on with two bodyguards with him.

"Good, you two are aquainted." He said sarcastically. "Get them ready for the procedure."

"Wha-" Tomomi was cut off when one of the guards roughly ripped Eri away from her. Which triggered her protective insticts tenfold. "Eri!"

"TOMOMI!" Eri screamed tearfully as another guard lifted Tomomi off the bed and began dragging her fighting body out of the room.

"ERI!" Tomomi screamed, trying to fight her way out of the man's grasp. And because of the stupid collar around her neck, she couldn't use her quirk. "LET ME GO!"

The doctor and the guard that held Eri went one way in the dimly litted hallway while the other guard took Tomomi the opposite way.

Her heart raced as she heard Eri screaming for her while crying. And what really made her see red was how Eri was reaching for her the entire time. Which only made Tomomi fight harder.

"ERI!" She screamed, reaching for her but was only met with maniacal laughter as she noticed another guard rushing over to held him hold her down.

"GET OFF ME!" She yelled at the top of her lungs as she put up a bigger fight.

The fight was so violent and the fact that they couldn't even get too far without her nearly falling out of her grasp, more guards had to come to restrain Tomomi.

But Tomomi elbowed one of them in the face and kicked another in the stomach, making her fall to the ground.

Seeing the oppurtunity, she quickly got up and ran towards the fading figures and screams down the hall.

The only thing that was on her mind was Eri. She didn't care what happened to her. Just as long as Eri was safe. They can hurt her, take her body parts, cut off her limbs and sell her tenfold.

Just as long as they didn't hurt her anymore. In that moment, she didn't see her own life as valuable anymore. Eri was way more precious than her own life.

"ERI!" She screamed as she kept running as fast as she could.

"Get her!" She heard a guard yelled as more feet ran towards her.

Tears spilled out of Tomomi's ice blue eyes as she kept running towards their fading bodies. Eri's screams got quieter and quieter but that did not stop her from trying to safe her.

"ERI!"

A sharp pain pierced her shoulder, making her feel incredibly dizzy and weak. They shot her in the arm with a dart filled with very strong knockout serum.

But despite that, Tomomi ran until she couldn't run anymore. She dropped to her knees as she began breathing heavy and her vision began to blur. But her eyes remainded towards where they took her.

Just before her eyes closed and she fell into the darkness, she outstretched her hand out in a last attempt to call out to her. But her voice only came out as a whisper as her body failed her.

"Eri...please..." she mumbled before she fell to the floor, completely gone.

She failed at protecting her. But Tomomi was still determined to keep her promise to her. Even if she had to exchange her life for hers. She will do it.

For Eri.
